Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle
Warnings: This story is going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
With this chapter it's jumping over the mission to Ernest's research station, before returning to earth now, and ending up back on the base now. Said now looking exactly like the Enterprise D, in every way, shape or form. And just without the technical problems, as the tunneling between their base and White Rock Research Station. There is a set of jeffries tubes going horizontally that way, rather then vertically.
Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration here. Also with this chapter Daniel is telling the public, the SGA has reactivated now, and with it.
That he's working trade to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

Chapter 20: The Mission Begins And The Truth Comes Out III
"You could just leave, I can arrange for you to leave, as you leave, I stay here, I'm still in recovery here, that you head home, and I stay here. All the while finishing the trade deal I'm working on for earth right now, so with that. Exactly what is holding you back, any plans here, you need me to make your planning work. Trying to claim me as everything you been saying right now." he said and they watched him pale at that remark.
"There's a hint, he just busted him right now, he stays on the planet, they leave, but they don't want that to happen. They would have to come back, and get arrested twice and it starts all over again, it's a psychosis alright at the moment. Nice work baby you just busted him, you knew this was going to be the reaction, he's waiting to claim it here. And they're trying to destroy your reputation, your planning interferes in it." Carson said, smiling sternly at that.
"Addison gave orders for me to run trade here, but the amount total, for the research and the drugs here, is 895 octillion, spend 221.5, get 773.5 back. In medical drugs, all containing the healing powers of the sarcophagus technology. And the research necessary to keep the damn thing off the planet, but what's exactly. I choose to stay put, send you home, and you try to the gate open?" he asked and they all paled at that.
"Why didn't you tell us this sooner?!" she said, knowing she, in real time, would've started shaking in fear "Do you really care or are you determined to have me pick the pace, to get you out of here right now, because I'm sure they. That's the medical department, would say keep my head down, do my research. And recuperate, as such, the conditions shifted from hostage situation to trade dealing right now at the moment."
"But after nearly killing 350 miners and guards, you, the SGC, owe them a new mine, Captain." he said and watching as they went even paler, he went further."Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm still working on getting you guys out, oh in the mean time. I've discovered something incredible." he said and she nodded. "Yeah like learning that she's been lying to us for 3 months, and she's in big trouble." Hammond said and Hancock nodded.
"You do know we're dying down here, right?" Jack asked and Matheson sighed at that. "You're dying, how about you causing a cave in, that nearly killed me, or is it only your lives matter here, you self righteous…, well I see no reason here to do anything. I mean anything, to save your sorry but from conviction or worse when I get home. You really stepped there now didn't you, I can have you removed from the program.'
'And forever if you do this, you remember that, well now it's my turn right now, but dark cave, or jail cell, and drugs, if you're looking at the guard behind me in fear. It's he's an alien Segei, your record down to the limit, you are mine now, mine!' Daniel said in shocked disgust. "And that remark is enough to have him convicted for conspiracy and sedition, you just went one better and got them marked for us." Pulaski said sternly to that.
"Uh huh, well after trying to kill me the other day, you deserve to be stuck in here, Colonel, he knows who you are, both of you. In fact you walked right into Aramis and Athos's king, his daughter's my betrothal contact. And now I got to fix what you screwed up, a trade deal worth 900 octillion now." he said seeing Jack had pale. "Well that's enough to scare the crap out of them now." Rosen said, smiling sternly to that.
"How can it worth this much, there's nothing we can give them for what they're offering us!" she said shaking and he smiled. "Actually there is, this is what Addison was talking about: to make peaceful contact, to make friends. Well this was the side portion of the job they created for me, but Farming supplies and livestock. In exchange for some drugs, that should help emergency arrest." he said to her gently.
"Before you ask why I didn't tell you this, I'm working for Sanderson, this was something. That they desperately needed medical technology worth something to the military medical. However Sanderson and Hancock are connected to Dr. Rosen himself, you remember: the psychiatrist looking like Plummer at his current age." he said and they heard a thunk. "Yeah she panicked and tripped over something." Rodney said to that then.
"But I've taken the opportunity to do a little research on the sarcophagus, it's amazing, in what it does to you when you're already healthy." he said and Anna nodded as she translated that. "Research on the sarcophagus, ordained by Uncle Jerry and the president, you know if your father was in the program at that time. That he's telling you to suck it up Captain, just because you're being hold hostage, doesn't give you the right to question it."
"Question orders given by the president, of the United States of America, and the joint chiefs, your bosses." she said, knowing Sam started shaking. "And again, you're a captain, he's a Lieutenant Colonel, and we're 2 to 5 star generals, who wins here right now. In who he's going to listen to, you two ranks behind, Jack one rank ahead, or us, 3 to 7 ranks ahead." Adam said knowing she realized she was screwed, she couldn't dispute orders then.
And without being court martial. "And definitely when he's no where near recovered yet, so you can just wait right there. Till he's recovered enough to return to base, but he's been coming us every days. That this next exchange was enough to land you in the pot, as you boiled alive in your psychosis." Matheson said and knowing they'd panic, realizing it didn't matter what they said so long as he wasn't healed yet, they were stuck.
