Some days later, at the residence of the Redgrave Household located in the royal capital.

Angelica is found entering an office room belonging to her older brother Gilbert who had summoned her to the residence during a school holiday.

"You called for me, Onii-sama?" Angelica calls out to Gilbert who hums in response while his attention is to some papers on his office table which the young woman notices. "Is there a problem?"

Angelica comes near and Gilbert hands a few papers to his sister to see.

"This is…" Angelica muttered as she reads the papers which contains information of a contract in buying and selling airships to the factory owned by Kira.

"There has been a large circulation of these contracts to the baron households." Gilbert stated while folding his hands on the table. "I've also taken notice that the sales of the Armors and the Airships that your friend owns is growing slow yet very stable."

"I see…" Angelica spoke as she thought that her brother and father had qualms against Kira's action. "I'm sorry, I'll see to it that I stop him at once."

"There's no need for that." Gilbert stated while shaking his head once. "The circulation of airships isn't the problem."

"Then what is this about?" Angelica asks in confusion.

"The production of high quality Armors and Airships sold at a very cheap and reasonable price followed with the fact that he is targeting the sales on the Baron households." Gilbert stated in counting the actions that Kira has been doing. He rubs his chin a few times while in deep thinking "If his goal is publicity, I would say that he is a bit too hasty." He crosses his arms and looks at Angelica. "Even though he is a knight of the kingdom, he is still considered a foreigner who had also single-handedly thwarted the principality. I doubt the other nobles would see this as something normal."

"Are you saying that they are seeing Kira as a possible higher threat than the principality?" Angelica asks her brother who nods.

"The royal palace isn't taking the principality seriously after it had been knocked down by students." Gilbert stated before he sighs with his eyes closed. "For now, he's considered as a nuisance by them. They're thinking of him as a danger even though we should be focusing on the principality." He then opens his eyes and looks at the ceiling of his office. "Even though the principality has been hindered, it seems that the kingdom is being quite careless towards them." He then looks at Angelica. "What do you think of this, Angie? With everything that has happened until now, what do you think of Kira-kun? Is he a threat to the kingdom? Or an ally?"

"W-Well…." Angelica muttered out as she started to think of the answer. Her mind goes on to the image of Kira who is smiling. The blonde blushes a bit when she remembers all the good times she had with him and Olivia to the point to that one night that the three shared a bed and had a very hot moment together.

"Angie?" Gilbert called out to his little sister as he sees the reaction on her face.

Hearing her brother's voice, Angelica snaps out of her thoughts and shakes her head quickly before looking at Gilbert.

"I-I don't know what Kira is planning on doing for the past few days." Angelica stated. "He's been a bit distant after that battle. I think that he wants to take his mind off the incident and try to relax in some way or another."

Gilbert looks sceptic at Angelica for a moment as he could tell that there is something going on between her and Kira but decided to put it aside for now.

"I see.." Gilbert whispers before he sighs and taps his desk with his fingers a few times. "I still wonder if we should also be alert. I'd also like to discuss the matter of the principality in full later on, but right now the Redgrave family has little influential power." He sighs again. "Keep in mind that we are falling behind."

"Yes." Angelica nods before she remembers the Princess of Fanoss that is in the Kingdom's custody. "um…how was her Highness Hertrude dealt with?"

"Dealt with? I can only say that it was naive." Gilbert replied as he leans forward and folds his hands in front of his mouth. "It turned into discussions about her studying abroad in the kingdom. Father did oppose it, though." He close his eyes. "I heard that there was a marquis who didn't yield."

'Father's influence has fallen that much!?' Angelica thought in frustration as she believed her Family's influence of power is below than before, she then thought of something else. 'A Marquis who wouldn't yield…if I have to guess…Marquis Frampton.'

"The marquis said that it was an opportunity to learn about the country's strength within the academy." Gilbert stated as he could tell what Angelica is thinking. "It seems he wants to use this opportunity to take in her Highness; the princess and make the principality a subsidiary of the kingdom once more. It seemed that he also tried to condemn us for the matter of the Offrey earl household," he open his eyes for a moment before closing them. "But that was quickly cut down."

