Unacceptable behaviour- part 2
EvilRegalLaura asked for a oneshot of a sequel to Ch832 "Unacceptable behaviour" where we see Snow's reaction. No need to thank me at all Laura, happy to write your request ^^
Snow was sitting looking mightily displeased as Charming heavily supported Emma through to the living room. Snow winced at the shortness of her skirt, not even thinking about the lack of skin her top would cover if her own sweater wasn't covering all of her torso.
"What on Earth were you thinking?" Snow said, furious. "Emma, you tell us often enough that you are an adult, do you think this is adult behaviour? Going out wearing next to nothing and getting hammered?"
"Oh would the pair of you chill?" Emma snapped, wrenching her arm away from her dad. "I just wanted to have some fun. Fun, do you remember what that is? I'm sick of being the Saviour, the hero of this town. I just wanted to be Emma Swan for the night. I just wanted to let my hair down, be free." Snow sighed, dropping her face to her hand.
"Emma, there are plenty of ways to have fun that are responsible and don't lead to a possible stomach pump." She commented. "Nobody is saying you can't enjoy a drink here or there, but getting yourself into this state isn't healthy."
"Your mom's right, Em. Anything could have happened to you when you put yourself into such a vulnerable situation. There are a lot of creeps out there. Do you know how devastated your mom and I would have been if something serious had happened to you?" Emma stayed silent, feeling pretty guilty even in her drunken state. It was quite a sobering conversation.
"Exactly." Snow said, taking Emma's silent for her guilt. "We know that you're an adult, and you don't need parents to look after you like Neal does. But that doesn't mean we don't care about your safety, Emma. We will still do everything we can to keep you safe. All we ask if that you don't go diving into danger to make that job as easy as possible. Emma nodded, looking down at the floor. "Thank you. Away you go up to bed. We'll let you lie in tomorrow." Emma nodded again, beginning to stumble her way up to bed. Her parents would make sure there was a glass of water and a couple of painkillers in her room waiting for her the next morning. Even though they were annoyed at her antics, they didn't want her suffering too badly.
