Can't be that bad
Nicki asked for a oneshot of the dwarves thinking that Snow's screams during labour were exaggerated.
Charming blinked rapidly before continuing to brush his horse.
"Whatever you do," Charming said calmly "Do not tell Snow you think that. At least not if you want to live."
"Why? It's true!" Grumpy defended he and his brothers' opinion. "We could hear her all the way down in the dining room. It was a baby, not a morning star. Besides, that's what her body's designed to do. It's a stretchy part." Charming stopped. He turned around with a raised eyebrow, they had to be joking. The expressions on all their faces told him that they were all too serious.
"Well alright then." Charming said. "Let's stretch out a similar part of your anatomy and see how painless it is. Then we'll have you push out a nearly seven pound baby and see how little you scream. Does that sound like a good plan gentlemen?" All seven dwarves now looked slightly pale, and were shaking their heads. "No, I didn't think you would like that. Just be grateful it was me you brought this up to and not Snow herself. Especially when she's still healing. I was in the room with her. I saw Emma coming out. Believe me, she had every right to scream.
"I still think she overdid it." Grumpy murmured defiantly. Charming chose to ignore him. They had limited experience of women and he understood that. He was tempted to tell Snow what they said, but he would keep his mouth shut. Even he wouldn't wish the pain she would cause on them for saying that.