And in the mines, till the trade deal was finished as they heard it. "If they want to leave, leave, you stay there, but no, they don't do that and try to put the blame on you right now. Nice try people, but not working, if he could arrange to let you go, but knowing you'd never really. Now leave without him, is your own curse right now." Pulaski said smiling sternly and Landry smiled, knowing that's exactly what it was then, they'd never leave without him, for their plan to work.
"Whaa, is that really such a good idea?" she asked and she shook her head as Anna sighed. "Dumb question young lady, the medical/psychiatric department demanded a detailed research doctorate on the parameters necessary to keep it off earth right now. Earth and the colony ring, and because Jolinar's knowledge is not enough, we need this. From an Earth human standpoint, because everyone not on earth is an earth human." Carson said to that remark sternly then.
"Yeah, now the truth is out right now, it takes 6 doses in a broken one, to fix the damage." Carson said to that news. "You questioning the orders of your father, your godfather, and the joint chiefs let alone the president, Captain?" he said her sternly. "Now wait a second, this doesn't sound like something they'd say." she said, shaking and he said it, and Sanderson crossed his arms. "It's got to be Reg's double." La Forge said to that sternly.
"Indeed it was, after we realized we been hijacked by the Keeper, they became convinced, if the orders never make sense. Then we been compromised, only now the orders were real, after Philonius told me, Daniel went to the quartet. Before we went to La Rochelle, and Daniel sent a letter." Teal'C said and they nodded. "Oh are you calling your commander delusional, or brainwashed, even being replaced here, if the orders don't make sense, as the last."
"In times was artificial, this time it's real, like the Keeper jumped back into your head, this doesn't sound like the real General Hammond to you. Then I'm hallucinating as a reason to claim the technology is affecting me. So tell me, what if, when we go home, they heard you're suffering schizophrenia now. The orders don't make sense, then it's a lie right now, brought on by drugs?" he said sternly and they heard it in her voice then.
"Ouch yeah that's a good accusation here, she's convinced here, what we told you is all in your mind right now, and we're not the real deal. And someone's impersonating us, yeah this makes a good reason: psyche eval now." Landry said sternly to that, crossing his arms. "In fact I'm willing to bet the blending has altered your memories, one personality. Slowly destroying the primary, that you don't see this for what it is, Argos, in X-rated form."
"So with that, I think we need to have you checked, in an eval, barely 3 months annd already the alter ego is rewiring your memories, Jolinar never checked it. To realize you keep ignoring Argos, to not realize this is Argos in X rated form now. So I wonder how the generals will take it when they find out now, you're suffering a psychosis. Of the orders never make sense, then it's a lie now." he said and they heard a back pedal.
"No I didn't say that, but normally they never take risks with alien technology, that why start now." she said and knew Daniel nodded. "That's never take risks with military technology, but they do with medical technology, Pyrus's leader of the human side. Of the 5th race, they found a way to harness the power of the sarcophagus now. To create life saving drugs, but behind the 17th century facade, they are beyond now."
"Technologically advanced, their skills in chemistry are practically magic, because it's mixed with the healing powers of the sarcophagus. Because the medical department need to see if there's something useful in medical technology out there. I may have just found it, in the form of the effects of it, rather then using the damn thing. And directly, is there a way to synthesize the healing properties of the technology."
"As we're too young to harness that effect, they went to trade with the king, for the arrest drugs, that I'm testing out now." he said and they heard a panicked tone. "Why they never tell us, that's what we came here for." she said and they nodded. "It's because you're too close to the root cause, but, as you're clearly. Now, not thinking straight, when the person running the medical side is a 5 star medical psychiatrist."
"He and his 5 star command counterpart suggested to the president, that they run testing on the damn thing. And followed by a question/answer session with the oldest man alive, as they don't trust whatever you get from Jolinar. 1) and 2) is the fact, she could be as you said about Hathor, who is her master here. And before she became Tok'ra, so needing a human side." he said and they nodded, as she went pale at that news.
"Ouch now there's a beyond brutal opinion, we can't trust her knowledge, just who did Jolinar belong to, before she became a Tok'ra, as she said. When the CIA grants sanctuary to an enemy turncoat, they never trust their intel, they watch them like a Hawk." Riker said smiling sternly and Hammond nodded, knowing Daniel was right then. "What, why would they do this without telling us why we really came here, I have that knowledge, why do they."
"In truth need it, and send us here without telling us why we came?!" they heard her say in fear and Landry nodded as they heard it. "Young lady, do you really deserve to know that, right now in truth, I'd say that the arrogance of the Goa'uld. Inflated your overly inflated ego right now, but as O'neill said, he's going down, and he wants to take you with him. Now suck it up and wait it out, this mission is not over till we say it is." Landry said sternly to this attitude.
"And to quote Curry, after the goat said the place was cursed, well there's an informed opinion here." Lou said and Anna started laughing at that. "Said knowledge that never came forward yet, and, so whatever you tell dad, he can hear that from Teal'C. But seems to me this is a psychosis about to start, said you're trying to keep the blame here. On the sarcophagus for sounding like what I am now: a Commander and one here now."