After the incident with the Sky Pirates, the Offrey Household and their daughter who picked a fight against Kira and had tried to get him, Brad, and Greg captured by the Sky Pirates who were working them, the household was abolished as their assets, territory, wealth, everything got confiscated.

'She reaped what she had sown, huh?' Angelica thought about the Offrey girl and just sighs while looking away. 'I can't help but feel pity for her.'

"This may be off topic, but it seems that you've gotten along rather well with the honor student, right?" Gilbert said as Angelica turns and nods to him, the man then looks a bit stern to his sister. "You have no reason to get along with people any more than necessary."

"S-She is my friend!" Angelica shouted very sternly at her brother. "This does not concern you!"

Gilbert quietly gazed at Angelica, but soon recognized that his sister wouldn't back down.

"Do as you please." Gilbert stated as this made Angelica look surprised.

"I, is that fine?" she asked her brother who just nods.

"If you're going that far, then I won't interfere." Gilbert explained as he got off his seat and shrugs his shoulders. "Besides, Father and I both feel indebted after this matter. However, if she is your dear friend, then you must protect her yourself."

"R-Right!" Angelica replies with a vigorous tone.

"In addition, we need to reselect the people who will stand by you." Gilbert stated while crossing his arms on his chest.

At the mention of people, Angelica thought of her former followers who had betrayed her.

"What will happen to them?" Angelica asks as her brother just smiles eerily in reply.

"Do you want to know?" Gilbert asks her as Angelica looks tensed and then shakes her head.

"N-No, that was a foolish question." Angelica stated, understanding that her former followers faced a great penalty for their actions against her.

Angelica gave sympathy to her former followers, but she felt more glad to be rid of them.

'Perhaps I was lucky to have met them…' Angelica thought in thinking of her time of meeting Kira and Olivia.

"By the way, what do you think of Kira?" Gilbert spoke out in changing the subject of their conversation.

"W-What do I think of Kira?" Angelica asks in confusion.

"He is a foreigner but he is still considered a citizen of the Kingdom after receiving his knighthood." Gilbert stated as he cups his chin. "I haven't heard about who he has decided on for a marriage partner. He has done many things and gotten promoted. I believe it would a problem if he got married to a bad partner."

Angelica knew that Gilbert was thinking about taking in Kira after his many feats over the past few months.

'I guess I can understand my Brother's and my Father's wishes to have Kira as an ally than an enemy..' Angelica thought as Kira is by far the only person in Holfort Kingdom to have defeated the Fanoss' military forces, and the legendary Black Knight. 'It would be real bad if we lose him to someone else or if he leaves…' she then felt guilty as she didn't want to use her friend as a tool for power. 'I can't help but feel worried for Kira's future if his prowess grows…'

The stronger and influential a noble is in the Holfort Kingdom, the more he is sought after by many and that would always lead to trouble at the end.

"T-The thing is about Kira…" Angelica spoke out before she explains the situation with Kira's love life that she knows.

"I see…" Gilbert spoke while rubbing his chin. "For him to have a loved one waiting for him to come back to his own homeland…" he close his eyes and sigh. "I can't help but think on the possibility that he won't be able to go back home with how much of a strong and influential person he has become."

"Y-Yes…" Angelica whispers as she starts to feel guilty after that one night she shared with Kira and Olivia. 'I knew that he had a loved one waiting for him and yet i…' she frowns sadly because she believes that she is trying to steal him away from his beloved one which makes her the same as Marie had once did to her and Julius in the past. 'I can't help but want him even for myself..'

As Angelica contemplates in her actions upon Kira that night on the Archangel, Gilbert spoke out.

"I do wonder if the royal capital was wise in giving him another promotion after this…" He spoke out as Angelica looks at him confused.

"Another promotion?" Angelica asks.

"ah, right. I forgot to tell you, didn't I?" Gilbert replies.

At a warehouse somewhere, Marie and Kyle are found walking by as they went to the warehouse where they find Julius and his entourage waiting for them.

"Hi, guys~!" Marie greeted the group all cheerfully. "What was the thing that you guys want me to see~!?"

"We got it right here~!" Greg replies with a big grin while rubbing a finger to his nose. "We made sure to keep it a secret because we want to surprise you!"

