Ragnock, Harry, and Barchoke left the conference room and headed to Barchoke's office. Since he was Harry's account manager, he had all the important documents there.
Ragnock suggested that they should start with an inheritance test. Harry was surprised and asked, "Why do you think I need that? I'm pretty sure I have inherited everything from Potters and Sirius."
Ragnock explained that Sirius Black named Harry as his heir and also as the heir to the House of Black in his will. Since Harry did not participate in the will reading, they were not able to check the validity of his claim for the Blacks. The inheritance test would show them that. Moreover, some people left Harry bequests in their wills since 1981, and they could check that as well.
Harry was taken aback. He knew that Sirius named him as his heir, but he had no clue that he could be eligible to inherit a title from Blacks. Also, he was unaware that some people had left him something in their wills.
Harry agreed to take the test, and Barchoke poured a bit of ink into a ritual basin. He took a quill and murmured a few words in his language, which caused the quill to glow briefly.
Barchoke then asked Harry for seven drops of blood to conduct the test, which he collected in the basin. When the seventh drop landed, the quill rose, took a bit of mixture of blood and ink, and started writing, revealing the outcome of the test.

Harry was reading the results without being surprised. Of course, he knew about his Potter Lordship and was happy that the Black one was also his. But when he read that he was Head of House Gryffindor, his eyes nearly popped out. He was so shocked that he didn't know what to say. He turned to Barchoke and the Director, who didn't appear to be surprised.
"Did you know about this?" Harry asked, astonished.
"We did. We decided to inform you this way because every one of your ancestors found out about the Gryffindor Lordship in the same manner," replied Barchoke.
"What does this mean for me?" Harry inquired.
"If we're talking about Wizengamot or any financial matters, then you won't receive anything. The title is mostly honorary. However, the Gryffindor headship entitles you to one thing," the Director explained.
"What is that?" Harry asked.
"You own 50% of Hogwarts," Barchoke replied.
"WHAT?!" Harry was even more shocked.
"When the founders died, they left almost their entire fortune to Hogwarts. The stipulation was that any significant changes required 75% of heirs to approve the alteration. The same rule was applied to spending money from the vault that the founders opened. The problem was that the Ravenclaw line died out quickly, and Slytherin heirs were unwilling to work with Gryffindors, so everyone forgot about the ownership. But now that the Slytherin line has died out, you and the Head of Hufflepuff can open the coffers to help the school and potentially make some changes."
"I'd like to know who is currently the Head of Hufflepuff?"
"For centuries, it was the Smith family until a few decades ago when the line ended with Hepzibah Smith, who was murdered by her elf."
"She was killed by Voldemort, who was searching for the Hufflepuff cup. He controlled the elf with the Imperius Curse so that nobody would suspect murder," Harry explained.
"I'm not surprised it was Voldemort's work. I'm even less surprised that the Aurors took the easy route and believed that the elf poisoned his own master," the Director said thoughtfully. "But let's get back on track. After Hepzibah's death, the lordship passed to the Bones family, and Susan Bones is currently the Head of Hufflepuff."
"Good, I'm confident that we can work together," Harry said.
"Do you know her?" Barchoke asked.
"Yes, she was part of Dumbledore's Army three years ago, and she fought in the Battle of Hogwarts," Harry elaborated.
"So, regarding Potter and Black fortunes, I will prepare ledgers outlining the current status of your vaults and a list of properties. I will also get you a portfolio with all the businesses that you own or have a share in. But I would like to ask for a few days to prepare this report. Once it's ready, I'll owl you to set up a meeting where we can go through everything in greater detail," Barchoke explained.
"That sounds great to me. Please take your time and let me know when everything is ready," replied Harry.
"I will do that. I think it will take me about a week. Is there anything else we could help you with?" asked the goblin.
"I will need to go to my trust vault and take some money," Harry said.
"No problem, I will take you there myself," replied Barchoke.
"If that's all, I will leave you here. I need to go back to work," declared the Director, standing up.
"Of course, Ragnock. Thank you for the meeting," Harry replied.
"Goodbye Lord Potter," said the Director.
"Goodbye Director," Harry replied, and Ragnock left them.
"Come on, I will take you to your vault," said the goblin.
They left the office and went into Harry's trust vault where he took out a lot of money. After that, they went back to the lobby, where Harry exchanged half of the money into pounds. He and Barchoke said goodbye, and Harry left Gringotts.
He checked the time and realized that it was close to noon. To avoid being searched for, he sent a patronus to the headmistress. He decided to go to Muggle London for some shopping. This was a new experience for Harry, as he rarely had the opportunity to get new Muggle clothes while living with the Dursleys. He decided to splurge a bit and got himself a full new wardrobe. He didn't feel guilty about spending so much money, especially now that he knew he was a very rich man. After shopping, he still had a few hours before he met with Kingsley, so he decided to visit Tonks' house to meet Andromeda and see his godson.
