Chapter 37:Rescue The Damsel In Distress
Back inside the room where neo was right now the mute wasn't exactly in the best state right now. Whatever they injected into her made her feel all funny. Mainly because she could barely keep her train of thought going at time. Along with that her body ached like acid was poured into her veins that burned occasionally. It didn't help she was still in the yukata from the festival as she layed on the bed they tossed her on.
Right now what she wouldn't give to have her umbrella right now to teach her parents a lessong. Because all they care about is their status and they have the nerve to tell she has a sister now. She has two sibling already, they're a lynx and professional thief. But she couldn't do anything in this state
While she layed in the bed she hopes the others could get here on time to help her. Because from what they did early shes expecting them to just do it over and over again to make her behave. She doesn't want them to hurt her family, friends or her girlfriend
But soon enough she heard the clicking of a door opening as she glanced at the door.
Walking into the angel was that angel girl her parents adopted along with a maid from the looks of it. Along with a maid who seemed familiar for some reason.
As she seemed in her late fiities along with having silver colroed hair that was styled into a bun. Along with that she had light black skin with a set of light red eyes. Their was also how she seemed to be human judging by her appearance.
The maid closed the door carefully as angel stepped into view as she growled at her making her back off
"Umm..uh…i'm not here to hurt you okay"angel reassured making her not buy that
She used her current sretength to pick herself up as she backed up into a corner. Then she struggled to grab the hairpin from her hair that had a sharp end to it pointing at them. But her arms struggled to even hold a simple hairpin.
"Miss can you please calm down. Besides the…young lady here and some our staff wanted to come check on you. wanted us to give you something to eat"the maid said
As she walked over with a tray that contained proaige along with a bottle of tea. With something that made her sick a small little love note with a heart saying it was from her mother. Neo gaged at the sight of it
"It you don't want the food that fine. but…."Angel paused for some reason which she noticed
Because she was glancing into the corner of the room right now. Mainly because their was a security camera right their with a green light saying it was on right now. Until after a few seconds it shut off as the two changed personality immediately
"Okay i asked a couple of the other staff to distract those awful mercs in the control room. God those men are pigs"the head maid said in complete disgust as neo noticed something an SDC collar on her neck meaning she didn't ask for this
Angel immediately walked over reaching into her pocket pulling out something that being another syringe. This made neo flinch as she tried to move away but felt the effect from the other drug.
"Calm down this is an antidote for the crap they put in you. It'll take a while to drown the rest of our your system"angel said
This made the mute hesitated slightly on wanting to trust her right now but she really had no option. Slowly offering her arm to her angel then pressed the needle on her skin as she winced then it was injected into her bloodstream. Removing the needle neo felt a little better as she sat herself up confused why she was helping her
"Why are you helping me?'neo signed very slowly struggling a little hoping they understand asl
"Why are we helping you? Because i'm sick of being here now after a decade of her shit"angel said which confused the mute right now because she seemed to love it here
"But…you seem…to be the perfect daughter they. The daughter i couldn't be"neo signed slowly
The maid scoffed"perfect daughter my ass. Can't belive your even alive still after all these years along with me still be forced to serve your mother"she said which made the mute look puzzled that she knew her when she was just six year old. The maid noticed her staring
"Oh you might not remember me…i'm isabella the head maid for the last two decades almost for carmel and her coward of a husband. I even changed yur diapers"isabella introduced herself making the mute look at her strange
"Didn't need to hear that but…why are you even helping me right now?"neo sighed
The girl who was her so called parents replacement daughter looked at her. Then she slowly reached for her eyes doing something as she removed contact from her eyes. They went from brown to a set of light black eyes as she looked down.
"Becuase i'm sick of this stupid lifestyle…i though that since they adopted me i'd be in a loving family. No…no all they care about is their stupid status"angel scoffed sitting on the bed as it creaked
"I've been their good little girl for years now. Along with that…taking stupid classes they forced me to take every month and day. I thought they'd should me affection unlike the people in atlas…seriously the glass unicorn is a hell hole"angel said making her look cofnsued
"Whats the glass unicorn"neo sighed
Isabella scoffed"A fancy little hotel in atlas run by someone called madame. Heres a little info on her and her daughters. Their so called help are either slaves or orphans she employ. Good friends with your mother and her daughters"she explained as she didn't like the sound of them already.
