Waking the Latina looks around the room and noticed she was back in the hospital till her eyes fell down by her waistline as she saw a head full of blonde hair. "Quinn?" She coughs out as the blonde woman moves a little to look up at her wife.
"You awake?" Quinn moves to hug her wife who whines in pain as she hugs her.
"Son of a bitch!" She yells as she lifts the blanket and saw that she was bleeding.
"I'm gonna go get the nurse." Quinn says leaving the room and out into the hallway.
Santana looks over and saw her kids sleeping on the couch and a smile came on her face as see them. Leaning into the bed everything came back flashing from the night before. She remembered standing in front of Carson when Puck shot the gun.
Soon Quinn comes back into the room with the doctor as she begins to question the Latina while snitching up the gunshot wound.
"Thank you doctor." Quinn says with a small smile on her face as she walks the doctor out before sitting back down next to her wife. "How you feeling?" She asks her as she grabs her hand and held onto it.
"Like shit." She chuckles softly before kissing the back of Quinn's hand. "I'm sorry that all of this happened and I feel responsible for what happened to you this is all my fault and I know saying sorry isn't going to fix anything but I love you Lucy." She says looking into her green hazel eyes.
"I love you to Santana." She leans over to kiss her lips softly before pulling back from the Latina as she tries to keep her tears in.
"Wait, wait..." Santana says as she pulls Quinn into another kiss.
Quinn smiles as she sat back down in her chair and looks at the Latina. "These last few days has been hell I thought you wasn't gonna wake up again." She says sniffing as she continues to look at the Latina.
Santana looks at her as the dream came back flashing in her head feeling so real like everything was back to normal and nothing ever happened and she was happily married to Quinn still with more kids and no Puck.
Quinn nods her head as she hears one of the kids moving and looks over and saw it was Beth who was staring at them.
"Daddy?" She says above a whisper as she gets up to hug her.
Santana smiles as she opens her arms for her daughter and hugs her tightly. "I missed you so much pumpkin." She kisses her head while looking over at Quinn who was crying. "I'm not going anywhere I promise."
A few days later the doctor released Santana and Russell from the hospital and everything was almost back to normal a few weeks later... Almost.
"Hey babe," Emily calls out for the blonde who was getting ready to go see Santana.
"Yeah?" She looks back at her girlfriend from across the room as she was holding her small baby bump.
"Are you gonna tell Santana about us?" She asks her as she stares at her. "I mean I know she's your best friend since you two didn't work out but I had sex with her sister in law who I thought was her wife but we git together because of Santana bailing me out out jail and I would have been stuck in there and you and I would have never happened." The brunette rant on while Amber makes her way over to her girlfriend and kisses her lips softly.
"I love you and you need to stop worrying so much everyone deserves a second try at love and I'm glad a took a chance on you." She kisses her again before pulling away. "Plus someone in her family probably already told her that we were together but if she's really my friend she would be happy to see me happy."
Emily smiles before nodding her head. "You're right and I'm sorry I'm overthinking about everything I just happy to be with you and thankful that you saved me." Emily didn't know the medication she was taking changed her mood and behavior but she happy that Amber saved her life just by talking to her and getting to know the real her.
"Hey Quinn can we talk?" Charlie asked her sister once she walked into the living room while she was feeding Bella.
"If anything happened between you and Santana when I was gone I don't want to hear about it." She spoke truthfully. "I love you both but she didn't know the truth about us switching and even though I didn't sleep with Rachel I know she's crazy about you and I'm glad you two are together going to be a real family." She smiled.
Charlie looks over at her sister and smiled a little. "Do you think we will ever get our double wedding like we dreamed of when we were kids?" She ask smiling before looking down at her daughter who was babbling.
"Maybe one day." She smiled as she kisses her cheek before kissing her niece head leaving the two of them alone.
Santana was in her office sitting behind her desk when her son Carson came in and sat on her lap. Since the accident Carson hasn't left her side and on most nights he would sleep in their room to be close by his parents.
"Hey buddy." She kisses the side of his head before looking back at her laptop. "Are you okay?"
Carson didn't say anything but laid his body into his mama and closed his eyes before falling asleep quickly.
