Author's Note: Uhh... Hi? It's been awhile since I last posted.. Life kinda got crazy, what with me starting a night shift job and joining my buddy Klldarkness with development of his Gamer System so that it's playable for everyone. And finally at long last, with many trials and errors, the game's playable for everyone and this fic is kinda gonna be an intro to the current version as of writing this. For those who want Legacy to continue, it will, I just got hit with Writer Block/Burnout from hell with it with all the planning going into it. I hope that this fic'll help with that.. maybe. I hope. I remembered the flashing lights outside followed shortly by shouting down the hall. In a rush I quickly approached a desk, leaning over it as I activated the high-end computer hooked to it. As the shouts grew closer and banging started on the door I hastily typed on the keyboard. As the seconds passed, the typing increased with the last key being pressed as the door smashed open and the world flashed white.
Darkness surrounded me as I floated within the empty void. My open(?) eyes looked around for any kind of light for what felt like an eternity yet an instant as light appeared in the distance, approaching slowly or was it rapidly? Then light filled my vision, blinding me as my eyes adjusted to it, seeing:

'Did... Did I die? How?! Why!?'
My shout came out not as words but as internal thoughts to my realizing horror. Panic quickly filled my being as I started to try and flail about in fear. Then as quickly as it came, the panic vanished as well as the rest of my emotions.

My eyes snapped back to the words from before and saw a new set of words in front of the... Menu.
"Detecting New Player Panicking from realization, Forcefully Activating Gamer's Mind to speed up the calming process"
The words read and I nodded in acceptance as my emotions returned with the fading statement.
'That… that's weird.' I thought blankly as my gaze returned to the title screen and processed the situation fully.
'If I really died, I hope this is my afterlife and not just hell..' I feigned laughter as I realized that I was in what seemed to be the dream afterlife of gamers.
Even though the fear was still there, the eagerness of this being real drove me to tap the New Game+ setting.

I took my time to read through the stats that I apparently had, Gamer's Mind triggering once more when it finally hit me fully that I was actually dead before I set about reading the rest.
'Hidden True Nature..? What?' My mind latched onto that as my hand reached out to tap it with the hope of more information being shown only for it to move on.
'DAMMIT COME BACK' I shouted within as the next set showed up.

'I... I should've expected this with the fandoms I selected with Dragon Ball as the Core..' I thought, my metaphorical eyebrow twitching as I realized my choices might've been a bit.. much.
'Welp, I got the time to read through these at least..' I thought with a laugh as I proceeded to read through the massive list of scenarios.

Looking through the options I noticed that they were all similar to dropdowns; the power level gains and training gains were multipliers of sorts while Starting Boost seemed to only give increased gains to stats I didn't know the significance of yet. On tapping "Randomize" I saw that all the values were automatically selected. Feeling a small smirk forming, I focused my eyes on "Confirm" before tapping "Randomize" rapidly before confirming the selection without looking at the randomized difficulty. The bar popped up once more to show that it had reached 100% before moving on.

Potential
The core of everyone! The value that determines if they'll go far in life, or die in squalor! This is Potential! Before creating your character, you roll 2d100 and pick whichever you wish of your rolls. Depending on the roll chosen, you can gain access to an extra set of Feats! Not only that but Potential affects your Rage boost!
Looking at Potential, I noticed two one-hundred-sided dice below the description, with a shrug I tapped them. I watched as the dice rolled before stopping on "1, 7" I winced at the results before noticing that each was oddly highlighted, with 1 colored green while the 7 was orange. Tapping each, words popped up next to both.
1 = Legendary
7 = Underdog
I coughed violently at the first one having not expected to get Legendary of all things, while Underdog was most likely the Goku option, Legendary was the Frieza/Broly option. While being a Goku/Kakarot, whichever is in this scenario, the nuclear option seems to be the more fun, and safer, option. With a quick confirmation, I tapped "Race" and a new popup appeared.

Infiltration Baby(Cost 0) - As a baby, you were deemed too weak, unwanted, or because of trying circumstances, you were sent off the Saiyan home world to conquer an alien planet.
General Population(Cost 0) - There was nothing special about you when you were born. Due to this, you were assigned to the general population jobs.
Mechanic - Saiyans of this job are capable of working on technology, even creating new technology!
Cook - No army marches on an empty stomach. Being a Cook, other Saiyans will eat your food even if they don't like it.
Pilot - Trained to fly the spaceships and space pods, a Pilot is needed to fly large groups of warriors around.
Hunter - A cook needs food, gathering said food is your specialty!
Outcast(Cost 1) - There was something.. Unusual about you, and you were ostracized from society until deemed otherwise.
Bred for Warfare(Cost 1) - Being genetically enhanced inside your gestation pod for one thing and only one thing. War. It's all you know, but will it be the only thing you'll know?

Looking over all of my options, and seeing the variety and options, I spent so long going through all of the possibilities before deciding to move on to see stats as well.
Stat Allocation
On selection, my inner gambler drove me to the set of seven twelve-sided dice, without hesitation I tapped them and got (7, 12, 5, 5, 1, 5, 8). With a wince, I looked at the seven stats given and tapped the letter abbreviations.
Strength: How powerful you are physically! This stat affects your melee damage output!
Perception: How well attuned you are with your surroundings!
Endurance: How long you can fight! This stat affects your HP, Stamina, and regen for both.
Charisma: How well you can talk! This statistic affects how easy or hard it is to talk to others!
Intelligence: Brainpower! This stat affects your intelligence as well as Ki damage!
Agility: Speed! That's what this stat dictates!
Luck: Are you a gambler? Then this is the stat for you!
Looking over the stats I once more nod to myself, starting to hum as a build was appearing in my mind's eye.
Talents
Talents are the core of characters! They are the very skills you utilize in everyday life!
On creation, you start with Talent Points equal to your Intelligence Modifier in addition to what you gained from your Background!
After going through everything I spent a lot of time making myself? My character? One of those, before moving on, creating a quick appearance that I was content with. When finished I smiled again as I looked over my finalized Character sheet. After hitting confirm, a new pop-up appeared.

'The hell? I thought I had 4,300?' I thought as I tapped my remaining points, seeing that creating the custom world had cost 1,400 points in total. With a wince, I nodded in acceptance before picking The Gamer and four selections of How Old Am I? I was not starting as an infant, fuck that. With a tap on confirmation, the menus faded revealing a blank figure within the void, quickly followed by an appearance creation menu.
'How long have I been here…?' I thought as I finally finished creating my Saiyan. Tapping the view all, I watched as the full body was shown to me. Going with a dark red almost black hair color that spiked down to between my shoulder blades, olive skin tone, and dark blue eyes that were reminiscent of storm clouds with the adult height standing at a towering six foot four. Unfortunately, I had to wait for that height... But hey I know what I'm gonna look like fully grown!
'...That's still weird to think about.' I thought, tapping confirm and watching the void flash once again and I saw galaxies, stars, planets, and then I was entering the body of a toddler.

Waking up, the first thing I saw was red. A ruby red glass that flowed to a type of cushioning and electronics that I couldn't figure out. Looking down, I saw that I was situated in a chair of sorts. The rest of the room was big enough to comfortably fit an average-sized adult, let alone an anklebiter-sized me.
'I have several questions, first being why am I in a pod, and two why am I so sma-child, right, Imma have to get used to this until I'm what? Sixteen? Eighteen?'I thought, my first train of thought being derailed by the second trying to remember when Saiyans hit their growth spurt as words popped up in front of me.