"Yeah…i lived their for a year of hell…a little kid forced to do mainly labor. Angel not even my real name…its…kristy"angel said as her real name was actually kristy.
Neo looked surprised thinking they adopted her from some oprahnge when she was a baby by assumption. But hearing how she was forced to change her name along with her lfiestyle doesn't seem right in the slightest. As the mute sighed shaking her head finally getting some strength back from that antidote they gave her as she picked her up sighing.
"Guess you've lived the perfect life they seem to dream off. I'm assuming you think if you all help me that you can escape from here?"she signed as the two nodded
"Yes. because i have eyes and ears. Seems your old parents decided to work with someone by the name of arthur watts"isabella said making the mute flinch right now

"He made the grimm knights…he…these are the people responsible for the attack on beacon and havan. Is their one here"neo signed stunning the two but the maid shook her head
"No i haven't seen anyone matching that description. Except for who is very old friends of your mother since the two have been on assassin jobs with each other. But shes planning to burn that hotel your friends are staying at. Yet she still hans't come up with a plan"isballe said
Beofre long the maid noticed the ceram light start to blink green again which means their out of time. The women picked up the tray as she looked at kristy
"Angel dear accompany your new sister. If she won't eat this i'll go and prepare something else for her"isabella said leaving the two as kristy began to pretend to talk about random topics to her
"You will love it here dear sister. I hope to welcome you back into mother and fathers arms"krsity said looking at her facing away from the camera as neo understood what was going on deciding to play along with her scheme for now as the two tried to have some conversation
Back in the hotel right now everyone was gearing up for when they arrive at the mansion that carmel vanilla owned. As after ren little rleavation of him being able to sense where neo was they were now all at the table in the lounge studying something
That being a map they luckily pulled from the area after they did some digging on the floor plans on the house. They studied them right now as they were trying to come up with a plan
"So we just gotta storm a large house….done we all just go and deal with it"loki said stupidly
"Thats a dumb idea dude. I mean what if they come to the hotel to burn it down or worse attack us. Becuase it seems very likly thats what they'll be doing"Sun replied with ruby nodding tapping her chin studying the floor plan of the manor
It seemed simple enough along with that the wide space seems to be a courtyard from the look of it. Though it doens't exactly tell them what their dealing with at the hotel extactly because if talon are their a grimm knight might even be their right now.
"And if shes with the talon…they might have a grimm knight which might be a tough task to handle"ruby stated
"True but if their was one i mean how can we tell this will be tough"cardin replied
Though the silver eyed teen wasn'ted going to give up clearly as she thought of something that might work for now when they head their to scout of the building out for the group.
