I've done it now. Elijah will wake up any second, ready to fight or maybe kill someone. I've thought of all the possible ways this plays out. Elijah will either be daggered again, or Elena will be taken. This was a stupid idea in the first place. These stupid teenagers decided to play with fire. They used a toy they had no idea how to use, and now it's coming back to bite them in the butt.

I was left to keep watch, incase one of his witch buddies tried to save him. His witches are the least of our problems though. How the hell am I supposed to keep Elijah from being daggered, while making sure he does not take Elena, and while keep track of Klaus coming into town. This is too much work for one witch, even the most powerful one.

I then felt a whoosh come in front of me. With that, I saw Elijah standing right in front of me.

"Where is she?" Elijah asked with nothing but anger on his face.

"I honestly have no idea. They wouldn't tell me anything." I say sincerely. Elijah then tries to leave, but I stop him.

"Sister, let go, I will not ask again." Elijah states, not even turning around to face me.

"You do not need to do this Elijah. Taking her will just make things worse and you do not have to kill anyone." I tell him. I have see this look on Elijah more times than I can count. It's the look of betrayal. Which I do not completely understand, since I told him of their plan to dagger him.

Elijah thinks for a moment. He doesn't move his body, and just stays still. Then he looks down at the floor, with a face of...disappointment.

"Little sister, I love to see you find appreciation in someone who is not family," he says with a smile and I look at him confused. His smile then fades and turns solemn. "But I hate to see that you have chosen them over defeating our brother who murdered our siblings."

"Elijah-" I am then thrown across the hallway into some crates. Shit.

"I told you, I would not ask again." Elijah says before he finally whooshes out of the house.

Yeah, Elijah mad means we are screwed. Well, cannot say I did not try to help them. And once Klaus arrives, it's going to be a party. Cannot wait for the lovely family reunion.

I then saw Damon rushing down to the cellar, and he stopped when he saw me on the broken crates.

"You just missed him." I say out of breath. He then runs to see if the cellar is empty. "I told you."

"So you've already called Stefan?" I asked, sitting in the passenger seat of his car.

"Yeah. Elena just has to not invite Elijah in, until we get there and dagger Elijah." Damon states determined.

"How are we going to dagger Elijah now, if he knows? It's no longer an element of surprise." I ask him.

"You will do your thing to hold him down, while Elena stabs him with her dagger." Damon responds quickly.

"Wait, I don't know if I'll have the power to take down an original. The stronger a person is, the stronger the spell it's going to take." I'm not lying.

I have never gone against my siblings before. We would joke around sometimes and playfully fight, but I have never truly fought my siblings. I honestly don't know if I have the power to take on Elijah, nor do I even know if I want to. How can I just stand by, as he gets himself daggered?

Because he won't listen to me anymore. He will not listen to reason. And I get it. His family is gone. Our family is gone, and even I am not sure anyone if they are coming back. But I still have hope, which Elijah lost.

"You'll be fine, you're strong enough." Damon states pausing to look at me and I look back at him unsure.

"You have to be or else Elena's life will be in danger."

"Right." I say exhaling. I just want this all to be over. I want my family to come back to me. I want Elijah to stop obsessing over Niklaus's demise. I want that Niklaus gives up on becoming the most powerful being in the world, and just focuses on being with his family.

But over these last 1000 of years, I have learnt something. My family and I all care about each other, to a certain degree. Kol will protect us, until he has the opportunity to explore and adventure the world without our siblings nagging him all the time. I can't even count the amount of times he asked me to ditch our family, or more specifically Klaus, so we were no longer running from father and just enjoying life. But every single time, I said no. Rebekah stays with family, until she meets a lover who promises to love her, until they ultimately betray her. I protect my family no matter what. I have always care more about my family more than anything in the world. My family is my main priority and I will do anything to bring them back together.

Niklaus and Elijah are the same way. But Elijah would kill anyone who puts our family in harm's way. Including our own brother. And Nik? Well, if him putting our siblings in a box for years isn't enough to explain his extremes, I don't know what is. He says he does it to protect us. We all know this. But it still hurts as I watch my siblings continue to be daggered. And when I was in that box, I for one got the feeling of how they all felt.

But now, it's time to make a decision. Will I stick by my brother's side? Or will I betray him, hoping that our family can come back together.

"We're here." Damon stated. I nodded and we got out of the car.

"He is not here yet. I would have sensed a powerful presence." I lied. I would have been sensing my own blood.

