Okay, first actual chapter of the reaction, however, I want to say sorry for the huge mishap that had happened yesterday. I had, by mistake, uploaded the wrong chapter. This was informed to me by Ryuu, XXX777 and Maglad, so major thanks to them. Then, I was also informed that the first chapter, ie the introduction, was severely lacking, which I fixed a few hours ago as of writing. Now, lets go over some reviews I got.
For Reader: I will be using some of the ideas you have presented, however, I won't be using 100% of them as I am not well versed in all media. The ones I'll adapt into what I am writing will be the Batman Triology, Demon Slayer, My Hero Academia: Vigilantes and Kung Fu Panda.
Qwere: Jaune won't be all powerful in most of the reaction chapters, so don't worry about it.
Xenozip: I'll have to see about this, I haven't played Rachet and Clank, so I'll have to do some research about this.
Iorip: Yeah, this is something I intend to tackle in later chapters.
Huang Tian: I am liking the ideas you have put forward.
Guest: Chainsaw Man is a good one, along with Mortal Kombat
sanjiv121606: That's the general plan to most of the AUs I have planned.
The group nodded at that as the screen came alive. They were all in awe of actually seeing a different universe. "I wonder what Jaune will be doing in this." Nora said, thinking of how her team leader will be in this different viewing.
"I bet he's gonna be with us, as always, helping us." Ruby said.
"Nonetheless, this will still be Jaune." Ren added on.
Pyrrha looked at Nora and smiled, "I still want to know what his Semblance is." She said. Nora nodded at that.
"Shhhh, it's starting." Yang said, somehow getting popcorn to eat.
War, ever since the time when one man struck another, had been an ever evolving conflict. It started with fists, then had swords, and then guns. And now wars were fought with words and threats instead, forcing the enemy to back down on threat of total destruction.
Ozpin was noticing the similarity, or well a sort of, between the threats and the situation between him and Salem. Although this could also be true for the leaders of each Kingdom, each one of them maintaining peace between one another based purley on threats of destruction of the enemy. It was how Ozpin had to convince them to maintain an alliance for fighting against the Grimm all those years ago. If not for that, he was sure that the civilization present today won't even have existed.
However, right now, a certain fight between two groups had resorted to their fists, although some did utilize weapons. And while one side had lesser fighters, their skills did surpass the opposition. The main ideology the two factions had clashed with fate.
"So the select few fighters are all hand to hand?" Taiyang said, interested in this along with Yang due to their inherent skill in close quarter combat. "Yang, I think we should take notes on this."
"Yup." She agreed, "Ruby, you'll be joining us for this, right?" She asked her little sister.
"Uhhh.." Ruby stopped, "No comment."
"C'mon sis, you need to learn how to fight without your weapon." She continued. "I don't want you to be a sitting duck when you get disarmed."
"Ugh, fine." Ruby said, giving up on any hope to skip them, "Just, just go easy when we do."
"Cool, we can join as well." Nora said as she raised her hand, "I can't wait to learn some wrestling moves." She exclaimed.
Everyone else just had a shiver of dread as they tried to envision Nora also being a force to be reckoned with without her weapon. Initially, whenever they sparred, they always aimed to separate Nora with her weapon, even then that was a huge risk. Now, if she did learn how to fight even without her weapon, it'd be even more harder.
"When will you learn Yang?" Raven said as she attempted to punch her daughter, who blocked the attack at the very last second. She was the owner of G Corp, a massive corporation that made revolutionary advances in bio technology,
"Holy shit what?" Yang said as she saw the other version of her mother attack her. Thankfully, she was able to dodge. She then had a look at what she was wearing. "I dunno how to feel about what I'm wearing."
Blake raised an eye at that, "That's what you're worried about? Not the fact that she attacked you?"
"I mean, she did that here as well, so I'm focusing on what's different." Yang replied, eliciting a wince from Raven.
Taiyang noticed his first wife's discomfort and tried to comfort her, "Hey, you're changing your ways." He said. Raven, during her stay at Patch, had tried to be nicer to her husband. Yes, they were still married as she hadn't signed any papers that signified their end of marriage.
Initially, she had been under his care for quite some time as she was under the impression that her daughter had died. While she hadn't actually cared for her for most of her life, she had realized that she missed being with someone she truly loved. She had been a wreck after the events of the Vault, and could barely fathom the pain she was feeling. With Taiyang, she felt safe. However, her short time being helpless ended when she overheard Tai's sniffles, realizing that while she was hurting, Tai was suffering as well. He had been the one to raise Yang and Ruby, alone even after Summer died. After that, she cleaned up her act and tried to be there for Tai as well, intent on becoming the shoulder he needed to cry on.
She nodded and grabbed Tai's hand, squeezing it. What did surprise her was that Summer did the same, grabbing her hand and giving her comfort.
responsible for most of the people on Raven's team, namely the huge Jack-7 army fighting the soldiers and the few Jack-8s present. "You will understand this once I defeat you once and for good."
Raven had tears in her eyes as it seemed that this version of her was like her in the past, uncaring and looking for herself. "Damn it." She whispered, trying not to gain attention. "Damn it all." Was she fated to be a bad mother everywhere? Why was she made to suffer? She wasn't trying to find an excuse for her past behaviour, abandoning Yang and Tai, but she also wanted to see a world where they were a family.
"Raven?" She heard. What shocked her was that it wasn't Tai or Summer, but rather Yang who said that. "Are you okay?" She asked.
She sniffled, "I'm so damn sorry." She said, "I'm sorry for leaving you, I'm sorry for not even acknowledging you, I'm sorry for allying myself with Cinder, even for a little while." She then looked to her daughter, "I'm sorry for being a coward, unlike you."
Yang sighed and then put a hand on her shoulder, "Listen, I know you haven't been a great mom, but the fact that you're with dad now, with us, means that you're on the right path. Sure you won't be on par with Summer, but I'm sure that you'll be close to it." She tried to motivate her.
Raven looked down, "Can I….. can I hug you? Even for once." She asked.
Yang smiled, "Sure, go for it." She replied and was instantly pulled into an embrace.
As the hug ended, Raven was doing relatively better.
Yang frowned as she readied herself for an attack, "People like us shouldn't exist in this world." She spoke with conviction.
"Damn, someone's edgy." Weiss said, teasing the blond brawler, only to get some popcorn thrown at her in retaliation.
While some may have assumed Yang was being philosophical in this context, she wasn't. Both her and Raven carried the dreaded Devil gene that gave them a huge boost in power in exchange for their morality. Raven had used it as a way to get power while Yang initially hadn't succumbed to it, she did falter in her way.
"What did I do?" Yang asked. How had she faltered?
"It's probably nothing." Ruby said, trying to console her sister.
