chapter 1
HOP! HOP! HOP! HOP!
"Hey guys wait up a little will yah. Dave said you have to be nice to me and I can't keep up with you guys." Alvin shouted a little.
And so Alvin kept on hopping along slowly like a rabbit as his family and friends were talking and walking away from school. But he was also falling behind do to his shorter legs that he's got."
But the problem was whenever he hopped, his strawberry colored diaper would be seen by others. And that was because of a cute…well not just cute, a very cute red and strawberry colored frilly dress would fly up in the air as he hopped along that Eleanor made for him to have as clothing to wear.
Now his other problem was…he was now a girl pet rabbit because of Simon's mutation ray chamber. You see Alvin became the families pet and has been living as a pet for his family every since he went to court. And it was a Court order the Alvin stays as a pet until further notice..
"Come on guys!" Alvin called out again trying to get their attention. Seeing the girls and his brothers get further and further ahead of him. "So not far this happened to me and… Oh no not again! I hate being diaper dependent and I…I… Now my diaper is really loaded more than ever and is about to explode or burst open."
Alvin continues. "I just know Simon had something to do with me being being diaper dependent and..." Said Alvin shaking his right rabbit paw in the air in frustration. "It would serve you guys right if a hawk came down and grabbed me for lunch. Then every one would be like...oh no Alvin's gone because of a hawk. What are we going to tell Dave. Then Dave would be—"
And before Alvin could even finish his own sentence, he suddenly heard a faint scream to a screech sound that sounded like 'kree-eeee-art' from the sky. It was a Red-tailed Hawk soaring in the sky looking for his next meal to eat.
"Wait lord I'm sorry! I really didn't mean what I just said and I don't wanna be lunch either. I'm just having a really, really bad day today. Especially on the first day of school and—" Alvin said as he was looking somewhere to hide when he sees a mail box near by. Now grabbing onto the mail box post for dear life and for some protection, Alvin then looks up to see where this hawk is at.
"Huh? What the... Now where did that hawk go? I still can hear his cries in the sky, but don't see him now."
Now with the group.
Simon and the rest of them were talking paying not much attention to Alvin. Who happened to be a full block behind everyone by now. As for why no one was paying attention to Alvin. Well it's because everyone learned how to tone out Alvin's little wines that he does every day. But after a while of not hearing Alvin wine at all, one of them finally look behind to see.
"Hey guys, where's Alvin?" Brittany said with a raised eyebrow as she turned around to look and to see if Alvin was still with them or not. Also Brittany was the first one to really notice Alvin's little wine's had finally stopped altogether with his constant complaining.
"Don't you mean Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles." Piped Theodore with his own two cents.
"Well yeah whatever. But seriously where's Alvin…our pet rabbit?" Brittany asked with a slight worry. But for good reason.
"Oh I bet he's just playing hide and seek from us for some fun and—" Spoke Simon before getting cut off by Brittany again.
"Simon you, you…pensive academic brainiac and I'm seriously this time! Also where is he…she…heim post to hide at smarty-pants and it's not like he's invisible to everyone. Because right now we're on a sidewalk with mail boxes. The same sidewalk that has no bushes or shrubs nearby for him to hide in. The same sidewalk that has nothing but grass next to it. So tell me pensive academic brain. Where is she post to even hide at and where is our pet rabbit?" Brittany said with a slight demand and being a little frustrated with Simon.
"Ok, ok keep your shirt on." Said Simon as he held his hands up in the air as he started to walk away from a very irritated Brittany. "Don't need to be so, so bluntly with me and I'll help you look for Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles." Simon said with a laugh because of Alvin's new pet name that he now has.
"You mean we already lost Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles. My pet bunny? I mean our pet bunny already?" Theodore said with a slight worry.
"Oh no Theodore. We didn't loose Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles. She lost us and we are going to…going to help lo her look for us ok." Said Eleanor making Theodore feel better knowing how gullible he was.
"Oh ok." Spoke Theodore innocently enough.
"Oh, for Pete's sake Simon, you're obvious too blind with your stupid glasses to even see. So don't even bother looking. And here gimme those. I'll try looking for her myself." Brittany said getting a little impatient as she held out her hand expecting his glasses in her hand.
"Ok, ok here just take them already. Just don't hurt me in the process. And now I'm blind as a bat and can't see a blasted thing in from me. Not even my hand."
And so Brittany started using Simons glasses. She used them like they were magnifying binoculars away from her eyes. But not holding them against her eyes like she normally would if she had sunglasses.
"Here you go Eleanor. You can use my glasses like Brittany and I already know how this is going to play out. So no need to even ask me. But I will ask you to be very careful with them ok."
"Don't worry Jeanette, I'm holding them like Brittany away from my face and eye and… Oh there she is and… Wow! She's way, way down there at the end of the next road guys. I can see her at the very end of the block. In fact she's… I think she holding on to the mail box post. But why is she?"
"Oh that's why." Brittany said very quietly to her self not letting others her what she just said. Especially after seeing a Red-tailed Hawk soaring in the sky with Simon's glasses. "Here you go Simon and BOY! Your eyesight is really bad compared to Jeanettes. Your glasses are very powerful and thick to see with.
"Huh? Say what now? I'm not that damn blind yet. And what on earth did you even see in the first place?" Asked Simon who is trying to figure out what Brittany meant.
