The scene shifts at the Omokageddo Antique Store where Wajima and Mineta stood behind Eri as she is holding the crystal ball where it shows that Wizard is seen being attended to by Makoto Tsukauchi while the Phoenix Phantom is being stalled by Kamen Rider Beast, though the two top pro heroes All Might and Endeavor joined the fray and managed to keep the Phantom at bay, but then things take a turn as the Phoenix Phantom stabbed the number one pro hero with his sword which caused All Might to stagger back and is badly injured and bleeding.

Then the Phantom unleashed a fireball blast which struck Endeavor on his face and the pro hero staggered back, as he appeared to be injured as well, and as Kamen Rider Beast tried to attack he was struck back before being thrown against the wall, momentarily knocking him down, and both Wajima and Mineta were horrified to see that a strong Phantom managed to take down the number one and number two pro heroes while Beast got incapacitated and Midoriya is badly wounded at the moment.

"No way…"

"Midoriya!"

"This is bad…"

"Can't we do something?"

"I'm afraid we can't…"

"But…but…"

"We'll just have to watch and observe…"

"You can't be serious!"

Eri was watching as well and her hands trembled while holding the crystal ball and she is worried about what might happen next, and silently prayed for a miracle as she sees that Midoriya is badly hurt to mount a comeback.

"Please…someone help Izuku…"

The scene at the crystal ball showed that some minor pro heroes came after receiving reports of the incident and there Eri, Wajima and Mineta watches on as the minor pro heroes began to gang up on the Phantom, which Mineta believe that Midoriya is going to be saved though Wajima said that it's too early to tell given how the Phoenix Phantom gave All Might and Endeavor a hard time.

"Alright! Help came!"

"…"

"Midoriya's going to be saved!"

"Hold on…"

"Huh?"

"It's too early to tell…"

"Why not?"

"From the looks of it…"

Glancing at the crystal ball, Eri, Wajima and Mineta saw the minor pro heroes engaging a physical battle against the Phantom, and there the minor pro heroes shown are identified as:

- Taiko hero: Hibiki

- Trumpet hero: Ibuki

- Electric guitar hero: Todoroki

- Gong hero: Touki

- Cymbal hero: Kirameki

- Triangle hero: Nishiki

- Flute hero: Habataki

- Drum hero: Kabuki

Wajima and Mineta blinked their eyes as they noticed that the eight minor pro heroes' costumes resembled like armored Oni, and that their weapons, some which were rather large, seemed to resembled that of musical instruments, which includes:

- Hibiki – Taiko sticks

- Ibuki – trumpet-like gun

- Todoroki – an axe resembling an electric guitar

- Touki – shield resembling a gong

- Kirameki – a pair of shield-like gauntlets resembling a pair of cymbals

- Nishiki – carrying a huge stick and triangle

- Habataki – carrying a spear-like weapon that visually resembles a flute

- Kabuki – carrying a pair of weapons resembling a pair of drumsticks.

Mineta wondered if those eight are really pro heroes as he felt that their weapons look rather lame, but Wajima said that he has a feeling that the eight pro heroes might have a hard time, given that All Might and Endeavor are having difficulty in stopping the Phantom, which Mineta agreed and felt that Kamen Rider Beast should handle this.

"Then the other wizard should take a shot…"

"But…he's down at the moment…"

"Eh?"

"Lets hope that those pro heroes buy him time to recover…"

"You mean…"

"I doubt those pro heroes might hold the Phantom…"

"…"

Suddenly Eri gasped and as Wajima and Mineta went closer, the scene at the crystal ball shows that the Phantom unleashed a fireball blast and struck the minor pro heroes, setting them on fire and they can be heard screaming while running around as they are being burned to death, and the flames enveloping their bodies were so intense that the pro heroes' screams can be heard via the crystal ball.

"AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE!"

"GGGGGGGGYYYYYYAAAAAAHHHH!"

"KKKKKKKKYYYYYYAAAAAAAHHHH!"

"WWWWWWAAAAAAHHHHHHH!"

"AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE!"

"GGGGGGGGYYYYYYAAAAAAHHHH!"

"KKKKKKKKYYYYYYAAAAAAAHHHH!"

"WWWWWWAAAAAAHHHHHHH!"

