Back in Earthland, rain poured down over the town of Magnolia. The Anima hole popped open and shot out the wizards, Natsu landing first on the ground. He looked around and noticed his surroundings. "We are back!" He cheered before everyone looked over to see Magnolia safe and sound. "Everything is back to normal!"
"Magnolia is safe!" Lucy cheered.
"We did it!" Happy celebrated.
"Lets not get too excited yet." Erza spoke up. "We need to know that everyone is okay."
"They're all okay." The redhead looked up to see all of Extalia in the sky. "We got here before you so we went and checked on them for ya. Nobody even knew that they were turned into a lacrima. Earthland is awesome. I've never felt so much magic before." Every single Fairy Tail member stared up in shock.
"What are they doing here!?" Carla asked furious as the cats huddled behind the queen. "We cannot let them stay here. The Exceeds are far too dangerous and need to return to Edolas."
"Be nice." Happy said.
"Their home is gone." Wendy pointed out. "I think that we should forgive them."
"Never." The white cat said back. The crowd started apologizing for their actions in Edolas. "I don't care about you kids! I'm angry because the queen sent me on a mission to kill the Dragon Slayers!"
"That queen stole our all of eggs!" Lucky added.
"Hiya mister." Happy called out.
"I can assure you that her intentions were pure." Mejeer said from Shagottes side.
"I remember it like it was yesterday." Mysdroy added. "It all started six years ago."
"As we said before, Queen Shagotte has the power to peer into the future." Mejeer continued. "One day, Shagotte foresaw that Extalia would fall from the sky. Now we realize that Extalia was to fall from the shrinking magic power in Edolas, but at the time we thought it was due to the humans. Knowing we couldn't fight the entire human race, Queen Shagotte made the decision to save the next generation."
"Save them?" Lucky asked.
"We carried out the plan in secret even to the people of Extalia." The bearded cat continued. "The queen then issued a false proclamation that it was a cover. We told the people that it was to destroy the monsters known as Dragon Slayers. But it's not as if we had any ill will to you."
"We understand." Wendy said. "You just need something to go along with the story you told."
"Sometimes the truth is really a difficult thing to hear." Brianna said next to Nicholas. "You had to make up something else to tell them."
"We used the Anima to carry out our plan." Shagotte explained. "But there was just one hitch. You, Carla, share the same gift as I do." Carla gasped at the reveal of this fact. "Unfortunately, you didn't have conscious control. It clouded and confused your memory. Only you, out of all the Exceeds we sent over, have this gift. I suspect you started seeing bits and pieces of Edolas' future, and you mistook that as your mission."
"That means..." Happy started.
"There was never a mission to begin with." Slate finished.
"It was just her trying to make sense of what she saw." Shagotte added.
'Then, it was all visions?' Carla asked, thinking back to the tunnel.
"For whatever reason, we thought it might be better if we hid your powers from you." Nadi added. "So we had no choice to make it seem like we controlled your every move."
"We thought it was the only thing we could do." Nichiya added.
"The false bravado we put on for the citizens and humans is what caused this problem in the first place." Shagotte said. "Not just for you three, but for all the eggs we sent over to this world. That is why I handed the sword to you. Exceed kind had nothing to do with this. I alone was to blame for this."
The whole crowd started rejecting the queen's statement of self-blame. One even suggested that they go out and find the eggs they sent over. The crowd rallied behind the statement and took to the sky's in joy. "They sure are optimistic, aren't they?"
"Thank you..." Shagotte cried out.
"Fine, I guess I can accept that." Carla mumbled out. "But tell me, why do we share the same powers?" The five elders started mumbling random stuff. "Why aren't you answering my question?"
"Hey, you ever notice that Carla and the queen kinda look alike?" Happy asked Lucky.
"Now that you mention it, they do." The bigger cat replied.
"Looks like everything worked out okay." Natsu said, now doing Nadis fist pump.
"You caught his weird arm movement." Gray said, unaware that he was doing the same.
Erza and Brianna broke into a cold sweat as Nichiya started sniffing them. "Knock it off!" Both shouted before the punched him to the ground.
