4. Chapter 4

The day after the party. Marie is found in her bedroom and looking distressed about something.

"Who in the world is that mob?!" Marie yelled as she slammed a fist on the frame of her bed before biting her thumb's fingernail. 'I was so close! I was so close finishing my perfect plan! Why did he had to go and mess it all up!?' She looked up and thought about the duel for a moment. 'But wait a second. I mean, why do I have to be afraid? It's not like those five would lose and that guy looks weak but…' she shivers when she remembers the serious gaze that Kira had when he looks at her. 'But that guy was somehow scary for some reason.'

As Marie ponders in her mind, the door to the room opens and Kyle walks in with a tray of food.

"I have brought you your breakfast, Master." Kyle spoke as Marie looked surprised before she sighed and looked away.

"Remember to knock, won't you?" Marie spoke with a rather annoyed voice. "You surprised me."

"I shall take note of that." Kyle stated as he went and placed the tray on the table. "Your breakfast today has an extra portion of vegetables."

"I don't like those vegetables." Marie replied in a whining voice as she looks to hate vegetables.

"Just eat it, it's not much." Kyle spoke after sighing. "You are a shameful Master."

'This guy…' Marie looks irritated as she stares at Kyle. 'In the game, he was a cold but a capable servant. He's just a cute little brother type character with a bad personality but he's still cute and that's why I can forgive him.'

"So? what about the duel?" Kyle asks. "I heard that we gotten permission to use the arena and the duel will on its way."

"I know." Marie nods. "By the way, you got info of this Kira guy?"

"Other than his grades are good and he's very popular with the earl of Atlee's daughter, he's not much of a famous person considering that there is next to no info about his fighting skills." Kyle replied as Marie begins to think.

"I see…" Marie spoke before smirking a bit. 'The guy may uses a gun and other stuff but that doesn't mean he knows how to fight with an Armor. I mean, Julius and the others know how to pilot those robots and they're strong!' she snickers a bit and grins. 'My plans may have gone down the wrong track, but it'll be alright.' She raises her hands and just looks excited. 'After the duel, I'll just need to chase out Angelica from the kingdom and become the saint. Then I'll become the real protagonist of this world!'

Meanwhile, Kira is in a room and is in the middle of a conversation with Olivia, Raymond, Daniel, and Clarice who is accompanied by her followers.

"You really made a big deal of yourself in the school." Clarice spoke with a sigh as she sat by a table that had tea and cookies prepared by Kira. "From the first-year to the third-year students, everyone knows about the duel that is going to happen between you and the prince's entourage." She shakes her head while raising her hands up. "And what you did with Angelica by being her representative and all."

"she's right, Kira-san." Olivia spoke out with a worried look. "I heard from many others that the prince and his friends are all experienced fighters who have used Armors dozens of times before enrolling the school!"

"it's like a cat fighting a lion!" Daniel stated while imagining Kira as a little brown cat that is facing Julius who is a big blue lion.

"Or rather a pride of lions!" Raymond added in as he imagines Brad, Chris, Greg, and Jilk as other colored lions along with Julius.

"But that's not the main point!" The duo did a Tsukkomi. "The main problem is what you did with Angelica-san, Kira!"

"I appreciate your concern, but this duel shall go forth." Kira replied as he drinks a cup of tea while having Tori riding on his right shoulder. "I will remain as Angelica-san's representative for this duel."

"Are you for real? Do you have any idea how bad of a deal that you just did?" Clarice asks while raising an eyebrow.

"Many nobles didn't wish to have Olivia-san who is a commoner, to be in the academy but Angelica-san accepted her and helped her accustom herself in the school." Kira stated as he looked at Olivia who was blushing a bit. "I accepted to be the representative of the duel not only to repay the kindness she given to Olivia-san, but to let the people know that commoners are human beings who should be given their rights to be people." He then looks at Clarice. "Also, I accepted because I wish to talk to Jilk Fia Marmoria as well."

"Jilk? Why?" Clarice asks, curious as to why her junior mentioned the name of her ex-fiancé.

"I wish to tell him to go and apologize to you, Clarice-senpai." Kira stated with a hand to his chest. "Just from hearing your story before, I can understand that Jilk Fia Marmoria had thrown you away like you were not a human being." He held up a hand and formed a hard clenched fist. "I wish to make him go and apologize to you, to make him give the reason as to why he would do such a horrible thing that he must atone."

"Kira-kun." Clarice spoke as she smiled a bit. "You really are a unique person, aren't you?"

"If you're going to fight, Jilk. Give him hell!" a follower of Clarice exclaimed as the others cheered in agreement. "He made our lady cry! Do your best to make him cry as well!"

"I shall try my best." Kira nods with a smile before he sees Tori flying away as the mechanical bird flies out the door that opens when Angelica comes in. "Angelica-san?"

"Excuse me." Angelica spoke as she bowed to the group before she looked at Kira. "May I ask for some of your time, Baron Bartfort?"

Everyone looks at Kira who nods before he follows Angelica who leads him out of the room.

"I wonder if he realized what he did that night?" Raymond asked.

"I think we can put that aside later because I'm more concerned if he will be alright" Daniel asks while looking worried. "I mean, his room got trashed by some nobles who want him to lose."

"Even worse is that nearly 90 percent of the school's students bet that the prince will win, and Kira would lose." Raymond added in. "it's like bullying on a whole new level."

"I'm guessing that all of us here are those ten percent?" Clarice asked as she held out a red card which is a betting card used by the school for the betting in a duel or anything alike.

"I think so." Daniel nods as he takes out a red card that Raymond also has.

Clarice's followers all take out red cards as no one in the room placed any bets against Kira, no one but Olivia.

"I didn't do any betting." Olivia spoke. "I think betting is bad after all."

"that's obvious coming from you, huh?" Clarice said while everyone sweatdrops in unison.

At a guest room there is Angelica who is sitting at a table with Kira across from it.

"Baron Bartfort, I would like you to forfeit the duel." Angelica spoke politely to Kira. "I appreciated it that you stepped up to be my representative but going against those five is just suicide." She shakes her head and then looks at the young man before her. "Please, forfeit. I do not wish to see you die in the duel."

"I appreciate your concern, but I cannot." Kira spoke while placing a hand to his chest. "In the rules of the Holfort Kingdom's duel; once the duel is accepted, the participants must follow and fight in the duel no matter what." he smiles. "Please be at ease, I do not plan to lose."

"Are you really serious?" Angelica asks with a worried face. "Your room was vandalized, you know? everyone is saying that you are going to be the loser and betted their money against you." She shakes her head and frowns a bit. "I will be fine, but I do not wish for you to suffer."

"As I repeat, I thank you for your concern, but I shall be fine." Kira stated with a nod. "I have my reasons to be your representative of the duel, mostly concerning a friend's welfare and yours."

"My welfare?" Angelica asks as Kira nods.

"You are in pain, are you not?" the young man asks while waving a hand to the side. "I can see it in your eyes. You are constantly angry and mad at Marie Fou Lafan for being near the prince, aren't you?"

"t-that's…" Angelica spoke out before frowning and then nods her head while looking down. "Yes. I am." She then looks up and stares at Kira. "But that is none of your concern, I am…"

"You were thinking what is best for the prince and the kingdom, were you not?" Kira said as Angelica looked surprised. The young man smiles and looks at the view outside from a nearby window. "I…. I knew a person who once did the same as you did. That person is my twin sister." He turns to the blonde. "What you did that night was something I knew she would've done if she was the prince's fiancé."

"Your twin sister?" Angelica muttered out.

"Unlike myself, my twin sister is a noble who has to rule a country on her own." Kira spoke with a hand to her chest. "She made tough decisions that are for the sake of the country and for the sake of the people." He smiles in remembering Cagalli's determination to protect Orb during the war. "She cried when someone died, she cried when her people are hurt, she cried when she failed to protect her country." He sighs and looks at Angelica. "What you did that night. You were just trying to protect the Prince and the Holfort Kingdom from Marie Fou Lafan who you believe is a bad influence on him, correct?"

Angelica didn't respond with words but with action as she nodded while having an understanding look at Kira.

"In truth, i cannot fully agree with you in your notion, but I can say that I know that Marie Fou Lafan is somehow a bad influence towards the prince and many others." Kira spoke with a nod before he bowed humbly to Angelica. "So please allow me to duel against the prince and his comrades."

Angelica looks at Kira before she sighs and nods her head.

"Very well." Angelica spoke before smiling a bit. "It's funny, isn't it?"

"What is?" Kira asks curious while standing up straight.

"When we first met in the Dungeon, and you asked me to join your group." Angelica spoke in remembering Kira's words back at the Dungeon. "I thought you were just some people who wishes to curry favor my family, but it turns out you're just a modest and honest person." She chuckles and shakes her head. "Or should I say brutally honest on your actions."

"Is that so?" Kira replies while looking a bit confused.

"I mean, you did ask to be my champion while showing your personal interest in me." Angelica said while looking away with a small yet noticeable embarrassed smile. "I have to be honest that it was the first time anyone has done so for me."

"Personal interest? I just ask to be your representative because I wish to do so in helping you." Kira said as he is very confused. "I guess you can say that it is of personal interest in some degree."

"it's alright if you are not so honest right now." Angelica said with a smile to Kira. "I would be in the same situation after what you did that night."

"After what I did?" Kira asks. "I just followed the rules and tradition of the Duel in the Kingdom, though?"

"Eh?" Angelica now has a confused look at Kira. "You were just following the rules?"

The two are now in confusion as they look at each other for a moment before Angelica speaks out first.

"y-you do know that you represented yourself to be my champion, after…" Angelica spoke out before looking down in embarrassment. "After you took my other glove and hand too."

"y-yes, but that is in the tradition of the duel, is it not?" Kira asks. "To be your representative in the duel, I must hold your other glove and vow to be your sword and shield in battle, right?"

"Wait a minute. Did you say that you have taken hold of my other glove to be my representative?" Angelica asks after placing a hand to her head and looks seriously at Kira. "That is not the tradition in the duel."

