Miraculous: Chloe Bourgeois Time Travel Fix-It.

Chapter 102: Animaestro.

(Three hundred and four thousand, six hundred and third Quantic Universe Earth, Paris, France, Saturday, May 19th, 2016, third person POV...)

In Marinette's bedroom, Marinette is watching the movie trailer of Les aventures de Ladybug & Chat Noir on her tablet with Tikki.

The voice of the trailer says as dramatic music plays in the background, "She's scared of cats, but she's also powerless without her feline partner."

Marinette scoffs as she remarks, "Ha! I'm not scared of cats; I love cats!"

Tikki points out, "But don't you love hamsters too?"

Marinette replies, "Tikki, there's nothing wrong with having love for more than one type of domesticated animal."

Tikki nods.

The voice in the trailer then says, "Cat Noir and Ladybug, two heroes facing their destiny. Coming soon to theaters."

Thomas Astruc – the fictional version of him – appears on the screen and says, "The real Ladybug and Cat Noir will be making it to the premiere tonight, and I hope that they'll love my movie as much as we love them."

Marinette remarks, "Hmph! Like we would ever love a movie like this after we found out how your real life counterpart behaved in real life. But still, only time will tell if we find out how you behave here in our universe."

Marinette then gets herself dressed while Ladybug Clone 1 changes her outfit to resemble the real Ladybug's current outfit.

Nadia Chamack then appears on the screen to say, "The premiere will be attended by many prestigious guests, including the rock and roll star Jagged Stone, fashion queen Audrey Bourgeois, her husband Mayor Andre Bourgeois, their daughter and the genius who came up with the Akuma Alert App, Chloe Bourgeois, the famous movie actress back from her grave, Emilie Agreste now known as Emilie Graham de Vanily after divorcing Gabriel Agreste during his trial for his crimes as Hawk Moth, and her teen son who voiced Cat Noir, Adrien Agreste, now taking his mother's maiden name."

Marinette then asks Ladybug Clone 1 and Tikki while showing off her maid outfit which she wore in the original Animaestro incident, "How do I look?"

Ladybug Clone 1 replies, "Looking pretty, sister."

Tikki winks since she has no fingers or thumbs to do a thumbs-up gesture or make an okay sign.

Marinette then goes into the bakery.

Tom then says, "So, we've already finished the six hundred macarons, the eight hundred petit fours, and the Ladybug and Cat Noir tiered cakes."

Sabine then says, "We should've hired someone to help us serve all of the guests at the premiere."

Marinette then asks, "Why not enlist me and my siblings, cousins, and clones?"

Sabine asks teasingly, "And Adrien being there with his mother has nothing to do with why you're allowing a Ladybug clone to attend the premiere?"

Marinette blushes lightly before answering, "Mom, jokes aside, we have to be prepared for anything that can happen at the premiere, Hawk Moth or no Hawk Moth."

Ladybug Clone 1 adds, "She's got a point, ma'am."

Sabine and Tom look at each other warily.

Marinette says with as much genuine honesty as she can muster, "I may not have been the most honest daughter you had in the original timeline, but that doesn't change the fact that through circumstances like mine and Chloe in terms of how we '"time travelled"' into the past, there'll always be second chances."

Tom then says, "It's not that we don't trust you, Marinette; it's just, your actions in the original timeline are lots of tough pills to swallow, if you don't mind my saying so."

Sabine nods in emphasis.

Marinette replies, "I-I see."

Marinette walks back to her room and the instant her trapdoor closes, Tom and Sabine can hear the sounds of Marinette flopping onto her chaise and immediately beginning to cry hysterically.

Sabine then says, "Maybe saying that in the way you did was a bad idea."

Sabine comes up to Marinette, and she hugs her superhero daughter.

Sabine notes that this is the first time in weeks if not months that her daughter had felt genuine sadness ever since she had to keep her emotions in check while Gabriel was off doing his terrorizing business to succeed in reviving Emilie.

After Marinette gets a hold of herself, she and her family gets started on the food for the premiere.