It took less than a minute before the minor in pro heroes falling dead on the ground, their bodies still ablaze while their armored costumes melt away, yet their charred corpses were visible and gruesome, which Eri, Wajima and Mineta were horrified at what they seeing what just happened, and this made them feel worried as Midoriya appeared to remain in bad shape.

"No way…that Phantom's killed those pro heroes…"

"Midoriya! He's still hurt!"

"This is bad…if he doesn't get up…"

"Can't we do something? Midoriya needs help!"

"I'm afraid we can't…"

"But…but…"

"We'll just have to watch and observe…"

"You can't be serious! Midoriya's going to die…"

However, things took a turn as more minor pro heroes showed up, yet they seemingly were not bothered at seeing the corpses of the fallen minor pro heroes and they told the Phantom that he is going down, unaware of the fact that they are about to face someone who is not human, and yet they showed misguided confidence as they believe that the Phoenix Phantom is easy picking.

"Hah! Nice special effects! But that won't work on us! And we'll beat you up and show you why we pro heroes are the best!"

"Yeah!"

The second group of minor pro heroes that showed up are getting ready as they expect that reporters and their cameramen are nearby and the minor pro heroes are making themselves look good so that they would look favorable in the eyes of the masses. They are identified as:

- The Crab hero: Scissors

- The Buffalo hero: Zolda

- The stingray hero: Raia

- The Rhinoceros hero: Gai

- The Tiger hero: Taiga

- The Imperial hero: Imperer

- The Stealth hero: Verde

- The Shark hero: Abyss

Ch. 37: Mahō ishi to atarashī yubiwa part 8

Back at the scene of the battle, All Might was horrified at seeing what the Phoenix Phantom did to the minor pro heroes, which they were charred to death, and now another batch of pro heroes showed up, and the number one pro hero noticed that the current batch of pro heroes that showed up appeared to sport costumes similar to the first batch of pro heroes that just got killed, and there you can see that the new entrants' armored costumes sports a differing motif:

- Scissors sports a brown and black-colored armored costume that made him look like a humanoid crab

- Zolda sports a green and black-colored armor that made him look like a Robocop rip-off

- Raia sports a light-red-colored armor whose helmet resembled a stingray

- Gai sports a silver-colored armor where his helmet has a rhinoceros horn

- Taiga sports a white and black armor where his helmet resembled the head of a white tiger

- Imperer appeared to have brown and black armor which vaguely look like a barbarian's design yet his helmet has horns of an Impala

- Verde has green and black armor but his helmet resembles the head of a chameleon

- Abyss' armor is predominantly blue, and his armored accessories has the designs of a shark.

All Might became worried and told the minor pro heroes to fall back, saying that the opponent is too strong for them to handle, but the minor pro heroes confidently assured to All Might that they can handle this and told the number one pro hero to rest as they will defeat the target.

"Don't worry! We got this! And that villain is going down big time, so take a break and leave him to us!"

"Yeah!"

Scissors was the first to step forward and pressed a button on his left gauntlet, where moments later a support robot appeared which resembled a humanoid-looking hermit crab, identified as Volcancer, and began to beat up the Phantom while Scissors armed himself with a shield that resembled a hermit crab's back.

Phoenix was rather amused by this and felt that this may be a minor workout and jabbed his fingers onto the crab robot before unleashing a fireblast which caused Volcancer to explode into metallic pieces, surprising Scissors, and there Phoenix Phantom told him that he made a mistake sending a TOY at him.

"You sure are stupid…"

"No way…"

"You think you can beat me by sending a toy robot at me?"

"Hah! I'm not scared! I'll take you down!"

"So you have a death wish, huh?"

"I'm going to beat you up!"

"Then say bye-bye, asshole…"

"I'm going to get you!"

The Phantom then unleashed a rather huge fireball and threw it towards Scissors, who blocks it with his shield, but despite this the blast incinerated the shield and Scissors was caught by the fireball and he bursts into flames, which he screamed before dying on the spot, and All Might was horrified at what he just witnessed.

Raia was next as he pressed a button on his left gauntlet, which resembled that of a stingray's body, and there a support robot appeared, which resembled a human-sized manta, identified as Evil-Diver, and Raia rode on the support robot and head straight towards the Phantom, intending to ram him, but the Phantom got bored and fired another huge fireball, hitting squarely at his target and the result is that Raia and his support robot exploded and reduced to a burnt corpse.

