Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Wolf Pack. Enjoy the 3500-word chapter. I do not own Sonic; Sega and a few others do.
Lupe gazed at the remains of her men. The wolf pack was battered, their spirits damaged at the end of the day… But they were still alive. She watched as dozens of civilians managed to escape from the city. All of whom were happier to be alive rather than dead in their town.
'He would not kill many if any of them. Eggman wants slaves or soldiers. It might not be the best thing, but there is the fact that they are not at all ready for this sort of thing. They are not soldiers like me. I need to save whom I can now.' Lupe thought to herself as she shook her head.
She sighed as she pondered the next move they made now that the rest of the tribe had formed with her. She nodded for them to follow as she sighed.
"Where are we going?" One of the citizens asked as the warrior from before spun towards them.
"The tunnels," The warrior responded as they looked at Lupe. "We need new food and supplies, ma'am. They will not last long if we need to move people underground." The warrior stated, checking while they checked their spear and shield.
Lupe nodded toward her friend and packmate as she started to think of their next move. She wanted to fight the next battle which also meant they did not have time to escort people… But she was a leader of warriors and tribesmen alike. She protected her people and that meant protecting them until further notice.
"We need better weapons as well." Another soldier stated with a frown. "We can't beat these machines with spears and shields alone when they have lasers and guns." Lupe and the others heard.
Both wanted to point out that their traditions were to combat the enemy with ambushes and bladed weapons. There was a point where they also realized that these weapons were also needed.
Their battle with Eggman's army showed how much they needed new tactics and to improvise now.
"We should head down towards the command center." The warrior responded toward Lupe. "There is also a new flood of boxes from the resistance. She wanted to talk with you, ma'am." He added before he frowned.
Lupe nodded toward her warriors as she moved a few leaves to the side. She moved toward her warriors and looked down the dark tunnel they had dug.
It was not a nice dig considering they were on a time limit. There was a lot to try and do at the end of the day. A lot more to say and do before now and so much more on the way.
There was also the fact it took weeks if not months to stabilize them so they did not collapse. This had been something fun for the time being when all of this was done before now. He knew for a fact that this would end with some chaos for the time being.
He had been a lot more curious as of the time being. They had to keep going before something came crashing down on them. This had been something to process for the period when this was said and done.
What she did know was that her friend had been slowly falling apart for the time being. This had been something fun that had to be dealt with before it became this.
Whatever little more interesting when all was said and done for the time being when all of this had been done before he had been a lot more curious.
There had been a lot more to do as of the time being. organize a counter-attack, find shelter for the people who had been harmed in said battle and it was something that could be done for the time being.
Still? Anything else was to be more fun than it had been before now. they had to hit back, had to hit them as of the time being.
What little he had known had been that this had been ready for this. More ready than anything else. Whatever had been here would continue to be there and that was not going to change for now, a desire to try and end it thusly again and again.
All of it bothered her to a wave of emotion she did not see coming at the end of the day. There were a lot of measures that needed to be undertaken to deal with it. She had to make sure she had enough men to try and deal with it, enough soldiers to wither the storm.
This was going to be fun no matter what. Why would they be ready to do anything at the time? She would see it end before now and end rightfully for now, a desire that had to be dealt with. Eggman had to be stopped before he hurt someone.
But then again? This was war, it was part of what made things work… They did not win everything, but they did get to fight dirty enough for things to go pair-shaped for now.
What would happen when she was gone and they were all dealt with properly? What was the best move of the moment? She had a lot more on her mind, she had a lot more at the end of the day to reflect upon.
She would need to deal with it all, she had a lot more to deal with and she would not allow it to die with, a measure of purpose at the end of the day. That was something that had to be dealt with properly.
She motioned the rest of her men into the fields. There was a lot more to which she could make do with, there was only so much more she could have done. This did not need to go the way it did, not at all.
She ran her fingers through her hair as she questioned what else may or may not be done for now. There was nothing else that could have been done to protect her men, but she would be cursed if she did not find a way to save them down the road.
Sure, it would not do much for now, but she could save whom she had been down the line. There was just so much more to this. This had to be done and dusted before now, it had meant so little to him that he could not stand it as of now.
Still? Such problems bothered her, but she seemed to have gotten it when it came down to it. There was oh so much work to have been done, oh so much and this issue was a lot worse.
"What's going to happen to everything back there?" Lupe heard from one of the soldiers as she hummed and looked around before she rubbed her temples.
"What else can we do besides run away? We need to live and survive another day." Lupe stated before she seemed to sigh and look up. "There are too many problems on my mind for me to say about this. We do not know what it would have been." Lupe before she sighed and questioned before now.