In Chloe's room at the Grand Paris Hotel, Chloe is painting her toenails when Sabrina brings up the movie.

Chloe pauses as she asks, "Movie? I don't know about any upcoming movie. Which one?"

Sabrina answers, "This one's about Ladybug and Cat Noir. The director Thomas Astruc directed the movie himself, and the premiere is happening tonight in Paris!"

Chloe replies, "Oh. I see."

Chloe then returns to painting her toenails.

Terratoornoo asks, "Chloe, what is this premiere that Sabrina's so excited about?"

Chloe answers, "It's similar to going to a viewing of a movie, except that in the premiere viewing, you'll be among the first ones to see the movie before anybody else is allowed to watch it. Only the people involved in the movie's filming and production along with different kinds of famous people get invited to movie premieres."

Terratoornoo replies back, "Ah. I see."

Later, outside the premiere, Nadia is reporting the premiere on the news to the camera, and she says, "Don't be bemused, it's just the news. Nadia Chamack coming to you live from the premiere we've all been eagerly waiting for. And that would be the brand new animated movie of the adventures of Ladybug and Cat Noir. The gorgeous Clara Nightingale, who sang all of the songs in the movie itself, has just arrived!"

Clara walks up to the man letting people into the movie theater.

The doorman says, "Good evening, Clara! I'm your biggest fan."

Clara enters the theater.

Thomas Astruc walks up to the door while whistling a tune, but the doorman stops him and says, "This is a private event, sir."

Thomas asks before saying, "Huh? What? I'm Thomas Astruc, the director of the movie being premiered here."

Thomas shows the doorman his I.D.

The doorman asks, "You filmed the movie? What are Ladybug and Cat Noir like in real life?"

Thomas explains, "Er, it's an animated film. In animated films and cartoons, you use computer-generated imagery to capture the look of the computer-animated characters portrayed by voice actors. That's the main difference between animated films and live action films like with Superman The Movie. And besides, I haven't personally met Ladybug and Cat Noir myself even though they and their crew have been around for almost a year at most; I just got inspired by their adventures to make a movie based on the two leaders of our city's superhero army."

The doorman replies, "Oh! Why didn't I think of that?"

The doorman lets Thomas into the event.

Inside the event, Chloe and Mayor Bourgeois are posing for pictures.

One photographer says, "Over here, Mayor Bourgeois!"

Another photographer says to Chloe, "Give us a smile, mademoiselle!"

Chloe poses and smiles perfectly for the pictures.

Chloe then asks at the end, "Dad, would you like to go do what you need to do for the time being? I need to find Adrien, Kagami, Marinette, and Mr. and Mrs. Dupain-Cheng."

Andre replies, "Of course, Chloe. I need to find Mr. Astruc anyway."

And so, Chloe goes off to find Marinette with her parents.

Tom then says while demonstrating how to hold the trays, "So, put your thumbs right here, and look straight ahead."

Marinette replies, "Understood, Dad. But just so we're clear, logically speaking, I think I should do small amounts of macarons at a time so that if I need to look where I'm going and if I need to look down for whatever reason, I can easily avoid spilling any macarons."

Sabine looks at Tom and she says, "I think Marinette may be right."

Tom replies, "And she has a good analytical mind equivalent to military commanders."

Tom places a small amount of macarons on the tray.

Marinette walks off and Tom says, "Oh, our little girl's spreading her wings."

Chloe comes up and asks, "Tom? Sabine?"

Tom and Sabine looked shocked at Chloe being there, but they schooled their features to friendly faces as Tom asks, "Ah, Chloe. Would you like a macaron?"

Chloe answers, "Yes, please, as a matter of fact."

Tom gives Chloe a macaron and she gingerly takes it before eating it whole.

Chloe moans in pleasure as she chews on the macaron.

Chloe then says, "Tom, Sabine, I don't get to say this nearly enough, but I love your baking style."

Sabine replies before asking, "Thanks, Chloe. Um, do you have any more friends than right now?"