"I wonder what it is~!?" Marie asks all playfully. 'Is it jewels? A dress? It must be something so incredibly good~!'

"This~!" Greg replies as he and the others points to a large object covered under a white sheet.

"hmmm?" Marie and Kyle looks at the object in confusion as they couldn't tell what was under it.

"What is this?" Kyle asks.

"Something we're proud to show off." Greg replies with an excited look on his face.

"It's something we've kept you waiting for, Marie." Brad added in.

"I-I've also been working hard on it." Chris said a bit shyly.

"Thanks, you three!" Marie replies all excitedly because she believes that whatever the five were doing for the past few days, must be something really great for her.

"Marie-san! please don't forget about us!" Jilk exclaimed before he gives a hand signal to Julius. "now, your highness!"

"Ok!" Julius replies as he grabs the white sheet and then pulls it as hard as he could. "Marie! This represents our feelings!"

The white sheet fell off and underneath is revealed a large Armor that looks to have various parts mix mashed together on it.

"Eh?" Marie just looks confused and surprised at the same time as she didn't know what to say in seeing the robot. "What is?"

"We're going to challenge Bartfort with this!" Julius spoke out while raising a fist and having a very proud look on his face. "We will win against the one who disrupted the relationship between Marie and me.." he clenches his fist hard and pumps it up once. "AND MOVE FORWARD!"

"You said it, Julius!" Greg exclaimed with a thumbs up.

"Right, we can't move forward without beating him." Brad added in with a smile towards Marie. "this Armor we've prepared is the embodiment of our determination."

'eh? Determination? What? Did they build this thing on their own? No, to build one of this robot it costs money. how much do they think it costs to make one?! Wait, don't tell me they just connected parts of their broken Armor from that Duel!?' Marie thought to herself with a very dead look in her eyes.

"It's a bit misshapen, but it looks better than any Armor I've been on so far." Chris said.

"yeah." Jilk nods. "it's just a bunch of usable parts put together, but's jam packed with our feelings. It looks quite wonderful now."

"H-Hey, Julius. I wanna ask something." Marie spoke out as she faces Julius. "J-Just how much did this cost? The repair and charges and other such things, I mean."

"Marie. This is not a matter of money." Julius replied. "It's a matter of our feelings."

"T-That's not it! I'm just worried that everyone had to spend an unreasonable amount of money!" Marie retorted in a panicked voice.

"Oh, so that's what it was?" Julius replies with a smile. "Actually, we used the remunerations for this." He then looks at his friends. "Brad and Greg had received remuneration due to the suppression of the Sky Pirates along with Chris who had also received remunerations for the incident with the principality."

"S-So you guys got them repaired with that money…" Marie replies while extremely shocked in heart. "WHAT A TOTAL WASTE! But at least it's just the extra income that I lost.'

"Though we were a bit unsatisfied, we also used up the communal assets as well." Jilk added in and Marie looks shocked. The green haired man smiles while continuing his statement. "We found a person who claimed to be a famous Armor producer and offered repairs for a cheap price. We were able to manage somehow using the remunerations and the five hundred thousand from our communal assets. With remarkable ability, they pushed the performance of the Armor to its limit!" He then pumps his fist like Julius. "With this power! We can win against Bartfort and his Strike!"

Hearing his entire words got Marie to be so shocked that she nearly fell unconscious, but Kyle quickly gives a quick jab to her back in order to get her back to reality.

'E-Even though they were communal assets, almost all of it was managed by me, wasn't it!?' Marie thought in horror. 'Five hundred thousand Dia! That's fifty million yen in total! They wasted that much money!?' she felt like her world just shattered into pieces. 'They wasted that much money for something like this!? Not only we have to waste so much money because of their living expenses, all the fortune I been collecting have gone down the drain because they used it to make a piece of junk working again!? ARE THESE DORKS REALLY DORKS!?'

As Marie tried to regain her bearings, she asked Julius a question.

"W-Why didn't you consult me in advance?" Marie asks shakingly while in tears, trying to keep her sanity in place.

"Sorry, I thought you'd be surprised." Julius replied all shyly. "But I didn't expect you to be happy enough to cry."