"That is seeing this as you're sick to death of my saving your life, and wanting to take things extra slow now, so with that. Is there something you're trying to hide from them or me right now, if you're against their orders to me. And my spending this much time with the king and Princess?" he asked and they heard Teal'C say it with a bemused smile. "Indeed Captain Carter, why are you so against this." he said to her then gently.
"I think the effects of the pheromones, they triggered the same effect that Nash's condition had, making them see her everywhere they go." Daniel said and Sanderson nodded sternly. "Before Alicia called James, telling him he relapsed and get up to their house, now, uh huh. Yeah okay then that makes perfect sense, they're hearing her voice telling them here. That you're the traitor, and going to sell us out, and crossed the line, last week." Carson said sternly to that.
"Hathor's gone, there's no coming back, but seeing her, she's gone now, but they're still convinced, as you carry the primary GDO around with you on missions. But they never knew that code, you mastered it, as such, you're right, the one time the military had it. Is the time she comes to the base, not only was she attempting to use the base as her nest. She was trying to steal it, so she can come back anytime she wants to, and Captain Carter never knew it now."
"If that's not a case of your word against their's, and knowing it to be true, with having seen what he did to his arm, and nothing ever is, if the Doctor told them to get rid the knives." Vala said, crossing her arms and Cam nodded in agreement. "He cut his arm to the elbow, and he did that with the heroin, same exchange you heard, between Daniel and him. Redford said that to him, after I got him in the lock up." Carson said and she nodded sternly to the news then.
"In fact Captain, I'm willing to bet here right now, that the pheromones effects never really stopped, they are permanent now. As such here right now, in truth, they are as dangerous as Nash was after his condition. Said completely dismantled his life, your commander is a schizophrenic, and he's convinced himself. He's straight and I'm crazy, does the past month seem like the rational response of a man right now."
"If even the keeper had his S.F.'s cocking their AK-47's , getting ready to shoot him, during the briefing in that ploy?" he asked and she went white. "Indeed, that's a good example, he's dangerous to himself and others, you're clearly eating right. In getting enough food, and you're fully energized, that is not dangerous. So why are you so against the recovery that Dr. Carson ordained through the king?" Teal'C said to her then.
"I was hiding a smile here right now, as they were both looking at him, but the king told me he read her diary, said chapter, and this was enough to completely irk me. So I decided to test her myself, and locked gaze with the guard, and he nodded, before tapping his knee. And I knew the shock of learning she lied to us, said was too much, as two traitors now. I'm the only loyal one now in truth here, after heaing this now." Teal'C said and they nodded in understanding then.
"It's not that, I'm just worried about how that's going to affect you, it could be dangerous." she said and Landry nodded. "Teal'C, to the generals, dad and the president, the secretary, they see this as anything she gets from Jolinar's memories. They can get from you, you grew up with the technology, you know how it works here, are there any side effects?" Daniel asked him then and they heard a gentle tone to him then at that.
"The euphoria is going to wear off after a time and back to being you again, but currently, you're thinking the way. That Drew's husband was on the movie, only the roles are reversed right now. With you not done healing yet currently, so said number you give us, with it possibly being broken, is by 3's now. The added side effects, are some extra adrenaline, and the only way to get rid of it, is by excessive Cardio."
"Wearing yourself out right now, you'll be fine, but a couple weeks recovery here now, and then back on the job, it doesn't effect your kalach. And with sum number doses, you're about to tell us now, it's after 50 in a broken one. And 100 in working one, that's dangerous now, as it turns you from good, to so good. That you appear evil to everyone else now, and makes you tell the truth, no matter how much it hurts."
"And that's been known to happen in a human now when the servos inside it start getting old, when broken it triples the dosing here right now. So though looking all healthy, you're not done healing yet, if Commander Philonius is here." he said and Rosen crossed his arms. "That's exactly what he told me, exactly what Pyrus told me, he did the same testing on it, I'm doing right now." he said and knew Teal'C nodded then.
"I understand, then you, me and the king are plenty, in reliable intel, she's very young here now, that the generals will see here, that our knowledge. And combined together with the knowledge of the drugs they possess, that can save lives right now." he said and Hammond smiled and nodded. "So two valuable, reliable sources of intel, combined with Daniel's advanced research, how can she deny this now, when Jolinar is not a real Tok'ra at all."
"Young lady don't go there, just because you think your knowledge based on Jolinar's is enough, well it's not, we need a human source of intel. Not a biased opinion, based on 72 hours right now." Carson said, sternly crossing his arms. "Make that 3 actually General, I'm a former host, Camulus's ex minor Quetesh." Vala said and they nodded, smiling. "How long, baby?" Addison asked her and she sighed. "That's 10 years, the Tok'ra freed me." she said and he nodded.
"So you know the sciences of the sarcophagus, health wise yourself honey?" he asked her and she nodded. "I can also use the healing device, but after a while it starts losing its effect, like normal pain killers, same thing." she said to him and he nodded. "Vala, we need to find that snake in the grass, we don't and we got the Ancient's evil counterparts coming here." Daniel said and she nodded. "Done, I'm coming with you." she said to him and as they heard it quickly.