Chloe answers, "Let me put it this way, ma'am: I did have more friends than right now over the years, but we all went our separate ways after graduation days in elémentaire and Jardin d'enfants. And true, I miss some of them, but their lives, howsoever they take control of them, are in God's hands now."

Sabine nods in understanding before asking, "Do you know of anyone else who would be interested in learning about our pastries?"

Chloe thinks for a moment before answering, "I suspect that the civilian identities of the members of the United Heroez, the X-Men, the Avengers, the Teen Titans, and the Justice League would love to try a few pastries, if we can get in contact with them at an opportune moment."

Sabine replies, "Ah. Okay then."

Chloe then says, "And not to worry, I'll stop by at a later date and leave a review online."

Tom nods at that and Chloe walks away.

Meanwhile, Marinette starts serving people near where Jagged Stone is talking to Thomas Astruc.

Jagged remarks, "Ladybug is one of my best buds! I can't wait to see her movie!"

Thomas points out, "Well, I – I'm the director of the movie, so it's actually more my movie, to put it politely."

Jagged replies with his speech altered by Marinette's proximity even though he doesn't know she's there, "Oh. So, what do you do as the director?"

Thomas answers, "As an animated movie director, I oversee the artistic aspects of the film being produced. I'm responsible for guiding and managing the voice actors and the animation film crew, I'm responsible for interpreting the script, and I'm responsible for making sure that the visual storytelling is compatible with the needed and desired narrative of what the plot of the movie is about, particularly including life lessons given to the characters by other characters, such as, for example, the life lessons in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films that includes the life lesson that not everyone is born to be a bad person, whether or not they misbehave as children or commit crimes as supervillains in adult life."

Jagged replies, "Ah. Now I understand. Well, congratulations are in order for your movie and the hard work you and your crews put into it."

Thomas bows at that.

Marinette serves some more people and gets spotted by Jagged.

Jagged says, "Hey, Marinette!"

Marinette notices Jagged and replies while walking over, "Hi, Jagged."

Jagged then says, "Now, here's the gist; my designer Marinette can draw really well, but specifically for fashionable clothes and jewelry. She does it all by herself. Just check out these groovy sunglasses she made me on the day we first met."

Thomas carefully inspects the sunglasses and remarks, "Well, this is impressive work."

Thomas hands back the sunglasses and Marinette asks before saying assuringly, "Would either of you like macarons? And don't worry, Mr. Astruc, there's no almond macarons on this or any other tray."

Thomas sighs in relief before and Jagged take two macarons.

Marinette then goes on her way.

Tom then says, "Phew. So far, so good. But where are Adrien and Kagami?"

Sabine replies, "Beats me."

Suddenly, Sabine spots Adrien and gasps.

Marinette sees Adrien coming up with Felix, Emilie, Amelie, Kagami, and her recently revived father, Tomoyuki Tsurugi.

Marinette comes up and says to Adrien before saying to Felix, Emilie, and Amelie, "Hi, Adrien. Hello to you, Felix. Emilie, Amelie, how are you doing?"

Adrien kisses Marinette while Felix answers, "Couldn't be better, ma'am."

Emilie replies, "I'm just dandy, Marinette."

Amelie adds, "And I couldn't be more thankful for the Oracle Knights bringing my dear sister back.

Marinette nods before saying to Kagami and Tomoyuki in Japanese, "Konbanwa, kagamidesu. Tsurugi-san, konbanwa. Yatto oaidekiteureshīdesu, sensei./ Good evening, Kagami. Good evening, Mr. Tsurugi. Nice to meet you at long last, sir."

Tomoyuki replies in Japanese, "Anata ni mo aete ureshī yo, shin'ainaru. Anata ga kon'nani jōzu ni nihongo o hanaseru to wa shirimasendeshita./Nice to meet you as well, my dear. I didn't know you could speak Japanese so well."

Marinette explains briefly in Japanese, "Manabu no ni 3-nen-han kakarimashitaga, nesshin ni torikumimashita./ It took me three and a half years to learn, but I did it with fervor."

Tomoyuki and Kagami bow in unison, and Marinette bows as well.

