I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, in which after Midoriya and Camie were interrogated by the Naruhata Vigilante group…we'll be re-focusing on what's transpiring at UA Academy…specifically what happened to Class 1-B…

Ch. 30: Kurasu 1-B no kiki

The scene shifts at the road where the van is cruising which has the unconscious Class 1-B members inside while under the confines of the Quirk-blocking devices and in handcuffs, and there Kuroiro is giving chase as he was forced to steal an unmanned taxi to go after the van and rescue his classmates as he is sure that the Hero Public Safety Commission would use trump-up charges against his classmates in an effort to lure out Midoriya, and beside him is the unconscious Shiozaki, where you can see that her head has several gauzes that he puts on as a first-aid treatment as he is forced to go after the van to rescue his classmates instead of taking Shiozaki to the nearest hospital.

However something unexpected took place as three persons in armors appeared and Kuroiro is forced to stop as his nature as a pro hero prevented him from running over someone, and there he opened the window and asked what is their problem, where he got a closer look at the three persons in front of him, and all are wearing armor suits that have a vague motif of a Cerberus.

"Is there a problem…?"

"Yes."

"There is."

"And it's you. You are under arrest."

"What?"

"We are from the Hero Public Safety Commission..."

"And on behalf of them…"

"You are under arrest, so surrender."

The trio introduced themselves as the newest pro heroes from the Hero Public Safety Commission, in which they said that they are under orders to either subdue or eliminate him if the situation calls for it, and there each of them introduced themselves in an arrogant manner, which they stated their names to an irritated Kuroiro:

- The gold Sword-wielding Cerberus Hero: Glaive

- The red Crossbow-wielding Cerberus Hero: Larc

- The Green staff-wielding Cerberus Hero: Lance

Seeing that the van is out of sight, Kuroiro needed to find a way out and told them that he is heading to the nearest hospital and showed them Shiozaki's condition, but the three Cerberus-armored pro heroes said that it is OUTSIDE OF THEIR JURISDICTION as they were ordered to subdue or eliminate any members of Class 1-B, and there they deem Kuroiro and the unconscious Shiozaki threats and this warrant their immediate elimination, much to Kuroiro's disbelief.

"What was that?"

"You heard us "

"You are deemed a threat by the Hero Public Safety Commission."

"And that's why you must surrender."

"Can't you see my classmate needs medical attention?"

"Surrender now "

"Or we will use force if necessary."

"That's right."

By then pro hero Death Arms showed up and confronted the three Cerberus-armored pro heroes and berated them for their statements as he pointed out that Shiozaki is no threat pointing out her burn and body injuries and that Kuroiro was using diplomacy instead of using his Quirk to attack, but Glaive said that regardless of the circumstances the Hero Public Safety Commission gave him and his partners VERY STRICT orders to bring in any Class 1-B members…dead or alive.

"Sorry. We have our orders."

"Either that boy surrender…or face immediate termination."

"Yeah."

"Are you out of your minds? Are you really stooping that low?"

"Step aside now. Or we will take you down for obstruction."

"Yeah."

"That's right."

"Damn you idiots…"

Seeing that Glaive and his partners have become DOGS serving at the PLEASURE of the one currently running the Hero Public Safety Commission, Death Arms told Kuroiro to take his classmate to the hospital while he will deal with the THREE IDIOTS here, though Kuroiro asked if he would be okay as he is all by himself though Death Arms said that he'll be fine and urged him to take Shiozaki and go as her injuries would worsen and get infected if not treated immediately.

"Don't mind me."

"But…"

"Take your classmate and go."

"But you against them…?"

"I can handle them…your classmate needs medical attention. Hurry and go!"

"…"

"I'll be fine."

"Very well…"

Nodding Kuroiro boarded the taxi and sped off, and there Death Arms confronted Glaive, Lance and Larc as he told the trio that they do not know a thing about being a pro hero as they are simply after fame and monetary rewards, which the trio said that they see nothing wrong with it as this is how things work in the pro hero industry.

"Those are the perks of being a pro hero. Right, partners?"

"Yeah."

"You really are damn idiots."

"Larc…Lance…you know what to do…"

"Okay."

"Looks like I'll have to knock some sense into you idiots…"

As Kuroiro was driving he saw the van he is chasing is parked at the side, and it was burning in flames, which Kuroiro was horrified as he knew that his classmates are in there, and as he parked the taxi and attempted to get closer to the van the vehicle exploded and the flames were intense which prevented him from getting closer and he shouted for his classmates, and at this point firetrucks arrived and uses the hoses to douse off the flames, while ambulances arrived and Kuroiro had them tend to the unconscious Shiozaki.

Once the van is safely doused Kuroiro checked the remains of the van and is horrified to see his classmates reduced to burning corpses, as they are still in handcuffs and the Quirk-blocking devices are still attached to their corpses, and Kuroiro gritted his teeth while clenching his fists, as he realized that he was unable to help and save his classmates, and there he is confronted by another armored pro hero, and with him are men who are dressed in black SWAT-like armors while their helmets resembled the head of a black army ant.