The still-injured All Might was further horrified at this and willed himself to get up but the Phantom slapped him back and tells him to stay put and watch how he would make an example to the idiots who think they can defeat him with cheap tricks and theatrics.

"Stay down, you old geezer!"

"UUUUHHHHNNNNFFFHHH!"

"Stay there and watch!"

"Uuuuuhhh…"

"Bear witness as I'm going to kill these poor excuse for some pro heroes!"

"N-no…"

"And you'll be feeling sorry for that…"

"Don't...!"

Gai went forward and summoned his weapon, a right-hand gauntlet that resembled a rhinoceros' head with a long horn and began to charge forward and began to hit the Phantom with his weapon and as the Phantom retaliate Gai dodges it and continue to strike his opponent while evading, and to his surprise, Phoenix Phantom finds himself getting a bit of entertainment as Gai doesn't appeared to be a pushover.

"Heh, not bad…"

"Getting scared now…?"

"You look like you could present a challenge…and you don't look like a weakling…"

"Of course…I'm strong!"

"Really…?"

"You bet!"

"Then show me what you got!"

"In your face!"

Then suddenly, something struck the Phantom from behind, and as the Phantom was reeling he saw what hit him, which turn out to be a support robot which resembled that of a humanoid-looking rhinoceros, identified as Metalgelas, and there Gai said that he is going to put the Phantom out of his misery, which the Phoenix Phantom is intrigued and goads Gai to show him what he has to offer.

"Hmm…so you have a few tricks…"

"Surprised? I bet you are!"

"So I take it that's your trump card…?"

"You bet!"

"Then come at me…show me what you got…!"

"No problem!"

"And you better not make me regret it…"

"Too bad…"

There Metalgelas began to charge forward with Gai mounting onto his support robot, acting as the HORN which the support robot began to build up speed as it charges forward to ram the target, and just as both Gai and Metalgelas are about to hit their target the Phantom fired a larger fireball that is the size of a bus and struck them.

This resulted in Metalgelas exploding and reduced to metal debris and burning wires, yet Gai somewhat survived, as his armor was quite thick and able to withstand the attack, which the Phoenix Phantom was rather impressed at seeing someone managing to survive his attack, and felt that Gai is above than a mere target practice.

"Hmm…so you managed to survive…"

"Heh…I'm strong…so your damn matchbox won't hurt me…"

"You still act so smug after I melted your toy robot…?"

"I can make a new one…right after I beat you…"

"Oh…? What made you say that?"

"Heh-heh…my armor is thick…and I just withstood your flaming marshmallow…so you can't beat me."

"Is that so…?"

"Hah! You bet!"

After hearing that Gai saying that his armor is strong that it can withstand any attack, the Phantom felt amused and summoned another large fireball and struck Gai, but this time he is set on fire as the fireball penetrated the target's armor and now Gai screamed as he went ablaze and ran around in panic before falling to the ground and died.

The Phantom then dared the remaining pro heroes to take a try, and Imperer stepped forward as he summoned his weapon which is a spear-like gauntlet that has two drill-like weapons and began to attack, and while the Phantom was hardly fazed, he didn't notice that Imperer uses a remote control to summon his support robots, where about 12 gazelle-looking humanoid robots came charging, as they gored the Phantom which had him stagger backwards, and there Imperer leaps forward and did a knee strike, which the Phantom fell down to one knee.

As Imperer unwisely celebrated thinking that he won, Phoenix Phantom was pissed and grabbed his opponent's head with both hands and crushed it, penetrating his helmet and his skull cracked before shattering,and was killed instantly, which his dead body slumped to the ground, laying in a pool of blood, and there he shifts his attention towards the weakened Midoriya.

Taiga attacked the Phantom from behind using his battle axe and strikes him in reckless abandon, where he repeatedly mumbling that HE IS GOING TO BE A HERO, but the Phantom wasn't amused and summoned his flaming sword and stabbed Taiga on his chest, penetrating his chest armor and pierced his heart, and Taiga slowly died after slumping onto the ground.

This now leaves Zolda, Verde and Abyss as the remaining minor pro heroes and there the Phoenix Phantom dared them to step forward and demanded that they at least present a challenge, or risk getting a violent death if they bore him, which the trio were hesitant to respond.

"So…who's next?"

"…"

"What's the matter? Got cold feet?"

