~Hey y'all, It has been ages since I have written anything. But this idea stuck in my head and I wanted to write it out and see how it would play out. I wasn't going to post this story initially, but I had to give it a try and see what happened. So this is more of an AU in a sense, I'm treating the others like crap since they treat Meg like crap all the time from the show. So...I decided to get some revenge in a sense lol. Let me know what you think and if I screwed up anything or anywhere, just let me know. Other than that, thanks for reading and enjoy~
Chapter 1
Meg Griffin sighed as she walked down the hall of James Woods High School. She dreaded these halls, watching as the dumbasses of this small town filed to their lockers and friends. She never lied to herself or to anyone that she spoke to for that matter. She hated Quahog and the people who lived in it. There was one family she hated more than anyone, more than the universe combined, and that was the Griffin family. She knew it was her family, but it didn't help with their antics every single day. Peter, her father, had a mission every single day to make Meg's life miserable. Chasing her around the room with his ass, his toxic farts filling the area until she puked. Peter would then get pissed and choose between smacking her in the back of the head, or just punching her in the stomach. Chris was a brain-dead idiot who thought he was smart but had no clue how the basics of anything worked. Meg was legitimately surprised he even made it to high school. Brian was a narcissistic dog who thought he was god sometimes. Stewie was just a baby, who wanted nothing to do with Lois. Meg hated Lois, not just for the fact she tormented Meg just as badly as Peter did, but she never tried to stop Peter whenever he did something to Meg. She just let it happen, shrugged it off, then went back to taking ages to clean a damn house and complaining about it. She was supposed to be a mom but never was there.
Meg sighed as she reached her locker. It was Monday, which meant the start of a new week, another long-ass week that would lead to more and more shit from her family and the bullies at school. She dialed in the combo and lifted it open, only to be sprayed with a foul green liquid that covered her from head to toe. Within seconds Connie and the rest of the cool kids surrounded her, laughing and pointing at her.
"Damn Meg, you rolled in the slop today, you fucking pig," Connie said with a snort as everyone laughed. Meg just looked at her and sighed, trying to figure out why. Just why? What did Meg ever do to Connie that led her down this evil path? Meg shook her head softly and walked off, heading for the solo shower by the nurses' office. The nurse saw her coming and had it unlocked already, a change of Meg's clothes lay waiting for her on the chair, and a bag for the bad ones. This had happened enough that they gave her access to this, so she wouldn't have to miss so much school. Meg quickly got undressed and stepped into the hot shower. She wrapped her arms around her chest, feeling the water try to run the liquid out of her hair but it was having a hard time. She softly sobbed to herself, wanting to be just a normal person. Her hand instinctively went over her wrists, the fading scars of the cuts stinging under her tough skin. Her hands slowly moved up and touched her tattoos. She remembered when she got them, they were a testament to her toughness, to her bravery in prison. She had gotten more work done since she had gotten out. She had combined them from her arms to her back and filled in most of her back with ornate skulls and roses of different shades, blending perfectly as if they were coming out of her back.
She quickly got cleaned up, drying off and changing into the spare set of clothes. She took in a breath as she put on her glasses and headed out of the room, heading to her first class of the day. Algebra II. She didn't mind algebra, mainly because school came easy for Meg. The only problem she had was that she was sat next to Connie D'Amico. Connie made Meg's life a living hell most days, leading her to have serious social issues and just being a total bitch. She walked into the class and took her seat, just as everyone else was sitting as well. Connie was already sitting and looked amazed at how fast Meg had cleaned up. She wanted to think of something witty to go with the situation but was having a hard time figuring out what to say.
"Hey Meg, don't let this class fry your little brain. I may have to tutor you for you to pass this class" Connie said with a snicker as the bell rang.
"Alright everyone, take your seats. Here are your tests from last week. most of you did good, but some of you need some work. Meg, perfect 100 as always, keep it up" The teacher said as he started with her, placing her test on her desk. "Connie, you need to study harder to get through this class. You might want to think about getting a tutor" he said as he placed the test down in front of her, showing a big red 45 on the top right of the page.
"Damn, and I had studied my ass off for this one," Connie said as she looked over at Meg, seeing the 100 on her test. Meg was already working on the next set of problems on the board, knowing them easily and off the top of her head. Connie didn't show it, but the mouth in her mind dropped open.
'Damn, Meg is smart. I can't believe I'm thinking of asking her to tutor me. Wait...when did I think that? Am I going to ask this dweeb to be my tutor? Shit, that's lame, but I need to pass this class. UGH!'
The rest of the class went by with zero to no problems, except for Connie that is. She spent the whole time wrestling in her head with the thought of asking Meg Griffin, whom she despised with a passion, to be the one to help her pass her class. Who knows, maybe she could help her out with her other classes as well. Soon the bell rang and everyone filed out of the class. Connie got up and walked out of the class first, trying to put the idea of asking Meg Griffin to be her tutor.
Meg waited until everyone was gone, letting out a sigh as she knew she was in the clear, now she just had to get through the rest of the day without going through hell. She gathered her things and headed to her next the next, and the next one. Then it was lunch. She saw Connie at lunch, and she just wasn't herself. Like something was off, but Meg couldn't figure it out.
'What the hell had Connie spooked? Usually, she's on her game, giving me complete hell. But on another note, why the fuck do I care' Meg thought as she ate her sandwich. She shook the thought from her mind and sighed as she gathered her trash and got up, leaving the cafeteria to go to class. The rest of the day went fairly smoothly. Her brother Chris kept getting lost in the hallway and called out for her, so she had to deal with that.
Soon, the final bell rang, and everyone rejoiced. Meg got up and quickly left the school, heading to the parking lot where her car waited in the back corner that had been designated her spot. She took in a breath of air as she walked, knowing another school day had passed. But now she had to deal with home yet again.
"HEY MEG, WAIT" Connie yelled as she ran towards Meg, finally catching up to her.
"What do you want Connie, want to give me one more good beatdown before I go home?" Meg asked as she turned to face her bully.
"I need to pass Algebra, and you are going to help me," Connie said defiantly, a stern look on her face.
"Why should I? What's in it for me?" Meg said with an annoyed look on her face 'Who does this bitch think she is thinking she can order me around like I'm her fucking slave?'
"I can make you popular, get you any guy that you want, no questions asked," Connie said triumphantly. Meg looked at her and chuckled, shaking her head.
"That's it? Connie, I couldn't care less about being popular. You have made my life a living hell since we started freshman year. We are juniors now. You have called me every name in the book, ranging from dweeb to cunt to bitch to skank. You have pranked me, humiliated me, and degraded me to the point of I don't know what normal is. To this day, I can't look at myself in the mirror without hearing your nasty ass voice telling me I'm a fat disgusting cow. So again, I ask you...what is in it for me? Are you gonna stop being a bully? Are you gonna stop being a total bitch to me? Until you can answer that, you can kiss my ass Connie D'Amico" Meg said loudly and forcefully before she turned and got in her car, speeding off. Connie stood there dumbfounded, not sure of what just happened.
Connie went to her car and slid into the seat, starting the engine and sitting there for a minute. She was thinking of everything Meg had just told her.
'Am I really that horrible to her? She is a dweeb, and has no right to speak to me like that...but is she wrong?'
Connie replayed the scene over and over in her head, finally taking a breath and shaking it off. She didn't have cheerleading practice, so she was free for the afternoon. She quickly backed out and headed towards home, her mind still playing the scene that had just unfolded.
'What am I going to do?' Connie thought to herself as she drove towards home, wondering how she was gonna get this fixed.