"it's not?" Kira replies as he looks very confused.

"The tradition of being the representative of one participant in a duel would be to state that you are the representative." Angelica explained while waving a hand to the side. "There is no need to do anything else." She points a finger up. "Your knowledge of that tradition would be from the Holy Kingdom of Rachel that is similar but different in many ways."

"I see…" Kira nods in understanding before he waves a hand to the side and smiles. "Then it is not the same? I do not see the problem in the matter though?"

"Are you for real?" Angelica asks as she sighs and shakes her head before explaining in full detail that Kira did become her representative in the duel, but when he took her other glove and held her hand while kneeling to her like a knight to a princess; he also gave voice to his actions done in the sake of her affection, meaning that he wanted to become her representative for her love.

When Angelica finished explaining, Kira's face was red in embarrassment because he finally realized what he just did.

"w-wait! I didn't mean to do something like that!" Kira blurted out as he looked panicked. "I just wish to be your representative! You helped my friend; Olivia in her studies of being accustomed to the academy and then I wished to repay your kindness by becoming your champion and then...!"

Angelica looks slightly amused at Kira's frantic behavior as she finds it very funny.

"I understand. So, stop apologizing." Angelica told Kira with a small smile while raising her hand. "I could tell that you are serious in your actions just after meeting you a few times." She soon frowns and her smile turned a bit sad as she whispered. "And yet I feel disappointed after learning your true intention."

"Pardon?" Kira asks as he looks at Angelica because he could've sworn that he heard her say something.

"it's nothing. I was just…" Angelica spoke out before she was interrupted by Jenna who came barging in.

"KIRA-KUN!" Jenna screams out she went straight for the young man who she grabs by the collar of his attire and begins shaking him. "What the heck is going on?!"

"Jenna-san! I'm getting dizzy!" Kira cried out as he got shaken back and forth furiously by the senior girl.

"First, I heard that you accepted to be someone's representative in a duel! Which is you against five people! And one of those five people is the Crowned Prince!" Jenna screams as she keeps on shaking Kira. "And not only did you accept to go against them! You also accepted to do this for the Duke Redgrave's daughter who is betrothed to the prince himself?! What is going on with you!?"

Jenna keeps on ranting at Kira as she just mercilessly shakes him back and forth to the point that no human should be able to handle.

Angelica is watching the two from the sidelines as she looks a bit awkward at first before she decides that it was enough and calls out to Jenna by forcibly calling out to the two by coughing into a fist loudly.

"Huh? Who are you and what do you want?" Jenna told Angelica in a mocking tone. "can't you see I'm busy with Kira-kun here?"

"I understand but I was still conversing with him." Angelica stated in a stern tone. "May you please exit the room so that I can finish my private conversation with him?"

"Who do you think you are!? I'm a member of the Bartfort Household which Kira-kun here is a knight and vassal to!" Jenna exclaimed in a huff as she went and stared down at Angelica. "My talk with him is more important than some random girl like you!"

"J-Jenna-san, she's…." Kira called out as he just recovered from being shake around forcibly.

"Shut up! I'll handle you later!" Jenna exclaimed with a finger pointed at Kira before she focused back on Angelica. "If there's anyone who should be leaving it's you! I still have to get all the details of the duke's daughter that Kira-kun is a representative to!"

"That would be me." Angelica stated while crossing her arms under her chest.

"Eh?" Jenna looks at the blonde with a confused look before her entire body turns white and her face had blue lines going down her eyes. "Eh?"

"My name is Angelica Rapha Redgrave." Angelica spoke out in introducing herself to Jenna who she gave a hard tense and stern gaze to. "Pleasure to be of your acquaintance, senpai."

"a-ah…. y-yes…p-pleasure…to meet you…" Jenna replied as her body started to be flushed with sweat. "y-you look lovely today…." She started to shrink because of the utter shock that she finally realized who she was talking to. "I'm s-s-s-so envious to s-s-see such a young beauty…you m-must be blessed b-b-by the gods."

"Thank you for your compliment." Angelica stated as her gaze became very stern. "But I must ask you a question."

"w-what is it?" Jenna asks while looking very nervous and scared.

"What kind of a girl did you think I was when you first meet me?" Angelica asks with a very dark stern look. "You said something about me being some random girl, correct?"

Jenna felt herself breaking because she literally screwed up big time.

"I'M SORRY~!" Jenna screams as she quickly runs out of the room like a missile.

Kira looks awkward on seeing how Jenna just run, she then turns and looks at Angelica who huffs a bit.

"It is a bit unpleasant to know that you are a knight to such a person, Kira Fou Bartfort." Angelica spoke out as Kira awkwardly chuckles

"s-she means well…" Kira said.

About a week later, the school's term soon came to an end as the scheduled duel began upon the arena.

Countless students gathered by the spectator's seats as they all filled it up while letting out loud noises that echoed loudly.

Angelica along with Clarice and Olivia are found coming downstairs as they are heading for their side of the spectator's seat.

"To think that the duel was done so easily in time." Angelica spoke as the group arrived at their special spectator's seats. She looks at the field and sees Marie coming with Julius and his Entourage. Each wearing their pilot suit and have their Armors prepped and ready. "I cannot believe that the prince and the others could get their household's Armors so quickly."

"I know." Clarice nods as she scratches her chin a bit. "I mean, I get that they could persuade their family about the duel, but for them to do so easily like this…"

"Perhaps…" Angelica spoke as she glances around and soon notices several special individuals in the crowds. "I see."

"What is wrong, Angelica-san?" Olivia asks as she notices how Angelica is focused on some people in the crowd.

"Nothing." Angelica shakes her head as she looks at Olivia. "I just realized why this duel's preparation was done so quickly."

"You know why?" Clarice asks.

"Indeed." Angelica nods as she looks at Julius and the others. "All of this is done quickly because of the many nobles wishing to see Baron Bartfort's renowned Lost Items."

"Lost Items?" Olivia whispers.

"So that's why, huh?" Clarice spoke as she looks to understand something. "Kira-kun is a foreigner who became a successful adventurer and found an uncharted island along with Lost Items." She sighs a bit. "I guess many nobles want to see Kira-kun's abilities and his Lost Items too."

"I believe I should start to prep the duel's beginning with Bartfort." Angelica stated to the two after hearing the crowds just scream even more in their cheers. "he's my representative and I have to be assured that he is able to fight in this duel."

"Got it." Clarice said with a nod. "I'm sure he is still prepping at his side. Tell him that I said, 'good luck' for me."

"Alright" Angelica nods.

"I-I'll go too!" Olivia added in before looking a bit timid. "If I-I am allowed to…."

"No need to ask permission on this occasion." Angelica replies with a smile.

The two then left Clarice as the Atlee family's daughter sits down at her seat and awaits the start of the duel.

In one entrance path, there is Kira who is walking to the arena field while wearing his Earth Alliance pilot suit that he wore when he arrived in the world. The young man carrying his helmet that he soon puts on and made the visor go down.

"Kira-san!" Olivia's voice cries out as Kira turns to see her and Angelica coming. "Wait a minute! Please!"

"What is it, Olivia-san? Angelica-san?" Kira asks the girls who are now standing before him. "Is something wrong?"

"n-no, I am just here to wish you good luck." Olivia told Kira while looking supportive. "I can't do anything for you in the duel, but you have my support!"

"I see." Kira nods with a smile. "Thank you, Olivia-san." He then turns to look at Angelica who is frowning a bit. "Are you still worried, Angelica-san?"

"N-No... I'm just…" Angelica spoke as she frowns a bit. "Are you really sure that you wish to go with this duel?"

"I am as I had told you days before." Kira said with a nod. "I am prepared with my actions against them in this duel. You have nothing to worry."

"If you say such words with that level of certainty." Angelica spoke before the group heard the crowd cheering loudly outside.

"Seems that it is almost time." Kira spoke as he nodded to the two. "It is time for the duel."

"Good luck, Kira-san! Clarice-senpai also wishes you luck!" Olivia cheers for Kira who smiles before he and Angelica exit the tunnel and enters the field.

"Seems that this world is a bit Rome inspired." Hachi spoke from Kira's earpiece. The AI viewing the entire scene from above with a little black drone hovering high up in the air. "And it seems that many believe you will lose this duel you have dragged yourself into, Kira."

"You believe so?" Kira replied while placing a hand to the right side of his helmet. The young man still hearing the cheers from the crowd that is mixed with booing that he ignores. "Hachi, is it ready?"

"The Archangel is ready, and the Strike is prepped for launch." Hachi spoke while remote controlling the Archangel that is about a thousand feet in the air and is cloaked. "Do you want me to deliver it now?"

"Please do." Kira replied with a small nod. "And do remember that I want to take the first round with the basic weapons equipped, alright?"

"Roger that." Hachi replied before cutting off the call.

Kira looks to the sky for a moment before he hears his name being called out from the crowd. He turns and sees Jenna with Nicks who are waving to him.

"So, they're the few who betted in believing in my victory?" Kira spoke as he saw the red cards that Jenna and Nicks have. The young man learning that his friends except Olivia have betted that he would win the duel. He smiles and nods before waving back. "I think I should feel happy for their trust in my skills."

Kira then looks at Julius and his entourage, he has attention to their Armors that look like mobile suits from his world, but they don't look much alike. And the only thing very noticeable of them would be how they are colorful and have different equipment than the other.

"it's like a group of hero robots from Kuzzey's manga…" Kira whispers.

"Hey, Bartfort!" Angelica cries out as she is looking around the area before going to Kira. "Where is your Armor!? Don't you have one prepared for this duel?!"

"I did prepare one." Kira replied as he looked at the sky. "But my Armor is called a Gundam, Angelica-san."

"What?" Angelica looks confused before she looks up and becomes surprised when she sees something, a large and greyish black object flying in the air but then landing down slowly while causing a huge gust of dust to blow out. "w-what the!?"

