At the Autobot base.
Ratchet was busy checking to see if Optimus still had any traces of the Cybonic Plague in the decontamination chamber.
"Follow the light." Ratchet instructed, shining a flashlight in Optimus' face, who followed it's every movement. "Good. Good. I wouldn't advise anything strenuous, Optimus. But it appears that your systems have fully recovered from the Cybonic Plague."
The decontamination chamber shut itself down and allowed Optimus to walk out of it.
"Thanks to your medical expertise, old friend." Optimus said kindly.
"It was your Scout who braved unknown territory to locate the cure." Ratchet replied, gesturing to Bumblebee as he stood beside Arcee,chromia,Cliffjumper and Wheeljack.
"It was nothing, you guys." Bumblebee said, a little bit embarrassed.
"Lucky for us, Megatron was still alive." Arcee admitted.
"Did you seriously just say that, partner?" Cliffjumper questioned in surprise.
"Yeah, I actually said that." Arcee replied, not believing it herself.
I'd never thought I'd hear you say that chromia said.
"What matters is that you are on the mend, Optimus." Ratchet told the Autobot leader. "While Megatron…"
"We don't know for certain if he's offline this time, Ratch." Wheeljack replied with his arms crossed.
"Jackie's right. I did my best to finish Megatron's story." Arcee added. "I just couldn't stick around long enough to see how it ended."
No one noticed that Bumblebee began to walk away into the corridors. When the yellow Autobot came to a halt, he looked down at his hands as a certain Decepticon leader started speaking within his mind.
"It is a matter of time before Optimus discovers all is not right with you, Scout." Megatron said within Bumblebee's thoughts. "I must reclaim my body. Which means taking complete and total control of yours.
Later on
the realm defenders was having their own makeshift game with Bumblebee, Bulkhead, Wheeljack and Jazz. They had the metallic ball they used for lobbing when Seaspray was around and a bunch of metal that was built to look like one of the goals that is used for Grudgby in the Boiling Isles.
"Alright, people, it's time to play Grudgby! Cybertronian style!" Gus announced while holding a microphone to his mouth.
"Let the games begin!" Willow staged before blowing on a whistle.
Bumblebee span the ball on his finger and threw it towards the goal, only for Bulkhead to jump up and catch it with a chuckle. Before Bulkhead could toss it in the goal, Jazz pulled it out of his hands with his energy grapple and grabbed it before attempting to run past his opponents. But then, Wheeljack got in front of the Autobot Lieutenant and kicked him under his feet, causing Jazz to fall back on the floor with a surprised shout. Wheeljack caught the ball and tossed it straight through the goal.
"Alright, Jackie!" Gus cheered in happiness.
"That's a goal for the Wreckers!" Amity remarked.
Bulkhead approached the metal ball and picked it up, turning back to Bumblebee and Jazz.
"Come on. Best two out of three." Bulkhead challenged.
"You're on, Bulk!" Jazz replied confidently.
When Bulkhead tossed the ball over to Bee, the yellow Autobot rushed straight at them and managed to slip by their defensive position.
"Bee, now's your chance!" Hunter called out encouragingly.
"Take the shot and get that score!" Vee stated.
However, Bumblebee simply froze in his spot and began having flashbacks to the battle on Megatron's Space Bridge and it blowing up.
"Bumblebee, quit hogging the ball!" Wheeljack called out.
Suddenly, Bumblebee turned around and tossed the ball straight at Bulkhead, Wheeljack and Jazz, causing the three Autobots to move out of the way in surprise as the ball crashed against the stone wall. Willow immediately blew her whistle to stop the game.
"Game over! That's an unsportsmanlike fowl!" Willow declared.
"Dodgeball, Cybertronian style." Luz said jokingly.
"Bee, the goal's over there." Jazz reminded, directing Bumblebee to where the goal is.
"Oh, yeah. My bad." Bumblebee replied in awkwardness.