We walked up to the house and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Suddenly, a stake went in front my chest with a whoosh. Surprised, I was thrown back by it, and Damon put his arm out to protect me.

"Stefan, what in the world!" I scream at the boy holding a stake two inches away from my heart.

"Sorry, thought you were Elijah." Stefan says putting away the stake. Damon then puts his guard down and rolls his eyes at his brother ignorance.

"Come in you guys." Elena states, walking in from behind the corner. Damon then walks in, and I follow shortly after. We all head to the living room and start talking.

"I don't think it's a good idea to put all our faith into her." Stefan states.

"You know it's honestly incredible how many times I have to save all you all before you realize how strong I am." I state rolling my eyes and crossing my arm.

"Don't get me wrong, you are strong. But against an original?" Stefan states unsure.

"Do you have a better idea, Stefan? Because Elijah will be here any minute." Damon says irritatedly.

"What if I try to talk to Elijah?" Elena asks, and we all look at her like she's crazy.

"Absolutely not." Stefan states not even trying to debate this.

"It worked before! It can work again." Elena says.

"Actually, that might work." I say, agreeing with the doppelgänger. They now all look at me like I'm insane.

"Wait, really?" Elena asked, surprised.

"Yeah, but what I have in mind is very risky and dangerous." I'm not sugarcoating it.

They look at me with curiosity about what I have in mind. I tell them my plan, and as expected, Stefan and Damon aren't too fond of it. Elena agrees, which is all I need.

I hope this works. If it does, I might deal with Klaus on my own. But sometimes you have to take drastic measures to get what you want. A very important lesson I've learned while living over 1000 years, is that everything you do in life has consequences.

I can feel Elijah presence coming closer. He is here. We all get into our positions for the plan. This all depends on Elijah not knowing Damon and I are here.

"You know, I might not be able to enter this house, but I am a very patient man. I'll wait you out." I hear Elijah state.

It is silent for a few moments. Before I hear Elena finally speak.

"You would have done what they did." Elena states. Seriously, that's her starting statement. I cannot believe I went with this plan

"The deal's off." Elijah replies.

"I'm renegotiating." Elena states.

"You have nothing left to negotiate with."

More silence. I wish I could see what's happening.

"I'll like to see you lure Klaus to Mystic Falls, with the doppelgänger dead." Elena threatens. She must have shown the knife.

"Stefan won't let you die." Elijah replied.

"No, he won't. He'll feed me his blood to heal me, then I'll kill myself to become a vampire just like Katherine did." Elena states, and Elijah starts laughing.

"She's here, isn't she?" Elijah asked. Oh no.

"Who is here?" Elena asked, confused.

"Kalle. She put this idea in your head, you know she has always been a strategic thinker." Elijah stated. What the hell he doing?

"What do you mean?" Elena asks.

"Oh, I just know some things about your friend Kalle. Her...ancestor and I were pretty close. You know, there are some things I can tell you about her, if you decide to come with me." Elijah tells Elena. That little bastard. He is trying to rat me out. You know, I'm starting to feel less guilty about what is about to happen.

"No. Okay. I don't care what you know. Unless you want what happened to Katherine to happen again, promise me as before. Promise me..you won't harm anyone I love, even if they've harmed you." Elena states getting back on track. Thank god.

"I'm sorry...I'm going to have to call your bluff." Elijah states. Hmm, you should never believe my plans will never go fully through Elijah. I just need his guard down.

I don't hear anything for a few seconds. Complete silence. But then, I hear a scream of pain. That's my cue.

"NOOOO!" Elijah screams at Elena trying to get into the house. "Yes! Yes you can have you deal!

I start to sneak up on him, and Elena sees me. She continues to keep him distracted. "Give me your word!"

"I give you my word." Elijah stated calmly, with me less than two inches behind him. I'm sorry, brother.

I then stabbed Elijah with the dagger, and he screamed in agony. He turned his head to see me, and as he desiccated. I could see the betrayal in his eyes, and I mouthed the words "sorry" before his body was completely desiccated.

I then let him slowly drop to the floor. Shortly after, Elena dropped to the floor. Stefan immediately came to her rescue and gave her his blood.

"Little tip...don't pull the dagger out." Damon says coming towards the door. I give him a sarcastic nod.

I cannot believe I just daggered my brother. I don't want to say I did this to protect him, because I didn't. He was getting out of control. I couldn't handle protecting the doppelgänger from both of my brothers.

But I promise Elijah, I will not leave you like this. Once I find Klaus, I will force that he pulls that dagger out. That he tells us where our siblings are. I promise, I'll make this right.