"Don't ask questions if you don't want answers to and lets just go quickly and see if Alvin is ok…. ok." Brittany said trying to get everyone to move quickly down the street.
"Brittany," said Eleanor getting very close to her sister. "What on earth did you really see and why the rush to get Alvin…our pet rabbit?" Eleanor asked her oldest sister very quietly to her ear.
"If you must know, I saw a Red-tailed Hawk soaring in the sky ok and I didn't want to alarm everyone. Especially little Theodore ok. So let's go already." Said Brittany in a quiet huff.
"YOU SAY A WHAT NOW! I mean… Brittany's right guys. We should get going quickly as possible and see if Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles is doing ok.. Because I'm sure she could use our company right about now." Said Eleanor urging everyone along more quickly.
Now back with Alvin.
"Well I don't see that hawk anywhere and his and his cries are getting less and less? So I guess its safe to say I'm not gonna be lunch anymore. But still…oh lord, thank you for not making me lunch today." Alvin said doing the cross peace sign as he finally let go of the mail post for protection.
HOP! HOP! HOP! HOP!
"Well Alvin buddy…or should I say… 'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles.' After all, that is my…my… (Alvin took a gulp to himself.) My new name until it gets changed to some other pet's name. And it's going to be a very, long, long way home."
HOP…CRAW…HOP.
"I can't believe what the judge said to me during my trial three months ago and I have to stay and keep living as the family's pet until further notice… And have to accept I'm nothing more than just a pet to my family. I'm everyones pet and I have to let my family have their fun with me as their pet no matter what or how I feel."
CRAW…HOP
"Like me having to wear this stupid, stupid, stupid strawberry frilly dress…with me wearing a stupid, stupid, stupid strawberry shortcake diaper because I'm a girl rabbit for the time being. And what's even worse, the girls love dress me up. Wherever be getting ready for bed or getting ready for the day. I'm still being dressed by the girls… And why—all because Theodore wanted me to be his cute bunny rabbit for a few weeks. And I know the girls must've talked…rather they probably bribed Theodore with lots and lots a cookies for me to-be a girl rabbit, instead of me being a boy pet rabbit."
SLOW…CRAW…HOP
"Though I do have to hand it to Theodore. He knew what he wanted me to be from the start. Which is why I'm a… (…sight of Al, looking himself…) I guess I'm sorta a cinnamon to a havana colored rabbit with very long ears. Which happens to be very rare color for a rabbit. And now I look really cute in this stupid dress. This stupid dress even makes me look like a real girl rabbit. Why can't I just be a boy pet instead. If my family wants me to be a g-i-r-l pet, thats fine. But they could at least be really nice to me and let me be dresses like a boy pet. (…sight…) Although I guess I should consider myself lucky I don't have my nails painted…yet."
SLOW…CRAW
"I don't wanna look cute in a dress. I wanna look cool and awesome like I used to be when I was a chipmunk. And I'm pretty sure to almost pretty positive the girls… Well I think they wanted me to be a white pet rabbit instead, but thats just my opinion. But I think Theodore mustard manage to hold his ground and he got what he wanted from the start. And I must say, I'm very proud of him for doing that."
CRAW…HOP
"But my family could've and should've helped me better today. Like making sure I'm not late for classes and such. Or get taken and tagged from the zoo today either. At least the security guard saw me yelling and stoped that thug from taking me from the zoo… And lord, I'm not saying I like school and all. But this is 'NOT' helping at all. And Dave still would make me go no matter what I say... And because of my brothers and adopted sisters. I got several tardy slips today. Which is why I got TWO HOURS of detention tomorrow after school."
HOP… SLOW…CRAW
"Simon you, you…pensive academic brainiac! This is the second time…or the fifth time you've lost me today and…never mind. Because I still have a long ways to go before I get home."
Meanwhile at the Seville's home.
"Oh good, the mail came." Dave said as he was sitting at his desk watching the mail man leave from the window. "I'll go get the mail and see what came today."
And so after getting the mail and sifting through it, he came to a very important letter that had a yellow package with it.
The letter contained a federal government emblem seal with the superior Court address on the side. The envelope even has the red and white stripes all the way across the front. And which that made Dave very nervous. Because the last time he got something like this, he had to take his son Alvin to the Supreme Court in Washington, DC.
"I hope this is good news, instead of more bad news," Dave said as he felt uneasy with worry as he opened the letter. And so he quickly tour the envelope open like it was on fire and beginning reading the litter.
The government letter reads.
Dear Mr. David Seville.
After a lengthy trial of three months, we have came to a final decision with all the criminating evidence against Alvin Seville. Especially with the government side of things and therefore. It is in our best interest that Alvin Seville shall remain as a family's pet for the rest of his natural life.
This was the best life sentence punishment we can think of because of all the crimes he has committed. Alvin Seville isn't really a murderer, nor really a thief and that makes him not really a bad guy to be sent to prison for life. All the crimes that Alvin Seville have caused fall under the gray area field. Which is why we come up with an alternating life sentence punishment for Alvin Seville.
But because your son has family and has siblings, the vice president and president Trump has asked that we rectify our decision a little.
The rectify decision is….