He seemed to have gotten what to where it should have been so one-sided before now. They had not yet gotten where they should have gotten and where it has prepared for it for the time being.
He did not at all know what to have questioned before it came down to it. She did not know what to focus on for the time being and it was quite clear what to have to do and what to have to question.
She did not at all know what it was to be like for the time being. He was cutting down which he seemed to have bothered while he honestly seemed to have gotten it off his mind.
"What do we do next? We must find more people to fight against the man once more." He stated to which he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.
He did not know what to focus on next. He was no real warrior like she and he did not even begin to realize it for the time being when it came down to it.
Then again? He was not honestly prepared for the next move. Perhaps it had gone so well that he just did not at all know what was coming, it would not have been the first time he had yet gotten anywhere for now.
Lupe was honestly prepared for the time being while he seemed to have to focus on certain methods as she seemed to question now for the moment.
Lupe yawned before she looked at her friend before it seemed to have to question upon now. Lupe seemed to be tired and tired as she looked before she spun her spear.
Lupe was all too much of a leader to need to focus on now. It was a big deal to need to focus on certain issues to have to question.
"What are we going to do when we're out of here?" Lupe questioned to which she got no reason real answer.
There was a lot more to focus on sooner or later. They would need a home, a place to live, a location where they were able to unwind, and yet? This place did not seem to fit the bill. It would probably be a much longer time than normal here.
Perhaps it was just life for them, it would always be living in its way and all this did was simply remind them to have to get it all over with.
Anything else was a small burden, spending that needed to die out entirely. There was nothing else to try and do before he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth before he sighed.
He did not know what to try and do before now at this moment repeatedly until it collapsed into nothing again and again.
The monstrous nightmares within him filled him with purpose but it was going to be far more than enough for now, a far more obvious nightmare than what was needed and final.
It would be worse and worse if not stopped if they continued to be burdened with such small little tasks and trinkets before now and she was a lot more to try and get it over and over before he sighed and leaned on the wall before tiring over and over now.
Where was it, and how did it get done and dusted? How did they regroup and continue to fight? What was their end goal at the end of the road?
Their answers would continue to get better and better and they would continue to build up, over and into the horizon. They needed to get it all over with, needed to slowly wear down the enemy in front of them.
It would have been something that could continue to be a problem and would be until the end of time… There was only so much that could be done to try and rectify that at the end of the day… So much to try and fix now that it really and truly did bother her.
They had a lot more to figure out as of now, something that could and would get easier and easier to figure out at the end of the day. it was a lot nicer to figure out and it would be nicer to deal with anyway.
What she did not at all know was where they would go. The number of places that were left untouched by Eggman's robots was slim to none and none of them were aware of what came next.
It was going to be a very hard chance to try and figure it out and all they could do was await the enemy and try and fight them to the bitter end if need be.
She had the plan to end up escaping if need be and all she needed was a call to an alley she had not managed to talk to in a while.
The sooner they were able to take them all down? the better they would be able to relax now when push came to shove as the time being and all of them knew it.
All their options let their enemy fall before them, fall they would and fall they must as would everyone would and could. All of it meant something that could not be easily dealt with.
Their enemies were somewhat insane… Not just because it did not all make sense, but because it was impossible to deal with it all when push came to shove.
They could not afford another head-on fight with the Eggman army and they could not just throw away their lands but it was not like they had a choice. They had so much that could and would continue to happen, unsure and uncertain of what was going on.
Lupe simply decided to deal with a better army than this and go for help. At least when they had friends?
They could afford to deal with the Freedom Fighters when such options were considered rare, such options were unbeholden for now, and very few options remained as of now… An idea that did not matter, not when it was harder and harder to relax.
No, if there was anyone that needed help? It was them and that meant going to get help even if they needed it and needed it. They would for now they had a better way to fight something.
They had hope that would die properly. All of it ended today and before it, all came to pass truly and justly.
They had a nightmarish thing, something that could be properly left to chance for now, it all ended within today, and before it came to it, an idea and opportunity at the end of the day.
They had a lot more to try and figure out as of now while he grasped at it for now and he hummed with himself, grasping out his rules for now and grasping it to end purely.
They would continue to try and figure out what to see and do next as of the time being, problems like this continued to be an odd little complication at the end of the day.
He clicked his tongue and then looked at her before he looked downwards at the ground, something about it all perhaps continued to be odder and odder.
Perhaps they continued to be a problem, perhaps they would keep going further and further at the end of the day, and this would not end well enough anyway.
"You know, the longer we don't know how well things will end?" She heard as she looked downwards at the ground.
This would not end anytime soon and she knew that it would continue to scream into the atmosphere. She sighed once more, something about it all would end today.
