Chapter 44:Familiar Problems
It was another brand new day over the city of mistral right now. But right now mostly everyone was up to start their day. Although after what most of them saw yesterday it was rather quiet and tense right now. As some of them where eating breakfast to start their day with a hearty meal. But alot of them where just staring at their food or not even eating in general right now
"Ughhhh i do not wanna eat anything after what we saw yesterday. I feel like if i do i'll puke"aruna said still disguted
"Same here…because oh boy i think i'm going to get nightmares from seeing that stuff"emerald replied
Jaune poked at his eggs for a moment then sighed before placing them on the counter as several other plates where their with it. Because he doesn't really feel hunger except worried for his friends mental health now
"Look i get that all of us aren't…really feeling that great after what we saw yesterday"jaune said trying to start some conversation but someone spoke up
"Dude we just saw how grimm knights are made and a little kid get his back sliced open while awake. How can we not feel great right now?"sun asked in a mocking tone

But qrow rubbed his face after being told what happened last night as he stood up tearing harper away from the girl who sighed in relief

With nadia sitting their being very antsy right now along with diamona seeming to be deep in thought. While sienna was rocking sorrel in her arms right now

Nadia sighed rubbing her face thinking of her old flame"yep…good old amber. Still surprised you two knew her and that daughter of hers"she said as the polar bear faunus spoke up
"You kept sucking face with my partner everyday along with playing in bed alot of times. "Yeah and i'll tell you…oh boy some of them are creepy. Heck one of them is friends with watts or whatever"Emerald added making piper flinch hearing that name right now shivering beginning to have a small panic attack

"Calm down sweetie. You aint gonna do some messed up test….just take a couple deep breaths. "Harper soothed as he kept petting the back of her head as the uras faunus kept shaking a little right now before it settled. The large man yawned slightly"What time is it? Because after that mutt knocked me out i thought we'd be on our way to vacuo by now"he said in annoyance as a few of his family stepped up
"Ummm uh dad…we kinda all agreed…to uh stay a little more"vergil nerouvsly said but his father shot him a look making him sit down in fear right now.
"Are you serious? Because i keep telling you we need to leave and head back to vacuo now. Along with that boy you need to listen. If i have to knock some sense into you i will"razputin threatened
But zane just walked over to the couch sitting down glancing at a few people already guessing they saw it. As he threw his hood up balling up not wanting to even speak now. While dawn was circling around by the end of the couch whining before curling up by her master feets sensing him to be trouble

"Okay he grew wings….this isn't weird at all…i…gotta get through here"xander siad pushing past it as sombra did the same. The wings falpped around for a moment as he tried to get them under control but didn't know how
"Please just go away…dang it…s-s-stupid…s-semblance…just fold"zane said stuttering trying to fold the wings over. But eventually enough he settled for concentrating on molting it off to the winds right now. Although razputin for once gave a hearty laugh

Seems someone beat the family record at twenty three for having all four of them"razputin said before grabbing him by the arm hosting him up to his feet dragging him away now
But right when he did that zoey glared at him walking over tearing him away from her brother. Then she held him in a comforting embrace growling at him
"Don't you dare touch him. I don't want you even near him now…your not going to force my baby brother to leave. He needs help"Zoey growled as her tail thrashed
"Yes razputin. Because you went from being rude to faunus and everyone here. Now your acting like you just won the lottery or had another child. You change attitude fast old friend"port coldly said making the large brute stare him down
"Peter…we may have been friends long ago. But i'm pretty sure my sister nephew would like to learn how to control his last form. I'm being generous with my offer since i'm the only other expert in my family except for my sons."razptuin growled as they were at a stand still for a moment till someone spoke up

