Lilo, Stitch, Juumba, and Pleakely were going on a vacation in the American state of Kansas. Lilo's older sister, 'Nani' was back in Kauai working at the Rental Pavilion.

There wasn't a hotel that would allow four aliens to stay in, so they decided to stay in a rented room at The Galeton Bed and Breakfast. There they met "Doris Galeton" and her adoptive mother, whom she addresses as, 'Aunt Emma" and adoptive father, whom she addresses as, 'Uncle Hank.' Doris had blonde hair, wore a blue dress, and had an amputated ruby-red leg. Aunt Emma and Uncle Hank were both an African-American couple wearing Western-styled clothes.

Observing the Bed and Breakfast, Lilo could see something coincidental. "This feels like The Wizard of Oz," Lilo said.

"That's because we based our place off of the book," Aunt Emma explained, "My man and I love the book and movie SO much, we decided to base it off of the book."

"There's one problem," Uncle Hank said, "Our landlord, Miss Gulper. Doris's dog, 'Toto III' has done his business in her yard again and if we don't potty train him, he'll get euthanized.

Outside, they heard some barking.

At the outdoor pet care center, a Scottish terrier with a ruby-red bowtie was running away from an orange experiment. Lilo recognised him as Experiment 619 a.k.a Splodyhead. From what she can recall, he can shoot plasma.

Then a storm was coming, everyone went down to the Storm Cellar. However, Plasmoid was so scared he crawled up to a small treehouse. Lilo and Stitch knew they had to take him down, so they climbed up to get him.

In the cellar, Doris had the feeling that they were missing a simple Hawaiian girl and her pet koala dog. By the time Lilo and Stitch got there, the cellar was closed. They were both frightened.

When Lilo reached her room, an Emerald City snowglobe fell, bonked Lilo on the head and she fell.

CRASH!

Lilo woke up and she felt something strange going on, so she and Stitch decided to go out.

Outside the bed and breakfast, they saw a wonderful place where it's like a rainbow. In the fields were numerous petunias, tulips, and buttercups. There was also a yellow brick path, "Stitch," said Lilo, "I have a feeling we're not in Kansas nor Hawaii anymore."