Tomoyuki then says to Nathalie and Emilie in English, "Nathalie-san. Emilie-san. As per our discussion at our previous meeting, I have brought the proper documents."

Nathalie and Emilie say one after the other, "Tsurugi-san, arigatōgozaimashita./Thank you very much, Mr. Tsurugi." "Subete ga totonoeba, watashitachi no bijinesu wa gaburieru no hanzai no hai kara tachinaori, senzai-teki ni wa tsugi no seiki ni mukete Furansu, Igirisu, soshite Nihon no ma no yoriyoi kyōryoku kankei o zenshin sa seru koto ga dekirudeshou./ With everything in order, our businesses will rise from the ashes of Gabriel's crimes and will be able to advance better working relationships between France, England, and Japan potentially into the next century."

Nathalie then says, "Please follow us."

Nathalie, Emilie, and Amelie leave with Tomoyuki, leaving Felix, Adrien, and Kagami alone with Marinette.

In the meantime this happened, Chloe gets bumped into by Thomas from behind.

Chloe then turns around and says, "Pardon me, sir, but you should watch where you're going."

Thomas replies, "Sorry about that."

Chloe remarks, "Director Astruc? In the flesh?"

Thomas replies, pleasantly surprised that someone recognized him other than the doorman and Jagged Stone for obviously different reasons he wouldn't even be able to find out about, before asking, "Y-yes, yes, that's me! And you are?"

Chloe answers, "Chloe Bourgeois, the daughter of Anaximandre and Audrey Bourgeois, and the genius behind the idea of the Akuma Alert App that would be used for a time until the Oracle Knights could apprehend Hawk Moth, and so far, thanks to the heroes having superior numbers, advantages, training, and so forth that they likely wouldn't have in some kind of alternate timeline, that proved to work before Heroes' Day happened a few weeks ago."

Thomas nods at that.

Chloe then asks, "So, anyway, I wanted to ask this out of curiosity. Are Ladybug and Cat Noir gonna be the only heroes in the movie? Because the trailer was one thing, but I don't understand the importance of the other members of the Oracle Knights being absent. Especially including Vesperia, because she was among the first heroes in the real world to take on Hawk Moth's Akumatized victims."

Thomas answers, "Well, um, there were some issues about all of that behind the scenes. Especially regarding your character's… reputation. It's good and all, but someone on the team wanted your character in the movie to be an irredeemable spoiled brat who would wind up joining Hawk Moth before winding up arrested."

Chloe narrows her eyes in suspicion and replies, "I see. Well, thank you for the time; you may go now, 'cause I have thinking to do with what you revealed to me."

Thomas nods before going on his way.

Chloe then says quietly, "(Softly) There's no way the real Thomas Astruc could've possibly had his fictional counterpart be interactive with the fourth wall and possibly be orchestrating events to ensure that seasons three, four, and five happen with an evil user of the Butterfly Miraculous. But nevertheless, I can't rule out that possibility with what I know about the other Thomas Astruc."

Marinette and Chloe then run into each other and after Marinette finishes serving everyone while making sure to accomplish the good things she did in the original Animaestro incident without being interrupted by Hawk Moth, the secret Oracle Knight members enjoyed the movie.

In Marinette's bedroom, Marinette was bemoaning having to massage Kagami's feet because she wanted to experience Marinette's "magical massaging hands," Adrien's words. And also because Marinette was disgusted by the pedicured look of Kagami's toenails even though she already knew that not every girl in every part of Earth across the Omniverse is concerned with decorating even their toenails, if nail polish was invented in most of the worlds.

Marinette says stiffly, "I hope you appreciate the effort, Kagami."

Kagami replies with a small smirk on her face, "Oh, I assure you, Mari-hime, I do appreciate the effort."

After Marinette finishes, Kagami raises her feet to Marinette's eye level so she can see Kagami's soles, and Marinette averts her gaze.

Kagami remarks slightly teasingly, "What is wrong? My feet are too pretty for you to handle?"

Marinette says sharply, "Foot fetishes are associated with online (bleep!) ography these days, and that's one out of many things God hates to an extreme."