"Alright heres the plan. We head to the manor and we send a group to scout it out. Along with that have some of us here move to another building till we give the all clear. They will come to the hotel but with the council providing some police in the area and the guards patrolling"ruby said pausing to continue
"But we will need to clear the building out from any harm. With it being near the forest we can scout it out first then come up with an approach"Ruby said although soon enough someone cleared their throat that being winter stepping forward
"God a plan ice empress"qrow joked making some snicker at that as winter found that nickname annoying now
"Ceast the childish behaviro qrow. Because miss rose that plan is solid but your forgetting who you have here. Atlas own elite soldiers to help you on this mission which will make this entire ordeal easier to deal with. Srgenat wukong please gather your men and prepare'winter ordered as she nodded as they were all ready and geared up

"Fine….lets get this down soon because i'm sure no one here wants to hear military slang for the entire night"zane replied
"Well this is gonna be fun we get to see you act like some military grunt tonight. You gonna start slauting the chain of command"yang joked as he was unamuzed
"Enough jokes. Lets get going because me, yang, weiss, vance, lazuli, may, onxyia, eria, zane. Along with uncle, miss walker, carmen,mars, cardin, jaune, nora and loki are coming with us to the manor. If we get done quick we can save neo"ruby said in a serious tone as they all nodded getting ready for the mission right now
But as they were all getting ready to go nora stared at ruby for a moment worried right now as soon she felt a hand on her
"Nora talk to her real quick. I understand you feel sorry for what you did do the right thing"ren said which made her smile at him nodding
As ruby was grabbing some sniper caritage into her pouch. Soon enough nora walked over tapping her on the shoulder getting her attention at that moment
"Oh uh yeah…do you need help with something nora?"ruby asked as the ginger looked down sighing
"Look i…i know you might say you forgive me. But i'm…i'm sorry for what i did to you since the attack on havan happened. I…i knew about those side of yours eyes but…i just told myself to blame you because i didn't know who to blame. I'm sorry"nora apologized from the heart
As the two of them stayed silent as the girl hoped she wouldn't hit her right now. But instead of hitting her ruby wrapped her arms around her hugging her for a moment then released it
"I…i kinda understand where you coming from. If something happened to yang and it was an aiccdnet i would be mad. But…please don't do something like that again. Use your words instead of acting like that"ruby said kidney
This made nora stunned in her tracks for a moment but smiled slightly at her
"Okay i will…but i'll let you punch me in the face if we train again. Maybe even tell you some of the embarrassing thing your mom did watching over us"nora said as she giggled at that
"That sounds nice"ruby replied
Soon enough they all quickly made their way outside making their way out to be met by some airships. They quickly boarded them as they were escorted to the bottom of the cliffs to make their way up to the estate. Slowly but surely they made their way through the woods until they made it to the estate
As they looked down upon the estate they looked shocked at what they were seeing. That being the entire courtyard covered in several lights but they noticed several armed soldier patroling the courtyard right now. All of them seeming to be on edge for something.
"Whoa those are alot of badguys. Maybe we should have brought more people with us"carmen mentioned
"Nah it'll be fine kiddio you got us here. Three of us can handle these guys before even breakfast"jamal said checking over his shield making sure it was strapped tight to his back at that moment
"What do you see down their may?"vance asked
The sniper lifted her beanie up to reveal her prosthetic eye which nate noticed a little impressed right now. As the glow from the eye changed a couple times as she switched to her infrared mode on it. Then she started to count them out by blinking to zoom in more then nodded
"I count about maybe…twenty guys a few of them look like claw operatives. I see more movement in the house but it might be the help. But one of the guys in the courtyard has alot of fire around them"may replied
"My guess is our loving merc that they hired."tai said
"Dang kid thats a fancy prosthetic. What that thing got variable zoom..night vision?"nate asked impressed
""This? Oh uh i was born without my eye…just well…its got heatseaking, electronic tracking, nightvision. Along with it being able to calculate distance and wind sometime too but messes with my head"may replied
Paddy chuckled loading a bullet through the top of his sniper as he layed down setting out a bipod to stablize his aim.
"Wish i had that. Make hunting grimm down in blizzard ten times easier without having to lug around a bunch of gear"paddy replied
"Cut the chatter…okay we need to create some chaos in this place. Because if we manage to shut the lights off in the courtyard. We could disortant them long them to get the drop on them"bonnet replied as ruby nodded
Then she began to scan the courtyard for any sign of a building that might be the storage shed for the generator. Her eyes then layed upon one building that seemed a little close to the front entrance of the manor. As their was a small checkpoint of three guards patrolling it.
"Near the gate their are three guards. Along with the generator room being close to it you think we should take that out first"ruby said as they all nodded
Carefully they began to make their way down the hill leaving the three shaprshooters behind with jill watching their backs just in case. They carefully moved down the hilled path as the shadows obscured their vision right now. As they did the three guards where talking for a bit.
