Always a shepherd
A guest asked for a oneshot of Charming teaching Emma and Henry how to herd sheep.
"No, no! Don't do that! Come back!" Emma pleaded as she chased after the herd once more, but it was all for nothing. They had- again- got back to their old pen before Emma had a chance to get them all in and Henry could shut the gate. Emma was convinced that they were baaing at her in a mocking kind of tone.
"Smooth mom, real smooth." Henry grumbled, this being the fourth time this had happened.
"Can I please use my magic?" Emma begged, out of breath. Charming smiled and shook his head.
"No, that's cheating. Mr Pelage needs the sheep put into the other field so that he can bring his new goats in. He's getting too old to chase them around, especially since his old collie is retired and he was the only sheepdog in town. He came to me knowing my background and asked for help and it occurred to me that I hadn't passed on the family trade to you two. So, no magic, only good hard work. Remember what I taught you, work together and keep the sheep moving. Don't give them a chance to think ahead- they're not as stupid as you might think." Emma and Henry sighed as they returned to their starting positions. This was not going to be as quick or easy as either of them had hoped.