Kagami blanches at that before replying, "I see. I am sorry, Marinette; I had no idea you held true to your religious virtues so deeply."

Marinette then says while hugging Kagami, "Do not blame yourself, Kagami; you couldn't've known because not every Japanese person is religious. But that doesn't change the fact that even for a Sentimonster like you, if you were to accept Jesus into your life, you'd be on the fast track to being able to avoid worldly things that are considered sinful in the first millineum, the second one, and the third one at hand."

Marinette and Kagami gaze at Adrien and Luka, and the foursome shares a four way deep kiss.

Over time, it was discovered that Kagami was ticklish, and just as much as Marinette had fun tickling Kagami pretty much anywhere that happens to be a ticklish spot for a girl, Kagami also had fun tickling Marinette in the same spots, going especially for Marinette's feet.

And Kagami wouldn't admit it out loud unless she was lost in thought, but she loved the ways Marinette took care of her feet and decorated her toenails.

In Marinette's bedroom later that night, Marinette crosses off the Animaestro episode from her list and says, "And here comes the Nathaniel and Marc webisode. Well, here's to hoping for the best."

Sabine then calls out from downstairs, "Marinette! Dinnertime!"

Marinette and Tikki head downstairs.

Marinette then asks as Tom pours her some decaf coffee, "How did everything go in the business?"

Sabine answers, "Better than normal."

Marinette then says as she raises her coffee mug in a toast, "Well, here's to the new future ahead of us without worrying about Gabriel Agreste, Lila Rossi, Alexander Donovan, David Hood, Tomoe Tsurugi, Xavier Ramier, Robert Roth, Xavier-Yves Roth, Andre Glacier, Jalil Kubdel, and any of their potential successors who attempted to break Gabriel out of prison this past week."

Tom and Sabine raise their water and milk cups in a toast before the threesome takes a sip of their safe, healthy, non-alcoholic beverages.

As the threesome ate their dinner, Marinette couldn't help but feel like someone was watching her.

On the rooftop of Lila's first apartment in Paris, Primary Alix Kubdel as Bunnyx, Primary Gabriel Agreste as Hawk Moth, Primary Nathalie Sancoeur as Mayura without the original Peacock Miraculous being damaged, Primary Lila Rossi as Chrysalis, Primary Alexander Donovan as Dreamcatcher, Primary Felix Fathom as Argos before his redemption arc, Primary Colt Fathom as Warlord without the second original Peacock Miraculous being damaged, Primary Cash as Money Bug, Primary Bob Roth as Rich Cat, Primary Xavier-Yves Roth as Muzak Fox, Primary Xavier Ramier as Mr. Thunder Bird, Primary Tomoe Tsurugi as Riposte Dragon, Primary Chloe Bourgeois as Queen Wasp without being an Akumatized Queen Bee, Primary Jalil Kubdel as Chronotasker, Primary David Hood as Cobra Venom, June Hope as Chaos Monkey, Kyrie Thatcher as Whinny Villain, Greyson King as Dark Biter, Nova Walker as Dark Raven, Mateo Kade as Eagle Snatcher, Holden Hansley as Peregrine Wanderer, Lucy Kade as Water Meister, Stella Kade as Reinrunner, Beckham Gonzales as Dark Grizzly, Millie Bandini as Man-Wolf, Georgia Holly as Buff Force, Rosalie Noel as Shadow Pecker, Isaac Peterson as Owlman, Lucia Johnson as Gaggle of Darkness, Mya June as Lady Tigress, Jameson Brown as Rat King, Alan Robinson as Coq Evil, Sydney Kade as Minotaur, Juliette Mitchell as Prong Writer, Dylan Johnson as Hogwild, and Braxton Levine as Shellquake are standing tall and menacingly as they look over the Dupain-Chengs having dinner.

Bunnyx remarks, "See? What did I tell you guys?"

Hawk Moth remarks back before saying, "So it seems. Most of what you told us about this timeline are truly something to behold, but I'm not impressed that Master Fu chose children to fight me and my evil counterparts."