"Man i'm happy we got left behind instead of being forced to go god knows where"one soilder said
"Are you that big of a baby about being in the snow and sand?"another retorted with a cigarette in their mouth taking his smoke break for the night. As the third was a female who sighed
"Uhhh i rather be stuck dealing with some pompus assholes. Because the cultist in vacuo creep me out even a few of our guys take their break worshiping someone. Then theirs the snow its blistering cold in atlas all day and every day. Besides hard to make our way into their anyway"she replied
The two agreed with her on that as they stood guard before a whsilting noise could be heard. They immediately became on the defensive looking toward the source right now as they began to walk over to check it out. As they slowly made their way over near the darkness as their light source was the small lamp
Suddenly two of the guards where tackled by someone as the remaining one looked at his fellow co workers. As right now ontop of one of them was bonnet who wrapped her legs around one beginning to choke them out. While the other was harper using his shotgun sqeezing their neck from behind to choke them out
"Crap! We got–"he was stopped as a set of arms were placed around his neck right now. As beginning to choke him out was zane as the soldier kicked and struggled to break free. But the three began to pull them into the darkness as the other two choked theirs out. Then after a bit of time he knocked his out tossing them to the side.
While watching that was loki whos jaw dropped seeing that in amazement
"Dude…that was so cool you gotta teach me how to do that"loki said quietly the best he could
"Keep your mouth shut man. Okay we get its cool but your lucky we decided to not kill these guys despite deserving it"harper replied as a couple of them swapped glances
"Not all of them are too bad…some of them really never asked for this. Their pretty much forced into it"jaune stated which confused but they didn't have time for questions right now. They made their way into the manor
As lazuli sped her way over to the shed as she produced a lockpick kit. Then she began to pick the lock on the door. While listening to it for her was mars who had partial animal ears from his semblance atop his head as he heard a clicking noise
"Okay a little more to the left this time"mars said as she turned it to the left again then another click could be heard. They did this a couple more times for a moment until the final time the door click it creaked open. Getting inside they noticed a switchboard along with a generator their but jamal noticed something
"Yo kiddies we got non hostels inside. Look at this radar range for collars?"jamal poined out a switched labeled for teh collars
"Wait….ohhh i'm not surprised someone like her has hired help with SDC collars. They aint pretty i'll tell you what"carmen replied from expeirnce
"Then we shut this down because lets leave them a little bit of an explosive surprise. Then the fireworks begin"alexa said reaching into her pack pulling out a shaped charge. She began to plant a few of them onto the machine then green lights turned on saying they were armed
Quickly they all got out of the generator shed as they apporaced a small little wall that provided some cover. As right now in the courtyard in a black body suit armed with a submachine on her back was carmel. While she paced around with garfield by her side talking to someone
"Look watts you listen here. I will honor our deal but you didn't tell me i would be dealing with all of team STRQ. Along with winter schnee and atlas special soldiers"Carmel said to arthur on the other end on speaker
"Carmel dear i told you it would be a tough task. You either complete our end of deal and we'll hold outs. I want those target i assigned you to be capture alive then i'll convince my queen to see if you can join our court. Prove yourself here and we shall see"Arthur spoke on the other end but some heard it
"Anyone else hearing that right now?"bonnet asked
"No we don't have enhanced hearing what is she saying and who is she talking to?"nora asked as the tiger growled gripping the small concrete wall infront of them
"Its a little mad sinciest we know. Of course that bitch is working with him guess i hate my nieces mother even more. She decided to ally herself with watts"nadia growled as her son narrowed his gaze gripping his dual swords tight right now wondering something
"You think hes here right now? Because if hes is….that psycho is mine when i get my hands on him"zane said with malice making harper shoot him a look for another time
"Well we need to start our little distraction….nora could you shoot some grenades at them to make them spread out. Then we can focus on dealing with fyre and carmel while some of you head inside to save neo"ruby said as the ginger nodded
As the girl readied herself with some grenade shell as alexa held a denator in hand beginning to slowly count down in her hands from three. While she did as they all got their weapons ready to charge in. once she reached three she pressed the denator as carmel continued to talk
"Fine i'll try but i need time"Carmel said hanging up on him sighing in complete annoyance right now rubbing her face
"Come now carmel it shoudln't be hard. All we gotta do is trap them inside then burn them out like vermin"garfield said pressing the trigger on his flamethrower as it had a small flame light at the end
"We need to come up with a plan or next thing i know we–"She was stopped by something
As suddenly a loud explosion rang out in her home. Then the lights all around them started to shut off which confused her. After a few seconds the back up lights came on as she guessed a fuze blew. But that was when something came down dennating right near some soldiers as they were launched into the air in all directions
Immediately more of them started to ran down from the sky curiosity of nora right now. As she fired off several shells then she quickly tossed out the spent shells. Then she pulled a few out of her pouch placing a few in then she louded the cylinder with new shells.
