Eliza is the daughter of Emily, V, Seven, Zuul, Gozer, Vinz, Damien, Charlotte, and Samuel's half sister, and a member of the Hellhound Hotel team. She has her mother's appearance but her eyes are lighter in color.
Eliza's job is to make sure sinners go to heaven and is Shimmer's rider (as Dazzle, Shimmer's father was killed but reincarnated into Heaven). Eliza is also Penny's best friend. Eliza enjoys visiting Hell with Shimmer, Penny, and their parents to check on V and Charlotte.
Eliza is excitable, sweet, friendly, and kind to pretty much everyone. She does not discriminate others based on mistakes or who they are, where she excitedly greeted V, Charlotte and her half-sister and welcomed her to Heaven, despite her being a hellhound. Eliza also holds a great amount of sympathy towards human souls and sees them all as equal, much like Charlotte and V, as she is disgusted and horrified upon learning about the Extermination. She is also shown to engage deeply in the things that she believes in, such as when she promises V to find a way to help her redeem her species.

Eliza's name means "Pledged to God."
She is the only known angel to be associated with the Hellhound Hotel.