Because Alvin Seville is now declared, regarded and registered as a pet in every single database around the world until a very old age. Alvin will be able to attend every single event and go everywhere with his family as a pet. This includes going to places that don't allow pets at all. Alvin will be able to ride with his family on airplanes as well.
But it will be up to the airport's decision how Alvin Seville rides on a airplane. So he may have to ride with the other pets in a small pet cage on an airplane just like a real pet would have to. And we the government would prefer this method with Alvin in a small pet cage on a airplane anyways. And again it will be up to the airports decision how Alvin Seville rides and how persuasive you can be to the Airport Manager. All the Airport Managers have been informed of Alvin Seville.
And Alvin shall be treated like he is a real pet with no rights of his own accept for having pet rights. And Alvin must accept he is nothing more than a pet and must accept he can't do anything about having to be a pet for the rest of his life. And he must accept that he may have to be walked with a leash at certain places like a real pet would have to.
The rectify decision also includes….
Alvin will be getting a special government issued badge/license/ID and will be getting a pet collar with tags. New tags will be issued to Alvin Seville every year. His pet collar with tags will make sure that Alvin doesn't wind up in doggy jail, or any other pet jail. Alvin Seville must were his pet collar with tags all the time and his pet collar is anti-theft proof.
Alvin's pet collar is a lockable collar and cannot be removed without a very special key. The pet collar is virtually indestructible by all means. The pet collar and tags will withstand 30 tons of force, won't melt until it reaches 10,000° and can't be cut off by simple methods at home. The pet collar with tags is made of a very special metal called Adamantium.
The last rectify decision is…
Alvin Seville will be able to have one hearing at court. The hearing will happen when Alvin has completed a high school education and completed an eight year college degree oh his choice. The hearing will be decided if Alvin can be a chipmunk again and not have to keep living as a pet. The hearing will have the government, the judges decision, vice president and the new president in the same court room together. The decision will be made if all agree and in any one of the four doesn't agree. Alvin seville will have to remain a pet for the rest of his life with no possible of parole or another hearing later.
The other last rectify decision is…
Alvin can be….….….…. And the other form that will be allowed for Alvin to be is….….….…. When in that form, Alvin must dress accordingly with the works no matter what. No exception! And that form is for very important documents or events that require him not to be a pet. Again no exceptions!
In the yellow package, is Alvin's government issued badge/license/ID and his pet collar with tags. You are responsible for putting a new picture of what kind of pet Alvin looks like in his new government ID.
"Oh Alvin…" Dave said as he shook his head feeling really bad for his son. "I promise you still are family…even if you have to keep living as our pet for life ok."
Now with the group.
"This is the second time…or the fifth time today you've managed to lose me today Simon."
"I did not lose you Alvin, you're just too slow to keep up and…." Said Simon as he trailed off realizing he probably said the wrong thing to say.
"Oh right, so everything has been my fault ever since I became the family's pet. And now it's my fault I can't keep up with everyone. It's also my fault I got lost…left behind at the zoo and it's also my fault I got my ears tagged like the other rabbits at the same zoo too, right?"
"Well maybe you wanted to…hear better with permanent Earrings that could be antennas?" Simon said with a hesitant light chuckle as he was teasing his brother because of having his ears tagged.
"What! You think I got these installed in my ears for better radio reception. Put your stupid glasses back on and it's not like I said… 'Hey vet lady over here! I'm a lost rabbit that needs a new home.'… Now come on Si."
"Simon. It really was your fault that you lost Alvin at the zoo today." Brittany said as she jumped in right after Alvin trying to make a point. And trying to defuse the situation between both brothers.
"How is this my fault and you're just taking sides with the family's pet…. The family's pesty pet if I might add. A very troublesome pet. And if it my fault, I want some proof. So show me the proof right now if you have any!" Said Simon not expecting a comeback from Brittany.
"You want some proof, fine here! And FYI, I'm not taking sides Samantha." Said Brittany as she took out a recording glaring at Simon."
'It's Simon, NOT SAMANTHA BRITTANY AND I'M A BOY, NOT A G—I- R—L, GILRL! Like Alvin is right now.' Thought Simon getting a little irritated from Brittany."
The recording shows that Theodore went to the bathroom. And everyone else went to do something for a few minutes putting Simon last on watch. And it shows that Simon was way too busy paying attention to the reptiles when answering 'yeah sure go ahead and I'll keep eye out' to everyone as they left.
"Oh? I guess it really was my fault after all… Hey wait a minute here, why do you even have a recording of us. And I would like to know why you're even spying on me for?"
"What! Me spy on you… God no and why would I record you for. You're just a boring science geek book nerd. The recording is for Alvin and she…he…she still has some homework to do ok. And I was going to help him…her with the assignment later smarty-pants. Now can you name all the places we been? Because there are 14 places we had to visit at the zoo for our assignment."
"Well there was the reptiles and…never mind. I know where this is going." Said Simon, admitting defeat.
"Some brother you are. You don't even care about my well-being at all. And you just said I'm just the family's pet…. The annoying troublesome pesky pet who's a bother to everyone." Said Alvin as he begin thumping the ground with his right hind leg in frustration with his brother.
"I do to care about your well-being Alvin, I was just—" Said Simon getting cut off.
"No you don't. You don't care what happens to me at all stupid egg head." Said Alvin as his blue eyes starting to turn black in color by now.