"w-what is that?" Olivia asks as she came back and sat along with Clarice in the special spectator's seats.

"An Armor?" Clarice spoke while shielding her eyes from the flying dust. The senior saw something moving in the dust that blows around to whatever had landed. "But that thing doesn't look like any Armor I know."

All look at the large object moving in the dust that blows away and soon reveals the GAT-X105 Strike Gundam that kneels on one knee while in it deactivate colors. The Mobile suit has the equipment of its 57mm high-energy beam rifle and Shield in hand.

"What is that thing?" "An Armor? I never seen one like it before." "Is that a lost item?" "So rare~!" The crowd begins to chatter as all commented on Kira's Gundam that they have never seen before.

"Just what is that thing?" Angelica asks as she sees the Gundam from up close before to Kira who walks up to it and climbs up to enter the mobile suit through the cockpit that had open automatically before closing when the pilot is inside it.

"Angelica-san, please go back and join Olivia-san and the others." Kira spoke out through his Gundam's speakers as the Mobile Suit's eyes flashed yellow while it slowly rose to its feet. "The duel is about to begin."

Angelica looks at the Strike for a moment before she turns and begins walking away to the entrance path.

Kira is currently doing some last-minute checks to his Mobile Suit's system as he checks the OS along with the power gauge.

"Systems all green." Hachi spoke as the AI is currently helping Kira in the check up on the Strike's systems. "Neuro Link compacted, Energy Battery at full charge, weapons are loaded, and Phase Shift Armor's system prepared and ready."

"Reduce the beam rifle's power output by 55%." Kira spoke while checking the systems of his Gundam's beam rifle. "Unlike with our world's mobile suits, this world's mobile suits aren't made from the same alloy. I don't want there to be any possible deaths to their group."

"Roger." Hachi stated while the AI is showing a screen that has info about the Gundam's current weapons. "And since this world's mobile suits use alloys unknown to my system along with it being fueled by this 'magic power'. I had upgraded the Strike's basic shield with the Geschmeidig Panzer Energy Deflection Armor." The screen enlarges to the image of the shield. "Magic beams aren't alike with plasma energy beams and therefore could lead to damage to the Mobile Suit's Phase Shift Armor. Just to be careful of any magic attacks or projectiles from the opposing side."

"I understand." Kira replied as he checks the system before he presses a button that activates the Strike's Phase Shift armor, changing its color from plain blackish gray to white, red, and blue in colors.

The sudden change of colors from the Gundam made many in the crowd whisper and chatter.

"It changed colors?!" Jenna said in surprise. "I never heard of any Armor that can do that before!"

"Might be because it's something from Kira's ship." Nicks stated as he sees how the Gundam looks more alive than before. He cups his chin and has a more sceptic look on her face. "I'm no expert in Armor and anything alike, but something tells me that Kira's Armor is stronger now."

"Will he be alright?" Clarice asks as she glances at the two girls with her. "I mean, that is a Lost Item, but does he really intend to fight with such a thing?"

"wouldn't it be a good thing on Kira-san's side because he has a Lost Item?" Olivia asks with a confused face. "I heard that Lost Items are powerful ancient objects that are stronger than anything we have in the Holfort Kingdom."

"That is true, but." Angelica spoke while having her arms crossed under her chest. "The winning factor of this duel is speed. In modern battles nowadays, highly Mobile Armor emphasizes speed in their built." She frowns a bit when she stares at the back of Kira's Gundam. "His Armor may look strong but if it's not fast and mobile enough…"

"He might lose, won't he?" Clarice spoke as she began to feel worried about Olivia.

With the duel prepared and ready, the Strike along with a purplish Armor from Julius' team stepped forward and stood before each other while a referee in his own machine stands nearby.

"Looks like you didn't run away from our duel." Brad's voice spoke from the purplish Armor as he is the first representative of the duel against Kira. "You deserve praises for that." The man chuckles in his machine. "But do you really think you can defeat me with that Armor?" The machine raises its arm and places it to its chest. "Behold this armor that is created by the Master Craftsman Altenter! It's made with plenty of Tetrium alloy which increases its magic conductivity!"

"Analyzing opponent's Armor." Hachi spoke as the AI showed some images of Brad's Armor and the weapons it possesses. "Seems that it is a basic combat type machine that is equipped with Drone like weapons on its back along with being powered by magic power from a battery pack in its inner frame."

"Drone like weapons…" Kira whispers as he instantly remembers about Rau Le Creuset's Providence Gundam that had its DRAGOONs just annihilating all that came near it. The young man grimaces a bit on the memory before shaking his head and then focus on the battle. "Hachi, any danger of his weapons against the Strike's frame?"

"None." Hachi replied while enlarging the image of Brad's weapon on Kira's screen. "His weapons' alloys are unable to damage the Strike's Phase Shift Armor. They are mere physical weapons that can only land a 1,32% of damage."

"Alright." Kira nods as he takes hold of his Gundam's controllers and grips them hard. "Hachi, let me handle this on my own."

"Are you sure?" Hachi asks. "This opponent is unlike a Natural and Coordinator. The odds of you being able to adapt to fight them is a 50-50% chances."

"I'll be fine." Kira replied as he pushed a controller grip forward and made his Gundam ready its weapons and going into a stance. "And it is about time to test how this world's mobile suits fair with my own." The Strike then looks at the referee's Armor. "Referee, before we begin may I ask a question?"

"What is it?" the referee asks.

"Will the field of the duel be able to withstand this battle?" Kira asks as his gundam looks around. "There may be misfires from projectile weapons or accidents." The Mobile suit looks back at the referee. "Will this battle have no outside casualties if it occurs?"

"The field has a magic barrier to protect the crowd and therefore the battle's effect will only be on the field itself." the referee replied. "We also have Guardian Knights sortied with their Armor as they are tasked to protect the spectators in case of accidents. Do not worry."

"I see." Kira nods as the Strike faces Brad's Armor. "Thank you very much."

"Now then! both champions! State your names as oath of the duel!" the referee calls out while his machine raises a hand up.

"Kira Fou Bartfort." "Brad Fou Field." Kira and Brad spoke out their names as the Referee's Armor raised its right hand up.

"Let the duel!" the referee exclaimed but before he could even finish Brad goes in on the attack.

"The victory goes for the first attacker! I'll end this with one strike!" Brad shouted in his Armor that goes straight in while the spear like drone weapon on its back flew straight for the Strike. "Prepare yourself, Bartfort!"

"Drones incoming." Hachi stated as alarms rang in Kira's cockpit. The pilot tensed his grip on the controllers before he pulled them back and did a turn while pushing a pedal with his right foot.

The Strike's eyes flashes yellow before the Gundam moves and jumps away from the incoming drone like weapons with the ignition of its thrusters.

"Your Armor is faster than it looks." Brad spoke as his Armor looks at where the Strike landed. "But if it can only dodge my attacks!" the robot's drone like lance weapons came to its side and soon rushes in. "then it is no threat to me!"

"You boast too much as you duel, Brad Fou Field." Kira spoke as his Strike maneuvers itself in dodging the lance weapons that went past it. "And you are quite dishonorable in attacking before the referee could begin the match!"

"And how is that a problem!?" Brad exclaimed as his Armor readied its spear and thrusts it forward. The tip of the weapon clashed against the Strike's raised Shield that has sparks of fire upon conflict. "As someone incompetent and weak like you! There is no need to bother so much time alike with you!" The purple robot calls back its lance drones and goes for a full-frontal attack. "I better have more time with Marie than the likes of you!"

"I see…" Kira spoke before he turns and twists a control grip as this made the Gundam aim its beam rifle and fired several shots that with dead eye precision destroyed Brad's projectile weapons.

"What the!?" Brad looks surprised as his drone weapons get destroyed so easily but he didn't get time to think even more when Kira's Strike suddenly rushes in and rams its shield against the man's Mech. "uggh!? Why you!" He tried to retaliate with its spear readied, but the handheld weapon gets crushed by the Gundam that stomps down its right foot on it. "m-my weapon!?"

"I had believed that you are a proud and honorable noble during that night, but after seeing how you acted in this duel." Kira spoke out as the Strike's eyes flashed yellow while it looked down at its downed foe. "I have come to terms that you are a narcistic person who is too selfish. You believe that your selfish actions are correct and just. If such a person like you were to be a noble of the royal court or to be a leader of an army involved in a war…" The Gundam then aims its beam rifle at the Purple Armor's chest area which is where the pilot is located inside. "Only death would await you."

Everyone in the crowd was in utter silence as they couldn't believe how fast Kira's Gundam moved in disabling Brad's Armor.

"s-so fast…." Olivia gasps as she along with Angelica and Clarice have no words to describe how fast the Gundam took down its foe.

Everyone was in shock as Julius and his team are also in the same state.

"j-just what…." Chris spoke.

"How did he." Greg whispers before he shouts. "How did he move so fast!?"

"B-Brad Fou Field. Do you submit?" the referee spoke out while seeing the pinned down purple Armor that is now at the mercy of the Strike's beam rifle.

"i-i." Brad spoke out as his Armor raises its hands up. "I surrender."

With his surrender, the Referee announces that Kira is the winner of the first round.

The announcement is heard by all as many are still in shock about what had just happened and no one could even do anything, but a certain Teacher did something and that was to applaud the victor.

"Teacher…" Kira spoke as he looks at the person clapping for his victory, and it is his Etiquette class teacher. He smiles with a nod. "Thank you"

The Strike moves away from Brad's Armor as the violet robot gets helped moved to the retire area by the referee.

"Did you guys just see how that thing moved!?" Clarice spoke in utter surprise. "I mean, I've seen fast Armors before, but that thing is just!"

"it's incredibly agile." Angelica stated while hardening her gaze at the sight of Kira's Strike that returns to its area of the field. "It didn't move alike with anything I have ever seen. Just what powers it?"

"b-but it's great that Kira-san won, right?!" Olivia cries out. "it's 1 point for him, right!?"