But she had an idea looking at yang as the two shared a look with each other
"Wanna do a comet drop on them?"nora asked the blonde smirked
"Fine only if we spar after where done here at some point. "Yang replied as her sister guessed what they were doing. As everyone began to storm from their cover to fight off the soldiers in the courtyard at that moment
"Jaune! Use your shield to launch them!"she called out as he nodded before activating the hard light dust on his shield. Then from the side two hard light dust walls appeared then he planted his feet on the ground. The two girls then readyed their feet as they dashed forward jumping onto the shield
Yang quickly planted her feet turning around as nora pressed a trigger on her hammer. This caused the two to be launched into the air at that very moment. But as they got some air time quickly yang gripped nora by the wrist as she flicked one gauntlet with her free hand firing off a few shots gaining some airtime for them.
With a mighty roar she threw nora down to the ground as she reeled her hammer back just in time. As donw below right now where she was heading where a couple soldier with three by their side preapring a rocket launcher. But as they were loading ina rocket into the barrel a shadow slwoly casted over them making them look up
They all looked up seeing their fate coming straight for them at that moment as nora gave a war cry. The soilders tried to escape but it was too late as she slammed her hammer down onto the ground creating a large dust cloud around them for a moment. Close by was eria who coughed from the dust
As it soon settled nora stood their leaning against her hammer smiling as the five soldiers where on the ground at that moment
"Nice…job nora….but what about yang?"eria asked as falling from the sky right now was yang who looked at the ground seeing no way of landing right now
Noticing this right now zane quickly this time went into his titan form. Then he dashed forward opening his arms up as luckily unlike the last time this happened he caught her. The blonde shook her head off as he set her down
"Hey this time you didn't get crushed by me"yang said as he molted it off pulling a revolver and undoing his hidden blade
"Well i guess but….yo harp! Shaker! stonewall!Confetti!"he called out to the two who nodded rushing over to join him right now. As alexa pulled out a set of grenades pulling the pins of them as she dashed forward toward a set of soilder at that moment beginning to fire at jaune, loki and carmen stuck behind cover at that very moment
While this happen harper brought out his shotgun at the ready as he loaded in a couple fire dust shotgun shell underneath the slot in his wepaon. Next was jamal who dashed forward with his shield out rushing forward toward the soldiers who noticed him apporahcing. Changing their target they began to open fire on the shield bearer to stop him in his tracks.
But it was barely doing anything as the bullets kept bouncing off the shield like nothing. As soon enough form the ridgeline a certain sniper noticed what they were doing as paddy steadyed his scopes on them taking a deep breath in to steady this one shot. While jamal rushed into the soilders pushing some of them to the ground as a few of them dodged the sudden charge
As jamal quickly turned around planting his shield down in just in time as they began to open fire on him with a hail of bullets. While the others slowly picked themsleves up as alexa used this moment to throw one grenade that had a purple hue to it. The grenade went straight for them as time seemed to slow down right now with them.