"Hey take that back Alvin or ill…" Spoke Simon getting mad at his brother for the name calling. Then he stopped when Simon took notice of his brother's eyes starting to go from blue to all black. Even the girls along with Theodore took notice of Alvin Seville's eyes changing color.
"Don't even start on me Simon because I'm not in the mood right now." Alvin said as his eyes finally became very, very dark blue to black in color by now.
"Hey guys thats enough of that and I don't like it when the two of you fight ok." Theodore spoke getting in between his brother's and maybe to break it up. "Now say you're r sorry and I mean both of you at the same time ok."
"…" 'I think better just be quiet until we get home and I know better than to push Alvin when he's like this. Especially when he turns his eyes from blue to black.' Thought Simon not wanting to answer.
"Why bother." Alvin said very very quietly to himself. So quietly that no one heard him…all while looking at the ground and away from Simon.
"Here, I'll carry you home Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles." Theodore said happily as he started picking up his brother the pet rabbit off the ground.
"Hey be careful with her ok Theodore." Eleanor said to her best friend.
"Don't worry Ellie I will." Theodore said with a smile.
"Theodore I'm… You're gonna drop me if you pick me up like that and I don't feel…" Alvin said feeling very insecure in Theodore's arms before struggling to get lose as his brother picking him up.
"Alvin quit moving already. You're gonna be fine ok and….ow that hurts." Theodore said instantly dropping his brother after letting go of him.
"Ow Theodore you're not supposed to drop me like that." Said Alvin rubbing his bottom a little. 'At least I have some cushion doo to a full diaper when I landed.' Thought Alvin to himself.
"Alvin are you alright?" Asked Brittany with concern.
"Yeah I'm fine Brittany and 'TEDDY!' Be more careful with me and I know I'm small, but I'm not THAT DAMN SMALL!"
"Hey look, I know I accidentally dropped you and I'm sorry I did. But I only dropped you because you scratch me with your hind legs, and you got some VERY sharp claws on you."
"Look Theodore I'm sorry I yelled at you ok. I just… I just I don't like being picked up like that and it feels like you're always gonna drop me when you pick me up and which you did drop me."
"I only dropped you because you scratched me and you're heavy. Much heavier than normal and much heavier than this morning."
"That's because I'm loaded with pallets twinkle toes and you'd be heavier too with a FULLY loaded diaper on you." Alvin said fairly quietly and Theodore picked up on it real fast.
"Are you saying that you're…. Simon change your brother this instant. Because I'm not doing that part."
"Why me and why do I get to do the voluntold the pleasure. 'He's not even my pet and it was post to be my turn this round'." Grumbled Simon as he said the last part quietly to himself not expecting his other brother to hear him.
"Theodore smack him for me and yes, he has to change me no mater what or how he feels. After all he did lose me several times and because he's post to be the responsible one of the three of us. Besides all that, not my fault you lost your turn Simon, so don't take it on me either and which you have been. And yes, I heard you loud and clear when others couldn't."
"WHAT! But how? I'm not gonna do that and…" Before Simon could even finish, Theodore smacked him on the back of his head hard enough to make a point. "Ow, ow Theodore, that, that hurts. You didn't have to do a Gibbs move on me and I can't believe you just smacked me in the back of my head like that."
"Want another demonstration or are you going to change Alvin? Now hurry up and change him already or do you need me to smack you on the other side of your head."
"No, no that's quite all right Theodore, once was enough and how would you like it if I… Never mind. You got that little brother make me feel guilty protection all over you."
"Theodore smack him anyways because he needs to be reminded who he is. And no buts either Teddy."
"…Smack…"
"Hey! I said I was going to change him. Now quit reminding me and not so damn hard ok."
Site of Simon changing Alvin into another diaper and Simon about to pass out from the smell of the diaper.
By now the girls were looking at each other wondering if it might be best to separate Alvin from his brothers and before long, one of them spoke up.
"I thing Alvin need a break from his…rather she needs a brake her brothers for a while." Spoke one of the girls giggling and laughing and soon all three were laughing together.
'Har har very funny girls. I'm only a girl pet because someone wanted me to be a girl pet.' Thought Alvin who was not amused at the time.
"Hey Eleanor and Jeanette, wanna get a pedicure with me? I was thinking of going to Nails Я us and then go to Hoops & Huggies For Chipmunks. Because they might have some cute earrings that I might like to get."
"Sure I'll go with you Brittany and it sounds like fun." Said Eleanor happily.
"I think I'll take a rain check this time Brittany and thanks for the offer thought. And besides me and Simon have some important business with a computer at home anyways. So we'll see you later." Jeanette spoke with a smile.
"Ok then and we'll be taking Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles with us for a while." Said Eleanor before asking Simon a question. "Hey Simon, can I see your backpack for a few minutes. Because I need to do something?" Asked Eleanor.
And soon Simon sees his stuff being stuffed in Jeanettes backpack and sees Alvin bring stuff in his backpack with his head sticking out before asking why?
"Um Eleanor? Do I even bother asking why Alvin is in MY BACKPACK?" Ask Simon in disbelief.
"Well for starters, I'm not going to have Alvin hop the whole time with us." Spoke Eleanor.
"And two…Alvin needs a break from you and Theodore. Because both of you seem to have some issues that needs to be resolved at home. So thats why Alvin is coming with me and Eleanor." Said Brittany to Simon and Theodore.