"Yeah, it is." Angelica nods before she begins to think about Kira. 'I get that it is because of that Armor of his that he can be so confident, but I still don't know why he would ally with me.' She cups her chin and caresses it a few times while staring at the Strike. 'Kira Fou Bartfort, just what do you have to gain from all of this?'

Chatters are now going around the crowd as many are talking about how fast Kira's Gundam moved and how it managed to take down Brad so easily in mere seconds.

"Seems that everyone is going crazy…" Raymond said as Daniel nods, the two hearing how some people are hoping for Kira to lose because they bet their fortune on the betting pool.

"they're just hoping for the prince and his entourage to win." Daniel added in before he gulps and looks at Raymond with a slightly nervous smile. "But seeing the first match. I now kinda start to feel better that we betted on Kira instead of the prince."

"Same." Raymond nods.

At the side of Julius and his team, they are in a discussion after seeing their first representative losing to their opponent.

"We really underestimated that guy." Julius spoke as Jilk nodded in agreement. "He is a Dungeon explorer who found a Lost Item. We miscalculated the possibility of him using that lost item."

"it's mobile, and strong." Chris stated. "Tts weapon is a basic magic rifle and a shield. A simple but very strong type of offensive weapons."

"It doesn't matter." Greg spoke as he is already in his Armor that begins to move out. "I'm going next. Brad might be the weakest of us all, but that thing is a real threat. I'll take care of it!"

"Good luck, Greg!" Marie cried out to Greg as she prayed for his victory because she is currently panicking inside. 'That was damn fast! that guy's Armor is like a cheat item! Just how can this game even have such a thing!? I never knew about it!'

"The second round of the duel shall begin!" The referee announces as the next round is Kira vs Greg.

Both of their machines stood across from each other as the referee stood in between.

"Kira, that machine of his has damages amongst its frame's surfaces." Hachi reported as the AI showed cracked areas of Greg's machines on Kira's screen. "Seems that it has been repaired but the damage is still present in those areas. I advise to use less force upon those area if you wish to not endanger the pilot's life."

"I got it." Kira nods as he pushes some buttons and flicks some switches. "Hachi, our battery reserve?"

"97%, it will be enough." Hachi stated while showing the amount of power left on the Strike. "Seems that keeping the Phase Shift Armor online to receive some of the attacks still drains quite amount of energy than we had anticipated."

"I guess so." Kira replied while the Strike readies itself for the next fight against Greg whose Armor points a finger at the Gundam.

"Bartfort! Remember these words!" Greg calls out. "You may have won against Brad, but that is only thanks to your Armor! Not your own strength!" his robot wields its spear that it spins around before going into a stance with its bladed tip pointed forward. "But I won't be like him! I'm stronger than that guy!"

"I see..." Kira spoke out before tensing up his hold on the controller.

"Challengers! State your name for the duel's oath!" the referee announces while slowly raising the white Armor's right arm up.

"Kira Fou Bartfort" "Greg Fou Seberg!" the two replied as they readied themselves for the battle.

"Second round! Let the battle begin!" The referee announces while swinging down his Armor's right hand and announces the battle to begin.

"Take this!" Greg shouted as his Armor dashes in and begins to send multiple thrusts and swings at Kira's Strike that defends with its shield but some of the strikes manage to land a few hits on the Gundam's main body and limbs. "Come on! Let's see if you can beat me as fast as you did with Brad!"

Kira continues to guard against the attack as he sees some warning signs on the screen.

"Analyses indicates that Greg Fou Seberg's unit is heavily equipped of its weapon's alloy that contains allows of metal and iron." Hachi reported as a screen shows the Strike's entire frame and some warning signs on its joints area. "His attacks are not dealing direct damage to the unit's frame, but the amount of force behind it is draining the power and stressing the joint areas."

"it's already at 72%..." Kira spoke as he reads the battery level of his Gundam that is withstanding the attacks from Greg's Armor. "Hachi, can you prepare a Striker Pack on the Skygrasper? Have it come in order to let my unit be recharged and still be in the duel?"

"Roger, preparation will be finished in T-2 minutes." Hachi replied as the Archangel that is in the high sky and in its camouflage mode, has its systems activated and its catapult opening for one of the Skygrasper units to be launched out while equipped with one of the Gundam's Striker Packs.

"where's your bravado!" Greg shouted as his unit thrusts its spear forward and hits the Strike's Beam Rifle when it was going to fire. "If you can't use it, you can't fire it! can you?!"

"His Armor shows a certain level of strength in its attack, but its defense is incredibly low to the point that it can endanger the life of the pilot." Hachi stated as Kira nodded. "Even for Lowe, he would just criticize Greg Fou Seberg from using such unwell cared and unmaintained machine."

"Perhaps it is best that we go with Close Quarter Combat then." Kira said as the Strike throws away its beam rifle before it reaches to its side skirt and takes out one of its Armor Schneider combat knives that it wields in one hand. "Hachi, which part of Greg Fou Seberg's Armor that is not too close to the pilot but seemingly fragile?"

"Calculating." Hachi replied before making a beeping noise when it shows the red Armor's right shoulder area. "I have found it. it is on the right shoulder area."

"Roger." Kira stated as the Strike blocks a spear thrust from Greg's Armor with its shield that it soon discards before the Gundam closes in and strikes its foe's right shoulder with the swung Armor Schneider.

"w-what the!?" Greg sees the Armor Schneider pierced through his Armor's right shoulder with ease. "Just a dagger!?"

"Not any dagger." Kira said as his Gundam takes out its other Armor Schneider before stabbing it on the same spot to the first one. "it's an Armor Schneider."

With both combat knives piercing through the Armor's right shoulder, Greg sees that his unit's right arm is now useless because it is dangling on its body.

"Even if I can't use my right arm!" Greg shouted as his Armor wields its spear with its left hand and then begins to swing it at Kira's Strike that blocks the first few days before it jumps away to dodge. "I won't give up!"

"The Phase Shift's power is already at 60% and decreasing." Kira spoke as he saw the power gauge and saw how fast he drained his mobile suit's power from constantly putting on the power of its outer frame. "I need to readjust its power feed later on." He checks the system before hearing a few beeps on his communicator. "Hachi?"

"Kira, the Skygrasper has arrived" Hachi replied as Kira looks up and sees the Skygrasper flying in the air while equipped with the Launcher Pack. "Prepare for docking."

"Wait a minute, Hachi. That is the Launcher pack!" Kira cries out. "The Agni is too strong! Why did you choose that pack!?"

"It was the only one prepped in the first place." Hachi replied. "don't worry, you don't need to use the Agni. Just use its Combo Weapons pod."

"That still isn't safe!" Kira said before he looked at the power gauge of the Strike that is full to 100% but decreased to 99% in just a passing second. "After this is over, I need to readjust everything."

"Come and get some, Bartfort!" Greg shouted as his Armor charges in.

The Strike looks the red Armor before it looks up and ignites its thrusters at full power to fly into the sky.

"It can fly!?" Clarice exclaimed in surprise as many others are shocked to how high did the Strike just flew.

"Wait a minute! What is that?" Olivia asks as she sees the Skygrasper flying in from out of nowhere.

"That flying object?" Angelica spoke as she watched the Strike flying toward the Skygrasper that ejects its Launcher Pack that flew and instantly attaches and equips itself to the Gundam. "Is it some sort of supporter?"

Kira lands the Strike to the field as it now became the Launcher Strike Gundam with its Launcher pack equipped to its frame.

"I don't know what that thing is and what add on you have on your Armor, but it won't make a change!" Greg shouted as his Armor goes for another charging attack with its spear. "Go down!"

Kira tenses his gaze as he unlocks the Launcher Strike's weapon system before the Gundam unleashes rains of bullets from its 75mm multi-barrel CIWS 'Igelstellung' equipped in its head and the 120mm anti-ship Vulcan gun equipped and mounted to its right shoulder combo weapon pod.

"What!?" Greg screams as his Armor stops charging and gets rained by the bullets. "y-you little! why don't you fight me like a man!?"

"Hachi, how is the dexterity of that Armor's chest piece?" Kira asks as he still has his Gundam fire the rain of bullets, but they are not aimed at the cockpit area of the red Armor. "Is it possible to extract the pilot out?"

"Yes, out of all the parts of the Armor. The chest and cockpit area have the les dexterity and repairs." Hachi replied while showing an enlarged image of the red Armor's chest area that has small yet noticeable cracks around the cockpit. "Seems that area is where most damages are aimed at. The pilot is very careless."

"I know." Kira nods as his Gundam stops firing its bullets before it wields its Agni, Hyper Impulse Cannon. "Set charge of power to 30%!"

"You think you can take me on with that thing!? Come and..." Greg shouted but stopped when Kira aimed the Agni to the ground of the arena and fired a powerful plasma shot that caused a huge dust explosion and tremor to shake the entire field. "What the!?"

"What the heck was that?!" Clarice exclaimed as she, Angelica, and Olivia are hanging onto their seats from the shaking.

"y-you little trickster! Where are you!?" Greg shouted as he couldn't see where the Launcher Strike was because of the dust smoke. "Come out and fight like a real man!"

As Greg tries to find the Gundam, he doesn't realize that the Launcher Strike is coming right at him.

"Right the-!?" Greg grunts as the Launcher Strike sends a right punch at the cockpit area of the red Armor and then pulls its limb out and its hand is now holding the pilot who was inside. "h-hey! Let me go!" he started to bang his fists against the Gundam's fingers. "Let me go! You think I will surrender because of this!?"

"No, but you might because of this." Kira replied as the Strike mounts and holds its Agni with its left arm that went and pierced the barrel tip to the inside of the red Armor's cockpit area and then raise it up to the sky. "Hachi, raise the output to only 40%!"

"Roger." The AI replied as the Strike's eyes flashed yellow as the Gundam pulled the trigger to the Agni that instantly fired a condensed and powerful plasma energy blast that destroyed or rather incinerated Greg's Armor into nothing.

