Bonding day- part 2

Birdie asked for a oneshot of a sequel to Ch1066 "Bonding day" where all the kids are teenagers and have no time for bonding days. Snowing ground them for the night and force them to bond.

"This is stupid." Eighteen year old Marali growled. "I'm meant to be out with Victoria and Frances tonight. You can't take away my Saturday nights!"

"We can and we will." Charming said stubbornly. "How long has it been since we've all sat together as a family and just watched a movie? You're staying in tonight Marali, at least if you still want car privileges. That goes for you too Caleb. Emma and Rosie, if you want your allowance you want think about sneaking out.

"Well I don't really have much choice, do I?" Eleven year old Rosie mumbled. "You told Alissa's parents I'm not allowed to stay over. Rosie might not be a teenager yet, but she had picked up some bad habits from her big sisters already. Emma and Caleb were both sitting moodily on different seats, both clearly not speaking to either of their parents.

"No, you're right, you don't. But rather than the four of you sitting here and moping you could grab a blanket and a bowl of popcorn or a handful of nachos and have fun. You all used to love these nights. We'd all curl up together and your dad or I would get to hear all about your week. Then slowly your friends became the priority and bonding nights got pushed aside. Well not tonight. Tonight we say you're spending with us and we're damn well watching this movie." Snow said, violently shaking the DVD cover. "Understood?"

"Yes." Four moody replies came at once.

"Good." Charming said, taking the DVD and placing it in the machine. They missed their kids. And by hook or by crook they were spending some time with them tonight.