"It might be true for our Yang-" Weiss started but was interrupted by her.
"Excuse me, might be?" She asked the heiress.
Weiss looked at her, "Yang, you have a habit of punching first and leave the questioning to us. I am not saying you aren't smart, I am just saying that you tend to focus on the physical aspect more rather than the mental aspect."
Yang just huffed at that.
"10 lien says she did genocide." Nora said slamming said money on the table.
Everyone stared at her. "That's highly improbable." Weiss said, not believing that an alternate version of her friend could have done that. "In fact, I think it is so improbable that I am willing to bet 200 lien on this." Yang smiled brightly at the vote of confidence he friend had in her.
Qrow took a sip of his whiskey, "That's a fools bet." Yang smiled, knowing that her uncle would have her back. "I add 50 lien to Nora's bet."
"Wait, what?" Yang said, "I thought you'd have my back!" She said as she pointed at him.
"Normally yeah," He started, "But being on the road with RNJR taught me to never bet against the girl." He grimaced, remembering all the lien he lost to the Valkyrie, even when Ren had told him not to bet against her. He had assumed that he was saying just because she was her friend, and that he fancied her, but no, he was actually looking out for him.
Yang huffed a bit as Weiss began to sweat. "No take backsies." Nora said as she had a glint in her eye.
'Perhaps I made a mistake.' Weiss thought.
"People like us? Yang, it's because of you that this is happening." Raven smirked back as she effortlessly dodged an attack Yang threw at her. "Need I remind you that you are the one who cause such a massive loss of life and for what?" She threw her back.
Yang sighed as she rubbed her face, "The other me is an idiot." She said. She sorta agreed with what Weiss said, rushing in with no thoughts, but that was due to her Semblance being built around taking damage and attacking back. But from what her alternate-self did, it didn't seem like anything good.
"Give me the moolah!" Nora said as she took the money and split it even with Qrow, who was thanking his luck finally changing.
Yang growled at that. In an attempt to get rid of the Devil Gene, she had initially tried to revive Azazel, and for that, she had used her position at the Branwen Zaibatsu to essentially commit genocide. However, that failed and Azazel escaped. Last she heard, the progenitor of the Devil gene was trapped within the left arm of a mystic woman.
"Okay, even I can admit that's dumb as hell." Yang said as she heard what her other did. Trying to beat the devil just to get rid of the Devil gene's existence. What's more, she committed genocide and failed to even beat it.
Ozpin was interested in this as this version of Miss Xiao Long had tried to bring out what seemed to be the equivalent of Salem, yet failed. Were they similar in that manner? However, that ended when he learned that it was sealed. 'Perhaps.' He wondered.
"Miss Xiao Long," Glynda started, "I believe we do need to discuss you're other's thought process."
Yang's face paled considerably, much to the amusement of her family, perfectly replicating Weiss' complexion.
"Come on dear, I think she has had enough." Dore said, seeing the pale complexion of the girl.
Yang was eternally grateful to Jaune's dad for calming her teacher, however, she came to a shocking realization. "WAIT JUST A SECOND, MISS GOODWITCH IS JAUNE'S MOM?" She yelled. Blake's and Weiss' eyes widened at that as well.
Ruby nodded at that, "Yeah, I thought you knew." She replied.
"How did I not know about this?" Yang asked. Seriously, how was she among the few that did not knew that.
"What would Taiyang think, that you caused all this loss of human life that he cherished oh so much." Raven snarked causing Yang to get infuriated as black aura surrounded her.
"Don't you dare say his name." Yang replied back, "You don't have the right to say his name when you left him, left me." She launched a furious combination of attacks that forced Raven to be on the defensive, "You didn't even come for his funeral when Salem killed him. I don't even think you loved him, SO DON'T YOU DARE ACT LIKE YOU CARE ABOUT HIM!" She shouted as electric aura surrounded her fist as she delivered an upper cut.
Raven winced as she was forced to witness another version of her be cruel and indifferent.
Summer, on the other hand, was frowning at the fact that Tai was killed by Salem. She had faced Salem right before she was killed, but to hear that her husband in another timeline had been the one, it sent shivers down her spine. She gripped his arm.
"Hey, I'm okay here." He tried to comfort her, however, Raven gripped his other arm, horrified to see him dead. Soon he was enveloped in a hug by his daughters as well. "Hey I'm right here, don't worry." He said to them.
Raven had a furious expression at that, 'The nerve of this girl.' She thought to herself as she rolled back to get back onto her feet quickly. Though on the outside she had the same expression as before, one of superiority, on the inside, she was at war with herself. She had wanted to attend the funeral, wanted to hold Yang within her arms and console her, but the need for power had prevailed. "Well then, it seems I need to be the mother here and give you a life lesson." She said as a dark aura surrounded her.
Raven had a dark expression as well, wanting to stop her alternate self from harming her daughter. What infuriated her even more was the fact that the other Raven was sacrificing all that she loved for power. What good was power if you were at the top, alone, unloved.
"That's interesting." Pyrrha said, "That's the same aura as mine when I use my semblance."
"I think this might be a case of the devil gene showing itself." Ren said. "I think many religions do show the devil appearing in a darker tone."
Elsewhere in battle, two other fighters were clashing. Tyrian, who wielded a huge minigun,
Everyone who had faced the mad scorpion faunus snarled when he came on the screen. "Okay, he's uncomfortably muscular." Nora said. "And shirtless."
"He looks even more insane." Qrow said, "Although, he doesn't have his tail." He noted.
"Also, he's holding that minigun like it's nothing." Saphron noted, having a little experience in handling heavy machinery.
"Yeah, I talked to Coco once, she told me that even though she has experience with her weapon, which is something like the gun, she still struggles to use it so causally." Ruby commented. The two had talked about it during the several breaks they had between classes.
"That is correct." Penny said, "The heaviest minigun weighs 39 kg, even then, this seems like feat not for the normal human as they don't seem to have aura."
was shooting at Lie Ren, donned in a samurai armor. Ren was effortlessly slicing the bullets away, striking at the several Jack-7s that surrounded them.
"Woah Ren, you look freaky." Ruby said, eyes wide. For some reason, the tentacles on the headpiece floated weirdly. "I mean, the armor is fancy, but like, it's really alien."
Glynda, however, was impressed with the swordsmanship he was showing, using them to both defend himself and to attack the enemies around him.
"This looks like that movie, well, that scene." Yang said, "You know, the one with the dude who has blades in his hands."
Blake nodded at that, "Oh yeah, that one."
Soon the bullets from the gun ran out as he gave a maniacal laugh. Tyrian had once been an upstanding cop, fighting for justice. However, after his death at the hands of Raven, he had been revived as a mad man, hell bent on causing mayhem and chaos wherever he went.