Everyone in the crowd gasps as Kira's Gundam destroyed Greg's Armor easily with a powerful weapon that could've possibly killed the man if he wanted to.

"w-what was…that?" Marie spoke out in shock as she had never seen a weapon with such a powerful blast. "Just…just what the heck is that thing?!"

"With this, you don't have an Armor to continue this duel, Greg Fou Seberg." Kira spoke as the Launcher Strike slowly kneels and places Greg on the field. "It is best if you just surrender now." The Gundam stands back up straight and begins walking away. The Ultimate Coordinator checks his system and sighs. "Hachi, it's best if we try to keep the Agni away from a duel."

"Why?" Hachi asks as Kira shakes his head and turns to see a screen that shows a big and deep crater in the arena, right to where he had fired the Agni's first shot at. "Was it because it could destroy the entire colosseum at full charge?"

"Is that supposed to be a joke?" Kira sighs as he shakes his head. "Whoever designed the Agni to be one of the Strike's Weapons must've been a nutcase."

"And it is a good thing that Lowe never got it." Hachi stated.

"Hey! You! Where do you think you're going!?" Greg shouted out as the Launcher Strike turns and gets hit with a small rock from the Seberg Family's heir who now holds a small pole like piece that was a part of his Armor. "This fight ain't over!"

"But you don't have an Armor to continue the fight." Kira spoke out from his Gundam that turned its head to look at the referee. "Is the fight still allowed to continue like this?"

"Yes." The referee replied. "At some cases in the Armor duel, there have been times when the challengers would duke out in a fist fight if their machine would be disabled and unable to fight."

"Come and fight me!" Greg shouted while throwing away the pole piece and raising his fists. "If you're really a knight! Then fight me head on! Let's leave our fists to do the talking!" he grins as he points a finger at the Gundam. "Or are you just too much of a chicken with that Lost Item of yours!?"

This got the crowd to do more whispers and chatters as Greg challenges Kira to a fist fight to conclude the result of the duel.

"w-what's going on?" Olivia asks as she looks confused.

"it's a challenge in a duel." Clarice spoke with a sigh. "it's not that rare for it to happen, but it mostly occurred when knuckleheads like to do fight with their fists."

"Normally you can just decline, but since duel is very important because it has the prince involved…" Angelica said while frowning. "He has to accept."

Kira listens to the crowd as he looks at Greg who keeps on taunting him to come out.

"Seems that I can't reject nor decline." Kira spoke as he slowly took off his helmet.

"Are you sure?" Hachi asks. "it's not like you to be wanting into a fist fight of all things."

"I have to accept in order to not give dishonor to my opponents." Kira replied as he put aside his helmet before deactivating the Gundam's Phase Shift Armor that made it turn gray and black. The pilot slowly takes off his seatbelt as he starts to make his way out of the cockpit's hatch that opens. "Hachi, take the Launcher Strike back a few feet away, alright?"

"Roger." Hachi replied as Kira gets out of the Gundam before he jumps down and lands while flinching a bit. "Do note that you could've used the rope line."

"I-I forgot that this isn't space." Kira replied a bit shaking as he soon eases himself up and then faces Greg while getting cheers from the crowd who are a bit happy that he accepted the duel. "Now then…"

"Nice of you to accept my challenge, Bartfort!" Greg grins as he cracks his knuckles. "As a guy who conquered a Dungeon and experienced wars and stuff, I hope you can give me a good fight with some martial arts or something!"

"Um…I never did any fighting." Kira replied while shaking his head. "I only fought using my Mob- I mean my Armor for the occasion and never participated in any live close combat."

"What? so you're saying I've been fighting a guy who never punched another guy in his life!?" Greg growls angrily before he charges in. "that pisses me off!"

Kira quickly ducks as he dodges a punch from Greg and then does a barrel roll to dodge a follow up kick.

"Get him!" "Hit him on the chin!" "Go and get him!" "Punch him in the face!" The crowd cheers as they watch the fight between Kira and Greg who are going at each other with their own fists.

"Come on!" Jenna screams as she is shaking Nicks crazily. "don't lose this fight, Kira-kun! I need that money! Win me that money~!"

"someone~! help me~!" Nicks cries out as he is starting to get sick from the constant shaking.

"Oraaah!" Greg roars as he lands a punch on Kira's face before following it up with a knee to the gut then another punch to the face. "How you like that?!"

Kira grunts as he staggers back in pain but keeps an eye on Greg who grins while cracking his knuckles before he proceeds to hammer the young man to the ground.

The crowd cheers as Greg smirks while standing with a foot on top of Kira's head.

"Kira-san!" Olivia gasps while worried.

Clarice and Angelica frowned and looked away, knowing that it was in Kira's defeat the moment he accepted to fight hand in hand against Greg.

"Greg-kun! You're so cool~!" Marie cheers for Greg as she is happy that the man won the duel.

Greg did poses to Marie as he grins happily for her but just as he did, he felt himself moving because Kira is slowly pushing his foot off his back.

"he's getting back up!" Daniel shouted.

"Kira! Get up! Hurry!" Raymond exclaimed.

The two started to cheer as a few other students in the crowd started to cheer as well.

"You little!" Greg tries to put more force on his foot to push Kira down, but the young man continues to struggle. "The more you struggle, the worse looking you are!"

Kira continues to struggle as his side of the crowd cheers.

"hmmm~! Not bad~!" one random female student with curly blonde hair in shape of drills spoke out in the crowd as she sees how Kira continues to struggle even though Greg is pushing down on his back. "That Bartfort person has some good spirit! Just good~!"

"Why?! won't?! you!? Just?! Go?! Down?!" Greg shouted as he started to stomp his foot on Kira's back repeatedly and just as he was about to land another stomp, the Ultimate Coordinator gets up and quickly pushes him off his balance. "Wha!?"

Greg gets pushed back as he faces Kira who gets back up and threw away spit mixed with small amount of blood.

"Kira-san!" Olivia cries out as the man took a quick glance at where the blonde and their friends are at before back to Greg.

"You think you got what it takes to beat me!?" Greg shouted as he went to deliver a punch at Kira who caught it with both hands. "Wha!?"

"It is time for payback, Greg Fou Seberg." Kira said with a small smile as he soon did a knee strike at Greg's gut.

"Guh?!" Greg grunts before he gets an uppercut to the chin by Kira who follows it up with a quick jab to the man's solar plexus. "Ugh!"

"What are you doing, Greg?! You boast that you have the greatest strength amongst us all!" Julius shouted as he saw Greg getting headbutted by Kira. "Where is all that bravado now!?"

"Like you need to tell me!" Greg shouted as he dodges a kick from Kira, but the young man went and grabbed his right arm before throwing him over his shoulder. "Ugh!"

The crowds continue to cheer as the fight between the two foes continues until 5 minutes.

When those 5 minutes came and passed, Kira was the only one left standing while Greg was on the ground while just breathing heavily with a few bruises on his face.

"f-for a guy…who never fight…. w-with his fists..." Greg spoke out with a small smirk on his bruised face. "y-you're pretty…good!"

"Thank…you" Kira replies as he huffs a bit while wiping away some small trail of blood near his lips.

"Winner! Bartfort!" The referee announces as the winner of the Duel is Kira who is now walking back to his side of the field while Greg gets taken away with the help of medical personnel.

"alright~!" Jenna screams while choking Nicks in an armlock. "I got my money~!"

"Not bad~! He's got some guts~!" the random student with blonde drill hair spoke with a blushing smile.

"he's not bad at all." Chris spoke as he gave some compliments and respect to Kira who won against Greg.

"That man isn't someone we should underestimate, is he?" Jilk spoke.

"Indeed." Julius spoke as he crossed his arms on his chest. "But I am a bit disappointed to hear that he is only a specialist in Armor' maneuvering."

"Next…. time…I will win…. against you!" Greg spoke out as he tried to catch his breath and while sitting up.

"You may do so as you please, but I would rather not take on your request if you remain as you are." Kira stated as Greg looks at him confused. The young man pointed a finger at the defeated foe. "Greg Fou Seberg, you are honorable in this part of the duel but not the first." He looks down at the man before he pulls back his hand and close his eyes. "You believe that I only won because of my Strike, correct? But you are wrong." He opens and looks at his foe straight in the eyes. "Your lack of awareness to the maintenance of your Armor and your overly prideful warrior spirit in battle blinds you from understanding the fundamental of the duel." He turns and shakes his head. "I honored your pride by attacking your Armor in areas that would not lead to damage or harm to you." He glances at the man. "If this had been a battle in a war and the enemy found your Armor's weak areas. you would've died in an instant."

Greg made a small noise before he gritted his teeth and looked away a bit annoyed.

"Perhaps you would've gained a different result if you had taken better care of your Armor in the Duel." Kira spoke before he walked away. "But that different result would've come to the same ending."

"Kira-san!" Olivia cries out as she quickly runs straight to the base where the Launcher Strike is at, Kira going straight for the place as well.

"That guy is kind, brave, and a fool, huh?" Clarice asks with a frown as she sighs a bit. "I don't know if he is just too much."

"I believe so." Angelica nods as she feels guilty for letting Kira fight the duel.

At the base area of where the Launcher Strike stands upon, Kira is sitting by its feet as his wounds are getting healed by Olivia's magic, the blonde having arrived when the young man came by.

"Thank you." Kira said in thanking Olivia who finished healing his injuries.

"Kira-san, you're so stupid!" Olivia cries out as she suddenly hugs Kira. "That fight was too much! Too much!"

Kira looks a bit surprised at Olivia as he smiles a bit before patting her back and apologizes to her.

"Seems that healing magic is something very unique of this world." Hachi spoke out to Kira on the comms. "It has healed nearly all of your injuries."

"I guess so…." Kira whispers quietly.

After the fist fight was over, there was a 5 minute break for Kira who was getting his energy back from the fight.

Next on the list of the duel is Kira vs Chris.

Kira is all healed up and ready as he is in his Gundam's cockpit.