On the far opposite side of the entire continent of mistral right now mainly being the town of deepwald. As its residents where still rebuilding and tending to the town right now. But in a particular clinic right now someone was fianlly recovering from her wounds for now. Although the last couple days have been strange to her to say none the less.
For starters everysince bonnie has arrive in this town. Shes been having strange visions and dreams every night. Along with that everytime that erin girl comes near her at that moment its like she has a bond with her. Like she wants to act like a mother to her for some reason. While the reed fellow shes never the hots for anyone most of her life serving her queen.
But for twenty years right now shes always served her as her loyal servants for years. Although nows she just nothing to her since she failed to complete her queens task which in turn made her lose good graces with her. Though for some reason part of her was questioning things.
As bonnie layed their in the hospital bed she was being checked over right now by reed. The man had a nurse assisting him as soon enough he stopped shining a light in her eye
"Well mrs. fall. You seemed to be making a full recovery from the look of it. But i still suggest you take it easy right now"reed stated writing on his clipboard
"Thats fine…although i just have a quick question for you?"bonnie asked
"Oh why of course? If its the bill it seems you really don't have money on hand. Because all we could find is well this"reed said walking over to a cabinet
The doctor opened it reaching inside as he pulled out her sickle watts made her. Then he walked over placing it on a nearby counter as she stared at it for a moment. Maybe she could slaughter everyone in this town for when they come through here.
But a nagging feeling she had told her not to do that but instead for some reason she had a need to explore it right now.
"Just a simple little weapon to defend yourself i guess. But i'm sorry but you will need to pay the bill for the medical checkup and surgery performed on you."Reed said making her growl at that
"I could just grab that sickle right their and kill right here."bonnie said tyring to not make it sound sarcastic but did
The doctor huffed with a laugh"in your condition good luck with that. The aura booster we gave you should work enough. Though that little uh grimm appendage of yours has a nasty scar"he pointed out
Bonnie stared at her grimm arm seeing a scar from where raven slashed her as it wasn't too long but maybe a few inches. She felt disgusted seeing that right now
"Not as bad as whatever happened with my…well i'm sure you rather not see that. If you did i'm sure you found that quite disturbing"bonnie said meaning her covered side of her face
"Oh i did. Sorry you had to go whatever tortures went on where those awful men held you. But you know we do have work in town that needs to be done"reed said before walking away with the nurse as she set out some clothes close by
"Their is a shower on this floor for your to clean up. Just let me know if you need anything right now miss fall."the nurse said
As bonnie threw her sheets off as she moved to the side stepping with her feet. Once she planted them she felt stable enough to walkm into the shower at that moment. She grabbed the clothes she took from that mistral women she killed after escaping the vault.
Then she went into the shower to get a quick scrub down to clean herself of all the filth and dirt from the last week of traveling. The shower was simple in design as she turned the handle with cold water coming out of the top. It made her shiver from it but she didn't really care right now at all with it being cold. As she waited for it adjust she sighed in relief feeling warm water right now
The fall maiden began to grab some soap beginning to wash down her naked form to clean herself. As she did she made sure to get every spot as she stared at her grimm arm for a moment. She flexed the talons on it for a moment before clenching it into a fist because for some reason. She doesn't remeber every getting this grimm appendage at times. All she could remember is volunteering to become part grimm to honor her mistresses
But she pushed that thought in the back of her mind right now as she got the shampoo pouring the cold liquid into her hands. Then she began to scrub away the filth in her hair getting it nice and soapy right now. Next she decided to rinse it off as she put her head under the water staring at the ground until it was clean
After maybe twenty minutes she got finished cleaning herself up then she got dried off. Then she started to get dressed in the clothing she procured back in mistral. Once she exited the shower waiting for her was erin who looked up at her
"Oh your done we were getting worried for a minute"erin said quickly
"I'm fine. I can handle a simply shower girl….now i would like to leave right now. Maybe find somewhere to…"She stopped as a grumbling sound could be heard which was her because she was starving right now
The young doctor giggled at that"alright lets get you out of here. Because i think i know a pretty good place with some grub"erin said
The two then returned downstairs as waiting for them with the paperwork was reed. Their was also another familiar face that being franky their who was talking with the clinic owner right now
"So doc i heard pollas and percy found some chick passed out in the woods. Along with that shes leaving today….along with hearing she like my girl"franky said as this put her on the defensive
"Is their a problem with me? If their is say it to my face"bonnie growled startling them right now him especially seeing the darkness in her one eye
"No! I mean just uh…surprised your one of those grimm hybrids. Well people that weren't killed in those mines a couple are here. Just surprised seeing another one of you here""franky quickly said as she rolled her eyes in annoyance
"Well since your here ma'am. I'll have you sign the paperwork here, and my daughter here can give you a small tour our lovely town. Along with frankie assisting her"Reed said as he placed the documents on the table infront of her
The maiden then took the documents with a pen in hand beginning to write and fill out the necessary information. But as she got to the part to sigh her name she began to write the fake name for the first name. Though when she got to the last she wrote out the first three letter of her real last name. But scribbled it out at that moment using the fake name
She handed him the paperwork as it looked all in order. Then he bidded them goodbye as they got back to work. But before they did she noticed something on the far side of the store that being a picture frame. Because in the picture frame….it was her.
This startled her a little seeing that wondering why a picture of her was here. But it was a question for later because she needed something to eat
Once they left the clinic her eyes stung from the bright light of the sun outside. Though she quickly adjusted them to the town that she was in right now. For some reason it felt like she returned somewhere right now. Because she studied the buildings as they began to walk around the place noticing some familiar buildings and old buildings as well.
As they kept walking the two gave a brief tour of the place to their desiantion
"So this right here is deepwald. A mining town from back in the day that used the minerals and dust here to generate a profit. The owner of the mine right now would be percy since the previous owner who tragically died only reamining daughter didn't want to do it instead run her mothers library"frankie begun
"I don't honestly blame her. She wanted to pursue that instead of being reminded what happened in those mines"erin added
As bonnie glanced around the place almost admiring it right now like she felt she returned home right now. Erin noticed her looking aroun
"Thinking of settling in our little town? We got some spare houses here"erin said making her snap back to reality
"No. but i'd like to relax till i can get on my feet. I have important matter to attend to right now. Though…a town like this should have a leader"bonnie replied
"Ah graz. Well he had to leave for a while right now. Everysince the checkpoints were dismantled alot of us left town to check on our families. He did the same wanting to check on his wife family. Maybe see if that brother of hers is doing okay"frankie said sadden it seems