The grenade went into the middle of the soldiers as harper lifted his shotgun up pressing on the trigger. He pumped out two quick shots of fire dust pellets that went flying toward the grenade at that moment. It kept blinking and blinking faster right now like it was ready to explode
The soldiers tired to escape it right now but the pellets immediately hit the outer shell of the grenade then it caused it to denote. As quickly a gravity well went off cuaisng the soldiers all to be pulled into the dust grenades force. Then alexa reeled her arm back tossing the next grenade into the air with a yellow hue coming off of it. That was when paddy struck
The sniper then pressed down on a trigger as a loud sniper to ring out. Immediately the bullet soared into its target which was the grenade. It detonated as sparks of electricity came off it showering the soldiers in the dust as they culvused screaming in pain as they fell to the ground.
They were a little impressed by their teamwork actually right now as eria smirked as she fired her pistol off at a few soilders behind cover hitting one aura down slightly
"So thats where you got your crazy schemes and strategies from"eria commented
As her ladder dodged as strike from a soldier as they stumbled then he unslakced his gauntlet blade gripping the slacked rope twirling it before throwing it at the soldier as it qucikly coiled around their body. With a hard yank he brought them forward punching them square in the jaw sending them to the dirt at that moment
"Well they come in handy"zane replied quickly returning to the fighting right
But with a few of them mainly being weiss, nadia,lazuli along with carmen who regorups with tai and yang as ruby was firing back at a few soilders but ducked just in time for cover
"Okay guys where to now because we need someone to get inside the house"ruby said
"I can go. I think from my assumption she might be on the third floor maybe…just a guess but i can get inside. Maybe the staff might even help us"carmen replied
"I'll go with you i rather not have my brother girlfriend get hurt"weiss said cheeky making her friend sigh
"Okay then…"tai was stopped as suddenly a spew of flames was launched into their direction. Immediately they all dove out of the way of the raging flames as in the sky at the moment was garfield who jetpakcs engines roared with life. As carmel flipped a dagger around holding it backward pointing a submachine at them
"Well its the tiger that gave me that stupid speech on raising kids. You know i'm just gonna kill you this time"carmel said
Nadia chuckled"oh but you were quaking in your boots with the mighty summer rose their. Think you can handle raven branwhen boytoy and me"she asked as tai had no weapon except for a set of brass kncukels as he cracked them with loud pops
"You know people like you make me despise the rich. Your a terrible parent"tai taunted as she rolled her eyes
Garfield laughed at them as he fired a stream of fire into the air"at least i'm not married to some savage….i'll burn you in my flames!"he shouted in joy as tai shared a look with his daughter as she smacked her fist together
"No one talks ill of my mom and gets away with it. Lets get him dad"tai cheered as the father and daughter duo rushed forward to deal with the pyro maniac. While lazuli stared down carmel as her brother joined her side after he finished snapping a soldier wrist bringing his pistol out
"So you are our baby sister mom…..were here to take her back"Vance said as carmel fired off her machine gun at them as they quickly dodged it as lazuli snatched him up using her enhanced speed.
Once they emerged she laughed at them"fat chance you little brats are going to stop me. Unlike last time i have actually soldiers to help me kill you!"She shouted as they all began the brawl of the cetnered right now with each other
Meanwhile weiss, carmen along with jaune rushed inside the house as bonnet quickly followed watching their backs. As they got to the front door jaune rushed forward with his shield bashing straight through the door inside
Once they they didn't meet any enemies inside as it was too quiet right now which made them on the defensive. The monkey faunus mtoioned for the stairs as they quickly ran up the stairs to the next level. Then after that they got to the third level immediately
But once they got to the third level they saw something strange that being isabella who was being helped by a butler taking off someone collar throwing them to the ground. Their were a few of the other help with her armed with makeshift weapons as they noticed them
"Uhhh ma'am their are people here"one of the maid said making the head mermaid stare them down but looked surprised
"I expected someone to come rescue that girl i used to watch when she was a child. But a schnee and an atlas soldier is quite a surprise"isablle replied
"Well shes my friend obviously…is everyone here being forced to work here?"weiss asked as they hesiated but she nodded
"They are alot of them are faunus but heck she even forced humans to wear those collars. I've known how they felt for twenty years now. But lets not waste anymore time the girl is down the hall"isabella said
They nodded in agreement beginning to follow her quickly to where neo was being held. As the other help began to rush downstairs to escape right now from this prison. After some time they reached the room neo was being held in bursting through the door
But right now krsity was trying to fight off jimmy who pistled whipped her to the ground. As he had neo in his grasp who looked rather weak right now from the drugs in her system right now.