'Way to go spirited warriors, you tell them for me girls.' though Alvin to himself.
A little while latter at the Seville's home.
"Hey Simon…please have a seat before doing your homework upstairs." Dave said feeling uneasy about the news. "Because theres something you need to know and Theodore, you might as well hear this too. So go ahead and sit next to your brother ok. And Jeanette, I will have the same important talk with you and your sisters at the same time when they get here ok. So for the time being, go do your homework in the treehouse."
"Ok Dave." Said Jeanette wondering what important talk would happen with her and her sisters together.
"Whats wrong Dave?" Asked Simon hugging his little brother.
"This is whats wrong boys." Said Dave handing Simon the government letter except the last part of what Alvin can be.
"What! Seriously!" Shouted Simon after reading the letter.
"Yeah, what my brother said and can they really do that to my brother?" Asked Theodore after reading the letter.
"Is this even for real Dave? Is there another court you can go to, to stop this from happening?" Ask Simon.
"Yes they can, yes it's for real and no, there is no other court I can go to. Because the supreme court is the highest court in the United States. And this is what Alvin's identification card looks like and he will have to wear this pet collar for now on." Said Dave letting his boys look at Alvin's Identification and his pet collar.
After a few minutes of letting his boys take it in, in what they found out. Dave spoke up again.
"Boys it's really important that you look after your brother more than ever. Especially now since he can't be anything else but a pet… A talking pet for that mater and I would like you boys not to tease your brother too much him having to be…have to stay as pet for now on. And I know I have allowed everyone to have their fun during the summer with Alvin as a pet… But things have changed and are different now. But you still can have your little fun with him as a pet, but please go way easier on Alvin for now on. And remember he's still your brother no matter what he has to looks like as a pet."
Dave continued. "But the one thing I can't figure out, is how the government even found out in the first place what Alvin did or found out how Alvin got turned into a pet. Or the rest of your inventions Simon.
And they used everything what they found on YouTube and from the internet against Alvin in court… Anyways Simon, get going on your homework upstairs with your brother ok."
"Ok Dave. Come on Theodore, I'll help you with your homework." Said Simon before thinking to himself. 'Should I tell Dave that it was Brittany and I that put all those videos of Alvin on YouTube together? And now I understand why it's so important not to post everything on the Internet or YouTobe. Because somethings should have been kept a secret no matter what. And now the government wants information on my inventions I make.'
Meanwhile….Brittany and Eleanor were having there fun.
"Oh look Eleanore, these earrings would look so great on you." Said Brittany as she picked up a pair of simple looking green emerald earrings. "There're even in your favorite color."
"Well I don't know Brittany, I think they look a little girly to me. And which I would have to get my ears pierced to even wear them. And which I'm not to keen on the idea either ok."
"Oh come on Ellie, the earrings are not that girly looking and they would make you look sweet and pretty for special occasions and events. Like the school dances at school."
"But Brittany… I don't want ok." Eleanor said as she was still very hesitant about getting her ears pierced.
"Ellie, I know you're not the girly girl ok. But would it hurt to make you look a little nicer… Like for Theodore at a school dance." Said Brittany as she was trying to convince her little sister to get her ears pierced.
"Well I guess it wouldn't hurt. But—" Eleanor said before getting cut off by her sister.
"But what Ellie, what are you so afraid of? Are you really that afraid that someone might run up to you anytime soon teasing you for having pierced ears like… 'Nyah-na-nyah-na-na-nyah! You got your ears pierced. Now you're a girly girl!' And remember you are my sister and that makes you a girl just like me."
"Brittany will you please stop already." Said Eleanor starting to get a little frustrated with her sister.
"Stop what, stop, persisting. I don't think so and not this time Ellie. So please, please, please! Can you please at least let me have some fun this time?" Brittany said with hopeful eyes at her little sister.
"Ok, ok I'll do it since you're almost twisting my arm with your persistent begging and all. But I swar if they make me look like a girly girl in any way shape or form, I'm taking them out. GOT IT!"
And soon Eleanor got her ears pierced and found out it wasn't that bad getting done. The only thing Eleanor wasn't expecting was her piercings to hurt so much and it made her cry with tears. But Brittany did make her little sister feel much better within a few minutes.
In fact, Eleanor got a several compliments from other people in the store of how cute and nice she looked with her new earrings. It also made her feel special for getting her ears pierced.
"Ok, ok Brittany you were right. They don't make me look any different than what I thought I would." Said Eleanor as she continued to admire herself in the mirror and she just loved how they twinkled and sprinkled on her ears. "And I have to admit, they do make me look nice." Added Eleanor with a smile.
"See I told you, you would. And I would like you to get your ears pierced again, but I'll wait for another day for that to happen."
"Brittany! Just how much more bling bling do you want me to get. Especially for my ears?" Spoke Eleanore already pointing at one of her ears.
"Only two more sets, then I'll stop."
"I think one set of bling bling is enough for my ears…" Spoke Eleanor as she trailed off before speaking up again. "Your not going to let this go, are you?"
"Nope…not this time." Said Brittany with a devious grin as she was playing with her phone.
"Fine I'll get them done ok. But at least wait until next month before you make me get more bling bling in my ears. And if you do that next month, you better get both done at the same time. Because you won't ever get another chance afterwards. Especially after getting my ears pierced done today."