This just confirmed bonnie theory that arc boy has family here which should make this easier for whenever they arrive. Along with that hearing about the previous fall maiden almost made her laugh at it. She was rumored to be skilled but was far to pityful and easy to kill in her opinion.
As they kept walking for a bit soon enough they arrived at the local tavern. Once inside ted the owner of the fine establishment looked up seeing the two with a new face
"Hey frankie who the heck is this chick?"ted questioned setting a glass down as they walked to the counter
"Oh that women percy and pollax found passed out in the woods. Were giving her a tour right now along with maybe getting something to eat."frankie replied as if on cue bonnie stomach rumbled as she looked away avoiding their gaze
The bartender sighed as he gestured to an open table close by. The three then sat down as after maybe twenty he came back with a piece of meatloaf with some mashed potatoes on the side. Along with a glass of water with some cornbread
"Here you are miss…though i would need payment for it. But i'm a generous man here so first ones on the house"ted said
Bonnie nodded to thank him as she picked up the utensil digging into the meal before her. She felt much relief right now eating something good right now after walking for days surviving on scraps and berries in the woods
She just to pick up some pace eating the food right now. Although erin kept staring at her right now the entire time as bonnie glanced in her direction cutting a piece of meatloaf off
"Do you have a staring problem or something?"bonnie questions annoyed
Erin jumped slightly"no…no its just um…well pardon me if this sounds rude. You…kinda look like my mom"she said
Though as she said that it made bonnie stop mid bite of her food. Then she slowly placed her utensil down hearing that right now. As the women kept staring at her face for a moment before a hallucination happened. As replacing erin was a young little girl in a light blue colored sweater with a black skirt on. In her arms was a skeleton plushie staring at with her big round eyes
"Momma you came back"the little said to her making her shake her head then saw it was just erin their. She rubbed her temple confused right now wondering what that was as she spoke
"Some people do have dopplegangers in life. I might just share her face but i've never seen you before in my life."bonnie countered as the girl sighed
"I know sorry if i sounded weird. It just well i lost her when i was very little years ago. My dad…always told me she was so kind. I sometimes wish i got to meet her maybe before she went to sleep"erin explained with a sadden expression
That made her sad for some reason but she continued to eat right now. After some time when she was finished the two then gave her a quick tour of the town. It took them a whole hour to complete the tour. Until they arrived at the last place that being her temporary home as the night sky was out right now.
"Well seems that today was very eventful. I hope you can find a job their are some available around town you can do. But i need to help my dad lock up tonight…nice meeting you miss"erin said walking off as frankie handed her the key to the place
"Welcome to deepwald ma'am"frankie said as he walked away from her. Once the two were out of sight bonnie was about to enter the home. But some itching feeling came to her right now. Curiously instead of getting sleep she walked over to the cemetery
For some reason her body was drawn to something. She kept moving through the large graveyard at that moment until she reached something. After a few minutes it soon passed as some memories it seems came back to her right now thinking of one thing.
"I'm…mara…i'm mara thanatos"bonnie said in complete shock right now what just happened. She needs to gain her strength then when she returns to her mistresses she can help her solve this strange vision and memories
Back in mistral right now hours early when it was light out still. Because in a certain part of the hotel right now was yumi. As the panda faunus was talking with mavis her boyfriend twin sister. Also joining her velvet, weiss right now
As the four right now were watching something. That being dawn and zwei in the midst of play fighting right now. The two pets kept chasing each other all around the place right now. As dawn was in a small dog form with her being the same breed as zwei. But with black fur and a white little mask on her face
The two small dogs kept chasing each other around all over the place. As zwei was panting having a grand time playing with a fellow companion. The small corgi kept barking in joy right now as dawn kept barking at him
The two dogs soon enough then stopped dead in their tracks staring each other down in an istantce showdown right now. Seeming to be waiting for the first to strike as zwei was panting with his tongue out. While dawn kept moving around in a circle very antsy right now it seems
The two dogs stared each other down for a moment beofre both of them collide with each other. The two of them began to tumble aroun the place right now play fighting as zwei opened his mouth growling a little as dawn opened hers. But the two of them kept tumbling all around the place