"Hachi, return the Launcher pack and send out the Sword Pack instead." Kira stated as he adjusts his machine's power output manually. "I can't use this pack because of the civilians around the arena."

"okay" Hachi replied. "Sending out Skygrasper with Sword Pack."

Kira looks up as his Gundam did as well. The mobile suits seeing the Skygrasper flying in the sky, but it is accompanied by another one that is equipped with the Strike's Sword Pack.

The Strike ignites its thrusters and flies into the sky while detaching its Launcher Pack and soon mounts up the Sword Pack that was ejected from the second Skygrasper.

The now Sword Strike descends and lands upon the arena's field and faces Chris' armor.

"Look at its weapon! Its blade is unfinished!" A random student in the crowd shouted out as many began to laugh when they saw the Sword Strike's main weapon; the Schwert Gewehr, the 15.78 Anti-Ship sword that is long and large, but it doesn't have a full bladed edge which is why it gets lots of laughs.

"It changes its weapons again." Nicks spoke as he saw the Strike now landing on the field and become the Sword Strike. "It now got a big sword on its back, but it looks so unfinished"

"First he accepts a fistfight and now he uses a weapon that is half baked!?" Jenna shouted as she began strangling Nicks for no reason. "Does he want to lose so badly?! I'll go into debt if he doesn't win!"

"Bartfort! You dare bring such a weapon to this duel?!" Chris exclaimed in his armor that points a finger at the Sword Strike. "I feel ashamed to have respected you when you won against Greg!"

"Then feel ashamed as you might." Kira replies as the Gundam takes hold of its main weapon that it wields with both hands. "This duel is vowed with only my honor and existence on the line."

"Does he really intend to fight with that kind of a sword?" Clarice asks, very worried. "Chris is the candidate of the Sword Saint, right?"

"he's been trained to wield the sword and practice upon it." Angelica stated as she grasps her skirt. "Just what is Bartfort thinking of using it?"

"Kira-san…" Olivia whispers as she prays that Kira would win the duel in some way.

"Analyses indicate that his Armor is that of a close combat type and his weapon is only that sword it wields." Hachi spoke as Kira's Gundam goes into a stance with its 'Schwert Gewehr' readied. "He seems to be a person who focuses on the duel's honor."

"I can see that." Kira replied with a nod. "let's fight him without using the energy beam feature."

"Third round! Begin!" The referee announces as the third match begins.

"Oooh!" Chris' Armor charges in first as it swings its sword that clashes with the Schwert Gewehr of Kira's Sword Strike. Both machines begin clashing their weapons repeatedly in battle. "Take this!"

Chris' armor swings its sword to the side, but the Sword Strike defends with the shield of its Panzer Eisen that blocks it.

Kira tenses his gaze at his foe as the Sword Strike swings its sword with both hands but Chris' Armor jumps away and dodges.

"Not bad! But not good enough!" Chris exclaims as his Armor rushes in and continues to clash blades against Kira's Sword Strike.

The battle goes on as the crowds begins to cheer, but those cheers are mostly for Chris, and a few are for Kira because in a sword fight; they believe that it would be the Archlight's heir's victory because he is the Sword Saint's candidate.

"Keep it up, Kira-san!" Olivia cheers as Kira's Sword Strike closes in and swings its Schwert Gewehr down and clashes with Chris' sword. "You can do it!"

"That sword is actually keeping itself up in the fight." Clarice said with a smile. "This is how a duel should be. The last two fights were a bit crazy in a way, but this is a bit honorable in a way."

"We can't be certain yet." Angelica stated as she watches how Chris' Armor gets pushed back each time it blocks the Sword Strike's attacks. "The power from Bartfort's Armor is stronger than Chris' Armor." She tenses her gaze a bit. "This could end with Bartfort's victory."

"Take this!" Chris shouted as his Armor clashes its sword against the weapon of Kira's Sword Strike for the umpteenth time, both struggling to take the other out. "I won't lose! To be the next Sword Saint and to be Marie's sword! I won't lose!"

"Kira, the shock from constantly receiving and countering the attack is draining the Sword Strike's power down to 72%" Hachi reported as Kira focuses on the fight. "it'd be best if you end this duel."

"Alright." Kira nods as he pushes the front pedal with his right foot and the Sword Strike ignites its back thrusters and pushes Chris' Armor away.

"Guuuh! Something like this!" Chris grunted before his Armor gets grabbed by the Anchor Claw of the Sword Strike's Panzer Eisen. "t-this is!?"

The Anchor claw grips hold of the blueish gray armor's head and the cable gets reeled in, making the robot go flying straight for the Sword Strike that readies its Schwert Gehwer which has its laser blade activated.

SLASH!

The Sword Strike flew pass Chris's Armor that gets its top part cut horizontally in half.

"w-wha!?" Chris cries out as he is exposed out of his Armor that falls with him coming out. "Ow!"

Kira turns the Sword Strike around as the Gundam swings its sword to the side and deactivates its laser beam before storing it away to its backpack.

"Winner! Bartfort!" the referee announces on seeing the defeat of Chris's armor that could no longer function.

The crowd now has some cheers for Kira as he did an honorable duel against the Sword Saint Candidate.

"w-wow…talk about killer move..." Daniel spoke as Raymond nods twice in agreement.

The Sword Strike begins moving away but it stops when it sees Chris coming near it.

"Bartfort! Wait!" Chris called out as the Gundam looks down at the young man. "Before you leave, answer me this question of mine!"

"What is it?" Kira asks with his voice increased through his Gundam's speaker.

"Why did you not use the magic power of your sword in the duel earlier!?" Chris exclaimed as he swung a hand to the side and then pointed a finger at the Gundam. "Did you think that I was not worthy of its strength?! Or is it something else!?"

"The only reason as to why I didn't use its full power is because I do not wish to take your life." Kira replies as the Sword Strike moves and walks away. "I would rather have this sword sheathed than take an innocent life that is yours."

Chris looks a bit in awe at the Gundam as he couldn't help but feel a bit honored for some reason.

"Taking the opponent surprise with a hidden weapon and finishing him off without killing him." Clarice whispers before signing with a smile. "That guy is strong, but he is kind."

"Out of all the duels, he has never laid any harm to his foes." Angelica added in before smiling. "Seems that he is the type to keep his promises."

"w-with this! Kira-san won 3-0, right!?" Olivia cries out. "he's already the winner!"

"No, this duel will only be over when the opposing side has no more representative to come forth or if they surrender." Angelica stated as she looked at the other spectator side and saw Jilk talking to Julius. "And I doubt the Prince or Jilk will do anything like that."

"Jilk." Clarice spoke out as she looked a bit angry to see her former fiancé.

At the moment, Jilk is talking to Julius as the green haired man seems a bit panicked.

"Your highness, it'd be best if you are the last participant in this match." Jilk told the prince while placing a hand to his chest. "I shall go next."

"Are you sure?" Julius asks as he looks at Kira's Sword Strike that is entering a temporary base because it is time for a break in the duel. "We had underestimated his capabilities. I feel certain that I need to be the one to finish him."

"And you will when it is your turn." Jilk stated before nodding once. "Please leave him to me, your highness."

Julius looks at Jilk for a moment before he nods.

Jilk leaves to do some last-minute preparation to his armor as when he was away from sight, his face became very panicked.

"This isn't good!" Jilk spoke as he clenched his hands tight. "it's alright if I were to lose but I cannot allow the prince to lose!" He grits his teeth while thinking of a plan to defeat Kira. "There is no choice. It is for the prince's sake!"

He soon left the area and disappeared.

At a hallway, there is Jenna and Nicks. Both having a break from the duel as they needed some relax time from seeing how Kira managed to take out three representatives from the prince's side.

"Yay! This win is in the bag!" Jenna cheers as she looks extremely excited about her red betting card. "We bet about 500 platinum coins we got from our parents! But that is going to be doubled or even tripled when Kira-kun wins the duel!"

Nicks sweatdrops to his sister as even though he knows she is after Kira for his reputation and everything, she won't hesitate to get money for her greed.

"I really wonder if we're siblings…." Nicks whispers.

As the two are walking, they are surrounded by some students who came from nearby hallways.

"w-what's going on?" Jenna asks as she is surprised to see them all.

"Hey, the hell are you guys here for?" Nicks stated, the young man didn't like how they were coming in close.

Meanwhile at Kira's side of the base, the Sword Strike is standing in its base while Kira is currently talking with Olivia, Angelica, and Clarice elsewhere.

The Gundam Pilot has his helmet off for his mouth to be freed in drinking a bottle of water that Olivia provided to him as he sighs a bit when he finished rehydrating himself.

"Thank you for the drink, Olivia-san." Kira thanked the girl with a smile.

"You're welcome, Kira-san." Olivia replied with a smile.

"3-0, you're basically winning at this point." Clarice said with a smile while waving a hand to the side. "This might goes down to history as the greatest one sided duel of the century."

"But that does not mean that you should be lenient just yet." Angelica told Kira with a serious look on his face. "Now that the Prince and Jilk are cornered, they will do much more to ensure that they can defeat you."

"Then I must comply by ensuring my victory." Kira stated with a smile while looking to the side. "The duel I had against Brad and Greg were a bit off to me, but when I dueled against Chris. I could tell that he was fighting while having noble honor with him." He looks back at the girls. "That is why if they wish to duel me with their honor, I shall comply."

"How noble of you." Clarice said with a smile.

"Clarice-sama!" a voice called out as the group turns to see one of Clarice's followers coming their way. "it's bad news!"

"What is it? why are you in such a rush?" Clarice asks as she looks at her follower who began to whisper some words into her ear for a moment. She listens and her eyes widen while looking at her follower with a surprised expression. "He did what!?"

"what's wrong?" Kira asks before he hears beeping from his earpiece as it is a call from Hachi.

"Kira, the Sword Strike have been planted with bombs by Jenna Fou Bartfort." Hachi reported. "Seems that she planted them to the backpack's energy tank."