And as he hugged her and she tightened her arms around him then, and Sam swallowed hard then, realizing she was a mixture of herself. And Anna, and he needed Vala more then he needed her now, as they heard her objection. "If it's broken, then you really need to stop using it!" Sam said and Vala shook her head and Hammond swung his hand up, as Matheson nodded sternly to the news. "Never know when to stop, do you." Rosen said to that sternly.
"He's under orders here, you're breaking ranks, young lady." Matheson said and they heard a warning tone enter his voice to her then at that. "Why exactly, well really Captain, do you need information on everything, I'm working the psychiatric department. One, and 2) and more importantly now, do they have to give a reason for anything. I mean anything that they do right now, and get it approved by you, Captain, huh, that it."
"Is that it, that what you're thinking here, when you're a mere captain, you think you're so special. That you, or your precious Colonel O'neill deserved to be told what their true intentions on a meet and greet are here right now?" he said and he nodded then. "No kidding, her precious Colonel O'neill, yeah she converted, tell your beloved Colonel O'neill and stay the hell out of our territory." Shepard said sternly to this and Landry nodded.
"Indeed, the SGC once reactivated, are staying out of our territory, or the penalty will not going down well right now, we got enough power. Just to get out of this in one piece, without drastic actions, like beaming in the back up." Picard said and he nodded. "Yeah once you play back the visual memory for us, we're seeing them both go white. Realizing they can't dispute orders without getting court martialed." Hammond said and Rosen nodded then.
"And you're right, the Tok'ra point of view is beyond biased, we need intel based on a human point of view, of the technology, not using the damn thing directly. We can synthesize it's healing properties, to create drugs, as we see what their drugs did for you. It pans out, with Pyrus, we do his entire kingdom as France is one of the healthiest countries. So good food, great health benefits, all it costs is farming supplies, gold and silver." Addison said sternly to this.
"Well news flash, Captain, it's not like they need your approval for everything they do here right now, where the program is concerned. You a Captain, them a 2 to 5 star general, they demanded a research battery, and with them the president. I'm simply following orders here, given to me by my uncles and our commander in chief's orders. But that research study was ordered by the entire joint chiefs and the president."
"And with them, the very men your commander is afraid of, who just arrested him, during her." he said, seeing she went white at the threat, knowing as a captain, as they out ranked her by 5 to 9 ranks. "If that's not a warning of don't go there and even attempt to, you're being court martialed. And nothing ever is, but we say, she does, end of story, but if that's not arrogant in her case here and nothing ever is." Pulaski said and Addison nodded.
And in stern agreement then at her arrogance, she couldn't question this now, without being arrested for why it happened. "But I can't get Shyla to trust me if I don't show I can't trust her, she's helping me with the research. And it's working so far at the moment here now." he said and she sighed as she answered that. "Oh it's Shyla now, first name basis, Shyla." Jack said and she sighed at that reaction as she looked at him in annoyance.
"Colonel, I suggest you just shut up right now, she's my betrothal contract, I created it with her, to prevent what you did, during her." he said sternly and Jack started shaking in fear. "Yeah I'd have a panic attack too if I were you, are you really choosing now to insult royalty, and not just any royal, the future wife of the next king of La Rochelle." the orderly said sternly, in shocked disgust, as even seeing the guard standing there, he's getting insubordinate.
"But you really thinking I would never figure it out, what you intended to do, throw me up in your place, to be free of Claude and Porthos?" he asked and he went white. "I'm not imagining this, I read your notebooks." he said sternly to them. "And that's enough to have them completely freak out, as they had to turn it around fast. And you gave the knee jerk reaction, as she came to me now, before you passed out." Hammond said to that sternly then.
"But I've used it before without side effects, and look no glasses." he said and she said it, her tone concerned. "That looks like a side effect to me." she said and they heard an ignorant tone from Jack. "Daniel get us out of here." he said and listening to the fast remark as Hammond heard it carefully she realized it. "Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm working on it, I just need a little more time right now." he said and she nodded sternly.
"The president authorized trade right now, but you screwed up your chances for royal hospitality here, but let me be frank right now." he said and he started shaking in fear. "Nice emphasis on Frank's name, and he starts shaking in fear, as he knows he just got caught, this was his record down to the limit, and we have him now. George explained everything to Danny." Addison said sternly then and Hammond smiled at that remark sternly to then news.
"Pyrus just happens to be the king, the quartet all talk about it, King Pyrus Beaumont, his daughter Shyla, is my Shyla, my betrothal contract here. And quite frankly, knowing certain truths, I decided to leave the search alone. But I been comming the SGC every 24 hours, knowing here the president wants the trade deal. I mean if just the serum and elixir can make an impact, what else is there is healing drugs now."
"Oh I sent General Hammond another message, hopefully he won't order an all out attack." he said as he went further at that remark as the entire group nodded firmly to that. "Look if we do this right, we'll have access to all the naquada and the sarcophagus." they heard as they heard the emphasis on the word sarcophagus. "The Naquada no, but that thing forget it, we're not bringing it to earth." Hammond said and Carson nodded sternly then.
