All grown up
A guest asked for a oneshot of Henry sensing Snow really needs a hug. When he does she laughs because he's now taller than her.
Henry watched his grandma as she pottered around the house doing odd jobs here and there. It was like she was trying to distract herself. Who else organises the silverware by handle decoration? Henry didn't know what was wrong, but he knew he had to try and fix it. He got up and went into the kitchen. He took the two spoons out of his grandma's hands and wrapped his arms around her neck, pulling her into a close hug.
"Oh." Snow announced, patting Henry's back. "What's this for?"
"I just thought you might like a hug." He said. Snow relaxed into the hug. She guessed she did need a hug. When Henry pulled away Snow smiled up her grandson. She placed her hand on his cheek.
"You've grown so much since the curse broke." She said, voice filled with emotion. She let out a little laugh. "Look at you, you're taller than me now. Where did that little boy go? You're a man now, Henry." Snow said. "My grandson, the man. Such a handsome man you are." Henry rolled his eyes.
"You're my grandma. It's, like, a grandma's main role to tell their grandsons their handsome." Henry teased her. "And it's my job to eat all your food and give you hugs when you've gone crazy enough to sort out silverware handles." Snow smiled and reached up on tiptoes to kiss his cheek."
"Less of the OAP stereotypes, young man. But thank you for my hug. I appreciate it. Now, want me to make you a sandwich? P.B. and J?"
"Sounds perfect."
