Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle
Warnings: This story is going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
With this chapter it's jumping over the mission to Ernest's research station, before returning to earth now, and ending up back on the base now. Said now looking exactly like the Enterprise D, in every way, shape or form. And just without the technical problems, as the tunneling between their base and White Rock Research Station. There is a set of jeffries tubes going horizontally that way, rather then vertically.
Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration here. Also with this chapter Daniel is telling the public, the SGA has reactivated now, and with it.
That he's working trade to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

Chapter 18: The New Broadcast, The Mission Begins And The Truth Comes Out
"Alright Commander, press conference between us and the U.N." Picard said and they nodded. "Afternoon delegates, I'm Commander Daniel Jackson, next in command of the primary team of the SGA." Daniel said and they heard a smile in the tone then. "We know who you are Doctor Jackson, once a civilian, and now a true medical military. In officers, but we understand here what this is really about now, and we thank you for this."
"In telling us the truth, that the explosion in orbit was you stopping Apophis in attacking us now that we know why, as your expertise. When in Ancient mythology goes Ra is Apophis's rival and brother, constant battles. And the sun was accidentally destroyed, and we're plunged into an eclipse, you have to end. And by killing the serpent now, after reading the news report, we understand this perfectly here now."
"These NID characters are dangerous, as are Colonels Makepeace and O'neill, you saved us one too many times now, you, just you. Not them, based on your knowledge and expertise now." he said gently to him. "Would you prefer, as the leader of the other half of the team, while their cutting corners here, that Teal'C and I do this by the book now. As you never knew this, Majors Ferretti and Warren are children of medical doctors, virologists here."
"The medical sciences had a code of do no harm, so with next year resulting in the amount of true disconnect on the team, the other half of our team. So would you mind a change, telling the truth, to how it is?" he said and they nodded. "We would, as the show is not giving us enough, we would, rather then 5 scenes, like 6 to 7, so we know. In what the hell is going on between you, are there flashbacks in said books?" one of them said gently.
And to him then. "There are right now, the opening flashback to my personal storyboard, shows more then the exchange, as you remember. But my acting like a soldier, as I go Will Riker on her, and she realizing, she just got caught. But as I said here: The SGA is the cornerstone of what the planetary government becomes, as you know, we had a giant fireball. Two weeks after the episode of Politics, which is chapter 2 of my storyline, as I stopped the serpent now."

"As you now know the stargate is and was owned by Catherine Langford, but after realizing how much it costs to run it by base primary computers. Having a DHD drops the price down to 5.5 million, and the rest goes to food and Armaments now, so saving a bundle. On the cost of expenses here, as the SAC can afford to give it their all, with spending so much. On military training, they need a way to afford normal military." he said and they nodded in understanding.
"I must admit you're right, why are they determined to control the program exactly, when they should be worried about research and development, it costs just that. To create what the Space Force command is training to become." one of them said and they, the MIT, all exchanged panicked looks then, never thinking with a DHD. The cost was 75% less then the average and Daniel just gave them the amount to afford creation of their SGC fleet.
And of X-301's now. "Totaling cost for the SGC is $7,400,000,000, so take away $295,000,000, what do you get exactly?" he asked and Senator Robert Kinsey went completely pale, realizing that was enough to afford creation of the fleet, and everything else. Just leave the Gate in the hands of the program's original commander, and add a DHD, and all monetary problems. In regarding the program, said were now solved as Daniel looked through the camera at him.
"Senator, you want the program at the SGC shut down, it's been shut down now, as such, is 5% of 7,400,000,000 a year, for the next 2.5 years. Said is 5.5 million, as such here right now, you're a member of the SAC, so think it over. You said 7.4 billion a year, so take away 5.5 million every year for the next 3.5 years, what do you get?" he asked and they all paled at that, realizing that was enough to afford the fleet they were creating, while Daniel had the gate.
"That's right total comes to $18,500,000,000, so you keep $13,875,000,000, we get the last 4,625,000,000, to afford food and clothes here. As once we find that treasure trove, when in Celtic gold, and we can afford enough for trading here. With us, taking on more recruits as the years go by, but we have children on board this ship." he said and Kinsey swallowed hard, at the rational response to his hatred of the ex team being a thorn and in his side, since he met them.
"But I'm not breaking any rules here, you been plagiarizing things ever since O'neill came out of retirement, and the real military commander of this program is a psychiatric 5 star." he said and they all paled at that. "As such, Sanderson and his co harts, all 5 star generals and Admirals just gave me the leeway I needed to do this again, but I'm now my true rank of Commander. But as I was spent, without their knowing about it, two years training in the SGC military to make it."
"So as a result, they now activated my commission completely, I'm officially the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, only now that I just the Navy, I'm a skilled a commander. And of 4 space traveling, knowing the dangers the way that Will Riker had, that at one point. I actually went Will Riker on Carter, during the confrontation in the medical lab at the time. But here's the new symbol of the Naval reserve." he sais and they revealed the shield the tv show then gently.
"Starfleet's shield, TNG!" they heard and he nodded. "Yes, that's why the new flagship is in the shape of Picard's version of her, but the girl is like the pentagon. Only far more advanced, with materials that won't be found and created for another 150 years now. As such here, we, the SGA, decided on a new code of conduct, further enhancing the TNG spiritual version. And of the Prime Directive and the Starfleet code of honor now, we're exploration, not military force."

