[As the usual thing, I don't own Skyrim or Warcraft so all credits goes to the creators. This was a story long in the making so I do hope you'll enjoy the story. Let's get started.]

The year is 2025, and Skyrim is still in the top most playable games that cannot die because of its modding community. Every day a mod has been sent into the game and every day someone downloads so many of these to make Skyrim into a bigger and better world than ever before. One man was playing Skyrim for such a long time, and kept installing the game onto newer consoles and on the computer. He always kept playing Skyrim on his Xbox, but now he sets his attention on upgrading his PC and installing Skyrim and all of the mods he thinks would be interesting.

He got to work installing some mods and preparing for a new journey in Skyrim. He thought of doing an Azeroth-themed mod by installing as many Warcraft-based mods into Skyrim, as well as a few other mods to help spice up the mood. He was adding characters, races, locations, weapons and armour and other interesting things for his game. In the end, he manage to play the game until he complete the main scenario and the main scenario quests to reach higher level than almost everyone in the game. In the end, he decide to call it a break for a few months and return when he is ready to find anything else that could be interesting.

His character is known as Aegon. He went as a typical Nord with brown long hair and a short beard and green eyes. He was just a typical barbarian-Dragonborn. He went along as a typical warrior with high stats and wearing heavy-plated armour and wielding a powerful sword known as Ashbringer. He did plan on doing some magic to help increase his skills and was trying to make himself into an arcane warrior that uses magic and wielding swords to strike his enemies.

It was 11:49 PM when he was ready to start the game. Downloaded a few new mods first before loading his game and trying to catch up on what his character has been doing. However, just as the game loads, the time reach 12:00 and the next thing he witness was a flash of light happening to his computer screen. Blinded by this burst of light, he closes his eyes and covers his face with both arms as he cannot take the beam of light so close to his face. In the end, as he opens his eyes, all he saw now was just black wherever he looks. Everything was dark and blurry for him. He thought he was blind because of that shining light, but his vision was slowly returning to him and would discover the biggest change of his life.

As soon as he got his sight back, he was no longer sitting on a gaming chair looking at his computer screen. He was held against the wall with his wrists and ankles held against the wall by these steel bracers and left spread out to make a cross. Took him a couple of seconds for him to realise his position and starts panicking by moving his body to try to squirm his way out of this, but he cannot move or break out of this.

"What the fuck is this!?" He asks himself while looking around the place and seeing himself in this dark room with only a floating light ball on the ceiling.

But then, a door up ahead opens up and a man comes walking into the room to greet him. The man appears in his thirties with short blonde hair and green eyes and wearing Miraak's clothing, except for the mask and replace it with just a hood to show his face to him. He pull back the hood when getting a closer look at him.

"Excellent, the Dragonborn has awoken. We finally meet at last, Aegon."

"W-What did you just say?" He asks and was left dumbfounded at the man. He lowers his eyes down at the outfit and recognises it and looks back to his face.

"Maverick?"

Maverick raise both eyebrows for a moment at the surprise of him knowing who he is. He responds "Strange. This is the first time we've ever met and yet you know who I am."

"You're one of my characters…. How is this –" He stops for a moment and remembers what he said to him earlier. He asks "Wait… You called me Aegon, didn't you?"

"It seems that spell that knocked you out clearly did some damage to your brain." Maverick replies "But it matters not. Either way, you'll stay where you are and let me begin my experiments on you."

"Experiments? W-What!?" Aegon starts to panic when realising what is about to happen, but still looks confuse at all of this and ends up breathing heavily "What the fuck is going on here!?"

"You're in no position of asking any questions here. You are a test subject, and you will embrace what comes next." Maverick replies and looks back to see someone approaching them.

While he was panicking against the wall, he soon stops when seeing another person walking towards the two and standing beside Maverick. This person reveals herself to be a Draenei. She too was a character that was put into Maverick's gameplay as a companion. Looking at her now in front of him left him with surprise to see how beautiful she was with her light purple skin, blue eyes, long grey hair and wearing a silver version of the Ebony Armour. Her name is Zarya.

