Chapter 39:Interesting Past
After the little incident with the marigold parents. They were all busy right now going through some of henry things. As they were busy sorting through the bags placing any clothes ruined by the mud outside. Along with the snow as tealla took a quick shower to clean up while boring a pair of maroon shorts and a long sleeve till her clothes are all clean in the wash.
While they had a bit of small conversation with agine laughing at what happened outside
"Man those two kept saying ill sue but no….apprently may cousin is dating someone interesting. I thought you where some skater punk…but both your mom are big wigs in atlas"agine cooed teasing the two lovers
This made hunter blsuhed embarrassed right now"mom please make her shut up….seriusly this is so embarrassing"he whined but mariana was joining her
"Awww are you embarrassed your tough soldier of a mom married a nerd. Well i dig chick who are smart…balance out my boyish side i got"mariana cooed as the two boy just hated this right now as tealla kept laughing at them

As he wore a dark red leather jacket with zipeprs on the sides along on his wrist all of them colored silver. While he wore leather pants with some kneedpads along with some pads on his thighs. Along with wearing a pair of red fingelress gloves with some red boots. This man seemed to love the color red.
While strapped to his side was a dark grey pig mask for some reason, but he went wide eyed seeing sora with medical eequipment
"Sora what the hell happened to you?"the man asked in a deep accent rushing over pulling a chair up to her side
"Oh verm….relax i'm qutie fine just had an accident is all"Sora reassured
"You coughed up blood yesterday…none of that is fine"pyke argued as the women looked embarrassed with vermillion glaring at her right now

"I…look…i'll beelive my father always believed that people can turn their lives around even if they did some terrible things. Giving someone a second chance may just end up leading to more good in the end"williow wisley said

After a bit of time they arrived into a common nurse office from the look of it. But it was far more advance as she noticed their was even an MRI machine in the room along with advance medical equipment atlas might only have access too.

Grabbing the patient gown she slipped behind some curtains beginning to change as she dropped all her clothes. Then she slipped on the patients gown quickly as they waited for her till she pulled the current back to reveal her wearing it
"Alright now that your dressed get on the table and we began small examination"carmine siad tapping on a table as slowly she got over their sitting on it. Then carmine began to exmiantion as she checked her temperature which was normal. Along with checking her eyes and ears for any sigh of infection. She did most type of common examiantion on her until she got to her back
The women looked intrigued because the grimm arm ashe has is similar to a human hand from her exmaiantion. But she looks like a mix of two to maybe three different grimm as she examined the beowulf tail that swayed around.
"Well isn't this interesting….seems that madman decided to mix things up this time"carmine stated

"I do…i just hope i can save the others who weren't volunteers…poor aarne…diego…and melissa. God…that women and saber faunus would always talk about their kids. It…made it hard by the day hearing that. "Carmine paused grabbing some tools on a nearby table sniffing slihglty as hairett sighed
"Doc…look i know your upset about them being gone. But…just talk to that pyke guy he apparently ran into that lancer chick. Along with that diego must have gotten a proper burial in menagerie…the kid promised."hariett said confusing them as robyn pieced it together quick
"You…you let them take one of their bodies?"she asked quietly making sure no one was listening
"Oh shush no one is listening…james is off doing something. Besides…i already told him how we sent the bodie back to menagerie. Theirs no use examining a charred skeleton, he was bonded to that thing for too long. At least the blair boy father could get closure"carmine sadly said

But yuri hummed for a moment thinking about"okay….since you know what most of these grimm knight are. Question….what would she be along with that uh…normal looking guy he doesn't have white skin like her"she questioned confused on that
Carmine was grabbing some tools walking over to pyrrha"for that i have no clue honestly. That man was always so interested in him….barely told me anything about him. Though i did learn his semblance was an inheritance from his birth mother apparently"carmine replied beginning to examine pyrrha back as the went wide eyed hearing his semblance was inherited
"His semblance was inherited?"she asked surprised as the women hummed
"Apperently so….i questioned bastet for a bit…turns out he has some family here in atlas. God…what was that women name she mentioned"Carmine tried to remember
"Eh hurry up doc with her don't look into it so much"hariett reminded as the doctor nervously laughed. Then she began to check over the slit for a moment using some forceps to slightly open them making pyrrha feel some pain their. Carmine stopped surprised as she picked up a small device.
Then she stood behind her pretending to take pictures with it seems. But after a couple pictures she pulled it out as yuri looked at it. It showed x-rays along with a skeleton system as the faunus was surprised
"Whoa! A portable x-ray machine…..man i've only heard of these….they cost like a fortune"yuri commented making her chuckle
"Well i did help develop them…but they are hard to make but i managed to to it. Though this is quite interesting with these right here"carmine said pointing out the small blobs where her spine was confusing them
"What exactly is that doc? Because it better not be a secret parasite you missed"hairett said
"No…no from my assumption and theory. It might be something though i would need to examine her further. But with her having mixed grimm DNA it makes it hard….sorry dear you'll need to do another check up. But in a medical opinion your in good health"carmine siad
Deciding to get changed back into her clothes once they stepped out they were greeted by the others waiting for them
"Oh hey guys wondering if something happened. Though guess what time it is….its late which means bed time"marrow said though robyn spoke up
"Well then i'm staying the night again to make sure you all don't hurt her"robyn said but hariett spoke up
"Miss hill look….i know your worried about this girl right now. But reast assured we aren't going to hurt her. Because how about this if we even touch a hair on head…i'll offer myself up as ransom alright. I understand you care deeply for people that came from a bad place. But i promise on my life that we won't hurt her"hariett said offering her a hand
This caught them by surprise what hse just declared as robyn stared at the girl hand before her right now. For starters she did hold up that end of the deal for food with caine. Then the women thoguht for a moment sighing
"Alright fine….kid be safe here okay. If anything is wrong call me got it"robyn said as pyrrha nodded as they left her with the soldiers and alcus now. The red head felt upset slightly that this would be her new dwelling for her time in atlas
With that pyrrha new home will be atlas academy for the time being. While we got to have sora tell her backstory to her host with the introduction of vermillion Raddock. Thanks for reading.