"Okay, one thing I find hard to believe is that he was a good guy." Ren said. He had faced him several times. While he wasn't particularly freaky, he was concerned with his sudden attraction to his leader.
What did attract the attention of Ozpin, Glynda and Qrow was the revival. "How did she revive him?"
Adra was the one to reply, "Essentially, the same way Raven was revived." Everyone was shocked at that.
"Raven was killed in that universe?" Qrow asked.
"Yes, but she, like Tyrian, was revived due to the bioengineering process of G Corp, which she now commands.
Everyone soaked that information in. "Wait, if she can revive people, why can't she revive dad?" Yang asked. "She changed a good guy into a psycho, why not change dad into one of her underlings?"
"Because that Raven is just interested in herself." Raven said, shocking Yang. "She doesn't care about anyone other than herself. If it doesn't benefit her, she won't do it."
"How do you know that?" She asked.
Raven frowned, "Because, I was like that once." She said, wincing at the admission of her actions.
"Hey, you're trying to change, so don't be hard on yourself." Yang said. It seemed that her words seem to do the trick.
However, one of his main targets was Lie Ren and his followers due to how orderly they were. He had killed several of his clansmen in an effort to draw him out.
"Bastard." Ren said, angry at the senseless loss of life that was occuring. What was even more damning was the fact that it was his clansmen getting killed. Though that did leave him with questions. Was his family still alive in that world? Did Kuroyuri not fall? He turned to Adra, "Are there any Grimms in that world?"
She shook her head negative, "There are no Grimms, however, there have been reports of more odd entities roaming the world.
Seizing the moment, Ren jumped in the air and performed several spins, "This is for my followers!" He yelled as his blade striked with the minigun that Tyrian used to defend himself.
"Man even your voice is freaky." Ruby said, "No offense." She added.
"None taken." He replied, "I do wonder how that is possible."
"Could be due to some app or something." Qrow mumbled, remembering the time when both Ruby and Yang used some app on their Scroll to give him nightmares when he was drunk.
"Nice flip Ren." Nora said, really digging how Ren manoeuvred mid air.
Lie Ren, or rather the title he had, Yoshimitsu,
"That's some fancy title." Blake said, raising an eyebrow at that.
"I think that means Righteousness." Ren commented with Nora nodding. She had learned some of his mother-tongue during the time they spent together after the fall of Kuroyuri.
had been furious at the loss of life of his followers, however, he had to keep a calm head. Readying his cursed blade, the Yoshimitsu, yes, that did get confusing for people who didn't know him, he tried to deliver another strike to Tyrian, the mad man evading it with a maniacal smile on his face at the very last second.
"Gotta say, he's pretty nimble for how muscular he is." Weiss commented to which her sister agreed.
"This is surprising to say the least. Usually we have to sacrifice speed for power and vice versa, yet here this version of Tyrian is, unnaturally bulky yet fast.
Having the title that existed during the time of Soul Calibre,
"Soul Calibre?" Weiss asked.
Adra nodded her head, "Yes, it was a spirit sword created to combat the Soul Edge."
Weiss gasped at that, a spirit sword. Her sister had several summons that had swords, but to have a spirit sword, that would be useful in their fights.
Ren poised for another strike, no words exchanged between the two rivals, both intent on killing the other. The blade suddenly had an aura as Ren tried to dispel it, 'Calm down Yoshimitsu.' He thought to itself. Like him, the blade also wanted revenge for the loss of the followers.
"Welp, that's unheard of." Yang said, to which Ozpin disagreed.
"Not really." The previous headmaster of Beacon said, "I have both heard of and seen cases of swords that contain spirits. One such case is that of the Arc ancestors, Jeanne of Arc, though after her use, the sword, the same one that Jaune uses, did not display the same spirit."
"Damn, really." Yang said while Ruby had stars in her eyes.
"Oh my gosh, Jaune's sword has a spirit in it?" She squealed.
"Had, it seems." Weiss reminded.
"Other than that, there's also the story of Alyx, with the Rusted Knight having a similar spirit containing sword." Ozpin added.
Team RWBY's eyes widened at that, "Oh my god, we could have had met the Rusted Knight." Blake said in agony as she missed meeting her idol.
Everyone's eyes widened as well, realizing that the Rusted Knight was real.
This momentary distraction was what Tyrian needed to launch an offensive which Ren defended against at the very last second.
Nora breathed a sigh of relief as Ren evaded the attacks.
In another part of the field, Nora, wearing a traditional Chinese martial art dress,
"Hey, it's me." Nora commented. Ren, on the other hand, was blushing on seeing her wear that dress, mainly because it was eerily close to what the women of his village wore.
was fighting a horde of Jack-7 with relative ease. She had been fighting G Corp and Raven ever since her village had been attacked by her in an attempt to get resources. It was during that journey of revenge she had met Yang, Ruby and the rest.
Nora smiled at that, "At least I get to meet you guys." She said while Raven winced again at the destruction her other had caused.
"Team RWBY and Team JNPR will forever be together!" Ruby whooped together with Nora.
Sweeping at one of the Jack-7, she delivered a devastating palm to it causing it to crash into other Jack-7s and enemy forces. She was able to dodge a metal fist that had been launched at her by one Jack-8, "Yikes." She said as she dodged it. "Okay then, you're next." She said as she ran forward, intent on attacking Jack-8 as well.
"GO ME!" Nora cheered her other on, with everyone else doing the same.
Pyrrha, however, was concerned. Nora's fighting style seemed to be made around tricking the enemy into doing a wrong move and accumulating damage over time, but with the cyborg she was facing right now, it seemed to be a different tale. "I don't like the look of this." She said as Ren nodded, having the same thought process.
"I just hope she stays safe." He added.
The cyborg only grunted a little as it received some damage from the Valkyrie's attacks, however, unlike it's predecessors, it wasn't as damaged. Years of innovation had caused each successful Jacks to be better, stronger, faster. Using it's quick speed to grab Nora right before she could attack, it held no expression as it readied a fist.
"Nora!" Ren yelled in concern for his girlfriend. Looking at Adra, he asked, "Why isn't my other self with her?" Nora also waited for an answer.
"Simply put, the Ren and Nora of that world are associates for now." Adra said but to the dismay of the two.
"Hey, at least you two are together in this world." Pyrrha said, trying to up lift her team.
"HELL YEAH!" Nora yelled as she squeezed Ren.
Glynda, on the other hand, was noting the large number of similar looking robots that were present. "This certainly is a bit weird." She said.
"It's bound to be." Qrow said, "The mass majority of them are of the same type yet the few of them, such as the one Nora is facing, is completely different."
Nora grimaced as she readied herself of a world of pain, however it did not came as the Jack-8 was suddenly attacked by two bears, Panda and Kuma.