"I'm sorry, you just remind me of a very forward acquaintance!" Erza apologized.
"I think it would great if we set up a new home nearby." Shagotte said.
"That be fun." Wendy said.
"Why are you so chipper about that?" Carla asked.
Shagotte reached forward and wrapped Carla up in a hug. "We can see whenever we want."
'It's so warm...' The cat thought.
"Visit us anytime you want." Marl told Happy.
"But you don't come if you don't want to, see!?" Lucky shouted back.
"I promise I'll visit." The guild cat said back. "I don't know why, but I like the way you two smell." The two almost cried tears as the rest of the Exceeds said their goodbyes and took to the sky.
"So, why didn't you just tell Carla that you were her mom?" Lucky asked Shagotte, who was being helped by his wife.
"Until we find the children we sent here six years ago, I have no right to call myself a mother." She answered. "But I could ask you the same question."
"That kid is way too blue for me." He said back. "Gotta say, never expected you'd send your own daughter over too, queen Shagotte."
"I am just a woman who was named a queen." She said back. "And like you, I know how precious a child is to a parent."
"Alright, what's say we head back to the guild?" Natsu asked, leading his team in the fist pump.
"Soods good, but what do we tell them?" Lucy asked.
"Nothing." Gray suggested. "They don't know that anything happened, so why bother telling them?"
"Good point, but I think we should tell them about Mystogan." Erza said.
"We got a problem." Gajeel said.
"What is it now, bolt for brains?" Nicholas asked.
"Where is my cat!?" The Iron Dragon Slayer asked. "Did those felines take him with them!?"
"I'm right here." Everyone looked forward to see Pantherlily, shrunk down to the size of your average Exceed.
"He's tiny!" They all shouted at once.
"He's kinda cute like this." Happy said.
"Seems like Earthland isn't to fond of my previous physic." The black cat said.
"Aren't you bothered by that?" Slate asked.
"Normally, yes." He answered. "But right now, I wish to join the guild that took care of my prince. Gajeel, you said you'd get me in, remember?"
"Same here." Slate said to Nicholas.
"I told you I would." The Slayer said back.
Gajeels reaction was more extreme. "Consider it done, buddy!" He cried out.
"On an unrelated matter, I came across a suspicious person." The black cat said, pulling on a string. "Come on."
"Stop, just let me explain." The person on the rope said before popping out of the bush. She was yanked to the ground, revealing white hair, blue eyes and an emblem on her thigh. "I told you, I'm a member of Fairy Tail too."
Erza, Gray, and Happy were in disbelief, but Natsu was in shock. "Lisanna..."
"That really hurt, cat." The girl said back. "Hold on, are you an Exceed?"
"The name is Pantherlily." The black cat replied.
"You got a problem with my cat, you got a problem with me, got it?" Gajeel asked.
"Whoa, she's just like..." Gray started.
"Lisanna." Erza finished.
"That can't be her, right?" Brianna asked.
"I thought she was dead." Nicholas mumbled.
"Perhaps she's the one from Edolas?" Carla suggested.
"How did she get here?" Lucy asked.
"What do we do?" Wendy asked.
The tied-up girl looked over to Natsu and the two stared at each other before she tackled him in a hug. "Natsu!" Both fell to the ground as Lisanna had tears welled up in her eyes. "Natsu... it's you. I'd never thought I'd see you again." She climbed off him and squeezed Happy in a hug. "Happy, its you." She then turned to Erza and Gray. "It's been so long since I've seen you." She smiled before turning to the others. "You must be new members. The blonde is Lucy, the two haired is Brianna, and the little one must be Wendy. Guess Nicholas is a member here."
"Wait... you, are you... our Lisanna?" Gray asked.
The girl merely nodded her head. "Yeah..."
Everyone started mumbling in disbelief before Natsu and Happy cheered. "She came back to life!"
"Hold it." Erza grabbed both of them and yanked them back. "You cannot be our Lisanna! She died two years ago, and there's no way for to have come back to life now!"
