The First Incorporation:
It was late in the night, midnight. All the residents were asleep except Skyla and Percy, who were awake. Percy looked at his watch. Skyla lay nervously in her bed, holding Mouse and looked at him with a scared look in her eyes, she knew something was going to happen soon, but she didn't know what and this scared her.
"Mouse, something is going to happen," said Skyla. "I hope nothing is going to happen to Emma."
Percy's watch went off, he turned off his watch and removed his nose clip. he got up from his bed, walked towards his desk and he grabbed his recorder and turned it on.
"In exactly 47 minutes, something is going to happen. I assume a dark ritual, Main suspect: Leopold, location: Drama classroom," said Percy, when he was finished he turned off his recorder and put it his pocket.
Skyla looked at her watch and saw that it was time, she got up from her bed and put all the pillows on it and covered it with her cover, making it look if someone was sleeping. She grabbed Mouse from her bed.
"I will be right back, I think," said Skyla.
Skyla put Mouse down by her pillow. Percy grabbed his bag. Both Percy and Skyla left their rooms, they met in the corridor and crept downstairs, they grabbed their coats and left the house.
The alarm went off, both Milo and Lexie woke up, Lexie tried to turn off the alarm before Anastacia would wake up, she managed to turn off the alarm, she looked at Anastacia and saw that she was still sleeping peacefully. Milo sat up straight in his bed, he made a misstep causing him to fall out of his bed, this caused Raphael to open his eyes for a few seconds but had them closed again quite quickly. Milo got up and took a superhero like position.
"I'll save you, little toads, because I'm Toadman!" Said Milo.
Milo and Lexie both started to remove their pyjamas and put their costumes right. Both left their rooms and Raphael and Anastacia both just continued sleeping and Anastacia had no idea what to expect. Milo and Lexie put on the roller skates and walked down the stairs with them, Milo lost his balance a little and almost fell down the stairs, Lexie still managed to grab him by his cape in time.
"Don't push," Lexie, said Milo.
"I'm not pushing, said Lexie. She and Milo heard a noise and it was coming their way. Someone is coming!
"Quick, run, said Milo.
Milo and Lexie quickly ran down the stairs and hid in the coat closet. Milo and Lexie saw three figures in black cloaks walking up the stairs and both got a little scared of them. as soon as the cloaked figures could no longer be seen, Milo and Lexie came out of the closet.
"What was that?" Asked Lexie.
"It was a ghost," said Milo.
"A ghost?" Asked Lexie.
"Yes, the ghost with the big feet," said Milo. "A superhero can only do one thing at a time. And now, it's about saving the toads. Come, Lexie!"
Milo opened the front door and he and Lexie left the house and headed towards school.
In the meantime, Skyla and Percy had arrived at the school, they climbed up the drainpipe to one of the windows of the library, Percy had opened window and they climbed inside and were in the library. Through the bookcase, Percy started to climb down. When he was down, he looked around to see if no one was there.
"Okay, it's save, be careful though," said Percy. "Can you do it?"
"Yes," said Skyla, as she was climbing down the bookcase.
"I've got you," said Percy.
"Thanks," said Skyla, as she got to the ground.
Mr Gibson walked through the school towards Mr Danbury's office. The office door opened and Mr Gibson quickly hid in the library. Mr Danbury and Winnie both walked out of the office and they too were wearing black cloaks. Winnie had a glass container in her hands containing the toads and Mr Danbury set the alarm in his office.
"Remain calm, little animals, it will be over before you know it," said Winnie. "They're as nervous as I'm."
"Whoever tries to enter now, will be trapped like a rat, here we go," said Mr. Danbury, he took the key out of the look and put it away. "Come on, hurry. Or we'll be late."
Mr Danbury and Winnie started walking, being spied on by Mr Gibson.
Percy and Skyla walked through the library, Percy looked at his watch and he had grabbed his recorder and turned it on.
"It's now 1:04, in 13 minutes, something will happen in this school, We assume a dark ritual. We haven't seen Leopold yet," said Percy, then he saw Mr. Gibson standing next to the door, he and Skyla quickly hid behind the wall. "Speaking of the devil."
"Leopold," said Skyla.
"I told you we can't trust him," said Percy. "We spotted Leopold, we're chasing him now."
Skyla and Percy were about to follow Mr Gibson, when they heard something, they hid behind the bookcase and saw Milo and Lexie in the library. Because of the roller skates, Milo struggled to stay upright and Lexie had to help him, because of this the two kept bumping into the wall or cupboard and a few times they fell to the floor.
"Who are they?" Asked Skyla.
"The super doofuses," said Percy.
"What are they doing here?" Asked Skyla, she looked at the door and saw that Mr. Gibson was gone. "Where is Leopold?"
"We've lost him, we've to go after him, I think he is going to the drama classroom, come," said Percy.
Skyla and Percy left the library and went in search of Mr Gibson. Milo and Lexie struggled out of the library and stormed into Mr Danbury's office.
"Joseph! Kevin! Monique! Leopold! Toadman is going to save you!" Said Milo.