"…"

Abyss stepped forward and raised his left forearm, which houses a gauntlet that resembled a shark, and there it fired streams of water, dousing the Phantom, which only pissed him off and as he is about to put the minor pro hero out of his misery, two support robots showed up, one resembling a humanoid-looking sawshark and the other resembling a humanoid-looking hammerhead shark. They are identified as Abysslasher and Abysshammer, and there they joined Abyss in ganging up on the Phoenix Phantom, managing to at least pinning him down.

But the Phoenix Phantom only got irritated further and struck them with another huge fireball, which the two shark-themed robots exploded and Abyss was set on fire as the flames penetrate his armor and I'd being burned alive where he died after close to a minute.

Then something struck the Phantom from behind and as he looked behind he is baffled as he could not see who attacked him, and then he was struck down again and the Phantom couldn't see who did it, and he became more pissed as the unseen attacker continue to ambush the Phantom, and there All Might noticed that one of the minor pro heroes uses an invisibility Quirk and hoped that it would keep the Phoenix Phantom busy to allow Endeavor to recover and mount a comeback.

"Please keep him busy a little longer…"

However the Phoenix Phantom was able to predict the next sneak attack and caught the unseen attacker, and uses his body to generate enough heat to force the invisible Quirk user to become visible, and there it turns out that it was Verde, and the Phantom is pissed that he grabbed Verde's neck and twists it VIOLENTLY which broke and the pro hero died instantly.

Now Zolda is the only one standing and there Phoenix Phantom asked him if he has any last words, which the minor pro hero said that he has many, and there he brought out a sub-machine gun and opened fire, shooting the Phantom with a barrage of bullets though the Phantom chastised him for being foolish as the Phantom reminded that bullets have no effect on him, but Zolda said that it is merely a greeting as a rather huge support robot arrived, in which it was 10-foot tall, colored green and resembled a mechanical Minotaur.

"Huh…?"

"Hah! What do you think of this?"

"Another damn toy…"

"Don't worry. This one will keep you busy."

"Really…?"

"And I promise that you're going to cry UNCLE…"

"Are you trying to joke me?"

"Yup."

The support robot, Magnugiga, appeared to be heavily armored, and as the Phoenix Phantom threw a huge fireball at the support robot, it absorbed the blast and for some reason it withstood the blast and the Phantom was slightly taken aback, yet he felt that this might be a good challenge for him and decided to welcome that challenge.

All Might saw it and wondered if Zolda would be able to hold out as he noted that Magnugiga appeared to be slow-moving due to its massive size and weight and he tried to will himself to get up and ignore the pain as he is forced to watch as Magnugiga fired some blasters from its arms, hitting the Phantom and had it stagger backwards, which Zolda gloated that the masses would adore him once he gets rid of the Phantom is SPECTACULAR FASHION.

"Hah!"

"Damn…!"

"What do you say about that?"

"You asshole…!"

"I'm going to beat you up and there the likes of All Might and Endeavor would praise and respect me!"

"You think you won…?"

"It's a guarantee!"

"Heh…what a cheeky asshole…"

The Phantom got slightly pissed and fired a fireball at the mechanical Minotaur, and though he struck the massive mecha on the chest, it didn't faze it much, and the Phoenix Phantom felt like this might be challenging and decided to partially welcome it as he believe that this would at least entertain him, and he continue to fire back while dodging the mechanical Minotaur's arsenals.

As Zolda was watching he seemed to be relaxing as he believes that his support robot would finish the job but All Might cautions him, reasoning that the opponent is not to be taken lightly but Zolda assured to All Might that everything is under control as and that the day will be saved, and told the number one pro hero to sit back and relax.

"Oh, don't worry."

"You don't understand…!"

"I do! All I have to do is beat up the birdbrain!"

"Don't let your guard down! He's not like what…"

"Oh you worry too much! I'm guaranteed to win! And once I defeated the walking cuckoo you're going to make me your sidekick!"

"Stop showboating and focus on him! Don't give him the chance to recover!"

"Relax! Everything is under control!"

"You idiot!"

However, Magnugiga slowly fell to the ground, which appeared to be heavily damaged, and there Zolda stared wide-eyed as the mechanical Minotaur's head was gone while smoke and flames came out, as it shows that the Phoenix Phantom managed to figure out a way and got closer before jumping upward and unleashed a concentrated fireball and struck the mecha on the head, revealing that the mecha's head wasn't properly protected.

