Hello everyone and welcome back to MGQ: The Predatory Skul. This is going to be the first time we see Luka and Drake fight a monster girl. Will they triumph, fail, struggle, or end the fight in seconds. I also want to say that the helmet that Drake wears belongs to a game called "Skul the Hero Slayer." I just could not find the game in the game category section, so I can only give credit to it here. I also want to ask a lot of you are saying the previous chapters had bad length to it. What is the proper length a chapter should be? So, sit back much on the popping corn and enjoy if you want to.

The first encounter with a monster

Luka runs through the forest, searching for the monster that Hans saw out here. She soon stops in the middle of some trees and realizes something. She has no idea where the monster girl is at all. Well, there is only one thing she can do now.

"Hey monster come on out here!" she shouts trying to get the monster girl to show herself. Soon after she said that some of the bushes start shaking as a blue substance starts moving towards Luka. Then the blue substance starts to form a feminine figure, it was clear to Luka what this monster was.

"A-Ah Slime Girl, that's what got everyone panicking?" Luka thinks as the Slime Girl gives a wide smile as she looks at her.

"Hehe, a girl showed up." She says with her bright smile causing her entire body to jiggle a lot. Luka looks at the monster girl in front of her. She notices some things about her. One she seemed to be pretty powerful (false). Second her body gives her a strange appearance even more so then any other monster she heard of. Finaly even for a monster girl she seemed to be pretty cute for a monster girl. Luka cannot help but feel the confidence that Drake gave her start to dissipate.

"AraAra, am I your first monster little girl?" she says with a playful smirk on her face. Her body jiggling with each minor movement she made.

"L-Look You are pretty close to the village, and you are scaring everyone. So, can you please turn back and leave." Luka says with some wishful thinking as the Slime Girl just giggles at her words. This causing Luka to lose even more of her confidence that she had.

"Do you really think that would work, are you a pacifist or something girly?" She teases Luka who blushes in embarrassment. "I was hoping to meet an adorable boy to show up, but I can just go into town and find one there." The Slime says as Luka freezes in place as she says this. There are five commandments that Ilias asks all humans to follow. (1) "Thou shalt not have intercourse with monsters"; (2) "Be dutiful in your prayers"; (3) "point your sword at the Goddess and thou shalt cry"; (4) "Thou shalt not rely on other gods"; (5) "Thou shalt not disgrace the Goddess." Now this monster was going to force someone to break the first commandment against their will. Not only that what happens when see sets her sights on her best friend.

She will not let that happen to them. She raises her sword to fight the monster. However, the environment starts to morph to an angelic and bright place. Then Luka sees Goddess Ilias fly down from above and greet her with a calm and gentle smile.

"Goddess Ilias!" Luka exclaims as she stares in shock at the Goddess herself floating right in front of her. Ilias simple smiles at Luka with her motherly expression.

"Oh, brave Luka… I am speaking to you so I can help guide you on how to fight against these monsters." She says as Luka stares at Ilias with a smile on her face.

Though to the Slime Girl it just looked like Luka was staring off into space with a dopy smile on her face. "Um, are you doing okay little girl?"

"With Drake who is still getting ready."

"Hum, These Great swords might be a good choice though I don't want any blood on my hands. Oh, the Scimitars are looking mighty tempting right about now, but again too easy to kill with them. I will go for this Regal sword I can be merciful with this option. As for the other option I should bring, hum." He goes back to thinking at what weapon he should also bring with him.

"Back with Luka"

"And you must never forget-"Luka cannot hear the rest of what Ilias said, as he suddenly finds herself back to where she was standing previously.

She looks around and finds the Slim girl has disappeared and that she seems to be covered in drool. Whipping off the drool away in disgust she looks around for where the Slime could have went. Luka soon found a hint on where the monster could have went, a slime trail heading to the direction of the village.

"OH, CRAP!" she shouts as she runs back towards the village. Soon she manages to make it just in time as the Slime Girl has just managed to reach the village entrance.

"AraAra, there should be a lot of tasty boys here." The Slime Girl looks over the village, scanning every single nook and cranny with her playful eyes. She was searching for a delectable little human male that could feed her.

Her search is suddenly cut off by a shout as Luka suddenly performs a vertical slash on the Slime. The monster gasps in pain as she is suddenly cut clean in half. Luka looks at the cut open monster girl and sighs, as the battle was over. If it were not for the Slime Girl suddenly chuckling, as she begins to slowly regenerate all the damage Luka has done to her body. All Luka can do is sit there in a mixture of shock, horror, and disappointment at what just happened.