"Then it's a date and I'm gonna make sure you can't weasel yourself out this. Because I have you on recording on my phone and I will use this against you later if you try to get out of it. So you're gonna get both sets done next month."
"…" Eleanor just stood there silently glaring at her knowing she was stuck in this deal that she just made.
"Oh come here Ellie, I still love you and I promise you won't look like a girly girl with more earrings. You still will look like my tomboy sister, but with more earrings ok." Said Brittany with a smile.
"You promise no matter what, not even with pretty dangly earrings that you like so much?"
"Ellie, I like to look pretty with dangly earrings and with princess dresses and such. But thats not you and I know that. All I'm asking is you to get a little noticed in your own way ok. And I promise and the earrings will only be the kind you like." Said Brittany as she did a pinky promise and cross her heart to her little sister.
"Ok, ok I believe you and I guess it won't hurt me to have earrings in my ears. I just don't want… I'm gonna have to get used to the idea of having earrings in my ears for now on, aren't I? And yeah you're right, a little attention would be nice. But I don't want too much attention ok." Eleanor stated as she smiled a little more.
"Now thats the little sister I love the most and that is you." Said Brittany as she did a shoulder hug really making her sister feel even more better before turning attention to Alvin. "And what do you think Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles. How does Eleanor look with her new earrings? And quit trying to hide in the backpack. So come out and show yourself already." Spoke Brittany with a slight demand.
"Alright fine." Said Alvin as he slowly crawled out of the backpack. "First you make me get my rabbit nails painted strawberry color, then you make me wear this…this stupid! Little Girls Party Boutique Spanish Princess Deluxe Ruffle Tulle Dress with a bonnet that's red and white. And now my ears won't lay down at all. They stand straight up because the bonnet wrapping around them. And which you had the whole outfit custom taylor made for me. But besides all that… Eleanor you do look really nice with your earrings and Teddy definitely would love them on you… I'm just surprised you girls don't do me up even more than what you did. Like making my ears look more colorful or something like that."
"Now that you mention it Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles. Let's get you some bows and some earrings for your ears. Because you would look so cute with them on you." Said Eleanore with a smile as she let off a happy giggle.
"And deafly more outfit for you to wear, while you still are our pet rabbit." Added Brittany happily smiling before started giggling because of another thought. "And you know what else, you definitely would look really cute and pretty with some pretty dangly earrings too, if I might add."
'Oh Brittany… But I do have to admit it though. Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles, definitely would look really cute with them.' Thought Eleanor with a smile before giggling and gave her sister and friendly elbow jab with a wink an eye.
"…" 'Why me!' Thought Alvin as he rolled his eyes in disbelief.
"Hey let's go to Marina Rodenchia store for a while before heading home. I love shopping and looking there with you." Said Eleanor who was now smiling.
'Me and my big mouth. I just had to say something about my poor ears didn't I.' Thought Alvin as he started crawling back in the backpack to hide.
"Oh no you don't Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles. We're not done with you yet and we can't leave Hoops & Huggies For Chipmunks just yet either. You still need to get your ears done up. And besides, you already got your ears tagged anyways and and what's the difference between ear tags and earrings?" Said Brittany getting Alvin's attention.
"…" 'Oh yippee, just what I always wanted for my poor ears. Is more bling bling to show off.'
And soon Alvin got his long rabbit ears done up with a few seamless gold hoop earrings and bows. To be precise, Alvin had five strawberry gold hoop earrings in each ear and a pretty red bow on top of each ear. Every single hoop earring had something dangling attached to each hoop earring.
One had butterfly's with small bells and the rest of them had little roses, little doggies, little teddy bear and the last one had…cute little bells with cute pink hearts. And all the little bells would ring whenever there's a movement happening.
So when Alvin shook his head or hoped, all the little bell earrings rang together like church bells. Making him look like he was a royalty princess pet rabbit from China before heading to Marina Rodenchia store. And at the store, Alvin got several more cute outfits to wear that would look really cute on him. (Not that he had a choice on how he would look for now on and he didn't have a choice at all.)
"Hey Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles, you look really pretty there for a rabbit. Definitely a very fancy rabbit from China." Said Marina Rodenchia with a smile. Who was trying to make Alvin feel comfortable about being the pet. Especially as the family's pet with no rights of his own.
"It's embarrassing, thats what is it. Very embarrassing for me ok." Alvin said in a sad voice before thinking to himself. 'I just want to go home and get away from everyone. Especially right now more than ever.'
"Oh come on Alvin, I'm trying to give you a nice complement of how cute and pretty you look all done up with the works. You definitely could make front cover page on my fashion magazine." Spoke Marina Rodenchia trying to make Alvin feel better, but it wasn't working.
"…" Alvin just sat there looking even more sad than ever because of what Marina Rodenchia said.
"Alvin sweetie…dear. I'm sorry how I worded my last conversation, but you do look nice and cute and I was being truthful with you. And I would like to put you on the front cover of my fashion magazine. But besides all that, I believe Brittany and Eleanor are done shopping for the day." And when Marina Rodenchia said that part, that did make Alvin feel better now knowing he finally can go home.
"Now can we please go home already? I did everything that you asked me to do so far Brittany. So can we please, please go home?" Alvin asked with pleading eyes.