Lisanna sank back before speaking up again. "The truth is, I never actually died that day. Two years ago, I went on a job with Elfman and Mirajane. During the fight, I lost consciousness. At that moment, I think I was sucked up by an Anima. I think there little ones all over Earthland back then. When I woke up in Edolas, I was outside their Fairy Tail.
"I was confused because everyone looked so different, but I recognized everyone there. They welcomed me because they thought I was their Lisanna. I'm guessing it's because theirs had died. It was like I'd come back from the dead. I just... I couldn't find it in me to tell them the truth. So I pretended to be Edolas' Lisanna.
"It was tricky at first, but I just apologized and told them my memory was fuzzy. I tried my best to fit in, and it got easier as I learned more about Edolas. It didn't take long to get used to there, and two years passed so quickly. And then, you and Happy showed up six days ago."
"Why, Lisanna?" Natsu asked. "Why didn't you just tell us the truth then?"
"It wasn't the right time..." She answered.
Six Days Ago
Edolas Fairy Tail
As the Edolas Guild listened to Natsu explain everything, Lisanna slipped out the back door. "What the matter, Lisanna?" E. Jet asked. She closed the door behind her, catching Natsu's attention.
'Its Natsu... the Natsu I know.' She thought as tears started flowing down her face. "I can't let them find out. I don't want my brother and sister to go through that pain again. I have to be strong, I have to live my life in Edolas."
Present
Earthland
"But then the magic power was expelled from Edolas, and me along with it." She continued.
Early Yesterday
Edolas
"Why is your body glowing?" E. Droy asked.
"It's not what you think, I'm sorry!" She cried out as her body started floating up to the Anima. E. Mirajane grabbed her hand and held her tight.
"It's alright, we've known from the beginning." The older girl confessed.
Lisanna gasped before E. Elfman pulled her in. "We just wanted a little more time with out sister. Forgive us."
"You're as sweet as our Lisanna, but you have to go now." E. Mira said as Lisanna floated higher. "We know how much your brother and sister much miss you. So don't make them suffer anymore."
"No, I'll miss you too!" Lisanna shouted.
"You have your siblings in Earthland." E. Mirajane said as tears started falling from your eyes. "Give them our regards." She let go and Lisanna flew into the Anima.
Present
Cardia Cathedral
Elfman and Mirajane stood over Lisanna's grave, a cluster of fresh flowers on it. "Sis, it's time to go." Elfman said. "Let's get out of the rain."
"Just a little longer, please." Mirajane requested.
Behind them, Lisanna raced through puddles of rain as she reached the church. "Mira, Elfman!" Both turned around and stared at the approaching girl like she was a ghost. Lisanna paid their stares no mind before she tackled them in a hug. All three siblings started crying in joy as Edolas conquerors smiled at the scene.
Mirajane smiled through her tears as she looked at her sister. "Welcome home..."
Unknown Forest
A lonely stag bends down and takes a drink from the pond in front of it. Nearby, a man with black hair and clothing stared up at the sky, his white sash blowing in the wind. "The sky looks so lonely and sorrowful." He sat up and the caught the deers attention before it sprinted away in fear.
Edolas
Royal City
The citizens of the city where currently rebuilding their homes after the Dragon Slayers destroyed them. Some were commplaining about the lack of magic, but other encouraged them to press on. Above them, Edolas Gajeel wrote down what he saw and smiled. "Things are looking up around here."
Down at the castle, Mystogan looked out over a balcony as a guard approached from behind. "I've brought the prisoners." The soldier reported. The bluenette turned to Faust, Byro, Coco and the captains of the warfare units.
Edolas Fairy Tail
"You gotta be kidding me!?" Lucy Ashely shouted at her Levy.
"Do I look like I'm kidding?" The petite girl asked back.
"I know I asked for a creative way for moving the guild hall around." The blonde turned to the Guildhall, now sitting on top of a giant wagon. "But what the hell is this!?"
"You don't really expect US to pull that thing, do ya?" E. Macao asked.