She did not at all know what was to become of what to see and do next before she looked downwards at the ground, looking upwards and into the sky with robots pitched over her head, and then she sighed.
So much needed to try and change now as she clicked her fingers against the side. The idea had not yet been something that he had been dealing with in its way… Perhaps it was going to be dealt with for now, a desire to try and cut it to the side.
Perhaps they had to keep growing and growing for now. it was just going to do something that kept throwing it around.
He would not need to fight or do something about it all… All of it seemed to be more and more relaxing, he had not the ability to do something for now… He had a lot of measures to try and yet?
Lupe was tiresome, she was a good leader but something about it all. She had her plans to do, knowing something down the road was coming.
Lupe was a very odd soldier… She would probably always be annoying which he could relax about for now… Lupe had yet again. Lupe would not continue to try and figure something out for now.
It would not be something that he could relax for now, this would not be something, they had more and more to see and do at the end of the day. It was not going to end for now. That alone was enough.
It meant something to him that he could relax and that he was able to try and figure something out for now at the end of the day.
He had a lot more problems than this and it would be solved for now and it would be something to end for now, it would be enough. It meant enough to try and cut through for now.
Perhaps when that was done? He would be allowed to relax, to tire from this as his commander had when all was said and done, something about it all seemed to be utterly done and dusted before now.
This would end well enough, he had a lot more problems to try and relax, an idea that made little sense, too much to figure something out and it would be glorious for now… All he knew would be something to end for now.
It meant something for the time being when Lupe had little in the way of planning or goals, simply the will to keep fighting and end their enemy before they ended everything on the planet.
It meant something to try and end sooner or later. There was a LOT more to try and figure out… Something that will not at all end and for good. It was chaotic enough, something for now and then been too interested in for now as she paused to think for now, too interested in the next before it all came down to it.
There was Lupe and there were her servants, her soldiers who had been too interested in now, she had been too interested in the next step and seemed to be marching into the next for now, she was chaotic.
"You were, ok?" Lupe questioned before she looked to the ground. "There is a lot which we got to get done." Lupe was too chaotic for now and she looked to the ground for the moment and she was too interested for now.
Lupe stated for now and she paused to keep thinking for the moment as she seemed to be instantly amused, she seemed to be throwing one into the darkness for now and what else was going on for now.
She had been too amused for now. It had been something of an amusement with it, for now, he had been unable to deal with it for now… He cracked his fingers and knew that as a general? She had tried her best to act… For that was the best she could do under no sort of thing like this, there was a lot more to have to deal with for now.
He had been too unwilling to deal with it and it was cutting up his brain.
"I do not think I have been ok for now… I do not think I have been ok for a while." He stated before he sighed to himself.
He had not been honest with himself. He was more than scared, he was terrified for now, knowing what was going on and not being willing to do anything about it to the end of the line for the moment as that bothered him.
He had been unable to think, to act rationally as he sighed and then looked it over with clear disgust and disdain from it. He knew what would not have been something that could be dealt with, not at all being willing to deal with it now again and again.
He had not been able to try and deal with it for now as he clicked his fingers and then looked upwards and into the sky… He had not been familiar with it. He sighed, letting himself sigh as he bored himself with it.
He had not been able to try and deal with such a deal with it as he paused to let it come down to it.
Lupe knew what his next move would be as she sighed to try and deal with it for now. What little they had next would continue to bother him once again.
Lupe seemed to be prepared for now, he had not been prepared for now and she had no desire to try and deal with it for now as it calmed him for now as she paused, not wanting to have to deal with it.
Perhaps such an option had left them rolling down the hill, it would bother them in waves and droves they could not forgive and would not have forgiven.
She was too annoyed and she would not let it go until it was all over and then grown silent before he had been able to deal with it in his way.
Well, in a manner that would be better manner than this, there was a lot more to it either way, something that and that alone seemed to be something that needed to be dealt with better and better.
That and that alone seemed to make him eager to fight, to cut into them like chaff and wheat. It made him uneasy about it all, knowing what would come next was harder and harder to pick apart.
He hummed, knowing what was going on and not wanting it to come to that, to be so dead it might as well be made to last, to fix and to end it then and there… The only problem with that plan lay in the execution of it and how well it could be done with it now.
There was a lot that could and would go wrong with that sort of plan in the off chance it even got to that stage.
There were a lot of variables and ones that seemed to be going this sort of way which could be done and dusted sooner or later hopefully later than it appeared.
There was a lot more to try and figure out once more as she paused to try and figure it out once more. There was a lot more to this, there was always going to be like this for now as he wished to think once more.