"What we need is the research, hence, 'I took the opportunity to do a little research on the sarcophagus.'. not paying attention to that young lady, huh. As he made it emphasized, he had orders not to rock the boat, keep his head down, till the quintet walk in. And now things change course here right now, some friend you are, not to see what he was really saying." Carson said and Rosen nodded sternly to this, as he listened to this carefully, as Carson crossed his arms.
"How many times have you used it?" she asked him and he sighed as he repeated it then say it. "I don't know, 9 or 10." he said and Anna covered her eyes as she sighed as Hancock said it for her. "Oh god, that's 3.5, times 3 that's why you're looking like this right now, you're running on fumes and you need back up, but can't call in anyone. Or that could get the others arrested and subjected to what they're doing to you." Hancock said in shock to that news then.
"Oh Sam, everything is so clear, I feel like I could do anything." he heard and sighed and nodded as he read through the subtext. "That's the reverse, you're so exhausted, you're likely to fall asleep on your feet now. The alnighter from hell, you just put in three weeks of over time here, but it's going to take weeks to recover. And from whatever else was going on, on this planet and both physically and emotionally now right at the moment here, but whatever here."
"Now, that he says next, that seals his fate in being deactivated till 451." his orderly said gently, to this now then. "One thing, you only have to do one thing, and if you can't handle it. Then we're going to break out of here without you!" he snapped at him coldly. "You're done, young man." Hammond said sternly, and Jack went pale at that. "She wants me to marry her." they heard Daniel say and they sighed at that remark and news then gently.
As they heard the accepted tone. 'First I have to get Sha're back, get the little parasite out of her, and then put her and the baby into hiding.' Daniel said with a sigh of acceptance gently, know he decided to get married a second time. "What?!" they heard from Jack as he started to say it as she looked at Jack. "Alright look..." Jack started to say to him at that news then and they saw Daniel's eyes narrow in anger as he snapped at him then firmly.
And as they heard the hate in his tone and knowing Jack paled, knowing he was screwed now with Hammond then. "No you look Jack, alright that's enough of this, you know I am so sick and tired, of you deciding what's safe and what's not. That what the hell hero, what the hell, you think you're so special, I should ignore my own recovery. Not going to happen, and now I have to fix what you nearly screwed up, that trade deal here."
"And it's enough to bail the entire military out of the red line 9,000x's, now shut up and listen up, I've got everything under control. God man, you never show me any respect, now I'm handling it, all you have to do is hang in there." he snapped at him angrily. "Alright that's plenty, but as we're exercising things, in the prime directive, we give a gentle nudge, without getting involved directly." Picard said and he nodded as he out it in.
"Jack, we should go back to the planet and free those people." he said and they heard a snooty tone to Jack's voice. "I'm not sure it's any of our business, frankly." he said to him, and they all paled, as it was interfere when it suits them. But when people really needed it, they stood aside. "Yeah just like an NID agent, you interfere when it suits you, but when people really need your help, you stand aside." Landry said sternly then and he started shaking in fear then.
"I concur: Who are we to judge how someone on another planet lives?" Hammond said to him, quoting his double and they started shaking in fear, realizing how bad this looked now for them. "But the people are in those machines under false pretenses: The Keeper is lying to them about what's outside." he said and Janet also paled, as she added in her own two cents, and then realized she sounded like them, in cruel detachment of their acquaintances.
"Okay, if, if I may weigh in here…all evidence points to the fact that the machines are clinically sustaining those people. Removing them could be like taking a patient off life support when he still needs it." she said and Hammond leaved forward on the table. "Sounds to me like we have to get more information to make this decision, folks." Hammond said and Teal'C answered that bemused then, as Vala hid a chuckle to his tone.
"The only way to gain more information would be to venture back into the artificial world of P7J-989." he said and Hammond nodded. "Then that's exactly what I want you to do." Davis said gently and Jack watched himself lean forward. "Uhhhh…General. Without meaning, this time, to sound like a smart-ass, are you cracked?" he asked and he hid a chuckle. "Not funny young man, George's right, we need this." Jacob said and he went pale.
"Folks, I don't need to tell you how valuable a resource this planet could be for us. Their technology is far beyond our own: the kind of technology that justifies this entire program." he said and Siler nodded in agreement. "Yeah creating holodecks for training." he said and Sam went white in shock, that she never thought of that. "General Hammond, going back into that world could be very hazardous." she said to him then.
"I fail to see how. It's an artificial environment. Can you actually die in there?" he asked and she started getting tense. "Not unless the damn system broke down." she said in response sternly, as they heard her remark. "We don't know." she said and Jack quickly said it. "I'm a little more concerned about being trapped there, Sir." he said, his voice slowly raising and he said it gently then. "You got out the last time." he said to him gently then
"There is no guarantee we will be able to extract ourselves again." Teal'C said to him then and he nodded. "Okay, I'll tell you what: if you don't come out in one week, I'll send in SG-2 to pull you out." he said to him and then went further to this then. "Besides, what's so bad about being in there? It sounds to me like you can experience. All sorts of fascinating things.." he said and Jack nodded sarcastically to him as he said it then.