"Yeah, I do!" E. Levy replied as E. Natsu tried to sink away. "We don't have anymore magic power, remember?"
E. Lucy caught the pinkette by the shoulder. "Thought that you could get away, huh?" She asked, gripping tighter.
"No, I uh..." He mumbled before an idea crossed his mind. "Wait, I've got an idea. We'll just tow it with my magic mobile." He hopped into the car and turn the keys... only to find it dead as a doornail. "Uh, little help, please?"
"Why is he having trouble?" E. Cana asked.
"Because he's a moron who doesn't realize that you can't start a magic mobile without any magic power." E. Juvia replied.
"As smart as you are beautiful!" E. Gray cried out.
"Speaking of morons, go away!" She told him.
"I'm sorry, Lucy!" Natsu cried out as the blonde trapped him in a backbreaker.
"Should have know you were gonna screw up." She said as bones snapped. She threw her Natsu off and turned to the guild. "Listen up, this Guildhall isn't gonna move itself to the Royal City! Everyone get in position!"
The crowd cheered and started pulling as Edolas Mirajane stared out on the horizon. "You ready to go?" Her Elfman asked as he came up from behind.
"Yeah..." She nodded.
E. Natsu looked over to see the women standing to the side as he and the rest of the men pulled. "Excuse me, why aren't you ladies helping?"
"Don't you know it's not polite to ask delicate maidens to haul something like that." Lucy Ashely replied.
"What!? Delicate maidens!?" The men repeated in disbelief.
Royal City
"Edolas' Royal City is entering new era." Mystogan said with his back to the prisoners. "It's people are looking forward to the future. However, they haven't forgotten the pain you've all caused them in the past. Therefor, you must be punished for your actions."
"We understand." Faust said.
"As the new king, I hear by decree." The king said, turning around. "Sir Faust, you are permanently exiled from the kingdom. You are prohibited from ever entering the Royal City again."
Faust nodded in understandment. "Poor guy..." Coco mumbled.
"Erza Knightwalker." Mystogan continued. "You cannot leave the kingdom without my explicit permission."
"I'm prepared to die for my crimes." She told him. "There's no need for you to hold back."
"I am not." He told her. "I'm ordering you to assist in rebuilding the Royal City." His order caused her to gasp in shock. "Hughes, Sugarboy, Byro, and Fale will be given the same punishment as her."
"Can you explain yourself!?" E. Erza asked.
"Yeah, this like, totally messed up." Hughes spoke up.
"So the magic warfare units don't get the full brunt?" Sugarboy asked in curiosity.
"I don't understand what your trying to achive." Byro confessed.
"Only your atonement." Mystogan replied.
"Then just execute us and be done with it!" Knightwalker replied. "We don't want to live in shame."
"Its no big deal, just do it." Hughes added.
"We were all prepared for that kind of punishment." Sugarboy said.
"This is our desire, please just grant us this request." Byro begged.
"Very well, then." Mystogan said, shocking the group.
"If they're going to die to atone for their crimes, then I am to!" Coco declared.
"No, Coco." He told her. "I cannot allow you to do that after you've reformed of your own accord. That was noble of you, do not let your past sully your actions."
"Okay, I won't." She mumbled.
"I know that even without magic power, you each of you posses amazing potential." The king told the others. "Not to mention wisdom and experience. We need your help to rebuild the Royal City. However if you cannot bare it, I will grant you the final punishment for your sins."
"The same should go for his highness." E. Erza said. "Forgive me, I mean sir Faust. That's the only fair solution, don't you think so?"
"She's got a point." Coco said.
"My punishment is fair." Faust said as he walked forward. "Take care, all of you. I am greatful for the show of mercy from the new king." He stopped by E. Jellal and looked up at the sky. "Before he left, I called out to that young man."
"Yes, I know." Mystogan replied.
"I understand why he smiled when he gave that answer." The former king continued. "His answer stared something within me. I guess this is good bye." He turned and looked over his shoulder. "Coco, don't ever stop running."
"I won't." She cried out. Faust continued his march out the city and into the wilderness as his son raised his arm in the Fairy Tail salute.
