Grunkle Stan gave his life to save everyone from Weirdmageddon, few people know of the sacrifice of the deceased Stanley Pines. Those who know him struggle to move on, no one's having more difficulty than Mabel. Old friends of hers offer her help through her grief, but things are not all they seem..messages Dipper received on his first day in Gravity Falls come back to haunt him.

2. Pulling Through

And so, the twins went back to retrieve Soos and tell him about Ford's new offer...Sometime after retrieving him, they arrived Wendy's house.
Dipper rung Wendy's doorbell.

Answering the door was Manly Dan "...Oh, hey little girl." Dan looks down to him "Guess you're here to hang out with my daughter again..Wendy!"

Dipper looks at him "Uh..actually I'm...a man-"

Dan stares at him in confusion "Really?..Huh"

Wendy rushes down "Coming! Ugh.." she sees Dipper at the door "Oh, hey Dipper."

Mabel pops out from behind "Not just Diiipper."

"And Soos!" Soos exclaims, popping out of a bush./

Wendy looks sad "..You guys come to say goodbye?.."

"Nooot quite" Dipper says with a bit of a smile "Can we come in?"

"Sure dude"

"See you kids later" Dan waves as they go upstairs.

The group follow Wendy up to her room, where Dipper and Mabel detail Ford's new proposal to hire the old employees of the Mystery Shack…

Wendy pauses, upon hearing Dipper finish explaining this "..Hm..I don't know man, the Mystery Shack without Stan? Feels…weird. Even for Gravity Falls." Wendy tells her friend.

"That's what I said, he said he's going to turn it into..a school or something." Soos tells her "So it'll be samey, but differenty."

"Well..it beats going upstate, I guess." Wendy says "But I don't know what I could do at a school, what am I gonna be a janitor or something?"

"I think he'll figure something out for you"

"...Mabel, what do you think?"