"Bee, are you okay?" Hunter asked, sounding a little concerned.
"Of course I am, Hunter. I guess I was just daydreaming." Bumblebee said. "How about we do three out of five?"
"Sure. Three out of five sounds good." Hunter replied.
"Then let's do it!" Wheeljack stated enthusiastically, walking to the metal ball and picking it up.
Later.
After the game was over, Bumblebee was seen walking down the corridors before he froze up again, meaning Megatron had taken over again.
"If I am to return to my body, I must first restore it's functionality." Megatron said, closing his eyes and focusing to when the Space Bridge blew up. "How did I escape annihilation?"
He had a flashback where he saw the Dark Energon shard in his chest being ripped out, causing the Decepticon leader to realise what had saved him from certain death.
"Of course. Dark Energon." Megatron said in realisation before seeing who had ripped the Dark Energon out of him. "Starscream."
On the nemesis.
Speaking of Starscream, he was currently standing in the medical room and standing over Megatron's body while tapping on his face in a playful way.
"Knock knock. Is anyone in there? No? Oh well. Seems I possess the only thing that would allow you to rise off that slab and walk again, my dearest Megatron." Starscream said smugly before pulling out the Dark Energon shard. "The only scrap left on this planet, plucked from your very Spark chamber. But, it cannot restore your mind. The Decepticons need a leader, not a decorative center piece. And I will convince them that I am the true heir to your throne with a plan so epic-"
"Not even the mighty Megatron could have conceived it?" A voice asked.
Starscream hid the Dark Energon shard behind his back and turned around to see Knock Out leaning against the door, giving him a smirk.
"Heheh. That was the idea, Knock Out." Starscream replied, chuckling nervously. "How long have you been there?"
"Long enough. And it's Commander Knock Out to you, once and future Lord Starscream." Knock Out said with a bow, much to Starscream's approval.
Back in Gravesfield.
Hunter was standing outside the Noceda residence with Flapjack perched on his shoulder. They both looked down the sides of the road and waited for Bumblebee to show up, but he didn't appear.
"Where is he?" Hunter questioned, causing Flapjack to tweet as a means of saying he didn't know.
The former Golden Guard took out his gauntlet and used it to call Luz, who was currently at outside of grvesfield training.
"Hey, Hunter. What is it?" Luz asked.
"Bee was supposed to pick me up and take me to the base, Luz. But he hasn't shown up. His com-link's off for some reason." Hunter explained. "Do you know where he is?"
"Not at all. He's probably busy doing something at the base." Luz said reassuringly.
At the Autobot base.
Bumblebee was simply walking around the main control area until he spotted a tool and his eyes changed to a different shape. He walked towards the tool and picked it up before hearing Megatron within his mind.
"Yes. Go on, Scout." Megatron told him. "Obey my will."
Bumblebee's face shifted into a glare and he crushed the tool with his bare hand.
"Bumblebee!" A voice exclaimed as the Bumblebee's eyes turned normal and he looked around, seeing Ratchet with a shocked expression. "I needed that!"
"You did?" Bumblebee asked, looking at the crushed tool he was holding.
"What has gotten into you?" Ratchet questioned.
"For some reason, I'm starting to see Megatron's face in my mind." Bumblebee admitted.
"You're seeing Megatron's face?" Ratchet repeated in confusion.
Later.
Bumblebee was inside the medical chamber and his entire body was completely shut down. Team Prime,Hunter,Apollo and Vee were in the base to hear what Ratchet was suspecting about the yellow Autobot.
"Bumblebee's complaining of intermittent visions, waking nightmares if you will." Ratchet explained.
"So he's basically having bad daydreams?" Vee asked with a raised eyebrow.
"But you said Bee was fine when you checked on him." Hunter said.
"Physically. But the experience he endured in Megatron's mind seems to be having a temporary effect on his psyche." Ratchet replied. "This induced power down should force Bumblebee's mind to rest and recover."