"you god dam mistake! If you won't defend your parents like your told i can use her as a bargaining chip!"jimmy shouted in fear as krsity layed on the ground in pain
Then weiss drew her sword pointing at him glaring at him seeing some similarities in a certain father of heres
"Let her go right now! Because you've failed and you all will be going into jail for a long time!"weiss demanded
But jimmy quickly placed a pistol to neo skull hard as she winced. Then he began to back up a little at that moment away from them in complete fear. Because he wasn't much a fighter that went to his hired goons and wife
"S-stay back! You want her alive right? Let…m-me go…and i'll just leave. Then i'll hand her to you….i've done nothing wrong"jimmy said but they knew he was lying
"Oh abounding my daughter in the snow trying to kill her means you did nothing wrong. God your the spitting image of jacuqe schnee without the ugly mustache"carmen taunted right now making him growl at her right now making anger boil a little

Carmen rushed over helping neo up who graoend as she picked her up princess style. Isabella rushed over hosting kristy to her feet as the girl winced slightly from the attack.
"Now all we gotta do is stop carmel and that merc."bonnet said as jimmy began to crawl away to a balcony window. The man started to try and open it but isabella growled walking over as she grabbed the man hosiitng him to his feet
Then she bursted through the window holding him near the balcony to their shock as he stared down below at the hard ground
"What are you doing! I hired you to serve me!?"jimmy shouted in fear as she glared at him spitting in his face
"Yeah you deserve this you vindictive asshole. Along with what you and your frineds did to that girl…you forced her to do ungodly things. Then killed her burying the body in the ocean. This is karma"She said before shoving him off the edge
As the man screamed in fear as he plumated to the ground as he landed hard on the ground breaking his neck on the impact. Isabella dusted her hands off as they stared at her for what she just did
"You..you killed him?"jaune said scared now
The women scoffed"bastard deserved it him and his friends raped on of the staff here then killed her. Lets get going because if the police ask it was self defense"she said codly as they decided to just follow her right now
But back outside right now with the others yang and tai were tag teaming the flying mercaenry right now. As garfield fired a stream of flames at them from above trying to burn them alive. But narorwly dodging it was tai who dove out of the way right now hitting the ground for a moment. Then garfield came back around dive bombing at him as he riased his nozzle straight toward him
"Burn!"he shouted pressing down as the nozzle burned bright firing a stream of fire at him. But the man was quicker as he dodged the flames as he picked up a metal bat from a soldier. Then he rushed foward as he swung the bat hard into the man side making him wheeze for air for a moment. Tai then kicked him in the knee making him kneel
The blonde man reeled his fist back with all his might socking him in the face. This caused garfield to be knocked to the ground as his helmet came off. Then he looked at the two revealing his face
That being a very burned face with third degree burns with yellow eyes along with his nose not even being their
Yang shivered"oh man buddy…you must not hit it off with the ladies"she taunted as he growled at her
Then he picked up his flamethrower then ignited the engines on his jetpack. He immediately got airbourne as he began to fire a stream of fire into them trying to burn them to a fine crisp. But tai and yang began to ran around him.