"BIG BEAR!" Ruby said. "Wait, why are there bears?"
"I think we should also ask why they are wearing these clothes?" Blake added, and it made sense. The panda had a pink school bag and a flower hat while the bear was wearing a gi and a headband.
Roaring at the cyborg entity, Panda adopted a defensive posture, protecting Nora from Jack-8. Panda had all but adopted Nora when the Valkyrie lived in China with her.
All of the girls 'awwed' at the information. Raven huffed, though even she was of the opinion that the panda was extremely cute.
Kuma rolled, using his body weight to flatted the enemy soldiers. He wanted revenge against Raven for killing Heihachi Branwen, her father and Kuma's figurative father.
"Wow, that's something." Blake commented, not believing how that could even happen.
"I mean, I treat Zwei like my child, so it isn't hard to see." Taiyang said and suddenly everything made sense to Blake and Weiss.
After the death of Heihachi, he had been adopted into the family of Nora and his crush, Panda.
"C'mon guys, let's do this!" Nora yelled as the three of them got into a battle stance and then rushed to attack the Jack-8.
"WOOOOO!" Nora yelled as that ended. "That was soooo cool! Ren, we have to get bears." She told her boyfriend who was now groaning at that.
"We'll have to see." The usually silent one said.
Ruby, however, was planning to teach Zwei some poses so they could hit the same poses. "Hey Weiss." She got the attention of her partner.
"What?"
"How about we do that, but with Zwei?" She already knew her answer as Weiss grinned at that.
Oscar grunted as he dodged several attacks from Emerald, the coffee queen. "I still don't get why you're with G Corp?" He asked as he grabbed Emeralds arm and delivered a devastating back using his expertise in bajiquan.
"Damn, that's got to hurt." Emerald said as she witnessed her other take that hit. Despite having a smaller frame, she knew that the move packed a punch.
"GOOOO OSCAR!" Nora and Ruby cheered for their friend, who just blushed and scratched the back of his head.
Taiyang, on the other hand, was analysing the stance Oscar used. "That's a pretty strong fighting style." He commented, getting the attention of Raven, Summer and Yang, "He has a rock solid stance, planting himself in one place and using the momentum from that to deal massive damage."
He opposed the corporation ran by Raven Branwen, mainly because the woman was responsible for the death of his mother and the disappearance of his father.
Raven winced at this, wondering how cruel her other version was. Oscar, however, frowned at the information, "Um, what was the reason why my mom was killed in that world?" He asked.
Adra nodded at the question, "Emma Pine was a head researcher at G Corp and was responsible for Raven's revival after she was killed by Heihachi, however, she had then left the company due to her actions and was targeted for treason."
Everyone was in shock on learning that Raven had actually been killed and revived after her death. It made Tyrian's whole revival possible as well seeing that Raven herself was revived.
"Wait a second." Ruby said, prompting everyone to look at her, "What if G Corp made Raven evil when reviving her and that's why she's like that? I mean, Tyrian of that world was a cop, but after getting revived he went insane, so couldn't that be true for her as well?" She questioned.
"That's entirely possible." Summer said with conviction, "In fact, I'd be a betting woman to say that's why she became so evil." She supported the theory her daughter put out mainly because she had known Raven during their time in Beacon.
Raven only had tears in her eyes as both of the Roses supported her, and what teared her up even more was that Yang seemed to be nodding along to the theory. Perhaps there was an actual chance they all could live together happily.
He had been on a journey of discovery, which was the reason he was able to meet Lie Ren, though their first encounter was a bit shocking due to the alien look Ren had with his armor. Come to think of it, he hadn't seen Ren without his armor. Had anyone even seen the samurai without the armor? Every time he met him, Ren sported a different alien look.
"Yeah, the armor is really weird." Oscar said, "But really, has no one ever seen him without the armor?" He asked.
"Of course, when Renny puts his mind to something, he does it fully." Nora said with complete and utter confidence, to which Pyrrha nodded. She had seen the Lie hyper focus on stuff which was extremely useful in keeping Nora under control.
Recovering from the attack, Emerald just gave a soft laugh, "What can I say, G Corp has the better product placement for my coffee." She said as the two began their duel once more. Oscar just grunted at the reply. Emerald was a Sustrai, the same Sustrais who led the Sustrai Coffee, a brand that had world wide recognition.
"I mean, at least it makes sense." They all heard Ozpin mumble. "What? Coffee is perhaps one of the better drinks to charge you right up."
"It makes so much sense why I suddenly had a craving for coffee." Oscar mumbled out.
"Of course you'd develop it." Ozpin said, "All previous incarnations seemed to develop it at one point or the other." He added the tidbit.
"You do know what G Corp is doing?" He asked as the two traded strikes. Emerald refused to give an answer to that as the two battled on.
Sun and Neptune looked at each other, both of them in their stances, daring the other to attack. Neptune looked worse for wear, being on the receiving end of Sun's powerful attack.
"Hey it's Sun and Waterboy." Yang smirked and teased Blake, but was confused, "Wait, why are they fighting each other?"
"Knowing Sun, it's some sort of scheme they are trying to pull." Blake added as her experience with Sun during her trip to her home had shown him pulling all kinds of stunt to get some money. When she had questioned him as to why he was doing that, he simply responded with 'One can never have too much money'.
"Also, Sun has nice hair." Blake added as Ghira nodded to that. He didn't have any issues with the monkey faunus and was grateful to him for bringing his daughter back without any harm. Kali was of the same opinion.
He had allied with Raven due to a scheme the two were trying to pull. Since she was willing to offer Neptune money for his alliance, the two of them planned to be on opposing end with them splitting the money afterwards. Best of both worlds. The injuries he sustained throughout the fight made it so that he wouldn't be able to fight on as he stumbled onto his knees.
"See?" Blake told Yang who laughed at that.
"Man these guys are awesome." She said.
Glynda, however, was concerned for the well being of the blue haired boy. All that bruises shouldn't have been good for a person.
Sun, seeing that his friend had been defeated, went to offer him a hand. "C'mon, get up." He said, lifting Neptune up.
"Man, you're strong as ever." Neptune said. "Nothing seemed to phase you."
"Heh, I ain't the strongest in the universe for nothing, Neptune." Sun remarked, his self-proclaimed title being the reason for his somewhat of an ego.
"Someone's got an ego." Winter said, not liking the attitude. Things like this were one of the prime reasons why people lost their lives, never training to reach new peaks. Many of her soldiers suffered the same fate after they got promoted. While feeling on top of the world was a valid response to the new position, it did not meant that they should let themselves go.
"He isn't like that." Blake tried to defend her friend.
"Don't worry, I'll smack Raven right in the face for you." He said, remembering the time he battled Raven to a draw.