Just then, everyone heard the communication console beeping and they all walked towards it. Ratchet pressed on a button to reveal Agent Fowler on the screen.
"Prime, you spot any Decepticons wearing hula skirts lately?" Coulson asked.
"No, Agent Coulson." Optimus answered. "Why?"
"Because I was that you'd have a lead on the Cons that busted into the Hawaiian Naval Observatory." Fowler explained. "Place looked like it was hit by an army of wrecking balls."
"Why would Cons break into an observatory?" Cliffjumper asked.
"Does the Hoit Niko Gosium ring any bells?" Coulson questioned.
"The human space telescope. I've heard of it." Vee replied.
"As of last night, it's primary lens went missing." Coulson said.
"It's difficult to guess Starscream's intent without knowing where the lens has been taken." Optimus admitted.
"Good thing the lens has a tracking device." Coulson replied.
Team Prime went to the main console and pulled out a map of the entire planet, where it showed the telescope lens' current location.
"The Arctic? Great, another chance to freeze our Spark plugs off." Arcee said sarcastically.
The map zoomed in to show a purple-coated area of the Arctic as Wheeljack whistled, recognising what it was.
"That's an ND7class. Biggest unmineable Energon deposit there is." Wheeljack said.
"Unmineable, until Starscream melts his way down to it." Optimus replied.
"With the help of the lens." Jazz added.
"Melting a glacier that size would cause sea levels to rise and demolish coastal cities." Coulson told the Autobots.
Optimus knew this was a big problem and that he and Team Prime needed to act, right now.
Meanwhile at the Arctic.
the Nemesis was flying above the ND7class Energon deposit as Starscream stood on the top edge with Knock Out by his side.
"Let the reign of Lord Starscream begin." Starscream said with a smirk.
Knock Out raised his hand up and a machine that looked like a laser cannon rose up with a Vehicon operating it. The laser aimed down to the ND7class and fired a giant beam of heat straight down to it.
Back at the base
.
While Optimus,chromia,hot rod,blurr,drift,Arcee, Bulkhead, Cliffjumper and Wheeljack were in the Arctic to stop Starscream's plan, Ratchet and Jazz remained at the base to look after Bumblebee,Apollo,Hunter and Vee. The blonde Witch boy,the inhuman sayian hybrid and the Basilisk girl were sitting next to Bumblebee's body while telling him a few stories.
"And then Gus made that 'Karen' human stop yelling in the coffee shop by using a Dinosaur illusion to scare the life out of her." Hunter explained as Flapjack tweeted with a nod.
"I wish I could've been there to see it." Vee admitted.
"It sounded really hilarious." Apollo said.
"Hey, Hunter,Vee,Apollo, Bee can't exactly hear ya while he's in shut down mode." Jazz told them as he and Ratchet approached the three kids.
"Jazz is right. It's getting late." Ratchet said. "Why don't I Bridge Hunter,vee and Apollo back to Luz's house.
"Because Flapjack and I said we'd stay with Bee until he's better." Hunter replied. "He's like a family member to me."
"Don't be ridiculous. You're not even the same species." Ratchet told him while shaking his head.
"That's being related through blood. It's not exactly the same thing." Vee said.
Yeah me and Chris are brothers but I'm an inhuman/sayian hybrid and Chris is a Martian Apollo explain.
"I mean, I used to think that someone was a family member of mine. But that all just turned out to be a lie." Hunter said, lowing his head down.
Flapjack understood how his owner felt and he flew down to Hunter's knee, nuzzling against his chest.
"Dang. That's gotta suck." Jazz muttered as he rubbed the back of his head, while Ratchet showed a little bit of sympathy.
"Well yeah, I wasn't born with a family of my own either." Vee replied sadly.
The fist family I had got taken away from me and I'm the last of my kind Apollo said sadly.