"Just wait, Marie. We'll defeat Bartfort!" the five stated in unison while posing all sparkly to her. "I will remove the obstacle that has torn the relationship between you and i!"

Marie merely looks at them with dead eyes at the sight of them posing all sparkly.

Some time later at Kira's room.

Kira is currently sorting out his letters by his fireplace as he threw some into the fire because they were just letters from rich and spoiled girls who demanded him to be their lover which he denied no matter what.

"another one, another one, another one…" Kira spoke as he sighs tiredly while throwing away the letters one by one into the fire, all are just letters of girls wanting him or rather his status and fame.

As Kira burns the letters, Hachi who is controlling a little Roomba like robot comes by with a pile of letters on top of the device.

"Here are another more batch of letters for you, Kira." Hachi stated as Kira sighs tiredly while finished burning up the first batch of letters.

"I think we should request the Staff to just accept the letter and throw them out the next second." Kira said as he picks up the batch of letters and sorted through them one by one before throwing them into the fireplace. "We have too much coming from them."

"That would be impossible considering that some of the girls would use force to get the Staff to deliver the letter to you." Hachi replied while getting the Roomba to move away.

Kira sighs as he keeps on burning letters before he finds a few that pique his interest.

"A request for a duel?" Kira muttered as he finds five letters that were from Julius and the others. "From them?" He opens one letter and reads the content. "If they win, they want me to no longer intrude on their relationship with Marie?" he sighs and then throws the letters into the fireplace, letting them burn to ashes. "I had enough of letters for today."

"Do you plan to reject all letters coming from your fans and from the five?" Hachi asks Kira who walks to his bed and rests for a moment.

"Yes." Kira replies as he adjusted his head on his pillow. "As much as I can easily take them out like the previous duel, I rather not do anything rash considering that the Strike is still in repairs." He then turns to the side. "And also, it would go against the previous Duel's conditions which is still in action."

"But that Duel's results have been forgotten by the five who still persists to be with Marie Fou Lafan?" Hachi said and Kira just sigh.

"How is the progress with the Gladius?" Kira asks Hachi while turning to the other side. The young man started his business of selling Armors and Airships to the Baron households like Raymond and Daniel, the sales were slow but steadily growing over time. "Are they progressing in their function?"

"Yes." Hachi replied as the AI has its program on Kira's activated laptop which is showing the HK-01 Gladius, the custom Armor that the two had built together and sold. "Their built have fulfilled their recorded specs and are progressing in their mobility on the field." A live video feed soon appears and shows one of their Armors flying in the sky before running on the land at quick speed. "Their built is a success."

"I see." Kira nods. "And the repairs for the Strike?"

"Still in progress." Hachi replies while showing a live image of the Gundam being repaired after taking its entire frame apart. "It would seem that there is much damage that estimated."

"I see." Kira spoke while getting off his bed and sitting by his laptop. "What about the Skygrasper and the others?"

"The repairs for the Skygrasper 01 is finished while the rebuilt of the Skygrasper 02 and the Gunbarrel Pods for the Gunbarrel Strike are still in progress." Hachi replied. "We might need to gather more materials if we wish to hasten their repairs."

"I'll contact some merchants for the materials." Kira said as he gets off his seat and goes to his closet to put on some more formal clothing. "If we're lucky, we might be able to secure a larger amount of the materials by today."

"Yes, but what about the others?" Hachi asks. "I should not repeat this, but your fans would try to surround you and demand or ask you to be their lover while the five men would try to challenge you directly."

"Then I just evade them by any means necessary." Kira replies as he puts on a shirt and buttons its front up before adjusting the collar. "I've been doing so for the past few days."

"Are you really sure that you can keep on doing so?" Hachi asks Kira who picked up his school vest and puts it on.

"I'm sure I can." Kira replies as he goes and opens the door. "Hachi, keep on monitoring the repairs for the Strike and the others. I'll be back soon."

Kira left his room that he locks as Hachi is left to continue his work.

"I do wonder if he would be alright." Hachi asks himself and before long he hears girlish screams of people calling out to Kira which is followed by the floor rumbling from a stampede. "Perhaps not."

The days go on for Kira who is trying his best to attend school while escaping the clutches who want him and his status.