"Quite impressive that he is that strong." Glynda commented, "From the looks of it, Raven and Yang are at the top of the pecking order and to draw with Raven, that's quite an impressive feat."
He was also able to defeat Salem before she transformed into her more powerful self.
Everyone was gasping at the revelation, Sun had battle and defeated Salem as well? That made both Raven and Yang extremely powerful.
Ozpin was counting his lucky stars that Salem did not have a transformation, otherwise that would have been disastrous.
Spotting a Jack-8 rushing behind the two, Sun pushed Neptune out of the way to deliver a power upper cut to the cyborg that sent it flying.
"I AM THE STRONGEST IN THE UNIVERSE!" Sun exclaimed as he flexed his right arm, his sleeve tearing off with the power being built up as he delivered a deadly punch to Jack-8, destroying it. "OSU!" He said as the power he used had gained the attention of Raven as she dodged several blows from Yang.
Yang's eyes was wide with surprise as the sleeve got torn off, showing the power this Sun had. "That much power.." She trailed off, wondering between her and that Sun, who'd actually win in a match.
Nora, on the other hand, was pouting. "Not fair." She said, "I have to get help from bears, even though they're cute, but he gets to beat one up himself."
"Friend Ruby, I see two Jack-8s coming in from the west." Penny said as she used the chainsaw on her arms to defeat the several Jack-7s that were present.
"Hey, it's me." Penny said as she looked interested in her other. Her father also felt interested in the other version of his daughter, mainly due to the chainsaws that were extruding from her arms.
"Man Penny, you're cool!" Ruby said, excited to see her friend, "Those chainsaws are really awesome."
"If I'm not mistaken, Ruby is also here as well." Weiss said, making both Summer and Taiyang get worried.
Seeing her parent's worry, Yang stepped up, "Don't worry, mom and dad. It's Ruby, she's gonna do great after all. And even then, there's Penny with her." Ruby smiled at her sister's confidence in her.
She was a robot, just like the Jacks around her, being built by Pietro Polendina. However what separated her from the Jacks was that she was given a personality by Pietro, a personality that was quite similar to his late daughter of the same name.
Pietro nodded along to the reason why that Pietro made Penny, though he was saddened to learn of her death.
Ruby nodded at that as she parried an attack by a Jack-7 and utilized it to counter it. Ruby was Taiyang's daughter as well, her mother being Summer Rose. Summer had married Taiyang a few years after Raven left, being the mother Yang needed in her early years, and as a result she had learnt both the Rose style and the Branwen style.
Raven looked at Summer and nodded, mouthing out a thank you to her, thanking her on being the mother she never could, both here and in that world.
Ruby, on the other hand, was in awe at how her version was easily handling all the robots that were attacking her.
Ruby, on the other hand, used primarily Rose style, using the several counter stances to gain victory. She would have been at the Rose family Dojo, however, it got quite trashed after a spar between her mom and Hazel.
Oscar and Ozpin flinched at that, the later mainly due to being sorta responsible for his sister's death, and the former due to the animosity Hazel had shown to him.
Taiyang raised an eyebrow at that. Causing the destruction of the dojo with just a spar? When two Hunters fought with all they got, the area of destruction largely depended on their weapon and their Semblance, yet here both Summer and Hazel were, causing the same amount of destruction with just a spar.
As a result, she was out collecting funds to repair the dojo, and it was how she met Weiss. She then spotted Hazel fighting some of the army Weiss' family had.
Ruby tilted her head and wondered, "Why is he on Raven's side?"
Emerald hummed at that, "Most likely, he's out there collecting funds for the dojo like you are." She said, "The Hazel in our world wasn't as hell bent of a follower as Tyrian, or Cinder." She added, being thankful to the man seeing that it was his sacrifice that allowed her to escape the clutches of Salem.
"Hey Weiss, can you handle the Jack-8s? I have some catching up to do." She asked.
Weiss, who was fighting alongside Penny, smirked, "A simple endeavour for a Schnee." She said, flipping her long hair as she triped one of the G Corp soldiers and kicked away another with grace. "Penny, what's the ETA of the Jack-8s?" She asked the robotic friend of hers as she flew above them.
The Schnee family were worried for the well being of Weiss, but they all knew that she would be fine as well since she wasn't alone. Willow looked at the fighting style her daughter was using, "Wait, is she using ballet in her figthing style?" She asked.
Adra nodded, "Yes, she uses ballet along with regular street fighting to battle her enemies."
"They'll be arriving in roughly ten seconds." Penny said as she kicked her head like a football, striking several of the G Corp soldiers as it exploded. "Here they come." She said as her head regenerated quite quickly. "I believe it would be best if we fought one-on-one, Miss Schnee."
"Woah, that's cool!" Nora said, being quite knowledgeable in explosions, but what really impressed her was Penny using her own body parts as explosives.
The group was concerned for Penny as she continued to fight without her head but were shocked to see it regenerate. "My word." Pietro said as he looked on, "The other me has done something impressive."
Glynda had to agree with him. Being the headmistress of Beacon meant that she had to be up to date with the scientific world, but no such development had been made.
"Yes, and I'll say it again, friends call me Weiss, only strangers call me Miss Schnee, so please, call me Weiss." The white haired fighter said as she began to engage against the Jack-8.
Penny looked at the Jack-8 that stood before her, floating down to the ground level. Giving him a short bow, she said, "You are just like me, a creation of my father." Looking up to the cyborg, she frowned as it gave no expression, "Sadly, while they have upgraded you, they removed what made you special, Jack." She reminisced of her early days, when there was only one Jack, the Proto-Jack. Proto-Jack acted like a big brother to Penny, and helped her dad when they were giving her appropriate defenses. However, he was killed when G Corp decided that Proto-Jack wasn't enough and made Gun-Jack, who promptly defeated and destroyed Proto-Jack, using the chip to advance the Jack line even further.
Everyone were saddened to learn the fate of Proto-Jack and had hoped that Penny would be successful in beating and retrieving the chip it had so Penny could have a brother again. Pietro though about making Penny a brother but ultimately had to decide against it due to the process being extremely straining on his Aura and soul.
Seeing the lack of response, Penny frowned as she readied herself of battle.
Ruby rushed towards Hazel who had promptly disposed of the several Schnee Force who had surrounded him with a simply kick. "Uncle Hazel, how're you?" She asked as she skidded to a halt.
Ruby and Summer raised an eye at that, "Why am I calling him uncle?" She asked, was her Uncle Qrow not her uncle in this world?
"In simple words, during his stay in your hometown, he did teach you a few moves in order to make you stronger, and as a result you two have got a familial bond." Adra replied.
Hazel's normally serious face turned into a smile as he turned to meet her, "Ah, the younger Rose, how are you?" He asked as he causally defeated a few of the soldiers.