"But i got a second chance when Luz and the others let us into their lives. The sane thing goes for Bumblebee, too. Lots of people can't understand him, but I can." Hunter said while smiling at his Autobot Guardian, causing Ratchet and Jazz to smile back. "That's why I consider him family."
In the Arctic.
Optimus,chromia,hot rode,blurr,drift,Arcee, Bulkhead, Cliffjumper and Wheeljack were walking their way towards the location of the Nemesis. They noticed that some of the ice was melting due to the increases heat in the atmosphere.
"A lot different than our last polar visit." Cliffjumper commented. "It feels like Summer."
"Here, that's a bad thing." Bulkhead replied as they all looked on the other side of an ice wall.
They spotted the Nemesis descending above the ND7class Energon deposit, still using the lens laser to melt their way down to it.
"At this rate, they're gonna blast through that deposit and have tons of cities be put underwater." Wheeljack said in concern.
"Autobots, remember the end run on Polyhex?" Optimus asked, already having a plan in mind.
Back at the base
.
Hunter,Apollo,umbra,Vee and Flapjack were still watching over Bumblebee with Jazz by their side.
"Hope Bee's gonna wake up and feel fine, soon." Jazz said.
"I'm sure he will, Jazz." Vee said assuringly.
"Jazz, Hunter, Vee, I'm going to the supply vault to see if I can find parts to repair this." Ratchet informed, holding the broken tool in his hands. "You know what that means."
"Don't touch anything." Hunter,Apollo and Vee replied, while Jazz simply gave the Autobot Medic a thumbs up.
When Ratchet walked away, Bumblebee's optics suddenly turned on and so did the rest of his body.
"So, how's about we kill time by taking a little ride?" Jazz asked Hunter,Apollo and Vee. "I've got some sweet new tunes you'll probably like."
"I like the sound of that, Jazz." Vee replied with a smile.
But then, the four of them saw Bumblebee beginning to walk out of the decontamination chamber and towards the Ground Bridge controls.
"Bumblebee? What're you doing?" Hunter asked, surprised by how the yellow Autobot was able to come back online.
Jazz quickly walked towards Bumblebee and got in front of him.
"Yo, Bee, where're you going to?" Jazz questioned. "You're supposed to be resting, remember?"
However, Bumblebee didn't say anything and he grabbed Jazz by his torso before tossing him into the wall, making the Autobot Lieutenant groan painfully.
"Jazz!" Vee exclaimed before rushing towards her Autobot Guardian.
Are nuts apollo ran over to help vee
Hunter and Flapjack turned their attention to Bumblebee, who activated the Ground Bridge and started walking into it.
"Bumblebee, wait!" Hunter called out.
Flapjack tweeted loudly to Bumblebee, but the yellow Autobot ignored them and disappeared into the Ground Bridge.
Ratchet then arrived and noticed the entire scene that was happening as Jazz got back up.
"What did you do?" Ratchet questioned.
"Nothing! Bee just woke up and walked away!" Hunter protested.
"Yeah, and he even threw me away like I was a total stranger to him!" Jazz exclaimed.
"He was in power down. Where does he think he's off to?" Ratchet asked confusingly.
With bumblebee/megatron.
Bumblebee had arrived at the rocky canyon where Optimus and Ratchet battled Megatron's army of undead Cybertronians. He was looking around the area of dead Terrorcons for something important.
"Where is it? Where?" Megatron questioned within Bumblebee's mind, remembering the Dark Energon shard he had implanted into the ground many days ago.
Just then, Bumblebee noticed a bright purple glow in a nearby hole and he walked up to it before pulling out the shard of Dark Energon shard in it. The yellow Autobot stared at the shard and the Decepticon leader within his head now knew he had what he needed to be resurrected.
Back at the base
.
"These are the coordinates for the sight of our previous battle with Megatron's undead." Ratchet realised as he was looking at the coordinates Bumblebee used for the Ground Bridge, while Hunter,Apollo,umbra,Vee, Flapjack and Jazz stood near him.
"Why the heck would Bee go there?" Jazz asked.