The pro hero then introduced himself as the Stinging Hero: TheBee, in which he is encased in a gray-colored, cocoon-like armor, and there he told Kuroiro that he and his sidekicks are from the Hero Public Safety Commission and said that they were the ones who did this as it was an order from the Hero Public Safety Commission.

"You are from the UA Academy…and in the name of the Hero Public Safety Commission…you are hereby under arrest."

"Do you really have to do that? My classmates are in handcuffs yet you killed them in cold blood?"

"Regardless, they were attempting to escape and we did what we have to do."

"Your actions are tantamount to murder!"

"Say what you want. Our assignment is accomplished. Now you are next."

"What?"

"They are escaped suspects, and what we did is necessary."

"…"

TheBee reiterated that the Hero Public Safety Commission gave him an order and after receiving word that Class 1-B is attempting to escape, he had his sidekicks take down the van due to being told that Class 1-B possess DANGEROUS Quirks hence the necessity to stop them through any means necessary, which also means violating human rights yet he maintain that this is a necessary step to quell off any potential threats, much to Kuroiro's anger towards TheBee.

However TheBee then told his sidekicks to get ready in subduing their target which they nodded in acknowledgement, as they prepared their weapons and aimed at Kuroiro.

"Yes sir!"

Meanwhile the paramedics overheard the conversation and are secretly dismayed at what TheBee said, and believe that Shiozaki is innocent after seeing her injuries and the 3rd degree burns on her head, as they realized that a fire-based Quirk user went to the extreme and this caused Shiozaki to get forcefully bald, and they secretly put her inside the ambulance as they have no intention of letting any pro hero know seeing that they can't be trusted after hearing what TheBee said to the distraught Kuroiro.

"Okay…take her to thr nearest hospital and don't let anyone else find out. It looks like the commission has gotten over their heads killing innocent kids…"

"Yes sir."

As Kuroiro maintain his and Class 1-B's innocence, TheBee made his move where his bulky, cocoon-like armor EXPLODED into debris, hitting Kuroiro and badly injured him as he began to bleed all over due to being struck by the metallic debris from TheBee's armor, and there TheBee stood there as he is now revealed to have a sleeker armor with yellow stripe and that his helmet now resembled the head of a wasp.

Then he told his sidekicks to subdue Kuroiro and take him down if necessary, which the SWAT-like sidekicks nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir!"

As Kuroiro is struggling to get up as his wounds were grave, a few paramedics checked on him and realized that he is in no shape to fight and told the SWAT-like sidekicks to stop, saying that Kuroiro is no longer a threat but the sidekicks ignored them before pushing them aside and began to assault the injured Class 1-B member despite seeing him heavily bleeding.

The paramedics saw this and are appalled by what the sidekicks are doing to Kuroiro and blocked the sidekicks' paths as they told them that Kuroiro is not a threat as they pointed out that he is gravely injured and is in no shape to fight back or resist arrest and he needs to be taken to a hospital, which TheBee said that it is irrelevant as they were ordered to subdue any Class 1-B members regardless of any circumstances.

There TheBee told his sidekicks to subdue the paramedics if necessary as long as Kuroiro is apprehended, which the sidekicks nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir!"

At this point pro heroes Native and Wash came, after one of the paramedics went to get help and there he told the two pro heroes what is happening and there they saw what befell Kuroiro and they berated TheBee for his un-hero-like actions though he maintain that he is following orders and that he was given permission to use any means necessary.

Native and Wash were incensed and told TheBee that his actions are not that of being a pro hero and told him to tell Rokuweru that until there is sufficient proof he will not send any pro hero to go after any UA students unless there is confirmation, while at the same time they saw the charred remains of the Class 1-B members inside the van, and there the two pro heroes asked TheBee how he would explain that, as the corpses are still in handcuffs but TheBee said that it is irrelevant as his first task has been accomplished and now his next task is apprehending Kuroiro.

There he told his sidekicks to proceed in apprehending Kuroiro, which they nodded in acknowledgement, not caring who stood in their way, be it civilians or pro heroes.

"Yes sir!"

One of the paramedics helped Kuroiro up as the Class 1-B member limped while having difficulty in breathing, which the other paramedics help and puts him inside the ambulance and began to assess the teen's injuries, and realized that he needs immediate medical attention as the wounds are serious and needs to be treated immediately.

TheBee then gave his sidekicks an order, which they are to disable Native and Wash through any means necessary and to apprehend Kuroiro while giving them permission to take down anyone who obstructs them, which the SWAT-like sidekicks armed themselves and nodded in acknowledgement.

"Yes sir!"

Native and Wash braced themselves seeing that TheBee has no intention of abiding human rights and that he is willing to harm the paramedics and there Native discreetly told Wash on what to do, which he nodded in agreement and said that he'll do the right thing as this is what a REAL pro hero do.

"Wash…you know what to do?"

"Yeah…"

"Okay. I'm counting on you."

"Okay."

"I'll deal with that guy…"

"Be careful, Native."

"You too."

"Right."

Hope you liked this chapter, as Kuroiro and Shiozaki are in peril after being badly injured by more armored pro heroes who represents the Hero Public Safety Commission…and what's more the rest of Class 1-B are killed out of the blue, and it seems that the hidden mastermind behind this as achieve its goal in undermining UA Academy…