Zolda started to panic as he brought out his sub-machine gun but the Phantom brought out his sword and stabbed the minor pro hero on his neck, penetrating his armor and there the Phantom proceeded to behead Zolda, killing him on the spot, where his headless corpse fell to the ground andnia being covered by a pool of his own blood, thus killing all the minor pro heroes and he partially complimented Zolda for at least giving him a slight challenge.

Then he shifts his attention towards the armored Midoriya, as he is still weakened from the injuries he sustained from earlier, and he told Midoriya to get ready to die.

All Might stared wide-eyed as he realized that the Phantom is serious about killing Midoriya, and there the number one pro hero willed himself to get up and ignore the pain as he charges towards the Phantom and delivered a barrage of smashes, managing to stagger the Phantom back, and this giving Midoriya room to at least recover his bearings.

"Stay away from that boy!"

"Unnnfffhhh…so stubborn, huh?"

"I'm not letting you harm that boy!"

"You're getting senile…stop wasting my time…"

"I'll stop you no matter what!"

"Heh…so persistent…don't know if I should get pissed off or whether to praise you…"

"You're going down!"

"So cheeky…"

All Might's persistence managed to keep the Phantom back, and while irritated at being interrupted he felt that All Might gave him quite a challenge despite the pro hero bleeding badly and there he compliments All Might for having girth and giving him a bit of challenge, but tells him that he would deal with him after dealing with the now-weakened Midoriya.

"Stay away from that boy! I mean it!"

"Unnnfffhhh…would you stop it already…?"

"I'm not letting you harm that boy! I'll kill you if I have to!"

"Be a little patient…once I'm through with the kid, then I'll accommodate you…"

"I won't let you harm that boy! I'll stop you no matter what!"

"Heh…you think you can…? Don't make me laugh!"

"You're going down!"

"So cheeky…but you're starting to annoy me…now out of the way!"

Phoenix then kicked All Might back before striking him with a fireblast, and is heading towards the weakened Midoriya as Makoto is trying to keep him awake as Midoriya is still in his armored wizard form but then she saw the Phoenix Phantom heading their way and she tried to get the armored Midoriya to stay awake as she feared that he might get killed by the Phantom.

"Midoriya!"

"…"

"Pull yourself together!"

"…"

"That Phantom is heading this way!"

"…"

"Please get up! You can't die here!"

"…"

At this point Endeavor managed to recover and did a shoulder block which sent the Phantom reeling by the side, then he uses FlashFire to further disorient the Phantom, and there Kamen Rider Beast, having partially recovered, brought out the Dice Saber and rolls the roulette part of the saber before pressing his right fist into the saber where the Buffa Ring is, and the Dice Saber spoke to activate the magical attack.

Dice Saber: "SIX. BUFFA…SABER STRIKE!"

A magical pentagram appeared and six magical familiars, resembling a herd of buffalos that are as big as an SUV, came out and charged towards the Phoenix Phantom, with four of them managing to gore the Phantom yet he managed to block and hold the remaining two before using his fire blast to incinerate the herd into nothing.

Beast was surprised that the Phoenix Phantom is still standing yet he noticed that the Phantom is SMOKING, implying that he was dealt with some significant damage and decided to keep the pressure up, and rolls the roulette part of the saber once more before pressing his right fist into the saber where the Buffa Ring is, and the Dice Saber spoke to activate the magical attack.

Dice Saber: "FIVE. BUFFA…SABER STRIKE!"

Again a magical pentagram appeared once more and this time five magical familiars, resembling a herd of buffalos that are as big as an SUV, came out and charged towards the Phoenix Phantom, and there Endeavor struck the Phantom from behind with the FlashFire, distracting him and allowed the magical herd to successfully hit the Phantom, sending him reeling back, yet he still stands.

Seeing this, Endeavor told Beast to repeat the attack, with Beast agreeing as he sensed that another finishing attack might defeat the Phantom once and for all, though Phoenix told Endeavor and Beast not to get too confident as he won't be taken down easily.

"Heh…not bad…but don't get too complacent…"

"What…?"

"Eh…?"

"You can't beat me…and there's no way you could…"

"We'll see about that…"

"And you're going to be a MAIN DISH!"

"Whatever. Now stay out of my way or I'll kill you two!"

"Not a chance!"

"And I'm going to take you down!"