"Well I—" Was all Brittany could say before getting cut off by Marina Rodenchia
"Yes Alvin, Brittany and her sister are done shopping in my store for now. Because I have to be somewhere else very soon and I'm closing my shop early today. In fact, I'll even drive you kids home." Marina Rodenchia Said before going to thought. 'Now that will make Brittany leave my store and sorry Brittany, I'm on Alvin's side this time and I think you overdone it with Alvin this time.'
"Ok Alvin I guess we're done shopping and we can go home." Said Brittany very disappointed letting Alvin crawl and hid in the backpack.
And so with Alvin, Brittany and Eleanor, Marina Rodenchia drove every one home to the Seville house. When she got there, she stepped out of her car with everyone to have a short chat with Dave.
"Oh hi Miss Marina Rodenchia. How are you and what can I do for you?
"I'm doing good Dave and thanks for asking. I came by to drop off Brittany and her sister, along with Alvin who's still hiding in the backpack for other reasons. You see Brittany and Eleanor got a little sidetracked in my store. So I decided to drive them home after closing my shop early for the day."
"Oh ok." Said Dave in a worm happy tone.
"But that's not the only reason why I'm here either Dave. Because I believe you should have a nice worm friendly talk with Alvin privately and alone. And definitely have a hard chat with Brittany and Eleanor on the couch to set some boundaries that could be discussed with everyone." And with that, Marina Rodenchia hinted Dave that he needed to really look in the backpack to see why Alvin was hiding.
Marina Rodenchia continued. "And one other thing Dave, can you please bring Alvin with you right after school on Thursday? Because I will have one other outfit I would like for him to try on in my store. And Alvin I know you can hear me in the backpack, and I promise you'll really like my newest outfit for you. So I really would like for you to please give me a chance and try it on for me? So can you please do that and give me a chance?" Marina Rodenchia said with a comforting voice.
"Ok I will." spoke Alvin, in a very quiet unhappy sad voice from the backpack and not wanting to come out. You definitely could tell from his voice he wasn't very happy and Dave pick up on that right away.
And soon Dave had to take a look why Alvin was so unhappy and sad and wanting to hid in the backpack from everyone. And when he did, Dave was rather surprise to see how Alvin looked. And was more shocked to see Alvin had ear tags with numbers with 228504 on them.
"Thank you so much for bringing Alvin, Brittany and Eleanor home for me Miss Marina Rodenchia. Because I do need to have a powwow discussion with everyone right away for other reasons."
"You're quite welcome Dave." Said Marina Rodenchia before leaving to her car.
"Oh miss Brittany!" Dave said catching her attention as she was trying to sneak off. "Make sure you really glue yourself to the couch. The same thing goes for you to Eleanore. But before you glue yourself to the couch, I need to say two things to you first. One, we'll have a worm friendly happy talk about your new earrings and how you look with them. And two, please get Jeanette from the tree house because she needs to be glued to the couch as well."
"Ok Dave and are we in trouble or something?" Asked Eleanor innocently before going to get Jeanette.
"Well yes as matter of fact, all five of you are in big major trouble right now. Because I would like to know how in the world Alvin got his ears tagged today? And Brittany, you didn't have to put so many pink earrings in Alvin's poor ears. You know he's not really a princess rabbit and I think you overdid it doing him up today. Because from my point of you, two or three earrings would've been more than plenty to have instead of five pink earrings in his ears." Said Dave in a firm voice before calling Simon and Theodore to join the powwow discussion.
"The earrings are not pink, there's strawberry and…that's not the point is it." Brittany said getting that look from Dave before shutting up to be quiet.
"That's correct Brittany and Alvin," said Dave holding Alvin in his arms by now. "I think we'll have that warm friendly talk first before everyone gets here. Because I would like to know how you managed to get your ears tagged in the first place. Because all five should have been watching you the whole time from the start. And if they weren't watching you, then I'd like to know why they weren't watching you on the first day of school. So we'll have that warm talk in the other room ok."
"Ok Dave." Said Alvin with a slight moan because of how he looked and thinking he was in trouble or something.
The first thing Dave did was love Alvin up trying to make Alvin feel better as he took a much better look at Alvin's poor ears and the rest of him. He took notice right away at Alvin's nails had been painted pink, or was it strawberry instead and Dave wasn't sure what color they really were. But while looking at him closely, Dave definitely felt really bad for Alvin in the outfit that he was having to wear. And afterwards, he let off a sight of disappointment before speaking quietly.
"Brittany definitely went a little overboard with the earrings and—" Said Dave as he was trying to talk quietly to himself, but Alvin heard him and jump in before Dave could even finish. l
"Yes she did Dave. So can you please take them out for me? You know I would remove them myself if I could, but I can't because of my stupid, stupid rabbit paws. And my stupid, stupid rabbit paws probably would get stuck in them anyways if I did try."
"I was actually trying to talk to myself Alvin. But since you heard me and all, I might as well talk openly with you. (…sighted…) I think I better leave your…" (…Dave took a gulp because of how Alvin looked…) "Lovely earrings in your ears for now and your lovely outfit that your wearing definitely makes you look like some pretty princess rabbit from China. Besides if I do take them out; Brittany probably would find some other way to get your ears re—pierced again. So you're gonna be stuck with them until—."