But as they ran around soon enough the man stopped the swell of the flames then aimed at one person that being yang. As he fired a stream of fire at her but with quick thinking shoved her out of the way as the two landed hard on the ground. Yang groaned shaking herself off for a moment
"Thanks dad….ughhh that really hurt"yang said
Tai picked himself up sighing as he panted for air"yeah i mean hes a little tough right now"he said as garfield was above them laughing at that moment right now
"Seems i managed to singe you a little boy and you girl"garfield said as their was a small fire on tai shoulder. But he quickly patted that out putting it out though yang smelled something burning right now. She slowly looked to the burning smell going wide eyed seeing her burned off a small bit of her hair as he tautned them
"I've heard that bitch raven is crippled now. Maybe i'll bring you girl to her and make you watch as i torch her alive!"garfiedl said in joy
For some reason something inside yang just snapped inside yang hearing how he'll kill her parents. Along with that he probably said the same to countless people he tortured burning them alive. Then their was one other thing he burned her hair! As she activated her semblance as something different hapepned
As once she gave out a war cry her hair erupted into flames but so did the rest of her body. This caught tai offguard as soon enough something strange happened. As a figure coated in flames stood their right now with a set of glowing liaise colored eyes their. Yang smacked her fist together that shot flames
"No one threatens my family! Along with touching my hair!"yang shotued before dashing forward toward the man head on. Garfield laughed at this before aiming his flamethrower in her path spraying down a wall of flames. He coudln't even see her at that moment but suddenly a shotgun blast could be heard
From the flames barely even being affected by it was yang who roared in rage reeling her fist back punching him square in the jaw. As he began to pulmate to the ground but she grabbed him by the collar punching him several times in the face over and over again several times.
As down below where they were heading was carmel who was thrown back by lazuli blade. But she barely had time to steady herself as vance rushed over dro kicking her into a statue desotrying it as she layed on the ground coughing right now from that hit
The two sibling regrouped with each other with determined looks
"Give up lady because if you don't we can just beat you up till the cops get here"vance said
"Yep. because were our baby sister family now…not you"lazuli stated as this made carmel growl at them
"Shut up! I tried to be a good mother to her! But shes just a god dam failure who embarrassed me! I thought with her newfound fame she would make me rise up the ladder! But no! She uses that dumb name she gave her stupid iamginary friend!"carmel shouted as the two adoptive siblings rolled their eyes at her
Before long garfield came crashing down hard on his jetpack and tanker on his back. As he fired an airblast into yang launching her back next to the two. But they looked surprised seeing her in flames right now
"Hey you good…your um…on….fire"vance pointed out making her stare them
"What are you talking about i'm not…"yang stopped as she pointed at them but noticed her arm in flames making her drop and roll to put them out. But they weren't going out along with that they didn't even hurt.
With them distracted carmel grinned"burn them to a crisp fyre!"she demanded as he laughed aiming his flamethrower. But right as he pressed the trigger air was leaking out of his tank and jetpack. Suddenly a spark irngited which blew up coating the two in flames.
This surprised them as garfield layed on the ground not even moving. While carmel was covered in flames screaming out in pain trying to put them out. But their was a patch of fire around her
"Put me out! Help me! I don't wanna die!"she called out in desperation as they stared at her for a moment. With nate scoffing at her because it was too late for her
"Sorry lady…your kinda too far gone. Unless you wanna live in a hospital like a pesant"he taunted as she growled using her remaining strength to lunge at them. But easily they dodged it as she layed on the ground glaring at them as her eyes widely looked around
Deciding to walk away they did as carmel reached out for help from the flames that she coated herself in. soon enough she stopped moving laying face down as the flames crackled off her body
After everything was dealt with the council sent some guards and police over to arrest the remaining soilders. But they also carried out a few body making dean eye them for a moment
"Well seems that those three arne't going to be a problem. But lucky for you i'll have someone help their so called workers return to their families if their still around. Though…why is she on fire?"dean asked pointing at yang still on fire confused herself
"I don't know how to shut it off!"yang shouted with worry
"Uhhh….okay could you do this before this is weird"Cardin said placing a finger near her but winced moving his hand back from the heat. Until eventually yang aura ran out as the flames around her disappeared as she knetl down panting a little from that.
"Welp problem solved and we got our baby sister back"vance said with neo on his back smiling slightly but groaned a little seeming to still be in pain.
"Thats nice but uh…angel was it?"phoebe asked
"Its actually of kristy torres…um…uh can i not be sent back to the glass unicorn please. I don't wanna go back their"kristy said which made them pause on what to do with her but someone decided to take a page from someone book