At this point, the armored Midoriya managed to get up, and (off-screen) changed into Hurricane Style for the first time, and uses wind-based magical attacks which further significantly weakens the Phantom, and despite this the Phoenix Phantom is quite elated to see Midoriya still fighting and praises him for having guts and said that he would honor him by killing him in a very violent way.

"Hmm…so you can still get up…"

"You…went too…far…"

"So? You still act so smug after I beaten you up…?"

"I…will stop you…"

"Oh…? What made you say that even though you're losing blood and all?"

"I'll…stop you no matter what…!"

"Is that so…? Guess I'm starting to get pretty satisfied at this point…guess I'm going to put you out of your misery!"

"!"

Channeling his mana, Phoenix Phantom moved at a fast speed and charged towards Midoriya jabbing his fingers onto the younger boy's stomach, piercing through his armor and unleashed a strong fireblast which sent the armored Midoriya careening against a building wall before falling to the ground face-first, and lost consciousness as he is bleeding heavily from his stomach while his armored form disappeared and Midoriya reverting back to normal.

Endeavor and Beast stared wide-eyed in shock at what they just saw and as Makoto is about to head towards Midoriya the Phantom unleashed a fireblast as a warning shot and told everyone not to interfere or else they will regret it, yet Endeavor, All Might and Kamen Rider Beast were unwilling to let it happen and told the Phantom that they are not going to let him kill off Midoriya.

The Phoenix Phantom snickered and felt that killing Beast and the two pro heroes might give him satisfaction and tells them that they can join Midoriya at the AFTERLIFE, once he kills Midoriya, which the trio were not daunted by his threats.

"You won't kill the boy!"

"We'll stop you!"

"And we mean it!"

"Oh really…? You think you have what it takes to stop me?"

"Yeah! We do!"

"And you're going to regret it!"

"And you're going to be my MAIN DISH!"

"Hah! Then come at me and…"

Suddenly, the White Wizard appeared via teleportation magic and stood in front of the Phoenix Phantom, and the latter got irritated seeing that the White Wizard is going to interfere and he told him to get out of the way or else he'll be sorry but the White Wizard wasn't fazed and tells the Phantom to leave as he is insignificant, and that term pissed the Phantom off in a bad way.

"What did you say?"

"Insignificant."

"You sure have the gall to insult me…!"

"Begone."

"What?"

"You mere insect."

"Why you…!"

"Now get out of my sight."

Endeavor and All Might blinked their eyes as they were surprised to see another armored being showed up, and Beast noticed that the White Wizard is also wearing a Wizardriver and wondered if the White Wizard is connected to Midoriya, and if he is here to help, as he realized that he and the two pro heroes are in a pinch due to the Phantom's massive power.

The Phoenix Phantom unleashed a series of fireballs but the White Wizard placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver and activated the Barrier magic, which summoned a circle-shaped pentagram and blocked the fireballs much to the Phantom's surprise and he unleashed more fireballs but the barrier deflects them without problem, which the Phantom is seething in annoyance.

"Damn you! Get out of my way! I want to kill that brat!"

"Insignificant insect. You will not touch this boy."

"You sure have the gall to insult me…! Either you get out of my way or I'm going to kill you!"

"Begone, you worthless fool. You are no value to me."

"What?"

"You mere insect. You're existence is a mere joke."

"Why you…!"

"Now get out of my sight this instant."

Then the White Wizard placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver where his magic ring glowed and the Wizardriver spoke to confirm the activation.

Wizardriver: "EXPLOSION…NOW."

Strong explosive blasts struck the Phantom and he was thrown back and careened against the wall of an establishment and he got rattled for the first time, and as he gets up and tried to retaliate, the Wizardriver spoke again as the White Wizard placed his right hand in front of it as he repeated the same magical attack.

Wizardriver: "EXPLOSION…NOW."

Again the Phoenix Phantom was struck by more stronger explosive blasts and he was thrown further away, and at this point the Medusa Phantom showed up and picks up her comrade and told him that they are retreating as Wiseman gave the order, and said that while dealing with the pro heroes aren't a problem, the White Wizard is, and she reluctantly admitted that the White Wizard is becoming more of a threat than Midoriya himself.

"Medusa! What…?"

"We're bailing out."

"You can't be serious! I'm this close in killing that brat!"

"Wiseman gave a direct order. Moreover, he wants us back intact."

"What?"