Seeing the smile on the man, Ruby wondered if she could have had the same relations with the man if it wasn't for Salem.
"I'm doing fine." Ruby replied, "Though, why are you with Raven?" She asked.
Hazel nodded, "She actually offered my money that the Rose dojo needs for the repairs, so I had to accept." He replied. He had been on a journey of power, seeking to prove his God Fist as the superior style of combat.
Emerald nodded at being proven right.
"At least he isn't on her side for the wrong reason." Summer said, thankful that the Hazel of that world was still a good guy. She had actually encountered the man and while she noticed the good nature the man had, he still was hung up on revenge against Ozpin.
"Ah, no need to worry about that." Ruby said as she defeated some of the G Corp soldiers. "Weiss bought the dojo and is providing the funds necessary to repair it."
Hazel's eyes widened a little at that as he smiled, "Well, perhaps, shall we have a battle whilst this war happens?" He asked as he got covered in golden aura signifying his heightened power.
Ruby took note of this and groaned, "Welp, I'm screwed." She said.
"You're fine." Yang said.
"Yang, he looks really strong."
"You're fine." She said again.
"Uh yeah, sure." Ruby replied back. This was going to be a tough battle, one she knew she might not win. While Hazel and her mom did spar, Hazel was the one who treated it as so while her mom did everything in her power to equal the odds. In the end, Hazel won quite easily. She did encounter him once in her journey, practising his stances by balancing bowls over his body. He did motion her to engage in combat, and after a flurry of strikes, none of the bowls had fallen, showcasing his expertise in God Fist. "Here I come!" She spoke as the two clashed fists.
Ruby gave her sister the stink eye. "I told you, the other me is screwed." She said, prompting Yang to scratch the back of her head and give her an apologetic grin.
"It isn't that bad," She started, "At least he won't seriously harm you."
Elsewhere on the field, two fighters were back to back, facing the hordes of Jack-8s that were present.
Both Qrow and Winter gapsed at the new figures that made an appearance. Winter was shocked due to the weapon she had while Qrow was shocked due to how old he was. "Why the hell am I old like Ozpin?" He asked, making the headmaster frown at the question.
"I am young." He mumbled as he took a sip of his coffee.
"This is because unlike Raven who was dead for quite some time, you aged normally." Adra said.
Raven gave a laugh, "Hah, suck it old man." She teased her brother he just huffed in response.
Winter frowned as she used her sword to sweep at the Jack-8s around her. She was the leader of the Sparrows, a group of ninja-like warriors who were spread around the globe in an effort to keep peace and kill violent individuals. She used her glasses to scan the Jack-8s that appeared once again, striking the weak point they had.
Winter smiled as her other position was made apparent. Willow was also happy as her daughter in that world had a good position as well. Looking at how the two of them had branched off, she made plans to remake the company her father had made but in a better light, perhaps in the same manner as the Sparrows, and have Winter lead the charge.
"Any difficulties, sir?" She called out to her ally, Qrow Branwen, the old leader of the Zwei Foundation.
Qrow took a sip of his whiskey and laughed, "Told ya you'd call me sir one day." He raised his flask to the elder sibling of the Schnees.
Winter frowned, but then gave a laugh, "Yeah, you were right, old man." She teased the man, prompting a laugh from everyone, bar the Branwen who just gave a 'Hey!'.
The Foundation was something he had started in an effort to combat the aggressive expanse of the Branwen Zaibatsu, aiming to help the poor, and to piss off his sister.
Qrow nodded at that, "Yeah, that's something I'd do." He then looked at Adra, "Though, that doesn't explain how I know Winter."
"That's because during Winter's journey as a fighter, she had trained under you." She said, shocking the two in question, "You also trained Nora Valkyrie of that world as well."
Nora nodded to the scythe user, thanking him for teaching her other.
"Heh, nothing I can't handle." Qrow said as he used Wing-Chun to effectively handle the Jack-8s that stood before them. "Though I am worried about that student of yours, what's her name again?" He asked as he parried a punch and delivered a combination of power yet effective punches to the chest of a Jack-8 that tried to attack him.
Everyone were impressed with his fighting style, with Taiyang being the main one as Qrow had a similar mentality like Ruby regarding weapons, being sorta dependent on them.
"It looks a little like the fighting style Ruby was using, having counters, but his seemed more polished." Yang said.
Weiss, however, was more interested in her sister's student, as was Winter.
"Pyrrha?" Winter asked as she jumped over a low sweep from one of the G Corp soldiers and stabbed the offender. "I trust her to do well, she isn't Master Sparrow for no reason."
Said girl blushed with the praise she was given.
Said fighter was currently fighting Mercury. She had a certain grudge against him as he had been the one to endanger the life of one of her underlings.
Nora, Ren and Ruby frowned at the appearance of Mercury, while Pyrrha was replaying her fight with him during their time in Beacon.
"Nice attire, Pyrrha." Yang teased the red headed warrior who blushed.
No words were spoken between the two as Mercury dodged the several life threatening strikes Pyrrha delivered. Mercury was a member of the Russian military, tasked with capturing Yang so the government could experiment on her and understand the powers of the Devil gene.
"Remind me to punch him right in the face when we meet him again." Yang said with a glaring hatred for the man.
Emerald nodded, "I'll hold him down for you as well." She really hated him, mainly because of how much of an ego he had.
He performed a feint and was able to strike Pyrrha, however, she burst into smoke and he was kicked in the face by her as she appeared above him. Pyrrha smiled internally at that. Training to get even stronger was a smart move for her, especially when Mercury was quite a lethal enemy.
Pyrrha and her friends were worried for a while when Mercury landed a hit on her, however, they all were shocked when she burst into smoke and landed a hit. "What was that?" Pyrrha wondered.
"That's one of the several techniques the Pyrrha of that world knows, having mastered ninjitsu to a higher degree which granted her the position of Master Sparrow."
Needless to say, even Pyrrha was impressed with her other's abilities.
Elsewhere on the battlefield, a mother and a daughter were fighting. "I thought you didn't want anything to do with me?" Kali asked.
"Oh it's me." Kali said, surprised at her sudden appearance on the scene. She had assumed that living a life of relative peace would have made her immune to such events, but guess not. "Wait, I'm fighting Blake!" She noted, horrified that her other would do that.
"Mom, it's okay, don't worry." Blake said as she held the hand of her mother.
She was one of the Belladonna sisters, assassins from Ireland who had allied themselves with G Corp. She always had a plan to kill anyone she met if things went south. She was the one tasked by Salem, by brainwashing, to kill Raven, but in the end, she ended up allying herself with the Branwen.
"Belladonna sisters?" Kali asked.
