(Mario, Koops, and Frankly took the secret entrance and took the pipe. They made it to Hawaii)
KOOPS:
Aloha, Hawaii!
FRANKLY:
Now where can we find that wedding!
MARIO:
First we gotta find that great tree Punio was talking about. Now come on!
(Mario, Koops, and Frankly overheard Beldam talking and was approaching this way, so they hid)
BELDAM:
Yes! That dumb old cloud fell for Randall!
CAMDO (ROBOT):
Yes, my sensors indicate that Madame Flurrie does not even know that this whole wedding is a set up! Also, the mind control machine has been fixed as of today!
BELDAM:
Wait! Forget stealing Flurrie's stuff, let's use that on her instead! Father could really use a powerful cloud like her!
KOOPS:
That is one mean witch. Now how are we gonna get past these witches?
MARIO:
I have an idea!
(Mario then started mimicking Santa Claus)
MARIO:
Ho ho ho ho ho ho!
MARILYN:
What was that? Was that Santa…?
(Beldam nudged her in the stomach)
BELDAM:
Don't be ridiculous, Marilyn! You know Santa's not real!
(Mario, Koops, and Frankly quietly got away from the scene as Beldam was reminding Marilyn about Santa not existing. Mario and Frankly finally found the Great Tree)
MARIO:
There it is! The Great Tree! Just as Punio said! Let's-a… Koops, where did you go?
(Little did Mario know that Vivian pushed Koops out of her way just as she was emerging from her shadow and Koops fell on his shell)
KOOPS:
Ugh, I can't get up! Mario, help!
VIVIAN:
Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! Here, let me help you!
(Vivian grabbed Koops by the arms and pulled him up)
VIVIAN:
There, all better.
KOOPS:
Uh… y-you're a witch… a really nice witch. Thank you so much.
VIVIAN:
No problem at all. What's your name?
KOOPS:
Koops! And you are…
VIVIAN:
Vivian! Nice to meet you, Koops!
(Vivian grabbed Koops's hand and shook it which causes Koops to chuckle nervously and blush)
KOOPS:
N-Nice to meet you too, Vivian.
(Mario and Frankly finally made it to Koops as Vivian's still shaking his hand)
MARIO:
Koops, there you are! We found the Great Tree!
KOOPS:
Great! Well, Vivian, I've gotta go with Mario!
VIVIAN:
Oh, okay.
KOOPS:
Maybe I'll see you later, I guess.
(Vivian gives him a bear hug. Koops then hugs her back)
KOOPS:
Okay Mario, let's go!
BELDAM:
Vivian!
MARIO:
I don't want to leave her like this, Koops.
KOOPS:
Like what?
BELDAM:
Vivian, what were you doing to that freaky turtle!?
VIVIAN:
I just felt lonely.
BELDAM:
You could've just hung out with your siren friends!
VIVIAN:
They treat me like trash, Beldam! Koops was really nice to me!
BELDAM:
Don't back talk me, Vivian! You are younger than me, and you will do what me or Father says to you!
MARILYN:
Hey, Beldam, can I tell Father that Vivian was friends with the freaky turtle?
BELDAM:
Well, sure you can, Marilyn! Vivian deserves to be punished for being stupid and dumb!
KOOPS:
Hey, that's enough! She did nothing wrong! All she wanted was a friend!
BELDAM:
Camdo, please get rid of those guys, I can't stand seeing those stupid faces no more!
(Camdo grabbed Mario while Marilyn grabbed Koops, and they threw them all the way to the Great Tree)
BELDAM:
And as for you, Vivian, you're staying with me at all times from now on! If I catch you leaving, then you'll be so punished!
VIVIAN:
Yes… Sis.
(Meanwhile, Mario and Koops landed somewhere near the Great Tree)
MARIO:
That was such a hard landing.
KOOPS:
It sure was. Hey, where the heck is Professor Frankly?
MARIO:
Frankly? No! We lost him!
FRANKLY:
You didn't lose me, I'm officially leaving this quest! Good luck with the rest of it!
(Frankly teleported back to Rogueport college)
PUNIO:
Mario! Koops! Frankly! Over here!
(Mario and Koops walked up to Punio)
MARIO:
Frankly just left, FYI.
PUNIO:
Oh. Anyway, I've been locked out of my own house!
MARIO:
So, this giant tree is your house?
PUNIO:
Yeah, and we need to get inside so we can get rid of that gang that's trying to steal the Chaos Emerald!
MARIO:
But how do we do it?
PUNIO:
Hmm… I think I know someone who's really, really strong enough to take down the locked door! And I believe Madame Flurrie's strong enough to break down that door!
MARIO:
Yeah, if only we could have her join our team!
PUNIO:
Hey, since you know Lord Elmo exists as some bad guy, maybe we can sabotage her wedding for her own good! Come on, follow me!