At the front of the school's yard, there is Kira who is surrounded by a crowd of girls tugging at him.

"Kira-sama~!" "Please go out with me!" "my household is that of a Marquiss! I can treat you well for years!" "Please have a tea ceremony with me!" The girls all yelled and screamed at Kira as they keep on trying to get his attention no matter what.

"P-Please! I need to get to class and i!" Kira tries to get away politely but the girls keep him in place. "H-Help!"

The sound of a loud airbike's engine is heard in the air as one airbike flies in and the driver grabs Kira's outstretched hand and then pulls him out of the crowd who screams and begins chasing after him.

Kira was then put on the back seat of the airbike as the young man is surprisingly survived by a senior who is also a friend named Dan Fia Elgar.

"Dan-senpai?" Kira looks in surprise to see the pro airbike racer who had saved him from the fan girls.

"yo." Dan greeted him before he drives the airbike to the rooftop of the school and lands it.

Clarice soon appears with her followers as Kira sees them and instantly realizes that they helped him out of the ditch.

"You okay, Kira-kun?" Clarice asks Kira as she went to him and tidied his clothes that look wrinkled and slightly ripped because of the girls who keeps trying to grab a part of him. "man, those girls are like a bunch of hyenas on drugs or something."

"Thank you for the save, Dan-senpai and Clarice-senpai." Kira said as he looks a bit relieved because of the save. "Those girls were relentless."

"Seeing how you got crowded every day, it won't be such a surprise." Clarice replies as she sighs a bit after finished tidying her junior's clothes. "There we go. all done."

"thank you." Kira thanked her before he checks his wristwatch. "ah, sorry. But I need to hurry to class in 5 minutes before…"

Kira was cut off as the fan girls came running to the roof.

"Kira-sama~!" they screamed out as Clarice quickly got Kira to hide behind her followers who huddled up around him. "Where is Kira-sama~!?"

"He went there." Clarice replies while pointing down to the school's front yard as the girls went and sees someone looking like Kira who is running away. "he's going out of school, you guys should catch him before he disappears."

"KIRA-SAMA~!" the fan girls scream as they quickly run to chase after their Kira who they didn't know was just a random follower of Clarice who volunteered to get the fan girls away.

After the fan girls are gone, Kira appears out of the huddle of men as he looks a bit relieved and somehow a bit scared after seeing how fast the fan girls got on and off the rooftop.

"They really are relentless and frightening.." Kira spoke as he wasn't sure that his life at the academy would be peaceful and normal with the fan girls around.

"No kidding." Clarice said as she sighs a bit in relief. "I don't think you can walk around in school without getting surrounded by those girls." She checks the schoolyard and sees the fan girls chasing after the decoy Kira. "Hope Benson can get away in time…"

"We should get the Baron to his class where his fan won't get to him." Dan stated as Clarice nods before she goes and held Kira's hand.

"let's go." Clarice said as she and her followers surround Kira while getting off the rooftop and into the school, the seniors planning to get their one Junior to his class.

"Clarice-senpai, I can walk on my own." Kira said while looking a bit embarrassed.

"it's fine!" Clarice replied while smiling a bit.

Kira look at his senior a bit confused as he wasn't sure why she was smiling at the moment.

The days goes on for Kira as he always gets chased by the fan girls no matter when or where.

At the Cafeteria one day, Kira is having a meal with Raymond and Daniel as they were just chatting normally before the fan girls surround him.

"Kira-sama~!" "please eat with us~!" "I made a bento for you!" They all squirm around Kira while kicking away Raymond and Daniel.

"E-Everyone, please! It's the cafeteria and..!" Kira tries to reason with the girls, but he gets more crowded by them by the passing second. "H-Help!"

"KIRA~!" Raymond and Daniel scream in tears for their friend who drowned in the sea of fan girls as they weren't crying in sadness but in jealousy. "HOW COME YOU'RE SO POPULAR~!"

Kira gets the fan girls crowding him more and more before Deirdre appears and slaps her closed fan on her right hand.