"In this world, both Kali and Sienna are sisters, assassins and the two of them have a sort of rivalry" Adra replied.
"Okay, ignoring the bleak outlook on meeting people," Qrow started, "The fact that that world's Salem could control people by brainwashing is really dangerous."
"It's not entirely impossible." Ozpin said as he took a sip, "I believe there have been some allies of her that would not have been on her side under normal conditions." That was a horrifying thought.
"I don't, but I do need to stop this madness." Blake said. She was wearing a large coat which she shed promptly when Kali became her opponent. While yes, she was her daughter, she wasn't of a conventional birth, being born out of an experiment.
"Experiment?" Blake wondered.
The Branwen Zaibatsu needed better soldiers and what better way to have the parents be, via DNA, Ghira, a legendary boxer, and Kali Belladonna, a trained killer. Kali was cryogenically frozen when her DNA was taken to make Blake. However, due to her lifetime of experience as a killer, Kali held no affection for her daughter, which did bother Blake at first, but she had met Sun, Neptune and most importantly, Oscar, whose mother, Emma, had been there for her and been the mother in her life.
Kali frowned at how her other was treating her own daughter. She grabbed Blake and pulled her into a hug, "Remember kitten, I'll always be there for you, no matter what." She said as Blake smiled, finally happy to be with her parents after a long time of fighting.
Kali just grinned as she pulled out her two pistols and began to shoot at Blake, who promptly ducked and dodged under them due to her skills as a boxer.
"That's honestly impressive," Qrow commented, "The fact that she has no Aura to enhance her abilities so that's just pure reaction speed."
Kali, on the other hand, was horrified at the image of her trying to shoot her daughter.
A few meters away in the same field, two more fighters were back to back, fighting against the hordes of G Corp soldiers and the Jacks that were zeroing in on them.
Blake hissed at the appearance of the two new fighters while Yang and her family snarled. Why was Adam here?
Yang rubbed her rubbed her right arm, suddenly feeling phantom pains on seeing the man once again.
Pyrrha, on the other hand, was concerned as well seeing that Cinder was present in the fight as well.
Were the two on Raven's side? It would have made sense.
Adam grunted as he easily defeated the enemies that had been surrounding him.
Now Blake was confused, why was Adam fighting the Jack-7s and Jack-8s? Was he…. was he one of the good guys in this universe? She held out hope because despite being one of the two responsible for his death, she still believed that there was a chance to help him. But betrayal after betrayal changed him.
"Still don't get why you're helping Yang." His ally at the moment, Cinder, said with a slight smirk. She was the illegitimate daughter of Heihachi, and was tasked before his untimely death. As such, she was the one carrying out his will, intent of defeating and killing both Raven and Yang. However, why was she helping Yang? Simple, if things went according to plan, both Raven and Yang would be dead, and if they weren't then she'd swoop in to kill them.
"Tracks for her personality, but it's shocking to see her as a good person, or somewhat of one this time." Nora said.
"Hey, she wants me dead, in what way is that good?" Yang said.
Ren took the moment to explain, "I mean, look it from a layman's perspective, everything that has happened up till now, from the deaths to the revival of the devil itself, has been due to the presence of the devil gene in the world."
Yang looked put off by that but ultimately agreed to that.
Adam grunted. "I have my own reasons." He really hated her as she was the reason why his sister was dead. During the genocide she committed, his sister, Eve was killed on her wedding day. As he held her dead body, he swore revenge, and he was extremely close to killing her a few months ago, but he noticed that she had no will to live. He had left her, telling her that killing her at that point was useless, and he'll be back to kill her once she wanted to live. And right now, he was helping Yang get what she wanted, get so close to figuring out her life, and that's when he wanted to kill her, that's when he wanted her to experience the same despair he felt.
Yang was dismayed on hearing that. She would have been fought against Adam again, but in this world, Adam was one of her victims. She then imagined what she would do if Ruby was the one who was killed, and the rage she felt within her heart made her realize that he was right in that regard. She grabbed Ruby and delivered a hug to her, not letting her go.
Taiyang, however, winced, "Ooof, that's not a good sign." He said, making both Raven and Summer look at him, "The fact that Adam was able to beat Yang but didn't kill her is a sign that he is stronger than he looks."
Raven understood, "And with her now having a will to live, Adam won't be pulling his punches any time soon."
Back with Raven and Yang, the older Branwen smirked as Yang seemed to be seriously hurt, "This is as far as you go, Yang." She said as she raised a fist, filled with electric aura. "And being completely honest, I always wanted to have you by my side." She said as she launched a fist at Yang, intent on ending her.
Nora suddenly spoke up, distracting the Branwen woman from the agony she was feeling, "Wait up, this is weird."
"What do you mean?" Weiss said.
"I mean, most of us have seen alternate versions of ourselves, but we haven't seen Jaune yet." She started, "Like, isn't this supposed to show us where Jaune is?"
Their eyes widened as they realized that while they all were interested in looking at their alternate selves, they all had forgotten who they actually were looking for.
Yang closed her eyes, awaiting her impending death. When it didn't came, she opened it to see Raven's fist in front of her, just a few centimetres away from impact. What did shock her was the massive amount of sweat that had formed on her face. And what was with all the fog around her?
Everyone were shocked on seeing that happen. Raven stopped dead in her track and scared. "This is getting intense." Yang said as Raven agreed.
"He's here." She heard Raven mutter.
Yang looked around and then she felt it. That aura. It was far beyond anything she had thought. "Who's here?" She asked as she got to her feet. Was it Salem? It wasn't possible since she killed her a couple years ago as a way to get revenge for killing her father.
Both Qrow and Ozpin spat out their drinks and looked at the blond brawler, who was just in shock as well.
"That's my girl!" Taiyang said as he clasped his daughter's shoulder to congratulate her.
"Are we going to ignore that the aura scares both Raven and Yang in that world?" Weiss asked but was ignored as the family was celebrating Yang defeating Salem.
"I met him only once, fought him with all I got, and even then, I was defeated." Raven said as she looked around nervous. Yang looked at her, shocked on hearing that. "Listen, we might need to work together to stand a chance." She said as she looked at her daughter.
"Woah that's a major personality change from how she was." Summer commented. Everyone were concerned with the person who was arriving that could force Rvaen to change her tune that much.
Yang frowned at that as she adopted a defensive stance, "And why should I?" She asked. "If he has come for you, why shouldn't I just screw off with my team and let you deal with him?" She looked around, "Who is he anyway?"
Raven snarled at that, "Trust me, this is one person you don't want to challenge blindly. He was contacted by my mother, Kazumi, to killed my father since she feared that he may lead the world into disarray." Looking around for the person, she continued, "He actually fought Heihachi and won, and even I battled him, used my Devil Form to be on par with him, though that was just a wishful thinking. I remember him saying that he had left us alone for all of these years because he wanted a challenge."