When Maverick is ready, he looks back to Aegon and shoots a green energy ball towards him that causes him complete paralyse that not even a move from his mouth could do anything.

"I should've gagged that mouth of yours before putting you up there. Can't have you shouting me apart like Torygg." Maverick replies and steps closer to press his hand against Aegon's belly.

Aegon could do nothing but watch and witness more surprises coming his way. Maverick unleashes a blast at close range to Aegon's body and delivering an excruciating pain towards Aegon. If he could talk, he would be screaming in pain and moving his body around while doing so. All he could do was remain as a frozen state and feel the excruciating pain that Maverick was giving him. Maverick would keep going until he stops twenty seconds later and leave Aegon to pass out from all that experience.

"Interesting. He is more resilient."

Maverick wakes him up by blasting him with lightning from both palms of his hands. The spell that causes him to paralyse would be over and he is left screaming out loud over the pain inflicting him. He would have to paralyse him once more to prevent anymore noises. As he was doing this, Zarya had to look away as watching this was really making her uncomfortable to see. Maverick would have to keep going until his body was at the limit of actually dying.

"Were almost there. He's at his limit." Maverick replies and presses his hands against his chest once more. After casting another spell, he pulls his hands off his body and a stream of dragon souls would come out of his body and redirect it into his own body. It was the souls of all of the countless dragons he slain across Skyrim, and every single soul would go inside Maverick's body.

Aegon was still unable to say anything or even see what he was doing, he was feeling himself reaching close to his death as feeling these spells hitting his body actually brought his health bar close to zero. His heart was racing so fast that it could actually give up anytime.

He was in this new world for only a couple of minutes and he is already close of death.

Maverick took a deep breath when absorbing all of the souls of the dragons inside of him. He spreads his arms out when feeling the increase of power flowing into his body. He exhales deeply as soon as all of the souls went inside of him, feeling so relief and happy to find out his plan that has long been in the making turns out to be a complete success.

"Master?" Zarya looks concern when coming to the side of him to see his expression on his face.

Maverick looks to her with a smile on his face and replies "Perfection." He then looks back to Aegon to see him reaching close to his end. He says one last thing to him "I thank you for your cooperation. Thanks to you, I am Dragonborn." And with that, he turns around and walks away to leave him to his demise.

Zarya remains where she is and looks at Aegon once more before following Maverick out of the room. Aegon lost his sight as darkness took over him. His heartbeat was slowly decreasing as he was reaching his end of staying in this world. However, dying inside this place was not his fate in this world, because on the last moment of his dying breath, someone prevents him from passing on into the afterlife.

"The afterlife is not ready for you, Dragonborn. You must live." A male voice, echoed through his mind while he was left in this deathly state.

Someone came into the room from another door and rushes over to Aegon to quickly save him before it was too late. They open up a red bottle and force the liquid down his throat where the effects would suddenly restore him completely. It was a health potion that replenishes ALL health. As soon as that potion took the effect, his heart starts beating back to a normal rate and he takes a deep inhale as if he was brought back to life by a defibrillator. His eyesight returns and he starts breathing a little quickly just to recover from that sudden boost of life that was brought back into him.

Aegon was finally release from his shackles and collapses hard on the floor. When he slowly turns his body to the side to look at the one who saved his life, he finds it was his most trusty and first follower of Skyrim, Lydia. She was wearing the Ancient Nordic Armour and her appearance was much better and beautiful than the video game counterpart, because of the use of some mods to make some characters much more attractive and beautiful. Her black hair was a little longer put over the right side of her shoulder.

"Lydia…." Aegon whispers her name while she crouches down in front of him with a concern expression on her face.

"Dragonborn. I got out as soon as that man was out of the room. I'm so relief to see you alright."

"Lydia… You look lovely."

". . . ." Lydia froze for a second when hearing those words from him. She replies "D-Dragonborn, this is no time for that. We have to get you out of here. Can you walk?"

She helps Aegon off the floor and got him standing. He does feel a little numb because he was stuck against the wall for some time and is feeling numb with his legs. He had to hit his toes against the floor a few times just to get rid of the numbness. Meanwhile, Lydia turns away and goes to check on the other rooms to find only the two of them are the only people here.