"I'm not sure. We need to find out." Ratchet replied before activating the Ground Bridge.
"Maybe we should call Optimus, first?" Vee suggested in concern.
"Optimus and the others are busy preventing a polar icecap from melting." Ratchet said. "We need to handle this on our own."
When Ratchet and Jazz turned towards the Ground Bridge, they were surprised to see Bumblebee walking out of it.
"Bumblebee? What have you been doing?" Ratchet asked.
"And why'd you just toss me into that wall earlier?" Jazz questioned with his arms crossed before noticing something in Bumblebee's hand. "Hold on, what's that you've got?"
Ratchet approached Bumblebee and grabbed his hand, surprised by what he saw in the palm of it.
"Dark Energon?" Ratchet asked before Bumblebee suddenly punched him into the Ground Bridge controls.
"Ratch!" Jazz exclaimed in shock before he got rammed by Bumblebee, crashing on the floor.
"Bee, what're you doing?!" Vee questioned with an astonished expression.
Bumblebee didn't respond and he walked up to her, Hunter and Flapjack. The red bird Palisman flew towards Bumblebee in an attempt to protect his friends, but the yellow Autobot simply swatted him away.
"Flapjack!" Hunter called out worriedly.
Bumblebee then grabbed Hunter,Apollo and Vee and he placed them onto a nearby turbine shaft.
"Bee, stop! Whatever's making you do this, you've gotta fight it!" Hunter protested.
Once again, Bumblebee didn't say anything and he ran back into the Ground Bridge with the Dark Energon shard still in his hand.
The Ground Bridge closed up and Hunter,Apollo and Vee turned their attention to Flapjack, Jazz and Ratchet as they got back up from Bumblebee's attacks.
"You okay, little fella?" Jazz asked Flapjack, who tweeted in response as a way of saying yes.
"What about you, Ratchet?" Vee questioned in concern.
"I'm fine. More importantly, is Bumblebee." Ratchet said as he approached the two kids. "I fear the time spent in Megatron's mind scape is causing him to think like a Decepticon."
"No way! Bee ain't no stinkin' Decepticon!" Jazz stated firmly.
"Jazz is right. There's gotta be another reason." Hunter said in agreement.
"Agreed. But we need to find out exactly what Bumblebee intends to do with that shard." Ratchet replied, taking the kids into his hand and walking back to the controls. "The only one who knew of the Dark Energon… was Megatron."
"Bumblebee has Megatron's memories?" Vee asked.
"Worse. Megatron is occupying Bumblebee's mind." Ratchet answered darkly.
"What?!" Jazz,Apollo,Hunter and Vee asked in total shock, while Flapjack let out some surprised tweets.
"How could I have been such a fool? The Cortical Psychic Patch acted as a two-way conduit." Ratchet said as he placed Hunter,Apollo and Vee on the platform, looking at the Ground Bridge controls. "When Bumblebee returned to his own mind, Megatron followed. And now Bumblebee/Megatron has bridged to nearly the same coordinates Optimus used."
"That means we've gotta follow Bee and get Bucket Head out of his head." Jazz said while clenching his fists.
Ratchet activated the Ground Bridge and he and Jazz began approaching it.
"Stay here." Ratchet said to Hunter,Apollo and Vee.
"No! Bumblebee needs me!" Hunter protested firmly. "He's helped me out before, now I've got to do the same for him!"
"I'm coming as well! I'll never leave a friend in trouble!" Vee stated, with Flapjack tweeting in agreement.
And I'm mot abandoning anyone i care about Apollo said.
Ratchet and Jazz looked at each other before they sighed, coming to a decision.
"You kids sure are persuasive." Jazz quipped, reaching out his hand.
Meanwhile.
the lens laser on the Nemesis was still melting down to the ND7class Energon deposit.
"Yes! I love it when a plan comes together!" Starscream remarked.