"Sir, if I may ask something." Knightwalker said as she walked forward. "Where is Fale?"
"I think he's still in his lab." Mystogan said as he lowered his hand. "If you want to check on him, you're free to."
"Thank you." She said before walking into the castle.
Minutes later, she reached his lab and knocked on the door. "Come in." E. Nicholas said. Knightwalker opened the door and found him working at his desk with his back to her. "So, king Mystogan tell you our punishment?"
"Yes, he did." She nodded.
"Tell me, what do you think about this whole redemption thing he's setting us on?" The scientist asked.
"...I think we have a lot to make up for." She answered, her eyes wandering around the room. "But, if we try hard enough, we might one day make amends." A chuckle caught her attention and she looked to Fale.
"Tell me something, Erza." E. Nicholas stood up and turned around, showing a hand-made, fully articulate prosthetic. "Do you think this is a good way to start?"
Edolas Fairy Tail
"This is the life, isn't it?" E. Lucy asked as she and the rest of the girls sat inside the guild hall.
"This tea is delightful." E. Cana added.
"About time we get to relax." E. Levy chimed in. The only one who wasn't happy was E. Brianna, who was sitting in the corner, holding the broken club.
Royal City
"Good job, guys!" E. Lucy said to the exhausted men on the ground. "We made it to our destination!"
"No thanks to you!" The men replied.
A crowd of townspeople stared at the masssive building that literally pulled into town. "People of the Royal City!" E. Mirajane called out.
"We're members of the Fairy Tail guild!" E. Juvia and E. Wendy declared at the same time.
"We can solve any problem you my have." E. Cana declared.
"And no one can beat our prices." E. Levy added.
"We're having a special for our grand opening!" E. Bisca shouted.
"Stop on by!" Lucy Ashely added. The crowd of people started making requests and the girls accepted all of them.
"Does anyone know about bricklaying?" E. Gray asked.
"Nope. How about carpentry?" E. Macao asked. Both received no's to their questions. "Wonderful!"
"Alright guys, let's get to work!" Ashely shouted.
Earthland
Fairy Tail Guildhall
Every guild member turned to the door as Lisanna walked through it. "You were alive all along?" Wakaba asked, having been told about the Anima by Lisanna.
She nodded and the whole men half of the guild cheered in joy. "Keep your filthy paws off of her!" Elfman shouted, punching them away.
"I think they were just happy to see her." Natsu said, sweatdropping at the punch.
"Its so nice to see everyone in the guild back to normal." Lucy said with a smile.
"No kidding, and it doesn't look like they had a clue about the Anima." Gray added.
"Well, they were turned into a giant lacrima." Brianna joked.
"I'm just glad that they're all safe and sound." Erza chimed in.
"So this is what like inside a guild." Pantherlily said, looking around.
"Yeah, it's crazy isn't it?" Slate asked.
"Lisanna..." Makarov said as he walked forward.
"Master." She cheered as the others looked at him.
"I was so worried about you." He said. "I consider every person raised by this guild as my children. And like any parent, I worry about my children. But I also have faith in them. Fill me in on all of the details another time. Same with the rest of you." He told Natsu and the other Edolas explores.
"Sure thing, gramps." Natsu cheered.
"Today we celebrate your return to Fairy Tail." The old an cheered.
"Thank you..." The girl said, on the verge of tears. "I've come home, and I'm never leaving again."
"You can leave, child." Makarov said back. "No matter where you go this will always be home. Welcome back, Lisanna."
"Welcome back, Lisanna!" The whole guild repeated.
Lisanna started crying before she tackled Makarov in a hug. "She tackled him!" Lucy shouted in a panic.
"Be careful, the master is fragile!" Wendy added.
Lisanna rubbed against the master as she sobbed tears of joy. "Let it out child, before the party begins." Once the last tear dried, the guild hung up a banner and started partying.
"Okay, who's ready for round two?" A purple haired girl asked.
"Over here, Kinana!" A table shouted, catching the girl's attention.
"I can't believe how everyone has changed." Lisanna said, looking around. "But I think you've changed the most, sis."