"You mean, like watching old friends and…" he said and Daniel stepped in."Parents." he sakd and Jack finished that. "Family getting killed over and over again?" he said and Hammond jumped that. "Alternate realities, Charlie was dead in two realities, we get one last mission together this year." he said and Plummer nodded in understanding. "Or seeing Major Kawalsky alive and well? Who knows, Colonel, maybe you could even see your son."
"Dr. Jackson, perhaps you could visit the ancient worlds you've always wondered about." he said and Daniel nodded, just gapes at him, disbelievingly. "And there's a clue, by converting the chairs into a holodeck, he time travel to another generation, century, time frame. Enjoy his job again, and he sensed this, reading Danny's mind, since he knew that this loser crossed the line, before Cassandra." he said to this and they nodded gently to him at that
"You can go anywhere your memories or imaginations want to go." he said and the four of them exchange looks, before Jack looks at him. "Okay. That's enough." he said and stood up as he rises from his chair and goes over to the Hammond and bends over him. He gently pulls the General's ear forward to peer behind it. "Let's just have a little look here, shall we?" he said and Hammond said it. "What are you doing, Colonel?" he said to him then
"Oh, I'm looking for the edges of a mask!" he said to him then. "What?" he said to him then. "You're obviously not the real General Hammond." he said and he said it sternly. "Sit down, Colonel!" he said to him and he said it firmly. "I don't think so, bucko. The jig's up. We're on to ya." He said and Hammond said it then. "What are you talking about?" he said to him then. "We're still on P7J-989." she said to Jack and he nodded gently to her.
"Uh huh, yeah he got caught alright." Will said to this and he nodded. "Want the rest of the episode, from there, in my eyes?" he asked and Cam, Vala and Landry nodded. "Oh, you betcha, this is just a new game brought to you by our good friend…, the Keeper." he said, patting Hammond on the head, and he stands up then. "Reg, I think you over did it in the masquerades here, you keep this up, you're being arrested." Geordi said to this gently then.
In watching his team mate then, pretending to be their ancestors boss, and Jack was getting more volatile by the second. "You are way out of line, Colonel!" he said and Landry nodded in agreement. "You could be having a nervous reaction to the machines, we should get back to the infirmary and run some tests." she said to this. "No, you should get us out of these damn machines is what you should do!" he snapped and an SF approaches Jack.
And from behind, locking and cocking his weapon and Teal'c stands up in alarm. "Uh oh, yeah he went off the deep end, they're getting ready to shoot, it's Hathor all over again." Wesley said to that response, and he turns to him. "Oh what?!" he snapped at him and Landry nodded, as the keeper answered him sternly with that response and Landry nodded sternly then. "Colonel, your insubordination is testing my patience, and I will give you one final chance."
"To follow my orders and rejoin the residents of the artificial world." he said and Daniel nodded sternly as he explained that remark then gently. "They wanted that reaction, so I can lead them out of there, with Reg's alien counterpart focused on us." he said and Picard nodded. "If that's not genius, after the kid was messing with my head, next year, and nothing ever is, get you to realize, an illusion within an illusion." Will said and Picard nodded in agreement then.
"Residents.'" she said, repeating the word and nodded sternly, now sure of where they are. "That's what the Keeper called them." she said and Daniel stood up with her, catching on, in realizing the members wanted him to free them. "Yes you just realized it, and with him distracted by the keeper, you do as they want you to." Deanna said to that response then. "Are you going back in or not, Colonel?" he said sternly thrn and he swung his hands up then.
"I'm already in!" he snapped and that did it, as 7 more S.F.'s came in then. "Place SG-1 under arrest." He snapped and the one that cocked his gun, slammed his hand on Jack's shoulder. "And put them in isolation where they can speak to no one!" he snapped at this as SG-1 are handcuffed and are escorted out of the Briefing Room as Hammond and Janet watch them leave. "Alright there's the psychosis now here." Carson said in understanding sternly.
"There's more here right now you're going to want to see, Engineering team you better get up here right now!" he called out and the team leaders came into the room then. "Want you got for us exactly?" Barnfield asked him and he explained that to her gently then. You're about to see his distaste for being a skilled tactician, remember how your grandparents. Deduced the fight in 10 forward, this is pre that." he said and she nodded sternly to the news as he tapped it in.
"Well first is this, Colonel, you have no respect for the work I do." he said and Jack and Makepeace both paled at that. "Why aren't you helping me?" Jack said in annoyance and Daniel said it with a sigh as he set up the camera, and put a notepad on the ground. "It's no use. They don't understand. They want to be with each other." he said to him then. "Well, we're not going to stand around doing nothing." he said in annoyance to that.
"We're not doing nothing." Daniel said and he said it with a challenge to his tone, knowing the real Jack would, realizing this was going to kill his case. And as he realized his attitude had Daniel so fed up, he was ready to just transfer departments to get away from him. "You're videotaping a plant." he said and the entirety of the science department quoted it. "Well, I think this might be important." they all said together, knowing Jack and Makepeace paled.