There was a small knock on the door before Rachel walked in and sat in front of the desk without saying anything for a while. "I'm sorry about what happened to you before the incident. I know I have a reputation of being dramatic but I'm truly sorry for shoving you." She spoke softly as she stares at the older woman.
The Latina leans back into her chair as she wrapped her arm around her son waist and looking at the young woman. "What the hell are you talking about Berry?" She asked confused.
Rachel took a deep breath and looks back at the Latina. "We had a fight at the hospital before we found out about Quinn went missing and my daughter being your daughter which I know now Bella is my daughter now I tried to fight you because I thought Quinn was pregnant not Charlie." She pulls out a DNA test results to show her poof. She went behind Charlie back and did a DNA test the day she kept her for her fiancée one day as she just had to know the truth about Bella.
Santana shook her head. "Life is too short Berry, sorry I slept with Charlie, I thought she was Quinn."
"You slept with Charlie?" Quinn said walking into the office trying to sound hurt.
"I should go." Rachel said getting up quickly as she moves past Quinn and out of the door while the blonde made her way over to the Latina.
"Listen I ca..." she was cut off by Quinn kissing her lips softly.
"We both made mistakes and we aren't perfect, I know I'm not perfect but I know that I want to be with you and want to give us a second try if you give me a second chance to fall in love with you again?" Quinn asked as she held out Santana wedding band for her.
The Latina grabs the ring and puts it down before moving slightly to kiss her wife lips softly and passionately. "I do."
Quinn puts up the ring and slides it onto her finger and smiled against her lips. "I love you." She pecks her lips.
"I love you too." She kisses her again as Carson moves slightly which causes Quinn to chuckle softly.
"Hey sorry to bother your guy moment but San, Amber and Emily are here to see you." Lauren pokes her head into the office to tell her which the Latina just shook her head before slowly getting up and laying Carson on the couch before leaving her office.
"I have to say Amber you two make a cute couple and you are glowing as well." Charlie says as Amber sits across from her smiling while Santana was entering the living room.
"Thank you." Amber smiles softly as she gets up and hugs the Latina. "I missed you so much." She says not letting her go.
The Latina smiles as she pulls away and looks over at Emily who had her head down looking in her lap. "I missed you too." She spoke softly before sitting down next to Charlie. "So how's everything been going with you?" Santana asked her as she was still looking at Emily who refused to look up at the younger woman.
Amber was about to open her mouth when Quinn walked into the room carrying drinks for them.
"How did you two end up together?" Quinn questioned them while sitting the drinks down onto the coffee table. Emily quickly took a bottle and downs it less than a minute before grabbing another bottle.
"It's okay." Amber nods her head at her girlfriend while Quinn moves around the table to sit beside her wife holding her hand.
"Um that night Santana bailed me out of jail." She stops as Quinn and Charlie looks at the Latina as they didn't know Santana bailed her out. "Amber gave me a ride home that night and we talked about what happened since I was confused about the whole situation turns out I was drugged." She says looking at Charlie before looking at Quinn.
Quinn stood up and walks over to her and hugs her. "I forgive you." She tells her pulling back from her as she looks at Amber. "Congratulations on the pregnancy." She smiles before walking out of the room.
"Are you?" Santana questions her and the blonde just nods her head.
"Don't worry I promise is not yours." Amber jokes as they talked some more about any and everything that Santana missed out.
"Where do we go from here?" Quinn says as they were cuddled up in bed together after getting the kids down for the night.
The Latina doesn't say anything as she was playing with the blonde fingers.
"Babe?" She calls out softly as she looks up at Santana. The candles lights up the room all around them and she could see the pain and hurt in them. "Santana what's wrong?" She sits up on her knees and lifts the covers up from her. "Are you in pain?"
Santana smiles softly as she stares back at her. "Sorry I was just thinking about this dream I had when I woke up a few weeks ago at the hospital."
The blonde looks at her like she grew a second head.
"Come here and I'll tell you." She pulls her back down and cuddles with her and tells her about the dream.
By the end Quinn had tears in her eyes. She remembers telling Santana multiple times about Charlie and her always wanted to have a double wedding which still can come true but having any more kids is out of the question since she lost their baby and she was recently pregnant with Noah baby and lost it as well. "I promise you we will have another baby when the time is right and the wedding."Santana finished as she kisses the top of her head.