"What?" Kira looks surprised while Clarice had told the group about Jenna and Nicks being harmed and threatened by Jilk's subordinates, but the young man focused on his communication with the AI. "Why?"

"I have some drones around the arena and recorded an event where Jilk Fia Marmoria commanded a few of his subordinates to threaten the Bartfolt Family." Hachi spoke. "Seems that this is his plan to defeat you."

"I know that he has the duties to ensure his highness is the future ruler and all, but that's just…" Angelica spoke with a disapproving look on her face as she, Olivia, and Clarice looks a bit complexed after understanding what Jilk had done. "He vowed on his family's name to not do such a thing and yet."

"a-are they alright?" Olivia asks Clarice, who nods.

"Some of my followers were nearby to help Nicks-kun but seems that they got Jenna and are making her do something." Clarice spoke with a frown before she clicked her tongue with an annoyed look on her face. "I knew that he was a jerk but he's beyond pathetic now!"

"Bartfort." Angelica turns to look at Kira who seems to be silent now. "I suggest that you should forfeit the next duel. We don't know what Jilk's subordinates will do to the Bartfort Family if you try to win."

"I will just win." Kira spoke as he sounded very serious. "I will just win and defeat Jilk Fia Marmoria no matter what."

"Kira-san, are you sure?" Olivia asks with a frown. "They might hurt Jenna-san and then…"

"And I will ensure that he pays for it." Kira stated as he slowly turns his gaze to the girls who gasps and became a bit frightened when they see the young man having anger burning in his eyes. "Jilk Fia Marmoria has broken the agreed conditions and therefore I shall not give him mercy."

'His eyes…they were filled with pain, sadness, and guilt. But now they're just…' Angelica looks at Kira's eyes as she felt fear from seeing how much anger is growing inside them. A bead of sweat slides down her cheek while her face forms a small frown. 'Jilk, you may have ended your life instead of his.'

The fourth duel began as Kira vs Jilk.

Kira still uses the Sword Strike as the Gundam faces Jilk's green winged armor. Both robots are standing in front of each other with the referee in between.

"You are strong, I can respect that." Jilk spoke as his armor wields a rifle like weapon in hand. "But this charade of your victory will end now that you are facing me."

Kira didn't respond as the Strike stayed standing still.

"No comment? Very rude." Jilk stated.

"Let the fourth round!" the referee exclaimed as his Armor swings down a hand. "Begin!"

When the match began, Jilk was about to attack but Kira went in first as his Sword Strike wielded its Schwert Gewer that was held upwards and swung down.

"What!?" Jilk quickly maneuvers his Armor as it dodges the sword swing that hits the arena's field that gets cracked and shattered to pieces. "What power!"

The Sword Strike continues its attack as it swings its large anti-ship sword furiously at Jilk's Armor that dodges them quickly.

The crowd cheered for Jilk, but a few didn't, two of those few are Raymond and Daniel.

"Hey, Raymond. Something is off, don't you think?" Daniel asked Raymond who nods.

"Yeah, I know." Raymond replied while adjusting his glasses as he watched how the Sword Strike would attack Jilk's Armor in a furious rhythm. "When Kira fought against Chris, he was using steady and easy movements, but now?"

"Tch! That is enough!" Jilk exclaimed as his Armor flies into the air and dodges another powerful sword swing from the Sword Strike. The green robot takes out a grenade and throws it to the Gundam that gets covered in smoke when the thrown projectile explodes. "And then!" the next to follow is a powerful shot fired from the machine's rifle that cause a big explosion when it hits its target. "Fufufu, your life ended the moment you defied the prince. Be thankful for your glorious end."

The crowd on Jilk's side cheered as they believed that Kira was finally defeated but their cheers end when the Sword Strike appears from the smoke while having its shield which is a part of its Panzer Eisen raised and have blocked the shot.

"What!? that shield of yours could block that Anti-Armor bomb that could piece any standard model!?" Jilk spoke in shock as he gritted his teeth angrily. "Just how powerful is that Lost Item!?" He clicks his tongue as his Armor reaches out its right hand that has a red magic circle appearing upon its palm. "I didn't want to use this, but you leave me no choice!"

The red magic circle glows as another one appears on the Sword Strike's backpack that instantly ignites and engulfs the Gundam in a devastating explosion.

Everyone looks in shock to see the explosion as some believed that the Gundam received too much damage and exploded while some were just confused because of how the explosion happened.

Angelica and a few others gasped when the explosion occurred as they feared the worst for Kira.

"Kira-san!" Olivia cries out while getting off her seat, the girl had gasped with both hands to her mouth.

"What type of bomb was that!?" Clarice exclaimed in shock.

"Bartfort…" Angelica whispers as she looks very worried.

"No hard feelings, Bartfort." Jilk spoke as he looked down at the explosion he had planned. "I'm doing this for the prince after all."

As Jilk continues to gloat in his victory, a beam boomerang flew out of the explosion and nearly hit him.

"w-what the!?" Jilk gasps in shock as the beam boomerang flew back to the smoke that blows away and reveals the Sword Strike that no longer has its backpack, and its Phase Shift Armor has deactivated. "y-you're still alive!?"

"Phase Shift Armor offline, damage to Strike's outer frame is minimum, power gauge is at 50%" Hachi reported to Kira who looks stern at Jilk's Armor floating in the air.

"Hachi, the Aile Pack." Kira spoke as the Sword Strike catches its thrown beam Boomerang that came flying back before the Gundam purges its current equipment. "There is no need to decrease the power output for this one."

"Roger." Hachi replied before the Strike's thrusters ignites and the Gundam flew straight for Jilk who gasps.

The Strike flies before it kicks the green Armor down to the arena field.

"Gaaah!" Jilk grunts as his Armor crashes to the arena while the Strike soars in the air with a Skygrasper unit that came with an Aile pack equipped which is soon ejects and allowed Kira's Gundam to become the Aile Strike that is equipped with a new 57mm high-energy beam rifle and shield which was received from the flying plane.

Kira looks down at Jilk as his Gundam's Phase Shift Armor reactivates with its yellow eyes flashing bright.

"h-how did you withstood that explosion!?" Jilk stated as his Armor gets back up to its feet. "That explosion was strong enough to destroy a military ship! How is that Armor of yours even…?!"

"Jilk Fia Marmoria, you have broken your vow in this duel." Kira spoke out as Jilk made a surprised and confused noise while the Aile Strike slowly descends and lands on the arena. "You have been found to have cheated in this duel by threatening and harming members of the Bartfort Family who you swore you would not harm."

"i-I don't know what you're talking about!" Jilk cried out as he tried to fire his Armor's weapon, but Kira's Aile Strike destroyed the weapon by firing its beam rifle with one shot. "Ah!"

'Go and find members of the Bartfort Family and threaten them to put a bomb on that man's Armor! I don't care how much you put in it! just make sure that he can be killed when I fight him!'

Jilk's voice echoed out in the arena as the green haired man looks shocked because he didn't say those words from his own mouth.

"w-what was…." Jilk spoke out before he gasps when a large hologram screen appears all around the arena and shows the green haired man talking to some students and then giving them a bag filled with bombs. "t-that is!"

Chatter now spread as everyone looks at the screens and sees what Jilk was doing.

"he's despicable beyond redemption." Angelica spoke as she closed her eyes and shook her head while Olivia kept silent and frowned, but Clarice had a mixed emotional face.

"Jilk Fia Marmoria, for your crimes in breaking the vow with the name of your family. I shall not give you mercy." Kira spoke as he sounded very serious while in the cockpit of his Gundam. "Be prepared."

"t-that is a lie! That thing is sorcery!" Jilk shouted while his Armor points a finger at the screens. "That is not the truth! I did not!"

"It doesn't matter whether or not it is the truth or not because it has already proven to be true." Kira spoke as his Gundam points a finger at somewhere in the crowd. "Also, there is no escaping your punishment that will also come from your family."

"What?" Jilk spoke before he gasps when he sees the queen of the Holfort Kingdom amongst the crowd and currently in disguise. She is having a very disgraced face upon seeing what Jilk had spoken and caused before. "w-why is the queen?"

"Prior before the beginning of this duel, I requested for all head of each participant's household to be present in person or have a representative spectating this battle." Kira spoke as his Gundam puts away its beam rifle to its side skirt before wielding one of its beam sabers that activates its pinkish white plasma beam. "The people who you have ordered to threaten and harm Nicks Fou Bartfort and Jenna Fou Bartfort has been captured and will soon be interrogated for the truth" The Aile Strike's eyes flashes yellow as the mobile suit raise its weapon and points it at the green Armor. "This shall be the last day for you to be the heir of the Marmoria household and a noble."

"n-no!" Jilk screams in shock before the Aile Strike rushes in and swings its beam saber that cuts off the green Armor's right arm. "Aghh!" Kira didn't stop with just one arm, his Gundam quickly turns with the help of its back thrusters and delivered a powerful spin kick that lands right at the green Armor's chest area. "w-wait! Please! I was just doing it for the prince! I!"

As Jilk cried out, the Aile Strike went and grabbed the green haired man's Armor by the head with its left arm before slowly raising it up.

"For the prince, you would hurt innocent people. People who you treat like trash?" Kira asks as his Gundam's eyes flash yellow while its grip on the green Armor's head started to crush it. "Tell me, how is that a good deed for the prince?"

"i-I did it to ensure that the prince and I can be with her!" Jilk cries out. "I wanted to ensure his happiness and.." He was stopped when the Aile Strike went and threw him away. "Aggh!"

"You wish to ensure happiness to the crowned prince of Holfort Kingdom, but you seem to have forgotten something, Jilk Fia Marmoria." Kira spoke as his Gundam stores away its beam saber and slowly makes its way to the green robot that is trying to get back up. "You have broken your vow of your family's name. I've read and known that the Marmoria Household is the household close to the Holfort royal family. You vowed to be honorable and fair, but you have caused utter disgrace not only to your family, but to the prince when you decided to break your own words."