"Well, I think you might be losing what's left of your mind." he said and they all looked at the sextet sternly. "Are you asking for a knuckle sandwich, you are outnumbered 100 to 1, in military sides, Colonel." O'brien said sternly, knowing he'd pale at that remark. "What's that supposed to mean?" he said warningly and he swallowed hard. "It means that on a good day you can be a little flaky." he said and Daniel stood up at that remark sternly at that.
"And on a good day you can be a little ignorant and condescending." he said and then said it. "And downright rude, but then I guess when you're trained to kill, it never pays to be polite." he said sternly and he said it defensively then."Not condescending: You're obviously misreading a basic philosophical difference of opinion. On how to handle a crisis." he said and Landry shook his head sternly as Hammond nodded to that response
"Oh, please! We have a difference of opinion on just about everything." he said and he said it to that. "Give me an example." he said and Daniel said it firmly at that. "I don't know. Pick something: mythology?" he said and the SGA all smiled. "Cool stories, and now that we know they're all true, we get to see them in action now." Beverly said smiling and he smiled at him and Landry chuckled as Daniel hugged her tightly as they heard his response.
"Rumors? Lies? Fairytales?" he said and Sarah nodded. "You see: Mythology is one of the primary motivation for cultural development!" he said angrily at that remark then. "Isn't that the truth, without mythology in cosmic times you have no way to protect yourself. Case in point is Hathor, before Teal'C dropped the bomb, the red headed wench is a queen. And she just put these guys under her spell." Parker said sternly and the two generals Captain Picard nodded.
"Maybe it is, what's that got to do with filming a plant?!" he snapped back at him then. "Exactly!" he said sternly and then said it firmly. "The radio waves these plants make got into the circuitry causing the UAV to crash, now if you were focusing on why I needed to do this. You would stop being such an ignorant and condescending SOB." he said and Jack swallowed hard at that, realizing he had reasons for everything to cover what he thought was a psychotic break.
"And how do you explain this exactly, because compared to a loser like yourself, we would act on this, why is everyone getting short tempered. Or having headaches, the longer the exposure the worse it gets?" Geordi asked and Daniel nodded. "Of course, the effects of those plants, are like Benii syndrome, headaches, severe irritability. The longer you're exposed to that, the worse it gets, thanks guys, I needed that." he said and Landry chuckled at his fast realization then.
"Well here's the fight in the ten forward, as you said the plant is the Bendii syndrome, so guys get ready for this. This is your acting doubles, before you have this exchange a second time and they nodded." Beverly said and the 7 nodded sternly and Landry nodded sternly, as she tapped in the time scale, as they saw Guinan's bartender watching this, and recap. And the season barfight. "Hold on, let me update this, if Marks loses it." Wesley said and tapped it in gently.

"Yes Sir, since I'm learning here, like Cam is right now, I can do exploration and trade, and I'm not in threat of the field all the time." he said and he nodded. "Alright your team is Rodney Mckay and once I get her here, Dr. Elizabeth Weir, and you're extended SGA-1 now, under command of Andy Dixon." he said to him then.
Watching as he was sitting there talking things over with Guinan, they saw Geordi tap him on the shoulder gently, as he looked at his best friend then. "Hey Wes, about what happened last night, I'm sorry, I'm not sure what caused that outburst." Geordi said and Wesley nodded as he answered him smiling. "It's okay, Sir, we were both on edge for some reason. But we just had another outburst here this morning at the moment here."
"And this time it did shift to violence, because we had ten outbursts in the side of twelve hours today." he said and Geordi nodded to him at that in agreement. "I heard the same thing commander, but it seems like we had more than one sudden outburst of violence breaking out around here right now. And four of those are in the teenage department as well." Shayla Janson said and he nodded.
"Yeah it's the same for the middle schoolers Commander, we had two fights in the junior high program, and three more in the high school. But two last night, two this morning, and six breaking out in ten hours. That's not normal right now, I mean, when we don't have government officials on board. Things are not quite this tense, but it seems like the tempers are frayed more then normal."
"Though I think the only ones noticing this are in the engineering and science departments. If Counselor Troi has had 10 people telling her this in the side of 48 hours since the ambassador and his entourage arrived on board the ship." Wilcox added and he nodded. "And I'm not surprised you picked up on that yourself Billy, you're just like me regarding this." Wesley said and Geordi nodded.
"Something weird is going on around here, Deanna said she heard the exact same thing from ten different people over the last two days here. Alright I get the feeling it's about to get worse, if it hasn't already by now. Though if I know anything it's that this fact is about to shift from random violence and into a brawl." he said and Wesley nodded, though just as he was answering his remark then.
They heard the next start up and recognized the voice as the transporter chief then as the fight started off gently. "Excuse me, but we were sitting here."they heard and turned to look at the conversation. "Yeah I remember that, and Fieldman was acting like it was first come first served and acting the tough guy with it. We just left the table for five minutes to get something to drink." O'Brien said and Picard and Will nodded to him.
"Well we're sitting here now." They heard from a man in a blue uniform as O'Brien answered him. "Come on fella, this is our table." he said and the man smirked as he answered him and they sighed as he answered that. "Really, funny I don't see your name on it." he said and they watched as Wesley grabbed Geordi at that. "Geordi, it's about to get nasty here, look over there." he said and he turned to look at them.