"Haha, did you really think that would work on my little girl." The Slime Girl teases Luka as she manages to regenerate fully. Though even with her attack doing nothing Luka still rushed forward and tried to hit the slime yet again. Unfortunately, she was smack out of the way by a slime tentacle.

As Luka was sliding across the ground there was only one though in her mind. "What the hell is taking you so long Drake!?"

"Back with Drake again"

"Hm" he says as he trances his finger along the blade of an axe.

"Back with Luka again"

"Slime Tentacle!" The Slime Girl proceeded sent out multiple tentacles at Luka. She tried to dodge and slash at all of them but could not as she was smacked directly in the face by one of them.

"Back with Drake yet again"

"Hm" he proceeded to bring a dagger closer to himself so he could examine it more closely.

"Back with Luka…Again"

"Slime Wrap" The Slime Girl launched a wave of slime at Luka who could not dodge any of them, as they wrapped themselves around her. Luka did not have any time to think as the slime suddenly forced her down onto the ground.

"Back with Drake again…way is this still happening?"

"Hm" he brought a short sword up close to his ear and tapped it causing a pleasant sound (to him, not to anyone else) "Ooh".

"Back with Luka, for the last time."

"Slime Absorb!" The Slime Girl proceeds to sit on top of Luka and covers body with slime, all the way up to her chest. Luka can only watch as her body starts to by covered by the sticky slime.

"AraAra, how does it feel to be covered up by my slime little girl?" she playfully teases Luka as she squirms in her slime grip. Luka could feel the burning sensation of the slime absorbing her clothes.

But before it could start absorbing her body Luka suddenly started thrashing around in place, causing the slime to be shifted of her body allowing her a chance to escape. Then before the Slime Girl could react Luka preformed a horizontal slash on her abdomen, this caused her top half to hang down.

"Waah, you hurt me, you meanie!" she cries as Luka tries to catch her breath. However, she is unable to catch her breath for long, as the Slime Girl just lifts her body up and regenerates all the damage done to her. "Hehe, almost."

….. "SMACK" was the only thing Luka could do at the childish monster Infront of her. With a deep breath she readies her sword at the monster. If normal attacks do not work, then maybe this last gambit she has will.

"Slime Wrap!" the Slime sends a wave of slime at Luka again, but she manages to slash at all of slime away as she rushes towards the monster. The Slime Girls eyes widen as Luka manages to reach her and prepares her ultimate attack.

"Flail Wildly!" She shouts and proceeds to do just that at the Slime Girl. The attack was super effective as it caused her regeneration to be disrupted, with the Slime Girl only being able to grow a small amount of slime back.

"Ugh, hey that hurt you meanie!" She exclaims as her playful expression turns into one of anger. "Slime Tentacle!" She smacks Luke straight across the face sending her flying away from her.

As soon as Luka lands on the ground she tries to stand back up but is unable to get off of the dirt. All she can do is look up as the Slime Girl sends another Tentacle towards Luka. But before it can hit Luka a door is suddenly launched off their handles and hits the Tentacle, causing it to burst.

Both the Slime Girl and Luka looks towards where the door was launched at them. What they see is Drake slowly and dramatically walking out of the open doorway. As the epic chorus sings and a beacon of light shines down onto him. He looks down at the severed door and says a single badass phrase.

"Ah shit… I'll fix that latter." He turns his attention to a sweet dropping and battered Luka who looks up at him. "Hey, Luka so how did your battle against that monster girl went?"

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN HOW DID IT WENT, WHAT IN THE NAME OF ILIAS TOOK YOU SO LONG!?" she shouted as the Slime Girl could only look on at the two with a massive expression of confusion.

"Sorry I was just finding the perfect weapon to use for today~." He purred as Luka could only groan in annoyance at her best friend's obsession. Drake's attention turned to the monster girl that was giving Luka so much trouble.

"Well hello miss Slime, you must be the monster that was hurting my best bud huh? Though I must say you look adorable if I might add~." Drake flirt with the Slime Girl as the monster girl giggles and Luka looks at him in disbelief. Hey, just cause he knows the commandments of Ilias, does not mean he has to a bay all of them.

"AraAra, I did not think I would meet such a cute little boy so soon. Say, how about we make a deal little boy? If you agree to become my plaything then maybe I will leave everyone else alone." The Slime Girl says as Drake look down with shadow covering his expression. Luka looks at him with a concerned expression, thinking he am going to willing break on of Ilias commandments just like that.

"Daga kotowaru!" He says as his expression turns JoJo. As both the Slime Girl and Luka are shocked at how Drake said that.