"Me?" Her sister asked back.
"But I don't mind." The short haired girl said. "Because it's still the same Fairy Tail."
"Lisanna." The snowette looked over to see the Thunder Legion approaching. "I'm glad you made it home." Freed told her.
"The Thunder Legion!" The girl cheered as she ran over. "I never thought I'd see you here."
"I can understand you'd be surprised, but just remember the guilds name." Evergreen said. "I'm the most fairy like."
"Did she change her hair?" Lucy asked before jumping back at from the glooming Juvia. "Juvia did the same!?"
"Why is it raining?" Wendy asked.
"Wonder what's wrong with her?" Lucy asked.
"Yeah, she doesn't seem very happy."
The rain woman continued to sulk as she thought back to her conversation with Happy. "Can you believe that Gray's the one in love with you in Edolas? Maybe it's her hairstyle."
"You should see the other you." Gray told Cana before chuckling. "Just the thought makes me laugh."
"Hurry up and tell me." She demanded. "I'd like to get back to drinking."
The beam Juvia was hiding behind began to crunch under the pressure. "I want to go to Edolas."
"Oh, now it makes sense." Lucy said. Behind her, Alzack and Bisca were thinking the same as Juvia.
"Our guild is the best!" Natsu cheered. Some began wondering if the Edolas Natsu was the same as theirs.
"Actually, he's more like this. 'Why are being mean to me, Lucy?'" Lisanna said before doing an impression of E. Natsu, making the table laugh.
"Its still as funny now as it was then!" Nicholas laughed out from the floor.
"Don't laugh at the other me!" Natsu shouted.
"I thought it was kinda cute." Lisanna chuckled.
"Yo, Happy. Heard you were kicking but in Edolas." Gildarts said as the blue cat flew over.
"Aye." He nodded. "Hey, think you deal with the rampaging Dragon Slayer?"
"After the party." Gildarts chuckled.
"Screw that, fight me now!" Natsu shouted, only to get chopped to the floor.
Pantherlily looked out at the guild a little overwhelmed. "Certainly a rowdy bunch, aren't they?" He asked.
"You could say that again." Slate nodded.
"That seems to be most people's first impression." Carla said.
"There's never a dull moment." Happy added.
"So everyone here possesses a magic power of some kind?" The black cat asked.
"That's correct." Erza said as she walked over to the table. "It's the same with every wizard in every guild."
"Erza." Pantherlily looked up at the red head.
"Oh, yeah. You were on the same side as the Edolas Erza." Slate remembered.
"You're gonna like ours better." Happy said, munching on a fish.
"But I don't think it's the magic that's important." The redhead continued. "I think what matters is the hearts of the wielder. Wouldn't you agree, Lily?"
"You might be a different person, but it is comforting to see at least one familiar face." The black cat said with a smile.
"Rock for brains, get over here!" Gajeel shouted. "I want my cat to fight yours to see who's stronger! Same with you, Salamander!"
"I'm just glad he forgot about me." Wendy mumbled.
"At least for now." Brianna teased.
"Well, what do you say to that?" Slate asked the former captain.
"I admit, it sounds like an interesting fight." Pantherlily confessed. "But, I'd rather not engage in any rough housing today. Besides, I don't think you could handle it."
"Spent my whole life hunting dangerous criminals." Slate bragged. "I'm not afraid to get a little roughed up."
"But I am." Happy nervously spoke up.
"Would someone care to explain why they're fighting now?" Carla asked, staring at the massive pile of fists and smoke.
"Even Elfman and Gray got pulled in." Happy pointed out.
"Flesh striking flesh..." Juvia mumbled before starting to take off her top. "I'll join you!"
"Keep your clothes on!" Lucy shouted as more men joined the brawl.
"Calm down, this is getting out of hand." Wendy begged.
"Get used to it, this is how Fairy Tail is." Lucy told her.
"Besides, this what makes Fairy Tail so much fun." Lisanna added before she and Lucy shared a smile.
"Tel me, Natsu." Makarov said from the bar. "What was I like in this other world you visited?"