"Dave!" Alvin shouted cutting Dave off right away. "You cant be serious! Please don't say that to me how pretty I may look or make me keep the pink earrings in my ears. I don't wanna look this way or look so pretty for everyone and I'm not even a real g-i-r-l, girl." Alvin said as he started getting all worked up while shacking his head trying to make his ears feel better.
"Alvin calm down and like it or not, you are a girl rabbit for the moment… (…Dave sighted…) I mean you are a girl pet until you get changed into another new pet. So you're just gonna have to deal with that and you don't have much of a choice in what the family decides for you anymore. And you're gonna have to let your family have their fun with you as the family's permanent pet. So you're gonna have to accept this fate of yours as the family's pet for now on no matter what."
"Fate! What do you mean this is my new fate as the family's permanent pet for now on. Are you saying I can't be anything else anymore but be a stupid, stupid PET to the stupid, stupid family! And have to keep on living as a stupid, stupid family's permanent pet for the rest of my life!" Spoke Alvin getting more upset with watery eyes.
"'Miss Blossom Flopsy Rosie Snuggles,' if you don't calm down right now, I swear to God I will make you go to school like you are right now."
"Dave! Please don't do that. I don't wanna be a princess rabbit at school." Alvin said getting tears in his eyes and getting more upset than ever.
"Alvin… Please take a chill pill and calm down a little. I don't want to have to punish you or ground you and you need a time out for awhile. You know I can't talk with you when you're like this. So for the moment I'm giving you a time out and I believe you need it. Because I need to have a serious powwow discussion with everyone and this it is about you, but not the way you may think ok."
"Ok Dave." Alvin said like he was going to be punished for something.
"Hey Alvin, I promise we will talk again once you have gotten some rest and once you have calm down. So please try and take a little rest while I'm giving you a time out and here I'll even cover you up with a small blanket so you can rest better."
"Ok I'll try and get some rest then."
And so as Alvin started resting a bit, he then started hearing Dave giving everyone a lecture.
'You tellem Dave,' thought Alvin before falling a sleep.
A little preview of what happened before.
Now from Alvin's point of view, he missed his whole entire summer vacation because of having to be the family's pet for the summer by a court order. In fact, he accidentally got turned into a pet by one of Simon's crazy invention before going haywire shooting laser beams everywhere hitting Alvin in the process, then the machine exploded into 1000 pieces. And that happened before summer vacation even got started and it happened on the last two weeks of school before summer vacation.
Now after being turned into a pet by accident, Alvin's brothers and the girls took full advantage of Alvin being a pet for a while before Simon rebuild the machine into a chamber that could turn Alvin back into a chipmunk. But after the chamber was built, Alvin's family soon realized they can make him be anything they wanted him to be for the summer. And there was nothing Alvin could do about it but be be a pet and be tortured by his family as a pet.
Like Brittany wanted Alvin to be a pink girl poodle for some dog show competition and some dog costume competition show. Theodore wanted Alvin to be a cute hamster for a while. Then he got turned into a mouse and which Simon used Alvin the pet for his science research like making him run mazes and such. Jeanette had her fun of Alvin being a pet parrot. To be precise, a girl parrot that laid an egg a few times. Eleanor got into the action with Alvin as a pet and she alway made Alvin look cute with outfits and bows. And yes, Alvin's family even made him eat out of dog bowls for his food and water every day for more fun and some humiliation.
But for some reason or another, Alvin's family always wanted him to be a girl pet most of the time. So most of the time Alvin was a girl pet. And Alvin's family even change his name to some form of a pets name, and even calling him by his pet name too.
Now between Simon and Brittany, they took all sorts of videos of Alvin being a pet…all while Alvin complaining about the whole pet thing. Then they put all the videos onto YouTube for everyone to see. But there was a problem with all the YouTube videos that Simon and Brittany took of Alvin being a pet.
You see Alvin might have said quite a bit of stuff on the videos and he was forced to admit he was at fault about all the stuff he may have said. Like in one of the videos, Alvin costing the government One decillion dollars. (That's $1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) Because of a complete blackout across the whole United States. Then there was several more other videos with Alvin admitting to other stuff that happened. And so all the videos got uploaded on YouTube.
Now because of the videos being uploaded on YouTube. Several higher ups in the government world saw all the videos of Alvin being turned into a pet and with other solid proof of criminality evidence of all the stuff that he helped cause to the united nation that led Alvin going to court.
Because there were thousands and thousands of YouTube videos of Alvin, the Court used everything they found against him and only on him alone leaving the rest of the family out of the picture. When Alvin got to court with Dave, he was still stuck as a pet at the time entering the courtroom.
Alvin the pet came walking in on all fours as a pretty pink poodle show dog all decked out with the works. He actually was wearing a pink sparkly puffy frilly dress with a strawberry diaper underneath, with a pretty pink dog collar, with the name 'Rosie Wosie' on pink heart shape dog tags. Even his nails were painted bright hot pink at the time.
When the judge saw Alvin walking in the court room like that as a pet. The judge figured it was best to make Alvin remain as a pet until the trial ended…with everyone coming to a final decision in how to give Alvin a life sentence… At the time, they weren't sure what to do with Alvin because of all the crimes that happened. And it would take three months worth of court arguing to come up with the best life sentence for Alvin.
