The decision for me is simple; Kung Lao. Admittedly, he got off on the wrong foot with the younger Maddox sibling at the beginning of the story but more than made up for it after taking in her criticisms. In return, Callie now sees that Lao is putting forth an effort to be better in every aspect of life. What helped him tremendously was a vote of approval from Mai. Earning that from a parent is the hardest thing to do. Benji's was almost automatic since he's always respected Lao's ability.
The question is, where does that leave Skarlet?
If I'm not mistaken, Callie made it clear that no matter what happens between her and Skarlet, she does not want anyone else besides Kung Lao. That says a lot for how far they've come as a couple. Plus, I think it will give Lao a chance to become part of the family as we don't know if Skarlet's craving for blood will return.

This is a cop-out, I know. But it's genuinely how I feel. Both Jade and Sareena are perfect for Benji as they balance him out in different ways. (Their personalities vs. Benji's) What's not questioned is how each lover their husband for everything he's done for them.
For Jade, where to begin? Their first meeting started as a fight but turned into a makeshift courtship before evolving as the story went on. In Sareena's case, resurrection from a deep sleep while in the Netherrealm and becoming pregnant with a miracle boy. Yes, there have been hardships, but love and understanding prevailed through it all. That created an unborn son and Dakini, though she hails from the future.
The biggest what-if has to be Tanya.
Was there any doubt it could be anyone else? Perhaps Kitana, but that would be too easy. Tanya has done nothing but sabotage Benji's marriage. Not to mention betraying Edenia alongside Rain while wanting to get rid of his allies and family. What was more damning was her work under King Jerrod's steed, heeding his orders to assassinate Jade's parents. Benji will be the first to admit that though Tanya is beautiful externally, her soul has turned entirely black. Redemption for her is out of the question. And Benji will see to that along with Jade.
As far as other fandoms, the pool is very thin, if invisible. We did discuss the possibility of Master Raven. While that might work, I personally have her with Raven. (Also dependent on if Harada has them as brother and sister, which wasn't stated)