"All of you, disperse!" Deirdre exclaimed loudly as she faces the fan girls with a stern look on her face. "Have you know no shame!? It is a time for all to replenish their strength by eating the meal provided by the cafeteria staff! Not only that, You are also bothering other students who are having their meal in the area!" she then points her fan at them. "Disperse and do not bother your fellow kin in this one moment!"

Deirdre's commanding tone and higher ranked got the fan girls to disperse quickly as they all left the area, but not after sending some requests or demands to Kira.

"Thank you, Deirdre-senpai." Kira thanked the senior with the blonde ringlets.

"Think nothing of it." Deirdre replies while spreading her fan and holds it by her face. "Think of this as my way of repaying your courageous feat against the Fanoss Dukedom." She then had a very discomforting look on her face. "But if you wish to repay me very handsomely. I have some ideas in mind."

"E-Eh?" Kira looks confused and awkward to Deirdre's sudden change of expression as he wasn't sure why, but she might be worse than the fan girls.

On another time, Kira is at the library as he is planning to borrow some books that he wants to study or share to Hachi in his quest to learn everything of the Holfort Kingdom and the world.

As Kira is picking another book, he felt very awkward and uncomfortable because he can senses the many stares on him from the many girls that are in the library.

'This is beyond uncomfortable….' Kira thought as there are not only stares of admiration, lust, and love, but there are also stares of hatred and jealousy coming from some boys in the library. The boys hating, and jealous of him because of how popular he is with the girls. 'And I thought the girls and Deirdre-senpai are bad enough….'

Kira sighs as he got a pile of books with him and carried them away.

As Kira walk to the library counter to get the book signed for being borrowed, he felt the stares intensified because he is getting closer to the exit.

'I feel like I'm being hunted like I'm some sort of rabbit.' Kira thought as he adjusts his collar and tie while waiting for the library staff to stamp all the books he is borrowing. He could still feel the stares as he's waiting for the librarian to finish stamping his books.

Kira felt his life in more danger than anything he has ever experienced, or rather he felt that not only is his life in danger, something else is also in danger.

"There you go." The library staff finished stamping all the books and presented them to Kira.

"Thank you…" Kira thanked the staff as he slowly picks up the books one by one, feeling the stares intensify each time he pick one up.

Kira picks up all the books and as he carries them, he hears some movements behind him, and he can sense who are coming closer.

'I need to run…' Kira thought as he prepared himself to rush right out of the library at top speed.

His sweat sliding down his face, his body tensed, and his mouth goes dry as he slowly turns and face towards the library's exit.

'on the count of three…' Kira prepared himself both mentally and physically as he is going to run away from the fans and the haters no matter what. 'one…two..'

As Kira was about to run away, he sees Olivia come inside.

"ah, Kira-san. you're here." Olivia greeted the man first. "Me and Angie were about to.."

Olivia was cut off short as Kira went to her and Angelica.

"hey! How about we talk at a tearoom!? The usual!? Let's go!" Kira spoke out very rapidly before he and Olivia went off.

"eh? Wha? What's going on, Kira-san!?" Olivia cries out in confusion.

The two went off as the fan girls and the haters were left in their place.

'that was fast….' They all thought in unison.

Day by Day goes on for Kira who always need to get saved by Angie and his friends from the fan girls and haters.

on one day, Kira lies on his bed as he looks tired both mentally and physically.

"I can't keep this up at all…" Kira whispers as he is tired because of the constant need of him running away from his fans and haters.

"I did warn you about this, Kira." Hachi told Kira while controlling his little copter drone to come near and looks at Kira with its camera lense. "After what you did in the battle against the Fanoss forces, your popularity has gained a significant increase as the result."

"I just defeated them, and my fame increased this much?" Kira asks before he groans tiredly. "I didn't receive any new promotion, right? Shouldn't they go after Chris than me?"

"Perhaps, but considering the logic behind the fact that you are the most skilled knight in Holfort Kingdom who had defeated Chris and the other four would lead to the speculations that you are the real hero of the battle?" Hachi asks in reply. "I mean, anyone could've guessed that the one who did the most effort in the battle would be you, Kira."

"I guess you're right…" Kira replies before he hears a few knocks from the doors and sees letters being slipped under it. "Letters again?"