"Hey, I think I found our stuff." Lydia replies while entering a small room with a dozen books and potions on the bookshelf and a large chest against the wall.

"Is this real?" Aegon asks himself while staring at Lydia and slowly walking towards her to reach the other room. Lydia opens up the chest and found armour and weapons inside the chest. Aegon looks to the bookshelf with all the potion and thought to himself "This must be my inventory… But I remember I've got much more than that…"

"Time to gear up and escape." Lydia replies while taking out her equipment. She picks up a backpack that was leaning against the chest and starts filling it up with the potions and other items they brought together on their adventures. She also takes her Ebony Spear that is her main weapon and a Nordic Shield.

Aegon looks down at the chest to see his armour and weapon inside the chest. He thought to himself "This is going to take a while…."

While Aegon was still left confuse at this whole situation, he starts thinking about this while getting to work putting on his equipment. He starts off with the chainmail first and then puts on the armour. His armour is a silver and white heavy armour plating with golden outlines and a golden symbol of the dragon that looks like the dragon cover on the video game. His great helm was a flat-topped cylinder plating with wings on both sides of the helmet and had very small openings of ventilation and vision. Finally was his weapon, which happens to be the Ashbringer. The markings and the round object that floats against the blade starts to glow in yellow holy light the moment he took the handle to pull it out of the chest. This blade does have some good damage against enemies, but the damage triples when fighting undead.

Despite putting on the armour for the first time, Aegon manage to put it on quite well with no problems whatsoever, as if he has done this so many times before but he always equips the items by just 'equipping'.

"This is strange… I remember carrying a lot of weapons and gear in my inventory. What happen to all of my keys? And Lydia is… All of this is so bizarre. Am I really inside the video game or am I missing something?"

Aegon looks back to the door to see Lydia checking the door where Maverick left earlier. She looks back to Aegon and approaches him "Are you ready?"

"I'm just… Confused right now. All of this feels so new, and yet I've done this before somehow."

"What exactly did that man do to you?" Lydia asks him

"I…." Aegon turns away and looks down at the floor while trying to think about all of this. One thing did come to mind and made him look back to Lydia to ask her "Hey, how did you get out of your prison?"

"That woman helped me. The Draenei. She came into the room with that health potion and offered it to me as safe keeping. She told me not to escape until they leave the room."

"I see…." Aegon looks back to the other backpack in the room and remembers he too was wearing one on his back. He also remembers changing the settings to survival mode to make the experience much tougher for him in Skyrim. Since he cannot carry almost everything, he starts adding only the equipment he needs when travelling, so he got a mod to add a backpack to increase his weight and start adding as much food as possible. However, all the food supplies are gone from the packs and all they have are a couple of gems, pouch of gold, lock picks and potions.

"I think were clear." Lydia replies "We should go."

"Yeah. You take the lead this time."

"As you wish, my thane." Lydia looks back to the doorway and proceeds to move through the next room.

Aegon was ready as soon as he got the backpack on and moves after Lydia. While he follows, he asks himself "How am I going to do this? This isn't me. How am I supposed to act or fight when this is my first time doing all of this?"

Lydia took the lead through the rooms and found a dining hall and two bedrooms with no sign of anyone around. She did notice a trail of blood as if the bodies was dragged away into another room. She found the bodies of the original people that own this cave, which was just a couple of bandits and left inside the bedrooms as a disposable place. They now realise that Maverick found this place, killed the residence and use this place as a means of finding Aegon and capturing him to bring him down here to steal his power. So with no sign of anyone around, Lydia found a doorway that leads into an icy tunnel that leads to different pathways that would eventually take them to the surface into Skyrim.

"This feeling… The smell of the corpses… This is no longer a game. This is so bizarre."

"Are you sure you're alright?" Lydia asks while moving forward and turning her head to the side to look back at him. "What did that man do to you?"