"What, what do you mean "You refuse" and how did your face change like that!?" The Slime Girl says with Luka nodding at that last part.

"Simple, there is one thing I like more then weapons and the appearances of monster girls. I like nothing more then to tell someone who tries to force me to do something I do not want, No." He says as Luka and the Slime Girl look at him wide eyed, at such a petty reason for saying no.

"Well, any way I have a proposition for you miss Slime." He says as the Slime Girl gets over her shock.

"Um, could you remove the S from my name please?" she says as Drake nods his head and start over with what he was saying.

"Well, any way I have a proposition for you miss Lime?" He repeats as Lime nods her head with a satisfactory expression. "How about if you leave the village and I wont do any damage to you." Drake says as Lime giggles at what he just said, like it was a joke.

"AraAra, well you have more back bone then the little girl over there. But I have to refuse cutie, I cannot just let a catch like you go to waste." Lime teases him as he just shrugs his shoulders.

"Thought you might say that, oh well then lets do this." Drake says as he brings out his two swords a regal sword and a short sword. As they get ready to fight Drake hears Luka call out to him.

"Drake, if you don't keep attacking her in quick succession, she will just heal everything you throw at her!" she says as he nods at her in gratitude.

"Thanks Luka, then this will be a quick fight then." He says as Lime smirks at him in a playful looking manner.

"Slime Tentacle!' Lime yells as she sends a slime tentacle towards Drake's crotch.

"Slash" "AAAAAAHHH!" Was all that Lime could exclaim as she was suddenly Bersted by Drake. Who had suddenly appeared right in front of her with his swords covered in slime.

"Geez, that was disappointing. That was only a test to see how much abuse she could take." Drake sighs at the disappointingly quick fight. After a moment he turns and walks back to Luka, who was struggling to stand back up.

"Hey Luka, you doing, okay? It looks like Lime gave you quite a beating there." He says as he gives her a hand with getting back on her feet.

"Yeah, well it would have been easier if you showed up, oh I don't know like 20 minutes earlier!" she exclaims not amused at how long it took Drake to get out here.

"Geez, Luka calm down its not like she actually harmed anyone here-oh." He stopped talking as gazed at him a death glare at what he said.

"Didn't harm anyone, didn't harm anyone, didn't harm anyone, she harmed me, ME Drake!" she yells as he rubs the back of his head.

"Alright, alright, sorry about not caring enough for you, sweety~." He teases her as she clenched her teeth in anger. Though that teasing look changed into a caring expression.

"Though Luka, if I am being honest here, I think that you did quite well for your first battle. So, I have to say that I'm proud of you Luka." He says as Luka blushes at the praise he gave her.

"T-Thanks Drake, just one more thing." She says and then proceeds to punch him in the gut, bring him to his knees. "Don't ever take that long to fight ever again."

"wheezing" "Okay, "cough" Noted, Luka." He says as he stands back up and looks towards the splattered mess of Lime. However, he noticed some of the slime slowly begin to move towards the forest.

"Oh, easy there Lime, you aren't ready to go back into the forest yet." Drakes says as he scoops up the vary small Lime. As she tries to squirm out of his hand, he proceeds to feed her a piece of meat. This seems to calm Lime down and allow Drake to place her inside his pocket.

"Are you going to keep her with you Drake?" Luka asks a little confused as to why he would put Lime inside his pocket.

"Just until she regrows enough of her body mass back. Until then I am going to take care of her." Drakes says as Luka smiles at his compassion for everyone, even for monsters.

"Well Drake, we better hurry to the temple we don't want to miss our baptism." Luka says as Drake proceed to remove his helmet. As soon as it was off Drake's head his body shifted back to normal and all the armor fell off him.

"Yeah, I think we better hurry there, just let me drop off Lime back at our-" Drake couldn't finish what he was saying when something shot past in the sky right above Ilias temple and landed somewhere in the forest.

"What the hell was that!?" Luka shouted as Drake looked at the forest in curiosity. Slowly he began to walk towards where the object landed. "Wait Drake, where are you going!?"

"Um, going to go see what that thing was." He says matter-of-factly as Luka stares at him dumbfounded. "Come on you are lying if you say you're not the least bit curious Luka."

"Well yeah but might miss our baptism." She says but notices Drake walking away from her and into the forest.

"True, but what heroes would be if we never investigate anything?" He says as he keeps on walking to the forest. Luka grumbles at him just leaven her like that, though she cannot deny he has a point.

"Oh, Dear Ilias forgive us. Hey, wait for me Drake!" she yells as she runs after Drake as they went into the forest and after the falling object.