"You mean if that booger turned into a grimm or a tiger. God that is a weird type of grimm being able to do that"mavis replied
"Your telling me. I mean i thought my boyfriend coudln't even control grimm but surrpsied its well that"velvet said as dawn broke free of zwei running away as he gave chase after the fellow pet
Yumi was sitting crossed legged sighing"Well i wonder what my boyfriend and feather are doing to vance. If they shave him bald that would be absolutely hilarious right now"She said as they laughed at that

'Well i wish i got to see him again. But at least hes at piece i mean i'm even in a little club now. Me and that mai chick both had parents taken by those psychos. Though…that surgery was messed up…not surprised dad toughed it out on that"sombra replied

"Ummm mavis…your mother is here i think she wants to speak to you"weiss said making the girl flinch especially yumi who looked away from her. The panda faunus decided it would be the best time to leave before she starts something with her
"I think i'm gonna check on feather and maybe go see yahto in the hopsital later. Bye"yumi said as she began to walk away
But as she did blocking her path right now was phobe scaring the girl right now. Because here it comes the death threats telling her to break up with her boyfriend right now. She expected this preparing herself for the tongue lashing of a lifetime

As on command he went into his titan form as close by watching this was port with a stern glare. But dante looked very worried for his cousin only son right now hoping his dad doesn't push him to far
"Now your animal form"he ordered as he went into the prowler form as the next made him stunned
"Warrior form"razputin ordered but he flinched at that right now gripping his arm tight at the thought of slasher. As he gulped hard beginning to shake right now staring at the ground
"Umm…i…i don't use that form anymore…its..its…um…"he paused as the man shoved him back a little pointing a finger in his face
"You either show me it or i don't help you. Do it now before we conduct a test with your aerial"razputin ordered with a glare. This made him scared of him now getting a flash of how he was treated in the lab. He heisnalty went into his slasher form in fear but he began to shake even more in it. Which port noticed
"Razputin! The child had trauma linked to that so called form of his. I suggest you don't make him use it again!"port warned but actually threatened. The man scoffed as zane molted it off having a mini panic attack but stay calm dow now.
"Don't coddle him. Now go into your aerial form because then i'll do a test with you"razputin demanded as zane focused his mind on that new form he gained. Then in an instant he transformed into it as his wings flapped for a moment as he wrapped his arms around himself
"Umm…w-what is this test..i…please don't shock me"he said but he ignored him though dante heard that wondering what abuse he suffered their. Although soon rapzutin brought him to the edge of the roof confusing him. Before he could question he shoved him off the roof as he pulmetted to the ground
Port and dante went wide eyed as immedaity port rushed over as he was sick of this. The old brawler gave a mighty war cry punching razputin in the side as he growled at him
"Are you mad?!"port shotued
"Its what i did with my boys and they got it down just fine"razputin argued but dante growled because he was sick of this behavior after so long. Immediately he went into his aerial form as he lunged forward diving off the roof in blinding speeds toward zane
As he was pancikcing right now screaming a little from what just happened right now in fear. But just in time dante swooped down grabbing him as he did a small barrel roll. Then he put the strength into his wings and gave one mighty flap that send him flying back to the roof
Once he was back up their he jogged over placing zane on a chair as he molted his new form off. But had tears running down his face right now shaking violently from what happened
"Dante! You were suppose to just watch and not get involve i gave you–"but he was stopped as his son snapped
"Shut the hell up dad! Because right now yours being a complete asshole! All my life you've control everything i do and every decision i make!"dante shouted molting his armor off as his father rolled his eyes
"So your acting rebellious now. God you and your fag of a brother"razputin said which made something snap inside his son. Dante growled walking over socking him hard in the jaw causing him to stumble back as razputin looked shocked
"Don't call my brother that! All his life you've belittled him telling him to be normal….seriously your fine with a few of the women in the family marrying women. But if its that…you become disgusted like he was some mistake. I…i…he told mom and me the first chance he got…she supported him….unlike you"he growled making the man look away from his son.
Dante walked over placing a hand on zane who flinched shaking still but he helped him up beginning to guide him downstairs.
"And this kids gone through enough….seriously dad…i…yesterday i saw my cousin get shot in the head. Your own sister daughter…and…us abandoning him…it resulted in this kid getting sliced open. Now hes being treated like a monster. But the only one i see is you"he said with malice walking downstairs with port by his side
This left the man alone who walked over to the rooftop railing leaning against it sighing covering his face right now. Wondering what happened while he was passed out.
Seems that razputins so called training might have just made things worse. While we got to see what bonnie was up to back in deepwald, how she figured out she was mara thanatos. Along with that phoebe talking with her son girlfriend. Thanks for reading!
