"You think I'm ready to go to school, you sure this is a good idea." Herbert heard Rocket asking. It was evening and Herbert was with Rocket starting his bedtime routine plus he'd told his lil prince about pre-school and it made the male-kit curious yet anxious because he didn't really hang oht with other kids which Herbert noticed on his furry face. "Don't worry as your friends Teefs and Floor go there." Herbert reassuredhim.
"Okay daddy, but what're you gonna do, whileI'm at school." Rocket asked him putting pyjamas on after his bath which had a star pattern on them. "I'm going to be doing king stuff." he told him. This made the male-kit feel good about trying school plus he couldn't wait to tell Teefs and Floor about this.
After that, Herbert was telling him a story but kissed his furry head, seeing him out like a light turning on the nightlight which was star-shaped leaving his room heading to his room getting into his bed falling asleep
That next morning, Rocket was on Herbert's bed after waking up making Herbert chuckle hugging him, making him smile guessing he'd wanted to check on him asking him if he'd slept good. "Uh-huh I did daddy." Rocket told him. They then went to the kitchen where Herbert was making pancakes while Rocket was sitting at the table watching in awe plus had the condiments ready to go. "Atta boy as I was about to get them from the fridge." Herbert told him ruffling his furry head making him giggle which was music to his ears. He loved hearing this but knew that his lil prince might be anxious about his first day of pre-school realising he needed school stuff.
"After breakfast, we have to get you stuff for school." he told Rocket seeing him curious. "Okay daddy." Rocket said eating up plus was enjoying this curious about what he would need for school getting dressed in his Go-Bots shirt and pants alomg with pull-ups relieving Herbert as this was something he had to learn for pre-school as he'd learn a lil indepedence seeing his lil prince excited as they ledt the house
Rocket was excited after picking out his stuff which was helping him aboht his first day of pre-school including school tools like co,oured pencils only Herbert would have to explain to him, other kids would treat him different because they knew he was the crown-prince knowing Teefs and Floor would be there so he'd feel comfortable in no time.