Dreamcatcher points out, "Bunnyx said so herself; you and your counterparts activating the Butterfly Miraculous too soon prompted the Guardian to choose children, and also because he believes that children are better suited to be Miraculous users as it promotes training to get their bodies used to the power of their Miraculous magic abilities, like the Power Rangers, Spider-Man, and the Smallville iteration of Superman among others."

Hawk Moth grunts dismissively at this, but deep down, as much as he hates to admit it, he knows that Dreamcatcher was right.

Chrysalis asks, "So, bosses, what's the game plan?"

Warlord answers, "We wait, we divide and conquer when the time is right, and we strike hard, strike fast, leave nothing behind, and show no mercy."

Hawk Moth then says, "Opposition of Villains, let's head to our new home."

And so, the newly named Opposition of Villains heads to Hawk Moth's second lair, which is a reproduction of his lair and the Guardian Temple in Tibet Bunnyx had provided using her time travel powers and the money stolen over the months of 2016 in the 21st century to avoid money fraud charges.

In her bedroom, Marinette remarks, "So, Bunnyx has decided to rear her warped head into my plans, eh? Well, two can play that game."

Marinette transforms into Ladybug and she creates a Yarrow, the ladybug version of a Kamiko butterfly, and she says, "Fly on, my little Yarrow, and find Emiliano Sharpe!"

The Yarrow finds Emiliano and merges with his magician cape.

Emiliano sees Ladybug through his telepathy vision and he asks, "Ladybug?"

Ladybug replies before asking, "Hello, monsieur. Would you like to help me do a little bit of interdimensional recruiting?"

Emiliano answers, "Yes, Ladybug."

Ladybug then says, "For the time being, you are now Dimension Vigilance. I give you the power to act as my portal to other universes in the multiverse specifically searching for heroic Miraculous users other than Betterfly, Mister Bug, Lady Noire, Scarabella, and Kitty Noire. We need to recruit these other heroes because an old acquaintance has brought Miraculous user villains to our universe to cause us trouble. Do you accept my offer, Dimension Vigilance?"

Emiliano/Dimension Vigilance answers, "Yes, Ladybug."

Emiliano turns into Dimension Vigilance, an armored male version of Alya Cesaire as Ubiquity.

Ladybug lands on Dimension Vigilance's rooftop and says, "Let's do this."

Dimension Vigilance opens a portal to another Miraculous Ladybug Earth, and the superheroes Night Crow and Dove Butterfly, users of the Shadow Crow and Angel Butterfly Miraculouses of shadows and angelic power, come out.

Night Crow and Dove Butterfly are given the rundown of the situation, and Dimension Vigilance opens a portal to yet another Miraculous Ladybug Earth.

Out comes Steel Butterfly, a Miraculous hero war veteran with the Galiant Butterfly Miraculous who has the power to manipulate beauty, organic anatomy, and inorganic anatomy for any purposes without limit as well as the ability to use a Miraculous Butterfly power after defeating a villain with his paralysis inducement power, who smiles upon seeing Ladybug.

Then, out of another portal comes Mighty Siren, Wanderness, Super Nova, Mystic Phoenix, Empress Aurora, Mirage Eclipse, Sapphire Radiance, Yara Symphony, Firebrand Wolf, Glowworm Pine, Apex Thunder, Vanguard Shield, and Sturdy Blaze, Miraculous users from an alternate reality where Marinette was given the Miracle Box due to being Master Fu's daughter and with enough training and uses of the Rooster Miraculous, she helps him and herself overcome the various problems with being a Guardian while making sure to get Hawk Moth taken down early to send him to prison and to revive Emilie Agreste.

Ladybug brings the heroes up to speed, and after depowering Dimension Vigilance, Ladybug remarks as she heads home while making sure to avoid possible villain stalkers, "So, you wish to fight me for control of my timeline, Bunnyx? So be it, but know this: by the time I finish with my punishments for you, I'll make sure that you never get the Rabbit Miraculous in any Miraculous Ladybug timelines ever again."