"I was just trying to!" Jilk exclaimed before he grunted when the Aile Strike kicked his Armor on the chest before proceeding to grab its right leg then threw the robot to a wall nearby. "Agggh!"

"You were just trying to use your high power for your own selfish wishes in this sacred duel." Kira stated sternly as his Gundam wields its beam rifle and proceeds to fire several beam shots that destroyed Jilk's armor that loses its legs first before its left arm and lastly its head piece. "I will say this in the sake of the Holfort Kingdom's peace." The Aile Strike went and picked up the limbless green Armor that is reduced to such a pathetic state. "You are unworthy to be called a noble."

"d-damnit." Jilk grunted in pain.

"t-this match is over!" the referee announces while raising his armor's right hand. "The winner is!"

"Wait a minute." Kira spoke as he stopped the referee from announcing his victory. The Aile Strike turns its head towards the referee. "This duel has been annulled because Jilk Fia Marmoria has broken the vow, therefore this is not a duel but an execution." The Gundam then turns its head to look at the Armor that it is holding as it slowly begins to crush it in its hands. "An execution that is fit for a noble who broke his vow."

"Execution?" Raymond spoke before he gasps. "i-is he planning to!?"

"Hey, Kira! That's going too far! Hey!" Daniel shouted.

The crowd slowly understands what was going to happen as the Aile Strike slowly began to crush Jilk in his own armor which caused many to gasp or just scream in horror.

"w-wait! Please! Stop!" Jilk cries out inside his Armor that is slowly shrinking its cockpit's confines. "Wait! Please!"

"Kira-san! stop!" Olivia screams. "The duel is over! Please stop!"

"Bartfort! enough!" Angelica shouted loudly but the Aile Strike continues to slowly crush Jilk in his own Armor. "BARTFORT!"

"Baron Bartfort! Please stop! This duel is over!" The referee stepped in as he tried to stop the Aile Strike, but it didn't budge. "Baron Bartfort!

Kira looks at what he is doing as it unlike the young man to do such a thing but because he has been angered, his emotions have taken over his actions.

"You beg for mercy even though you never shown kindness to anyone else?" Kira asks as his Gundam puts more pressure in its effort to crush the man inside his mech. "I heard of how much Clarice-senpai tried to talk to you, but you ignored her as if she doesn't exist. You treat others below you as nothing but useless beings whose existence won't matter to you." The Gundam's eyes flash brightly as small metal parts of Jilk's Armor fall apart. "You are truly not worthy to be called a proud noble of this Kingdom."

"Help! Anyone! Marie~!" Jilk cries out as he is just inches away from being flatten to death.

"STOP!" Clarice's voice screams out and her voice was loud enough for Kira to hear and stop his Gundam's actions. The Atlee family's daughter has stood up from her seat and is looking at the mecha in tears. "it's enough! It's enough, Kira-kun! I understand what you are doing, but don't let yourself be tainted for me!"

"w-what does she mean?" Olivia asks as she and Angelica look at Clarice before the Redgrave daughter realizes what is going on.

"Clarice, is Bartfort trying to?" Angelica asks her senior who nods.

"I already come to conclusion that man won't ever try to apologize or do anything alike!" Clarice cries out. "So please let him go! I don't care about him, but I don't want to see you become a murderer!"

Kira looks at one screen that shows Clarice and the others before he looks to the main screen that shows Jilk's armor that is nearly crushed and has one small piece ripped out to show the pilot who is crying in tears because he was almost killed in his own Armor.

"Seems that you are lucky." Kira spoke before the Aile Strike dropped Jilk in his Armor before the Gundam moves away.

With the crisis averted, all chattered and just look a bit afraid to Kira's robot as they were sure that it could've killed Jilk if Clarice didn't stop him.

"To think that you would do such a thing, Jilk…" Julius whispers as he looks unproud at Jilk who is taken out of his nearly crushed Armor by some of the Arena's staff members. He then looks at Kira's Gundam that stops and is pointing a finger at him. "Bartfort?"

"Julius Rapha Holfort. This duel's condition has been breached by Jilk Fia Marmoria's actions and therefore the last duel between me and you shall continue after a 20 minute break." Kira spoke out from his Gundam's cockpit. "Will that be acceptable?"

Julius looks at the large robot for a moment before he nods.

"That is acceptable." Julius spoke as he too plans to still duel but just after he has some talk with Jilk who is taken away from the arena field.

Kira's Gundam moves away as it went back to its base.

In a hallway, there is Angelica, Olivia, and Clarice who are going straight for where Kira is.

"Are you certain that they were found, Clarice-senpai?" Olivia asks Clarice as the Atlee family heir had asked her followers to find where Jenna is after she had been taken away by Jilk's subordinates.

"Yeah, they just informed me that she is well and fine." Clarice replied before frowning. "I should've known that Jilk would do such a thing."

"No, you didn't." Angelica stated while placing a hand to the senior's right shoulder. She too frowns. "Bartfort had wished to allow the both of you to talk, to allow you to understand why he left you for that girl." She shakes her head. "But because of Jilk's cheating."

"it's fine." Clarice stated as she shakes her head and sighs a bit. "I already put through with that guy and no longer care." She composes herself and looks at her two comrades. "Come on, let's go and have a talk with Kira-kun."

"Yes" Olivia and Angelica replied with nodding their head before the three went where Kira is.

It took them about 3 minutes to reach the base where the Aile Strike is found standing upon, the group trying to find Kira, but he is nowhere to be seen.

"Kira-san? Kira-san?" Olivia calls out. "Where are you? Kira-san?"

"Did he already leave for something?" Clarice asks as the girls tried to find the young man.

Angelica looked around before she went and looked up to the Aile Strike that remains with its Phase Shift Armor online.

"didn't his Armor change color when it was in its base last time?" Angelica calls out as the other girls turn and notices what she noticed.

"you're right." Clarice stated as she and Olivia got near Angelica. "It turned gray and black when Kira-kun gets out of it, right?"

"Yes. It does." Olivia nods. "Kira-san? are you in your Armor? Kira-san?"

Olivia calls out to Kira who remains in the cockpit of his Gundam as he seems to be trying to calm his shaking body and ignoring the blonde's call.

"Kira, are you alright?" Hachi calls out to the coordinator who is gritting his teeth hard while crying inside his helmet. "Kira? Are you alright? Your body is…"

"t-tell them to leave me alone for now." Kira spoke out as he seemed to be in terrible pain because of something. "i-I need to be alone."

"Are you sure?" Hachi asks as Kira made a small affirming noise before the AI proceeds to speak out to Olivia and the others with its voice mimicking the Gundam's pilot.

"I'll be staying inside and prepping myself for the last duel." Hachi spoke in Kira's voice as the Gundam looks down at Olivia and the others. "I understand that you are all concern after what I tried to do against Jilk Fia Marmoria, but please let me be alone for now."

"Is he alright?" Clarice asks worried as she saw how Kira nearly killed Jilk in his own machine. "I know that he is a brave, strong, and kind person, but seeing what he could've done…"

"I think it'd be best if we just go as he asked." Angelica spoke with a frown. "I am worried as you guys are, but something tells me that we should just follow heed with his request."

Olivia and Clarice look at the Gundam for a moment before nodding.

Soon the girls left the area as Kira was alone as requested.

Kira trembles and shakes upon the seat of his cockpit as he remembers how Jilk screams for mercy as his Gundam was slowly crushing him in his Armor's cockpit.

"Lacus…. please…" Kira muttered out as he has his ring necklace out and is grasping it tight in his hands. "Please give me your strength."

20 minutes later, the last duel of the day has arrived as it is now Kira vs Julius. Both have their machines out and stand before one another.

Kira, who has now calmed down from his little sadness and guilt attack, is just readying himself for the last duel.

"Kira, would you like me to take control and fight your foe in your stead?" Hachi asks through the comms. "If you are still feeling unwell, I can control the Strike and fight your foe."

"Thanks, Hachi. But no." Kira replies while shaking his head before looking at the main screen that shows Julius' white, blue, and gold Armor that is equipped with a sword and shield. "I accepted the challenge as Angelica-san's representative and therefore I must be the one to finish it."

"Very well." Hachi replies before letting out a few beeping noises. "Skygraspers with Sword and Launcher Pack in bound."

The Aile Strike stands up straight before the Gundam's eyes flashes yellow and then it flew straight to the sky where two Skygrasper units equipped with a Launcher Pack and a Sword Pack flies in. both airplanes ejected their docked weapons that gets mounted and equip to the Strike.

Before, Kira had all his Gundam's Strike Packs outfitted one by one but now he has them all combined into one as his Strike Gundam is now the Perfect Strike Gundam which is outfitted with all the weapons from all the packs together.

The Perfect Strike hovers in the air before it slowly descends and lands right in front of Julius' Armor that seems to have waited for him to finish.

"Kira Fou Bartfort" Julius spoke out as his machine lowers its weapons a bit. "Before we begin this final duel, I would like to apologize for the actions that my comrade; Jilk had done. My family along with the Marmoria Household will deliver a formal written apology and a compensation to the Bartfort Family for his terrible actions." The Armor then did a head bow. "I would also like to apologize for his actions in disgracing this sacred duel by breaking his vow. Forgive me."

The crowd whispers a bit as they all find it honorable and noble for the crowned prince to apologize for one of his teammate's actions.

"I accept your apology, your highness." Kira stated as his Gundam's eyes flashed yellow. "As long as you remain true to your vow, I shall duel you with honor."

"Thank you." Julius spoke before his Armor stands up straight and then got into a battle stance. "May the best win!"

Kira nods inside his Gundam as the Perfect Strike wields the Schwert Gehwer from its back.

"This is the Final Round! Both participants prepared!?" the referee exclaimed as he raised his Armor's right hand before swinging it down. "Begin!"

With that, the final round begins as both Kira's Perfect Strike and Julius' Armor dash in and instantly clashes their weapons.