"I… I'm not sure. I know he said something to me, but I felt I was reaching my end and couldn't see or hear anything." Aegon replies and starts thinking back at that scene of being torture by Maverick. The feeling of that experience cause his heart rate to increase a little and starting to inhale deep and struggle to exhale.

"Dragonborn?" Lydia stops and turns to face him to see him not moving. He was looking down and placing his hand against his chest. She asks him again "What did he do to you?"

Aegon moves his hand off his chest and looks down at it to see it shaken "It felt so painful…"

"I've never seen you this shaken before." Lydia approaches him and looks down at his hand and then back to his face "You've always faced so many dangers in front of you without any hesitation. You fought dragons and yet you're always standing in the aftermath of the battle. Was this truly so painful it has broken you?"

". . . . ." Aegon remains quiet for a while and thought to himself "I can't tell her this is my first experience… She'll never believe me what's really wrong with me." He then looks back to Lydia and replies to her "I just need a good rest and something to eat. This will probably go away tomorrow."

"I hope you're right." Lydia turns around and proceeds to move up ahead as usual to make it to the exit of the cave.

"This new life is not doing so well for me…" Aegon mutters to himself and walks after Lydia to make it to the exit. He would cover his eyes when noticing the light of the sun shining through the exit. As soon as he got used to the sunlight, he walks outside and feeling the cold breeze of Skyrim flowing through the gaps of his helmet and armour, which was enough to make him shiver a little at the feeling of it.

They arrive outside to find themselves somewhere in the colder areas of Skyrim. The whole landscape around them is covered in snow. Aegon steps away from the cave, takes off his helmet and feels the cold breeze blowing across his face. Despite getting the chills from the cold, he felt a little happy because this was actually the first time he was walking in snow.

Aegon looks over to Lydia and asks "You going to be alright without a helmet?"

"I'll be fine. It's not the first time I travelled to a cold place like this without a helmet."

"I see." Aegon walks closer to her and puts his helmet back on. "Thank you for being there for me, Lydia. I appreciate everything you've done for me."

Lydia smiles and replies "I'm only doing my job as your housecarl. I vowed to protect you and your spouses with my life."

"Well then… I guess we should find the nearest place to rest and recover from all of this." Aegon replies and looks left to right to try to figure out where they are right now.

"We could go down south. We'll make it to Whiterun before the sunsets."

"Yeah. Let's get a move on."

And so the first adventure begins right here with the both of them making their way down south out of the cold climate of Skyrim. As they move, Aegon still thinks to himself as he still finds himself surprise about all of this.

"This is a dream come true…" Aegon thought to himself "Walking the lands of Skyrim… Playing as my character, Aegon. I thought this was going to be still a video game like any other Isekai stories I've watched. Somehow it's all real. This is not a video game anymore. This is the real world of Skyrim."

"But wait a minute… That Draenei is in Skyrim and Lydia knows who she is. So that means all the mods I put into this game is also here too. Guess that explains why, but why the hell is Maverick here? Does this mean that all of my created characters are in this as well?"

The two found the road that leads them down south. They encounter no problems on the road and did encounter some travellers and some guards patrolling the area, but he made no responds to any of them. One of the guards did say to him "Hail, Dragonborn." And continues his walk along the road with two other guards. He did notice they wore different style armour than the original because he did use a mod to change all of the armour for all of the guards just to make them different looking. The three Whiterun guards all wore different style of armour with no golden cloak covering the armour except for the golden cape behind their backs.

They plan to make their way towards Aegon's home, named Heljarchen Hall. Lydia said that this is the place where it happen and how he was caught by Maverick. When they arrive at his house, the entire place was completely torn down, scorched in flame and left with nothing. His whole home and everything inside was completely gone.

"Well….. Shit…."

"I'm sorry, Dragonborn." Lydia responds

"Well, at least I still have my other places. Let's hope they're still intact…" Aegon replies and starts walking away and returns to the main road. He thought to himself "If this is how it all started…. Oh, that's right, I left my character inside that home… He must've done this."

As they were getting closer to see the back view of Whiterun, Aegon stops and left completely surprise at this sudden discovery that Whiterun appears to be incredible huge. "Wow… This is definitely not a game…."