"You mean the Edolas version of you?" Natsu asked back.
"That's right." The master nodded. "Was he the opposite of me?"
"Well..." Natsu mumbled before the king crossed his mind. "No way... that's it! I'm not sure, but I think you might have been the king."
"So what was I like?" Gildarts asked.
"I don't remember seeing anyone who looked like you." Natsu confessed, disappointing Gildarts.
"Didn't you start this fight!?" Gray shouted. "Get back in here!" Natsu jumped back into the fight just after punching Freed for calling him a coward.
"Yep, saw that coming." Makarov chuckled. "Gildarts, do you think Mystogan is gonna be okay in Edolas? I know I sound like an old man, but I can't help but worry about my children."
"I'm sure he's fine." The ace said. "He grew up here, he'll always be one of us."
Makarov chuckled at the answer with a smile. "So how long do you plan on sticking around this time?"
"Haven't figured it out yet." Gildarts answered.
Magic Council Headquartere
"This is a disgrace!" A councilman with an eye patch shouted. "I've never seen so many incident reports!"
"Esspecially since they all come from a single guild." Another council man added. "Fairy Tail."
"They've caused countless headaches for our predecessors." A third said.
"Will they can be troublesome, we can't blame all of our problems on them." Org spoke up. "After all, we owe them for wiping out the Oración Seis of the Baram alliance."
"We owe them!?" The second speaker asked. "That is absolutely ridiculous!"
"And there's no record of the council ever approving the operation." The third added. "As far as we can tell, it was a simple band of local guilds acting of their own accord."
"Making matters worse, even thought they declared war on a dark guild, their actions violated the inter-guild conflict band treaty." The second speaker pointed out.
"I worry that this incident could cause the Baram alliance to retaliate." A female member said.
"I don't think there's cause for concern." The third male member replied. "The light team called themselves an alliance, but they were just part of a nonaggression treaty."
"Besides that, they claimed that Jellal was their ally in their report." The female member said.
"They have a rather dangerous mindset." The third speaker added.
"This is our chance to assist ourselves!" The eyepatched member shouted. "We'll show them that we won't put up with this kind of behavior!"
"If we are to regain the trust the previous council squandered, we must crack down on the problematic guilds." The chairman, Guran Doma, declared. "There will not be a second chance for Fairy Tail. One more incident and they're disbanded!" Org pinched his brow at the decreed. "Are you dissatisfied, Org?"
"N-no, not st all." He said back.
"I amazed at your naïveté." The chairman told him. "You allowed yourself to be fooled by a mere projection. Do you understand how reckless it was to allow the R-system to be activated." He turned to another council member. "Get me Ladar's latest report form Doranbolt."
Fairy Tail Guildhall
Lucy was the first to wake up and stare at the carnage that was Fairy Tail's party. "Looks like everyone did some serious partying." She looked to see Lisanna sleeping against her siblings. 'I'm so happy for Mira and Elfman.' She looked behind her to see Natsu snoring. 'I bet Natsu wishes he could be with Igneel again. Sometimes I wonder if he ever feels lonely.'
She leaned down over him and smiled. 'He's a little cute when he's sleeping.' He started mumbling something and she leaned in.
"Fire Dragon Iron Fist." He mumbled before punching Lucy out of the guild hall. "Had enough yet, Gray?"
Unknown Island
The man knelt in front of the pond and took a drink from it before staring up at the moon. Snarls captured his attention as a pack of hungry wolves popped out of the forest. "Please, don't come near me." The man begged, only for his request to ignored. "Stay back, please." He begged, holding his hands out.
The pack pounced before magic flared around the man. A second later, they all dropped to the ground dead. "I warned you..." The man said. "I didn't want to take your lives..." The grass withered around him as birds dropped out of the sky. "...Natsu. I hope that I will see you soon."
When I started this arc, I got a guest review calling the Edolas guild selfish for keeping Lisanna with them. To which I reply 'Where we watching the same show?' Lisanna stayed with them by choice because that's the kind of person she is.