"As a) If engaged with diplomatic relations with said culture, will stay within the confines of said culture's restrictions. b) No interference with the social development of said planet. The Prime Directive was frequently applied to less developed planets which had not yet discovered warp travel or subspace communication technology. The Prime Directive was also sometimes applied to advanced civilizations that already knew of life on other worlds but were protected."
"And by the empires outside the Federation's jurisdiction. First contact could be made by the Federation with alien worlds that had either discovered warp or were on the verge of it, or with highly advanced civilizations that simply hadn't ventured into space yet. And Jack went pale, realizing everything he ever done interfered with the structures of policy, governed by Starfleet, which currently, was the SGA then. "Consequences for violating the Prime Directive could range from a stern reprimand to a demotion, depending on the severity of the infraction. However, enforcement of these rules and interpretations of the Prime Directive itself varied greatly and were at the discretion of the commanding officer running the away team.
"In many instances, prominent Starfleet personnel like captains James T. Kirk, Jean-Luc Picard, Kathryn Janeway and Benjamin Sisko willingly broke the Prime Directive. But faced no real punishment or consequence for doing so, however, the Prime Directive is not absolute. Starship captains have been known to violate it to protect their ships and crews, and certain. In Starfleet regulations such as The Omega Directive can even render it null and void in certain cases."
"Said circumstances, where I might have to, to save the entire planet, and fatal risk to myself, in dying a hero now." he said and they nodded sadly, knowing he died that, none of them would be able to take it, not after 5 years fighting to keep them alive, that he dies by radiation poisoning. "So before I do my missions under the code I must ask for permission now, for changes, your approval to do this, will you allow me to make the judgement calls, for the SGC now."
"The SGA is for all earth mankind, we're doing this to protect you, the entire planet now, so before I go out do this mission, I must ask for your permission now." he said and the entire planet all nodded, as the U.S. military force and corrupt side of the government. Then exchanged panicked looks, realizing the SGA, was civil services, with tons of leeway. They could go out and expose what the U.S. military was trying to hide from the rest of the planet.
"All NID operatives, you realize that Armin Selig was an SGA reporter?" he asked and they all went white in fear. "You murdered a man with level black clearance, so you understand what that means, you over see the SGC, well, the SGA over sees both of you. I don't think you understand the severity of this situation, is it Earth you're trying to protect. Or just the United States Of America?" he asked and they all paled, realizing this was enough now to get them.
And into so much trouble with the rest of the planet. "I remember, you fired the entire team, but you kept me, why is that?" he asked and they started shaking in fear. "Well my how the tables have turn, in 2.5 years, you never got enough done, the program in the hands. And of the military CIA, not enough done, in the job, now let's see how well here now. The gate, in the hands of non corrupted civilians do, under the backing of the U.N. and the entire civilian."
"In ranks, as a testing now, as you continue what you been doing till you have them so pissed off, they attack in force, for destroying one of their planets." he said and they all went white in fear, realizing that happened they were all being eviscerated. "And we, the SGA, have contacts in every sector of the U.S. government, and with them, we're locked right into the U.N.. As sometime in the following 2.5 years, well there is only one option, but Senator, as per request."
"The SGC is shut down, we took it's place now, we're the Stargate Association now, as I once said, and as Jack would say, via said vision. 'The SGC may be the single most important human endeavor for the future of mankind.'. Well I was wrong, the way is not the SGC at all, but the SGA, we are the future of all mankind, so before I set out. And do what results in getting these 2 further convicted I must ask for permission, the House Reps, Senators."
"Ambassadors, would it be alright, after Fair Game, we further the deal, between us, as currently we are allied with the Tok'ra leader and queen. Egeria, if she is a very dear friend of the duo, that is our only chance, with Cronus and Yu?" he asked and they heard an immediate response from the Chinese Ambassador. "If this is the only to prevent further attack by them, then yes, you do our negotiations, and finalize the deal, Colonel Jackson."
"The agreement is set, regarding Antarctica being a research station, and we saw the satellite photos, the base looks like the Enterprise D now only 10 decks bigger. So as a galaxy class ship in appearance now, same rules apply here on that in truth. So with that that no weapons testing, being as that chair is for emergencies only. You are just science, trade and exploration now." he said and Landry smiled and nodded to the orders.
And as Daniel went further gently at the remark. "Well after 2.5 years of craziness in the SGC side of the program, and them not getting enough done. We see how well the SGA does here, though it pans out, and we can take other country members. As the SGA could become the new colony, at wherever we find Atlantis, my benefactors are the gate builders themselves. Called the Ancients, I'm on a new quest now, as my journey, regarding Sha're is over now here."
"Deciding now, on how to do that, is we take out their renegades, swear to no weapons experimentation involving the element, as you heard me say. And 4 years ago, that stuff, once inside a bomb, is a global killer here, but after the chaos in the galaxy, the last 2.5 years. Of the amount of carnage and chaos running loose out there, the war now here. Said is between earth and the renegades, not the majority, just get things back. And the globe, every civilian archeologist got a copy of this news report, would you like to hear it?" the british ambassador said and the NID all paled as he read it out to them and with a stern tone then. 'Daniel Jackson, known archeologist for civil services, was just assaulted."
"Late last night at his apartment, by the very same people that killed the journalist Armin Selig, only on careful inspection, evidences were left behind. To identify the person that attacked him as one Colonel Jack O'neill, leader of the Sci-fi show. Stargate SG-1 and Jackson's ex team mate, Jackson reported that everything we see on the show, showed nothing of the darkside persona of one Jack O'neill now.'."
"Jackson is really the one that saved us, last's year quadrilogy cliffhanger was really Colonel Jackson, given the military ranking of Lieutenant Colonel by the joint chiefs. What we saw in that episode, focused on Hathor was really Jackson was under orders, to learn as much as possible about her, during that interrogation. Are you ready to kill every civilian, every politician, every country soldier to keep that quiet. You're exhibiting communist behavior, as the slogan goes, better dead then red?" he asked and they all went white, as they started shaking violently, realizing Daniel went public and exposed their mindsets now.
And to the entire civilian sector after Selig then. "Well you're out numbered 5.5 billion to 1, people, as such, that if they found the chair, that is the neutral zone. No one can claim anything, but that ship is heavily guarded, with the core of the construction. Being trinium, which is the sister element to tritanium, which won't be founded. And for 62 years, which is actually better then the technology to be gotten from Jackson's."

