Chapter 6

Lilith becomes a Mother.

Three weeks have passed and Eda is worried about Lilith. She's worried because after breakfast Lilith ran into the bathroom. Lilith has been in the bathroom throwing up for five minutes. Finally the bathroom door opened and Lilith walked out. She looks paler that usual which is worrying Eda even more.

"Lilly are you ok?" asked Eda

"No all of a sudden I'm just not feeling well." replied Lilith

"I think we better take you to go see Lyra." suggested Eda

Lilith nodded in agreement and Eda said "Hooty watch over King. I have to take Lilly to go see Lyra." Hooty poked his head into the house and said "No worries Eda I'll keep an eye on him. And I hope Lulu will be ok." Eda and Lilith left the house and headed to Lyra's. Once at Lyra's house Eda knocked on the door. They went in when they head Lyra yell "Come on in!" Eda and Lilith went in and found Lyra. Lyra smiled and asked "What can I do for you ladies?"

"After Lilly had breakfast she. Started not feeling well and was. Throwing up for five minutes." replied Eda

Lyra walked up to Lilith and said "Have a sweet heart." Lilith nodded and sat down. First Lyra looked over Lilith and all seemed fine. Then she used her magic to figure out what is going on with Lilith. Suddenly she stopped, smiled, and said "Well I think congratulations are in order Lilith. You're pregnant." Both Eda and Lilith's eyes went wide. Lyra gave Lilith an herb her her nausea. Then Eda and Lilith left Lyra's house. As they walked Eda asked "Did you and Adam have sex? The last time you two were together?" Lilith nodded and replied "Yes we did and. I don't think either one of us. Used a protection spell."

"Lilly and I thought you were the more responsible one." Eda quipped

"Oh Eda you know what it's like when. Your with someone you love. And things get hot and heavy quick. And one thing leads to another. That's why I'm surprised that you haven't gotten pregnant." Lilith pointed out

Eda sighed and said "Well Lilly kids isn't in the cards for me." Lilith looked at Eda and asked "Why not?" Eda sighed again and replied "I'm barren Lilly." Lilith stopped walking, gasped, and asked "Are you barren because of the curse?" Eda shrugged and replied "I don't know for sure. Because I talked to Mom and she told me. That being barren runs on both sides of the family." Lilith hugged Eda and said "Oh Eda I am so sorry." Eda hugged Lilith back and said "It's ok Lilly I have King. And I can always spoil my niece or nephew." The sisters pulled away and continued on their way.

Soon they arrived at Adam's house. Lilith knocked on the door and waited. Soon the door opened and Adam saw Lilith and Eda. He smiled and said "Hi my love come on in." Eda and Lilith went in and Adam hugged Lilith. She hugged him back and said "I have something to tell you." Adam kissed her forehead and said "Go ahead."

"Adam I'm pregnant." stated Lilith

Adam's eyes went wide and all he said was "Oh my Titan." Lilith snuggled into Adam and started crying.

"What's wrong my song bird?" asked Adam

"I'm scared Adam Eda and I are wild witches. We hide from the coven scouts. And most of all I'm scared that. The curse is going affect out baby." sobbed Lilith

Adam held Lilith tight and said "Don't worry about the coven scouts. Eda, Hooty, and I will help protect you. I don't know how the curse. Is going to affect out baby. But we will all be here for you." Lilith started calming down and said "Thank you Adam." After visiting Adam for a while Eda and Lilith went home. Four months have passed and Lilith is four months pregnant. She is showing a small baby bump. Eda thinks that King is now a year old. So she and Lilith decided to celebrate King's birthday. They had something good to eat and Eda gave him presents. Now Eda and Lilith are sitting on the couch watch King play.

"How are you doing Lilly?" asked Eda

"I'm doing well but I'm still a bit scared." replied Lilith

"Don'y worry Lilith you have me, Hooty, Adam, Mom, and Dad. On your side and we'll help in any way we can." assured Eda

Lilith smiled and said "Thank you Eda" Eda hugged her sister and said "No problem Lilly." Two months have passed and Lilith is now six months pregnant. She is showing a medium size baby bump. Right now Adam, Lyra, Gwendolyn, and Dell are at the Owl house. Lyra is there to check on Lilith and her baby. So she had Lilith lay down. Using her magic and senses she started checking on the baby. Soon she smiled and said "The baby is strong and healthy. I don't sense anything wrong."

"Is the baby being affected by the curse?" asked Lilith

Lyra was quite for a minute then replied "From what I'm sensing no." Lilith sighed and said "Thank the Titan." Still smiling Lyra said "Don't worry your baby is strong and healthy. Do you want to know the gender?" Adam and Lilith looked at each other. Then Adam replied "We've been picking out both boy and girl named. So either way we are prepared." Lilith sat up and said "I would lile to be surprised." With that said Lyra took her leave. Gwendolyn and Dell visited for a while. Then they too went home. Adam stayed and is sitting with Lilith. He has his hands on her belly.

And is enjoying the feeling of their baby moving and kicking. Both Adam and Lilith are glad that their baby is ok. Three months have passed and Lilith is nine months pregnant. Right now Lyra and Adam are at the Owl House. Lilith has been in labor for hours. Finally after hours of labor Lyra gave Lilith the go ahead to push. Ten minutes later most of the baby is out. And Lyra said "Ok Lilith give me one more big push." Even though Lilith is getting tired. She took in a deep breath, held it and pushed. The rest of the baby came out and. Lilith let out her breath and caught her breath. Soon the room is filled with the cries of the baby.

Lyra cut the cord and laid the baby on Lilith's belly. She smiled and said "Way to go Lilith it's a beautiful baby girl." Lilith just smiled and watched as. Lyra started drying off and cleaning off her baby. Lyra cut the rest of the cord off. Then she wrapped the baby in a purple blanket. Lyra then gave Lilith her baby. Everyone in the room smiled as they watched Lilith hold her baby. The baby so far has dark red hair.

"What are you going to name her Lilly?" asked Eda

Lilith looked at her daughter, smiled again, and replied "I'm going to name her Scarlett." Adam kissed Lilith on her forehead and said "That's a wonderful name my dear I love it." Lyra cleaned up, made sure Lilith and Scarlett are ok, then she left. Eda also left the room to let Adam and Lilith bound with their daughter.