"As much as I hate to admit…that White Wizard is starting to prove more of a threat than that boy. And from what I see…a few more magical attacks from that White Wizard and you'll be gone."

"Damn it…! Fine, do what you need to do!"

"Wise choice."

Phoenix Phantom reluctantly obliges as Medusa Phantom uses a teleportation magic and the two Phantoms disappeared, and there Kamen Rider Beast went and check on Midoriya, and noted that his injuries are serious and is bordering on being fatal, and there Makoto asked him if he could help Midoriya, which Beast nodded as he brought out the Dolphi Ring and said that he would do what he could to save Midoriya.

However, the White Wizard approached them and uses an unseen magic spell to levitate the unconscious Midoriya while telling Beast to conserve his mana as he has been using the Falco and Buffa magic, thus depleting his mana and cryptically told him the consequences should the Beast-Driver get low on mana and Beast is unable to replenish it on time, surprising Beast and asked the White Wizard how he know about that, but the White Wizard told Beast to leave Midoriya to him as he has the means to treat his injuries.

"Leave this boy to me."

"Huh? Are you sure about this?"

"Do not worry. Right now you need to worry about how to replenish your mana. You KNOW what would happen next."

"How…how do you…?"

"…"

"Hey, tell me!"

"Go now."

"Hey!"

After that the White Wizard placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver and the Wizardriver spoke to confirm the activation and both he and the unconscious Midoriya teleported away, leaving Beast and Makoto worried as they were unable to ask where the White Wizard is taking Midoriya, and there Beast blamed himself but Makoto whispered to Beast, saying that she has an idea on who to ask, and after hearing it, Beast nodded as he cancelled his transformation and reverted back to normal.

As Makoto asked Koichi Haimawari if he is okay he nodded and there she tells him that once they are alone and in private she would like to ask him about what the White Wizard told him about preserving his mana and all, which Haimawari reluctantly nodded.

By then the SWAT members arrived, and having seen Haimawari cancelling his transformation they wrongly assume that he is the culprit and surrounded him, aiming their weapons at him and ordered Haimawari to surrender immediately, but Makoto stood in their way and told them that the Phantoms are the ones responsible and escaped, but the SWAT members refused to budge and threatened to arrest her for obstruction. When she refused, the SWAT leader told his subordinates to arrest her as well.

"Yes sir!"

Fortunately Endeavor came and sternly reprimanded the SWAT members for their foolishness and said that he and All Might witnessed everything and that Haimawari is innocent and was a big help in driving the Phantoms away, but the SWAT members, attempting to cover their incompetence, uses the law on Quirk usage and pointing that Haimawari ILLEGALLY using his Quirk as a basis for their reason to arrest him.

However, police chief Kenji Tsuragamae showed up and berated the SWAT members for making excuses and there he ordered the police to have the arresting SWAT members disarmed and placed in disciplinary detention while telling the arriving paramedics to help the injured, and there he asked Makoto to come with him as he tells her he wanted to hear about what happened several minutes ago which she nodded, and there she whispered to Haimawari to head to the Omokageddo Antique Store and ask Wajima for information, which he nodded before leaving.

At an unidentified area, the scene shows that Midoriya is laid on a strange table while only in his brief and there you can see a white-colored pentagram hovering above the unconscious boy, and there a strange glow is seen where it shows that lightning-like effects are hitting Midoriya's stomach, showing that it is in the process of MAGICALLY closing the wounds, and the scene shows that the wounds are quite deep and that the White Wizard is using magical means to do an emergency blood transfusion due to the younger boy losing a lot of blood earlier at the hands of the Phoenix Phantom.

"Looks like I may have to speed things up. It might be a bit premature…but circumstances have changed the course…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the Phoenix Phantom had a heck of a blast as he battle the top two pro heroes in All Might and Endeavor…and even Kamen Rider Beast joins the fray…but they all have difficulty in stopping the Phantom despite Midoriya managing to use all four Styles to stop him yet he gets critically injured.

Thankfully the White Wizard showed up and drives the Phoenix Phantom away…

Some Easter eggs here as I brought some minor pro heroes here to act as temporary foils to the Phoenix Phantom, in which they are based on some of the franchise from Toei:

Lastly this chapter ended in a cliffhanger as Midoriya was taken away by the White Wizard and there's no telling what he has plans laid out for the critically injured boy, as he remained unconscious.

Either way, this ends the current story arc, and may have way to a new one…