But then, the self-proclaimed Decepticon leader began hearing engine noises and he saw Arcee, Bulkhead, Cliffjumper and Wheeljack driving to the Nemesis.
"Autobots." Starscream scowled annoyingly.
"Please, Lord Starscream, allow your second in command the honour." Knock Out said before he turned to his two teammates, who had just arrived. "Breakdown, Wildrider, total them!"
Breakdown and Wildrider ran towards the edge and they jumped onto one of the pointy fins before leaping straight off the Nemesis with enthusiastic laughs.
Breakdown made his body completely flat and descend down faster, crashing behind the Autobots and make them fly off the icy floor. Arcee,hot rode,Bulkhead,drift,blurr,Cliffjumper and Wheeljack transformed and they quickly stopped themselves. Wildrider got out his wrist blades and stabbed them into a nearby ice wall, slowing down his fall before he leaped off and landed next to Breakdown. Both Decepticons shot intimidating glares towards the Autobots, who got ready for battle.
While the Cons were distracted, Optimus was busy climbing up an ice wall to make his way onto the Nemesis.
Inside the nemesis.
A Ground Bridge opened up inside the Nemesis and Ratchet, Jazz, Hunter, Vee and Flapjack emerged from it.
"We're on the Nemesis." Jazz said quietly.
The group made their way down the hallway, where they found a bunch of Vehicon bodies on the floor.
"Did Bumblebee do this?" Vee asked, surprised by what the yellow Autobot just did.
"I fear Megatron's mind is dominant." Ratchte said. "And clearly, he came here for one purpose. To use the Dark Energon to resurrect his own body."
"No way. Bumblebee won't let him, just like he didn't let Megatron hurt me and Vee back at the base." Hunter replied.
"I hope you're right, Hunter." Jazz admitted.
As they sat Hunter,Apollo and Vee down on the floor, Jazz and Ratchet slowly began to approach the medical room and they peeked out the open door to see Bumblebee connecting himself to Megatron's body with a Cortical Psychic Patch cable. Ratchet then charged at Bumblebee, while Jazz stayed behind with Hunter,Apollo Vee and Flapjack.
"Ratchet! Don't hurt Bumblebee!" Vee called out.
"That's not Bumblebee!" Ratchet replied before throwing a punch at the yellow Autobot.
However, Bumblebee avoided the attack and he punched Ratchet into a nearby wall with amazing strength.
Bumblebee then started to approach Megatron's body with the Dark Energon shard.
"Bee, don't!" Jazz shouted, earning his teammates attention. "Come on, pal! I really don't wanna hurt ya!"
"Jazz is right, Bee! You have to remember us!" Vee protested.
"Remember me and Flapjack! We're your friends!" Hunter reminded as Flapjack tweeted in agreement. "And friends always listen to each other!"
Yea your family to them apollo said.
Just then, Bumblebee's optics began shifting and they soon returned to normal.
"Guys? Is that you?" Bumblebee asked.
"That's right, Bee. It's us." Hunter replied with a smile.
"Good to have you back, buddy." Jazz said, sighing in relief.
However, Megatron was displeased by how Bumblebee was able to overcome his control.
"Unbelievable!" Megatron shouted in anger.
He began to retake control over Bumblebee, who clenched his face and cried out in pain before collapsing on the floor.
"Bee! Be okay, pal! Please!" Jazz stated worriedly as he and the others went up to him.
But then, Bumblebee rose his head up and he grabbed Jazz by the throat before delivering a powerful punch to his face when the Autobot lieutenant least expected it. He even swatted away Hunter,Apollo,Vee and Flapjack before turning around to see Ratchet approaching Megatron's body.
"Farewell, Megatron!" Ratchet said, pulling out the cable that was connected to Megatron's chest.
Bumblebee then swiped at Ratchet, who avoided it but was unable to get away from the next punch. The Autobot medic was thrown straight into the wall and landed next to Jazz, while Hunter,Apollo,Vee and Flapjack got back up.