All eyes were wide with shock at the power being mentioned by Raven.
"So he's some really old dude?"
"Hardly." Raven replied, "He, for some reason, is still young. How that is possible, I don't know. The only thing I know is that he's called Akuma." She told her, replaying parts of her battle.
Everyone on the field stopped fighting, even the cyborgs, as they felt the power appear on the field as the fog rolled in. And that's when they all saw him.
Everyone were in awe at the power this Akuma commanded.
He moved in the fog, or one could the fog move with him. While they couldn't see him, only his silhouette, they could see that he was extremely muscular, and had spiky hair that was tied in the middle. When he moved, no sound was made, showing his expertise.
Taiyang knew what level of mastery that Akuma had to elicit such control of his body.
Pyrrha frowned as she sensed the energy that was being presented by the new comer. She looked at Winter who was looking at him with her glasses. "Any thing on him, maam?" She asked.
Winter frowned as the person suddenly looked at her, his red eyes glowing through the fog.
"Okay, that's kinda creepy." Ruby said as Akuma appeared more menacing than as a hero.
She shook her head negative, "Nothing on him. It seems we might need to make some journey." She then pressed the earpiece that she wore, "Whitely, can you find out where this person lives?" She asked her brother, "Also, tell Weiss we'll be pulling out so get her to get everyone on our team away from here. I feel as if this person will be doing our job for us."
"That's smart idea." Winter commented on the actions of her other self.
Raven and Yang looked around them as the fog began to subside. "I think your friends are leaving." Raven said. "Some allies they are."
Yang frowned, "I'd want them to leave, to be honest, since we're up against this person."
Soon the fog dispersed and there he stood a few metres away. Jaune wore a dark blue gi, his hair was an extremely dark blonde and his beard long, his iris red and sclera black. He wore prayer beads around his neck and wore sandals.
"JAUNE?!" Both Yang and Pyrrha called out, with Glynda in shock as well on how it was her son that scared Raven that much. She felt an immense pride in that fact yet was disheartened as well on the fact that her son wasn't present at the moment.
Ozpin looked at Glynda as he smirked, "Told you that Jaune is destined for great things." He said as both Glynda and Dore looked down in anguish.
"That's our team leader, GOOOO JAUNE!" Nora yelled as she waved a giant flag with the initials for JNPR embedded on to it. Where she got it from, not even Adra knew.
"Scary!" Ruby said as they all stared at the visage of Jaune that was before them.
"What's wrong with him to have such an appearance?" Glynda asked, concerned for her son.
"He has the Satsui no Hado, a state of being that fills the user with immense power." Adra provided.
"Oh no." Ren said as everyone looked at him, "That translates to Surge of Murderous Intent." He told of the meaning and that made everyone concerned for him.
"Why does he has that?" Dore asked.
"Well, he's experienced in the Anatskuken, the Assassin style of fighting and that's how he learned to enter that mode." Adra explained as everyone looked on. "And with that, he can also use the Shun Goku Satsu."
"Instant Hell Murder." Ren mumbled, not liking this one bit.
"Daughter of Raven, you are not my target, so I'll let you leave." He spoke with an extremely deep voice.
Yang frowned as snarled, "Beat it, she's my target." She spoke as she readied herself for a fight.
"Perhaps not the smartest thing I would have done in that position." Yang commented as everyone agreed with her. They didn't envy that Yang.
Akuma (Jaune) closed his eyes as his aura flared, sending the two back. "It seems this will be the last fight you two will ever have, prepare yourself!" He said, opening his eyes and getting into a fighting stance.
"Woah!" Ruby and Yang said as they saw the pressure of that Jaune's aura sending them back.
Pyrrha was in awe as well.
They all had a tense face off, none of them moving an inch. Suddenly, Jaune widened his stance.
"He's very open to attacks." Pyrrha commented.
"It's very weird." Taiyang agreed with the girl, "But it feels weird that he's doing that. I think this is a build up to something."
He began to glow red as he lifted one knee. What shocked the mother daughter duo was the fact that he had began to glide towards them at a very fast pace and cleared the gap quite easily, now staring down at them,
"Woah!" Everyone said.
"What just happened?" Ruby said, awe in her eyes.
"That was the Ashura Senku, a move that warriors with the Satsui no Hado can use which allows them to phase through attacks, object and people." Adra explained as Jaune's sisters were amazed at their brother's abilities.
All around them, the fighters could hardly believe what was happening, but they knew that at this point, the damage to the environment would be too much. As such, Winter's timely call for an evacuation came, allowing Yang's team to escape, with Ruby looking at her half-sister, hoping that she'd stay safe.
Yang and Raven breathed a sigh of relief as their friends made their escape.
As the three began to clash, it was evident that this time, their fists met fate itself.
As the viewing ended, Ruby had just a few words to say, "THAT WAS AWESOME!" Nora agreed as everyone began to murmur.
Taiyang, concerned for the other versions of his wife and daughter, spoke up, "Um, what happened in the fight?" He knew that the power Jaune displayed was stronger than both of them. This got the attention of everyone, especially Yang and Raven.
"They both were on the brink of defeat, even after using their devil forms," Adra started, "However, Akuma, or as he's known to you, Jaune, did not kill them as Taiyang came in between them, convincing Jaune to leave them."
"Wait, Tai's alive, but we thought he was dead?" Raven asked.
"While yes, he was on the brink of defeat at the hands of Salem, Jaune appeared to fight Salem." Adra explained, making Summer, Raven, Ruby and Yang be thankful at the other Jaune, "However, he did not kill Salem as he saw her beneath him and deemed her unworthy of his power."
"Damn, the brat's strong in this world." Qrow said.
"But why didn't dad come back?" Yang asked.
"To explain it in a simple manner, Taiyang had sustained serious injuries during his fight with Salem and was on the brink of death. While Jaune had given him enough energy to survive, it wasn't enough and he went into what can be called a spiritual coma."
This caused the family to breath again, happy that Taiyang had survived, "And after that, he recuperated his powers." Adra added on, "With this, this viewing comes to an end. What did you all think?" She asked.
"It was awesome, especially the part where we all kicked butt." Nora exclaimed with her friends nodding along. "But I really wanna see what the Shun Goki stuff is." She said.
"Shun Goku Satsu." Ren corrected her.
"We can see that in the next viewing." Adra said as they all got seated for another one.

Next we will be have the group react to rage arts, most of them being from Tekken 8 and some being from Tekken 7.
Scene that I want some answers on:
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: I am torn between Abbachio's death and Jotaro's death. Might use both of them separately, or just one, so leave a reivew on what you think is the best. If I use both of them, they'll have one chapter to them.