Under further note he has revealed, maternally, he is connected to Dr. Nash and his psychiatrist. Who treated him not long after his parents, the Doctors Jackson, were killed being what they are. "That Martin was ranting about on Parenthood, and the joint chiefs, giving the very same response to them, the officers that were arrested. Promptly said, that if they want to quit and join the NID go ahead, they're not coming back in. If they do that, so they leave, the SGC, they're not returning ever, and arrested for every charge. In the books, as we see the downward spiral right now, and hopefully now here in truth."
"Jackson proved worthy to earn his wings now, regarding the Ancients, because he's proving he learned something from the races against the system lords. Jackson, a kind, courageous and endearing young Archeologist, is the true star of the show. That the show is showing how far the U.S. military is willing to go to be number one. In protecting earth, so we'll see what happens…'." he read out and Jack swallowed hard.
"The program has gone public now, everyone, you know the truth, but the one time the primary, which is the one that I used on my quadrilogy episode before the attack. That GDO was, currently, in SGC hands, resulted in it getting stolen by Hathor." Daniel said and they all nodded. "The SGC is a military base, the SGA is a science research and exploration station, but seeing it as they upset the apple cart, we go with you, and see how well you do."
"If the medical breakthrough came through you, from my country, you continue in doing that, bring back more technology and supplies for us. We can send the goods necessary to trade with to your base, but we need everything, but weapons. With us, being supplied by Yu, Cronus and the scientific help of Egeria, the Tok'ra queen." the French ambassador said and he nodded as Landry smiled as they, Dixon and Teal'C stood there.
And next to him, as he did the talking. "Well this was 2 years down payment, for the trio that chose these two, but I'm working with your queen. And 7 members of her courts, possibly 10, once I meet their friends, but my letter from her stated this. So let me read this out to you, as you remember the woman playing her on that episode, well Pyrus adopted me. As his own, to him, once I revealed things, it's all business, in trade." he said and Maybourne swallowed hard.
Realizing this was why their plan got screwed up then, he got to the queen already, and was delaying on purpose. And till they sent more NID officers to them now, as their project was totally dismantled then. 'Dear my love, yes you guessed correctly, before settling here, Father encountered an angel by the name of Morgan Le Fay. She said one day, a young man with a gift for languages, would come to us, that man dressed in a color."

For the bad gods, who you call the system lords, but we are what you call the 5th race now. You becoming like us, as we pretended to be a system lord mining colony.