"Bumblebee!" Hunter called out.
"Don't do it!" Vee begged.
When Bumblebee came to a halt, he turned around and glared evilly at Hunter,Apollo and Vee, while Flapjack hid behind his owner in nervousness.
"Bumblebee can't hear you, anymore!" Megatron's voice said, which was surprising indeed.
"As much as I want you to get out of Bumblebee's body, we can't let you go back to your own!" Hunter stated as Flapjack formed into his staff.
He ran forward and attempted to teleport in front of Bumblebee/Megatron, but the Dark Energon shard began to glow and Hunter's power suddenly shut down before he could fully use it.
"What the?! What's going on?!" Hunter asked in astonishment before Bumblebee/Megatron kicked him away, causing him to crash near Vee and Apollo.
"Hunter! Are you okay?!" Vee asked in concern.
"I'm fine! Can you try draining his Energon?" Hunter suggested.
"No way! I can't just drain Bumblebee's Energon, even when he's not in control of himself!" Vee stated.
Apollo summons a mystic whip trying to the dark energon but it disappeared before it even came close to bumblebee.
The three of them could only watch as Bumblebee/Megatron approached the Decepticon leader's body and thrust the Dark Energon shard into the hole.
The shard was fully absorbed into Megatron's Spark chamber and Bumblebee's body shut itself down. And just like that, Megatron's eyes opened up as Ratchet, Bumblebee and Jazz fully recovered and gasped in shock at seeing the biggest threat to their kind rise up from the medical table. Some Vehicons arrived at the medical room after hearing the commotion, but were very shocked to see Megatron standing on his feet in a fully operational state.
"Decepticons, your rightful lord and master has returned!" Megatron announced.
Bumblebee,Jazz, Ratchet,Apollo,Hunter and Vee backed away fearfully as Megatron walked by and looked down at them.
"Finish these pests." Megatron ordered, walking past the Vehicon troops. "I have my own extermination to perform."
The Vehicons aimed their weapons at their enemies and opened fire, causing Bumblebee and Jazz to do the same while Ratchet took Hunter,Apollo and Vee to the lower area at the side.
"Let's get out of here!" Bumblebee stated.
"Good thinking!" Jazz agreed before they all ran away through a back entrance.
Outside.
Optimus had reached the top of the icy hill and ran towards a long ramp in front of him, transforming into vehicle mode and driving up it. When Optimus rocketed off the end, he quickly transformed and grabbed onto one of the Nemesis' spike edges before fully getting on.
On the main surface, Arcee brought out her wrist blades and charged straight at Breakdown and Wildrider while Cliffjumper rushed beside his partner with his own two fists.
Breakdown and Wildrider ran towards their enemies for a big fight before Arcee and chromia leaped up and span around in the air. They bright their blades down to Breakdown, only for the muscular Decepticon to grab them both by the arms and toss the female Autobots away. Cliffjumper attempted to strike Wildrider with a powerful punch, but the blade-wielding Decepticon used his blades to block the attack and then he kicked Cliffjumper into a nearby ice rock, making it shatter upon impact.
With their two enemies taken out of the picture, Breakdown and Wildrider began charging to Bulkhead and Wheeljack.
"We're gonna put you on ice!" Breakdown stated, taking out his sledgehammer.
"Hope you're ready for this, Wrecker boys!" Wildrider called out.
Bulkhead and Wheeljack brought out their respective weapons and smashed them against their rivals' weapons, creating a gigantic shockwave that created a huge crack in the icy floor while Starscream and Knock Out observed everything from the Nemesis.
"Don't the Bots seem… understaffed?" Knock Out, noticing a certain Autobot leader was missing.
Suddenly, Starscream and Knock Out heard an engine from behind and they turned around to see Optimus driving straight at them.
"Grr! What good is a second in command who fails to watch the rear?!" Starscream questioned angrily before shoving Knock Out away and getting onto the lens laser, kicking off the Vehicon. "Get out of my way!"