Milo could not stop and bumped against Mr Danbury's desk and he fell to the floor, Lexie tripped over his legs and also fell to the floor. Milo crawled across the floor towards the terrarium, he pulled himself up and saw that the tank was empty. The office door fell shut and this triggered the alarm and now Milo and Lexie were locked inside the office.
"No.., no!" said Milo.
"What? Asked Lexie, she got up and walked over to Milo. "What's wrong?"
"We're too late!" Said Milo.
"Where are they?" Asked Lexie.
"Toadman has failed," said Milo.
"A superhero never gives up," said Lexie.
"I'm not a superhero, I'm a super doofus," said Milo.
"You're not, you're one of the Five," said Lexie, she put her hand on Milo's shoulder. "Come, we're going to look for them."
Lexie pulled Milo with her to the door, she tried to open it, but to no avail.
"What is it?" Asked Milo.
"How is that possible?" Asked Lexie.
"Move over, Lexie, move over, with my superpowers I'll have this door open in no time," said Milo.
Milo pulled on the door, but it would not open. Milo and Lexie started to panic and banged on the door, they called for help and someone to let them out.
Mr Danbury and Winnie had walked to the end of the school, they were standing in front of a wall. The Dark Mark appeared on the wall and the portal opened.
"It's finally upon us," said Mr. Danbury.
Mr Danbury and Winnie entered the portal and then it quickly closed again and the Dark Mark began to fade away. Mr Gibson came running and looked around, he touched the wall, but nothing.
At the same time in Anubis house. The Dark Mark appeared on the on wall. Anastacia was sleeping peacefully in her bed when suddenly...
"Anastacia…"
A golden light appeared and the bedroom door opened.
"Anastacia…"
Anastacia sat up straight in her bed and took off her sleep mask, she saw golden leaves falling down and she saw a person standing in a black cloak.
"Who is there? Who are you? Asked Anastacia the cloaked figured, but the figure didn't answer and started to walk away. "Wait a moment, not so fast."
Anastacia put on her slippers, walked out of her room and started to follow the cloaked person. The cloaked person led Anastacia to the portal and entered. Anastacia looked into the portal and saw a large forest.
"Anastacia…. we're waiting for you."
Anastacia looked around her and entered the portal, when she was inside the portal closed behind her. Anastacia walked through the forest, but she saw no one, she called out to see if anyone was there, but no answer. Then Anastacia saw the cloaked person again and went after it.
"Anastacia… we're waiting for you."
The cloaked figure disappeared and Anastacia started running further into the forest.
Back at school, Skyla and Percy walked into the drama room. Percy looked at his watch and checked how much time they had left.
"30 seconds left," said Percy.
"Where is Leopold?" Asked Skyla.
Percy grabbed Leopold's glasses from his pocket and put them on, He and Skyla walked towards the stage. Percy looked at his watch again and another 15 seconds until it was time and he started counting down, he each second Skyla felt more scared, Percy grabbed Skyla's hand. Time was up, Skyla and Percy waited for something to happen, but of course they did not know at school was going to happen and that it was already too late and Anastacia was lured to the ritual.
Anastacia walked through the forest and came out of the Stone Circle, where the Dark Druid were waiting for her.
"We've been waiting for you for a long time."
"Who said that? Who are you?" Asked Anastacia, she walked closer to the Druids. "Thingy? Lexie?"
Anastacia couldn't see his face as it became blurry. The Druid raised their hands. Anastacia's eyes began to hurt.
"Don't do that, please. It's hurts my eyes!" Said Anastacia.
But this did not happen. Anastacia's eyes started hurting more and more, she saw all these flashes, which became more and more painful and she started seeing more and more blurred. She kept begging the Druid to stop and cried out in pain.
"You're burning out my eyes! Stop! Stop! Stop! I can't see anymore!" Yelled Anastacia.
Anastacia's covered her eyes with her hands, everything turned into a big black blur for her and she couldn't see anymore. The pain became too much for Anastacia, she fell down to the ground and lost consciousness. A pair of eyes appeared on Ewan's faceless spirit.
Anastacia was startled awake and sat straight up in her bed, her hands covering her eyes. She removed her hands and took a deep breath.
"What a nightmare," said Anastacia. "Thingy I was dreaming about something so weird, I was walking through the forest and someone called…"
Anastacia realised she did not have her sunglasses on, she quickly grabbed her sunglasses and put them on. But Anastacia noticed something strange, she took her sunglasses on and off a few times, but her eyes didn't hurt. Anastacia stood up and walked towards the light button, she turned on the light and covered her eyes. Anastacia slowly removed her hands and she saw that she could see without her sunglasses, that her eyes no longer hurt.
"Thingy! I can see! My eyes work! It doesn't hurt anymore," said Anastacia.
Anastacia looked around the room and up at the light and was happy. Glad that her eyes were normal, having no idea that she had lost her special sense.
The first incorporation succeeded and the Dark Druid took away Anastacia's special sense. And now Anastacia has normal eyes. What will Skyla and Pecry do now? Can the two of them stop the Dark Druids? And what's going to happen to Milo and Lexie.
