In which Omega's brothers tend to her injuries after Bane captured her.

They all might have survived Bracca, but it still feels as though something died there. And now, they have to pick themselves up in the aftermath, when there's some things Hunter knows none of them can forget.

The ground was freezing but his body wasn't responding. It didn't matter how much Crosshair was pushing him, he could walk no more. This was it–the end, he thought as his knees gave way and he dropped to the floor. He heard Crosshair pleading with the natborn, didn't even give the man the courtesy of thinking of him as an officer; much good it had done him. Mayday lives?

After becoming the sergeant of a not-even-squad consisting solely of herself and Echo, Omega had genuinely lost hope of seeing her little brothers again. She didn't expect it to change. Until it did.

Falling thousands of feet off a mountain is no joke, and Hunter doesn't walk away from that, or Kamino, unscathed.

When Omega hears through AZI that Wrecker was injured in a training misadventure, nothing can stop her from going to see him. She didn't quite anticipate that to be their first meeting.

On Bracca, Hunter is shot by Bane.

Five years after losing most of Clone Force 99, Hunter is hired to bring a young kid named Omega to Wayland. She's cargo; nothing more. Until he has a to make a choice between something that will save an entire civilization and giving this kid a life. And it's always going to be her, no matter the consequences. Based on The Last of Us.

Echo's gone. He's not the first of her brothers who walked away, and Omega can't let it go. What she doesn't know is why everyone else did.

Omega has been on missions before, but she's never hurt anyone. She has never killed anyone, until Bracca, when it was her brothers. It might not have been the ones who mattered most, but all the clones are still her brothers. Even the regs. Even the ones she shot.

Apparently, Wrecker and Omega's only fears are heights and 'giant flying monsters'. Hunter isn't even surprised.

It might have been a few weeks since Kamino, but Omega's mind is still in the past. She thought they could get Crosshair back. Maybe she could have tried harder to talk to him. Maybe she could have kept them together. She thought she could. It turns out she's not the only one who feels that way.

Hunter has struggled with heights since Kamino. His fall on Daro marked the beginning of when their family fell apart, and it's been engrained into his mind forever. Normally, that isn't a problem, and it might not be enough to stop him like it is Wrecker, but that doesn't mean it's not hard.

Crosshair expected the Empire to find him on Kamino. What he did not expect was to suddenly and inexplicably find himself years in the past, before the Clone Wars even began. What is he to do with himself now, if there's no Empire to serve? Well, perhaps he can train the clone cadets on Kamino, preparing them for the coming war. It's not what he wants, but it's still something.

A month post-Kamino, the Bad Batch finally discuss staying off the Empire's radar for good. Tech hacks into their Imperial files, revealing Crosshair reported them as dead. It's good for them, but it comes with a multitude of other implications, too.

Omega's brothers attend to her injuries after Fennec nearly kidnaps her.

When Hunter awakes on the Havoc Marauder, in the past, he learns of their new mission to Kaller. But this time, he knows what will happen, and he will do whatever he must to keep his squad together. This time, he will not let Crosshair be lost to them. This time, he will not let Tech die. This time, he will not let Omega be taken. No one will ever be left behind again.

It had been seven days since they’d left him behind. Seven days stuck on this platform with nothing to do but think. He used to like solitude.

Anakin is assigned to work with the Bad Batch instead of the 501st after his Knighting. When Omega is sent to Christophsis to be Obi-Wan's assistant, Anakin quickly realizes that she's Force sensitive, and she wants nothing more than to stay with her brothers. Taking her as a padawan is hardly something the Council will agree with, but that's not enough to stop him.

In which Hunter encounters his new-found fear of heights, and Omega finally admits she's still terrified of losing them.

Omega is no stranger to being alone. She has been ever since her brothers left Nala Se's lab. Being trapped alone in a prison cell is somehow different, though. Maybe it's more closed and prison-like, or maybe it's just that she knows she'll never see them again. Or, Omega's thoughts in the prison cell on Kamino before her brothers returned.

In the quest to find Omega, the remainder of the Bad Batch stumble on an old Republic base while following the trail of what they hope is of a surviving Jedi. Instead, they walk into a Sith trap, and awaken back in the Clone Wars. Finding one another scattered across the galaxy may be more difficult than it seems.

Hunter promised her she'd never have to go back to Kamino, and she believes him, but the memories take much longer to fade.