As they listened to the fight, seeing the escalating tension in his friend then Geordi remembered it firmly as he said it. "Yeah this was just the prelude to the oncoming fight that night, but this is what I meant Beverly. It was barely fifteen minutes later that the fight went from vocal to physical and I got him out of the room just as someone knocked me into the wall." he said to her and they nodded as they watched the debate.
"Oh boy, the chief may look like he's a push over, but he's anything but, after his trying to help Greyson arrest Roga six months ago." Wesley said and Geordi nodded in agreement. And O'Brien hid a smile as he answered that remark with a gentle smile on his face. "Yes and for obvious reasons here, I've had to deal with one fight or another that year, on my own, before we got security in there." he said to him gently to that and he nodded.
As he heard Geordi's recorded response in answer to his statement then. "Yeah but none of us are pushovers, we may may look like we're not up to it, but we're anything but. Though having a soldier like Danar attack us when our backs are turned is not helping their cases right now, in these situations at the current moment." he said and he nodded in agreement as they listened to argument then.
"Yeah well whatever is causing this is getting out of hand right now and it just went from possible standoff to a probable fight." The bartender said to him then. "Didn't your mother ever teach you manners." they heard from O'Brien and the duo both stood up at that as Geordi said it firmly. "Guys relax." Will said bemused to this. "That's what I meant when we said that, one minute things were slightly tense and the next it's on the edge of a fist fight."
"As I deflected this, before Marks started another ten minutes later." he said as he heard his recorded image say it then. "Aw crap, not again, here we go again, alright you kids stay over here." he told them and they nodded as he walked over. "Hey, hey, guys, is there some kind of problem here?" he asked with a firm tone and O'Brien answered him without taking his eyes off the man he was arguing with as he said it then.
"Well there seems to be some kind of question to who's table this is." he said and Geordi said it gently. "And there is no reason to argue over the tables as there's close to 30 other tables in the room and we're trying to prevent another fight here right now. So whatever this is focus and cool down before this turns into another case of unprovoked violence." Gates said to that as they heard Geordi say a variation to that remark.
"Well there are plenty of other tables, right?" He said reasonably and the O'Brien sighed and nodded. "Yeah I suppose you're right." he said and they sighed in relief. "Why I don't I get everyone another round of drinks, okay." Geordi told him and he nodded as he patted them both on the shoulder as the group saw Wesley watching the sextet carefully. "Yeah now I'm worried." Wheaton said to that as Geordi walked up to him.
As he looked between him to the bartender at that. "And this is when Wes said my direct thoughts out loud, but was it my imagination or are the tempers getting a little frayed on the ship lately." Will said as they heard that repeated. "Is it my imagination or are the tempers getting a little frayed around here on the ship lately right now?" he asked in a bemused tone and Geordi and the bartender nodded in agreement to that.
"I'm not sure what the hell is going on here, but be ready for anything here." he said and he nodded as, looking at O'Brien, he then turned to the rest of the team. "Team conference meeting, before another fight sparks a riot right now, but this is too much as everything was fine till Sarek arrived." Colm said to that taking a guess and he nodded to him. "Hey guys, group meeting, come on." he said and the sextet walked over.
"What's up Wes?" he asked and Wesley explained that. "Whatever caused that fight between me and Geordi last night just hit you and it's turned into a live wire around here. But so far we've had this same problem in either physical violence or people getting testy with each other from ten different people over the last two days." he said and they nodded as they relaxed at that ad O'Brien answered him.
"So where did it start exactly?" he asked and Wesley sighed. "It started with me and Ensign D'Amato, followed by you and Geordi the night before." Dorn said for Worf as he heard Wesley repeat that remark as he explained that then. "It started with Ensign D'Amato and he got into a vocal altercation with Worf. And Worf put him on report, for insubordination, as a result of the first 10 hours after Sarek arrived."
"Later that night I got the news from Jake that the quintet were going to be at the concert. And immediately following that was Geordi and me and the commander walked in just as the fight turned into yours and nearly resulted in a fist fight. This morning mom and I got into it and it did shift to physical violence, don't ask." He said and she sighed as she answered that remark.
"Yeah and it's because I thought you deliberately skipped out, I didn't realize it was because you were attempting to keep it from happening again. And this time right in front of us at the time." Beverly said and he nodded as he answered her. "But an hour later we had two more adults lose it and another fight turned altercation today as a result. Another an hour later and it did turn into a fight, three teenagers in a flat out fist fight in the classroom. And Hanson and his friends got into it with Jake and a friend of his."
"And I heard that Peterson and Wilcox just ended up in a fight with Davis and Renfro, just before we got in here and yours got started. But that makes 20 and if I've got to guess, than Deanna heard this already. And from ten different people all over the ship of fights breaking out, and it's either physical violence or tempers getting testy with each other at the current moment here."
"I mean normally we do fine when we don't have outside influences getting involved and suddenly we got a string of violent vocal outbursts breaking out. Or someone starting a real physical fight and it's all in the space of four days. But does that seem strange right now, I mean things are fine around here until Sarek arrived last night?" he said and they nodded as they exchanged looks at this.
