Well, here we go, week 2 for this series of story I make, and it just so happens to be best girl Maho, let's-a go!
It was the usual day for Maho: waking up, stretching, and then continue playing her Gacha games, simple stuff really. She got up and started wearing her favorite clothes, preparing herself for the day, a very special day per say.
Why was such day special one might ask? Well, besides the fact that it was her birthday, she was told by Gearsy and the other candidates that they are inviting her for a surprise. Exicted, Maho quickly accepted the invitation.
As she went down the stairs, she sees Anri, whose sitting around at the table, having her face planted on the table excited to greet her for today, she rushed up and immediately hugged her.
"Morning Anri!" she says, as she still hugs the girl in question, to which Anri was caught of guard, and woke up, letting a shriek, she looked at the source of the noise, and was annoyed by what had happened.
"Maho, what did I tell you about doing that again?" said Anri, sounding annoyed at the girl she's talking to.
"Oh come on Anri, I just wanted to see my BFF for today, is that so hard?" was all she whined, for Anri just sighed, that girl is quite the energetic one, ain't she
"No, but I do suggest being a little quiet when doing so" Maho pouted, but she had no other choice but to accept, afterall, it's her friend Anri.
"Well, I just wanted to tell you that I'm going to hangout with Gearsy and the others, as they told me that there's a surprise."
"I see, well, have fun out there, and remember, happy birthday!" Maho smiled, and she soon walked off to find her BFFs. As she left, Anri immediately smiled for a bit, which was quite unusual for her.
During her trip, Maho would often find herself texting Gearsy on where exactly the location is, to which Nepgear replied by giving her instructions, and although Maho was a little confused on where it was taking her, she was nonetheless grateful that her BFF was kind (as always) enough to help her out.
All Maho could think about during her adventure, was to find out what kind of surprise Gearsy and the others will bring, she was really
When she got to the very location she was guided to, she was excited to see what the surprise was. Maybe it was a fun time at a local theme park, or maybe they bought her a new phone. Honestly, it didn't matter much for Maho, for if there was one thing she had on her mind, it was that whatever surprise they have in store for her, would be a great one, no, scratch that, it would be the best surprise she'd ever get
When she opened the door, the room was immediately dark. Maho was already not happy about this. She thought she was gonna get a surprise, not be trapped in a completely dark area. Already, Maho did not like where this was going, but regardless, she tried her best to be very brave, after all, she's been through worse situations before.
"Uhhh, Gearsy, Uni, Rommy, Rammy? Hello? Anyone there?" was all Maho asked, having no idea what to expect. The first thing she thought of was turn on the lights, for the place was really dark, and she figured that some light would be enough, atleast that's enough for her to not be scared.
"Surprise! Happy Birthday Maho!" As she turned on the lights, Maho was immediately surprised by a ton voices, so when she turned around, she was greeted by everyone she knew, who were all happy to celebrate her birthday. During all this, Maho started happily tearing up, for she had no idea this was the surprise they were planning for.
"Aww, you guys, but you didn't have to." said Maho, while still having tears in her eyes. Just now, Rom and Ram decided to give her a warm, but very sweet hug.
"Happy Birthday Maho!" said Ram, followed by a soft "Yeah, happy birthday miss Maho! by Rom.
Maho was given a lot of presents from her friends. Uzume gave her a cool glove, Plutia sewed 5 fours plushies of her best friends and Anri, the list could go on. But the best gift she got was from Nepgear, who had something to say.
"Everyone, I want to talk you for coming over to celebrate my dear friend Maho's birthday. For starters, let me just say that coming up with this wasn't an easy thing to do, for there were a lot of ideas on how to celebrate her birthday, but eventually, this was the best we got. First of, as you already know, some of the people here aren't from this Dimension, well, that's because we wanted to have join in to celebrate such a special day, so I wanna thank you Uzume and Plutia for accepting the offer, it truly does mean a lot to not only me, but to everyone else." hearing this Uzume and Plutia smiled, and as Nepgear went along to thank everyone else, Maho had a soft smile wrapped around her face, but that smile would even fade out as Nepgear had one more thing to say.
"Finally, I have one more thing to say to Maho: Maho, I want to say that these past few years have been very incredible, and I and many others would like to thank you for that. You're a great friend, and you always will be" was all Nepgear said as she came close to Maho, to bring her the cake that has her and the other candidates, with frosting that say: "Happy Birthday to our great friend".
Maho was, for lack of a better word, speechless, but despite that, she couldn't care less, for she was happy for the way this day turned out, and, with pure joy and excitement, she quickly grabbed her phone, and took a picture with everyone that was involved into the party, as a way for remembrance.