Starscream made the laser turn around and fire it's beam directly at Optimus, who began to groan from the intense heat. However, the Autobot leader powered through and transformed before leaping upwards with his blade at the ready.
"No!" Starscream yelled before Optimus brought his blade down to the laser.
The impact created a huge explosion on the Nemesis as the shockwave emitted from it blew away Arcee,chromia,hot rode,Bulkhead,drift,blurr,Cliffjumper,Wheeljack, Breakdown and Wildrider. When the snow cleared away, the eight Autobots groaned as they all stood back up.
"Okay, that was a pretty big bang." Cliffjumper joked.
"No kidding." Bulkhead agreed.
You can say that again hot rode said.
"Optimus!" Arcee said worriedly, seeing her leader laying on the ground with hot steam emitting from his body.
Suddenly, Starscream flew up into the air in his jet mode and began descending down to Optimus.
"Arg! Megatron's greatest mistake was ever allowing you to live, Prime!" Starscream shouted, preparing to fire one of his missiles.
But before he could finish Optimus off, a familiar Cybertronian aircraft flew by and rammed straight into Starscream before carrying him away. Optimus' optics widened in shock, knowing who the Cybertronian aircraft was.
"Megatron." Optimus said.
"He's back." Wheeljack added.
When Megatron reached the Nemesis, which had a bunch of smoke emitting from the back, Starscream crashed down onto one of the fins and he saw his old leader transform and land in front of him.
"Lord Megatron? You are…. You're healed!" Starscream exclaimed, pretending to be glad. "Praise the Allspark! It is a miracle!"
"Oh, it will be a miracle alright, Starscream. If you survive what I have planned for you!" Megatron said in anger.
Fearing his master's wrath, Starscream immediately transformed and attempted to fly away. But Megatron grabbed him by the back and tossed him onto another fin, making the air commander grunt in pain before he leaped onto the same fin.
"But, the Autobots! Optimus!" Starscream pleaded, gesturing to their enemies bellow. "Right there, waiting for you!"
"My greatest mistake?! I've made a few, but there is one I do not intend to make again!" Megatron stated before he grabbed Starscream by the head and dragged him away.
"No, master! NOOOOOOOO!" Starscream yelled.
Optimus,chromia,hot rode,Bulkhead,drift,blurr,Cliffjumper,Wheeljack, regrouped with each other as they watched the Nemesis fly away.
"Ratchet, we need a Bridge." Optimus said on the com-link.
"We can do get you close." Ratchet's voice replied.
Optimus looked to his side to see Bumblebee, Jazz,Ratchet,Apollo,Hunter,Vee and Flapjack show up from a high edge as the Basilisk girl waved to the Bots.
Hunter used his gauntlet to open a portal back to the base.
After they got back to the Autobot base
Ratchet was checking over Bumblebee in the decontamination while Team Prime and the realm defenders watched.
"Everything's back to normal." Ratchet said in relief as the decontamination chamber opened up to allow Bumblebee to move.
"Thank goodness for that." Bumblebee replied.
"Well, normal for Bumblebee." Ratchet admitted.
"Hey, some things never change." Jazz quipped with a smile.
"And sometimes, that's a good thing." Luz added.
"I'm sorry for everything I did, Hunter." Bumblebee apologised, kneeling down to his Witch friend.
"It's okay, Bee." Hunter reassured as Flapjack tweeted in agreement.
"Were you even scared?" Bumblebee asked.
"Not really. I'm the former Golden Guard, remember?" Hunter reminded.
"I just want you know that I'd never do something to hurt you." Bumblebee told him.
"I know." Hunter replied.
"Thanks a lot, buddy." Bumblebee said kindly, letting the blonde haired witch boy hold his finger.
"What did he say?" Gus asked in curiosity.
"He said thanks." Hunter answered while smiling up to his Autobot Guardian, happy to have him back to his old self.
