The sun was slowly setting, and as Zakk returned his art supplies, and then pulled out a bag full of various logposes. "Say, as one more parting gift, I have all these permanent logposes from when I was an adventuring artist~" Kiwi excited shot his hand up, asking with hope in his eyes, "Do you have one for Alabasta?" He rummaged around daintily before carefully lifting a single one, dropping it into kiwi's hands. He started to cry, and started thanking Zakk by bowing, but he just shook his hands, "There's no need, I ain't gonna use it so there's no issue." He waved the Melody Pirates off as they began taking off, sailing around Stanguria. Kiwi's first logpose wasn't even reset yet, but with the permanent one they don't got to wait.
"With this, we can skip past Candela and go straight, saving us a day and a half!" Kiwi excitedly cried out after mapping it out. "Hell yea, les goo~" Julio cheered, Kiwi joining in. "Finally will be rid of you kid~" Kasai teased as he noogied him and Minx chuckled at the antics. Harmony smiled down from the wheel, and Kiwi exclaimed genuinely, "I can't wait to become a real crew member!" Harmony tilted her head, "What'dya mean? You've been apart of the crew~" He stopped, looking around as everyone nodded, smiling brightly. Kiwi had tears rolling down his face, "I'm g-gonna miss you guys..." Minx patted his back, "Save the goodbyes when you're with your family first. We still gotta fight the sea together one last time~" He nodded, briming with determination.
"Marines! Attention! Admiral is arriving!" This announcement made Lucky and Petrian looked at each other, confused. "She's not due till after tomorrow I thought?" Lucky asked. Petrian just sighed, "So did I." They made their way outside, and they looked out at sea expecting to see a huge ship, but instead, a child walking on water. With every step she took, glowing hot magma pooled from her feet, hardening into stone steps as she did. She did this till she stepped onto the dock of Alabasta, looking absolutely annoyed. "Admiral Claire, we-" She cut him off, "Where the hell is this stupid dark liver or whatever?" Someone tried correcting her, but she glared him down. "We've been searching, but he hasn't turned up," the commander stated. "We only have 15 men here, as we don't want to be exposed the fact that we know his plan."
"Stupid," she replied bluntly. "15 of these people couldn't find a pirate in a bar. Draw him out with me. I guarantee you that Celestial spawn wouldn't love anything more than to prove his power on me." She confidently crossed her arms, glaring the commander down, "And I'll win." Lucky audibly scoffed, and Claire turned to face her, heat visibly radiating off of her. "What? Got a problem there rabbit!?" Lucky snapped to attention, "No sir!" Claire scoffed back at her before everyone was relieved back to their quarters, and Claire went into the commanders room to strategize, or more accurately, yell about how stupid his plans are.
Despite the weather throwing huge hail, violent whirlpools, and even splitting waters, Nakama made her way through everything for the entire trip. Everyone was busy, keeping it up till they reached it, Alabasta's safe waters. They all looked at the horizon, seeing the destination ahead. "We did it..." Kiwi said, tearing up again. Harmony laughed heartily, "Told ya we'd have no problems~" Kasai glared at her.
Suddenly, a heavy wind blowing to the left broke out, and then started getting heavier almost pushing Nakama over. Then, the storm came in. "I thought this was the safe zone!" Kasai called out. "It's a regular storm, they're still bound to happen!" Minx said, pulling the sail shut. "We got this, don't you-" Harmony is cut off as Nakama jolts violently. Everyone gets knocked everyone over as a riptide suddenly formed, rushing the ship as it completely gets pushed off target, now heading into open ocean. Julio tried making it up to the wheel, but it was too late. Nakama gets blown over, and everyone ends up falling in the current.