"It appears to be letters from Julius and the others." Hachi stated as the AI had its little drone to check on the letters and sees the sender's name written on them. "I believe they all are still trying to challenge you before school is over for the holiday in the next two months."

"Get those letters to the fireplace, Hachi." Kira said as he place an arm over his head. "I'm too tired to do so."

"Perhaps it would be better if you accept their challenge and demand them to never bother you again." Hachi told Kira while having the Roomba to come and suck in the letters one by one. "That way you can send a message to your haters that you could wipe the floors with them and that they should reconsider trying anything on you."

"And the fan girls?" Kira asks Hachi with the solution to decrease the fan girls going after him.

"I am still calculating on that part." Hachi replied and Kira sighs tiredly.

"I have better chances by sticking with Angie and the others then accepting their duel's request." Kira said as he turns on his bed and lies his face on the pillow. "It's just a waste of time to do so."

"Perhaps, but it is a suggestion that you should keep in mind, Kira." Hachi replied.

"Alright…" Kira replied muffled on his blanket as he was sure that he didn't to accept any request from Julius and the others, but how wrong he was going to be in the next few days.

Some days later.

"BARTFORT! ACCEPT MY DUEL!" Greg shouted as he busts himself right into Kira's room. "if I win! You don't get in the way of me and the others being with our Marie!"

Greg is all guts and bravado when he forcefully enters Kira's room as he plans to get the young man to accept the request of the duel but to his surprise, the owner is currently not inside.

"Where the heck is he?" Greg said as he goes inside the room like he owns the place. He clicks his tongue in annoyance. "Did that guy know I was coming and just decided to leave!?" he slams a fist to an open palm and cracks his knuckles a few times. "Does he think that I'll give up that easily?!"

As Greg tried to think of a way to track and find Kira, he smelled something delectable by a table.

"Something smells good." Greg said as he goes to a table and sees a plate with a cover on top. He pulls the lid off and there he finds a stack of six warm kebabs on a plate. "what's this stuff?" he just takes one and smells it. "smells like chicken." He takes a bite and then another bite just seconds after. "This is good!"

Greg started to eat the kebabs all on his own as he didn't bother to remember that he is in Kira's room and that he is basically illegally intruding.

Meanwhile, Kira is walking in the hallway of the boy's dorm as he is with Raymond and Daniel.

"Sorry that I keep asking you two to be my dish's taste testers." Kira said. "I wanted to ask Angie and the others, but they have been busy."

"don't sweat it." Raymond replies with a smile. "We got free time after all."

"but man, you really are a great cook, Kira. if you say that you made kebabs better than the ones sold at stores. We really got to taste and see the difference." Daniel said as he drools a bit in imagining the food. "But since all of Kira's cooked dishes are delicious, they are bound to be super delicious than we can ever imagine."

"Wipe your drool if you still want to be seen as a decent man by the girls." Raymond told Daniel before he sighs and smiles towards Kira. "but he's right. If it's Kira who cooked them, they got to be delicious."

"I believe that they are delicious in my taste but that may differ with you two." Kira said with a smile. "I still need to adjust the taste to the liking of others in order to be sure."

The trio goes up to the fifth floor as they head straight for Kira's room which they find to have the door opened.

"Did you leave the door open, Kira?" Daniel asks Kira who looks confused and surprised.

"Or did Angelica-san and the others came inside and are waiting for you?" Raymond asks as it is the usual norm for Angelica or Olivia or even Clarice to come to Kira's room for a private talk from time to time.

"But they are currently away." Kira said as the trio goes in the room and soon gawks when they see that the entire room is just messy because of Greg who is on the bed that has its pillows, covers, blankets all messed up and dirtied of food scraps.

"You finally came, Bartfort!" Greg shouted with a grin as he got up and face Kira. "you will accept the duel! Winner gets the loser to do their bidding!"

"w-why is my room?" Kira spoke out as he sees how much of a mess that his entire room is. "just what happened here?"

"Ah? oh, I was so bored waiting on you that I lazed around here!" Greg replied all casually like what he did isn't bad or anything. He then points to the table nearby that has an empty place covered with food scraps. "And I also tasted that weird food you had under that cover, it was good!"

"You ate the kebabs!?" Raymond and Daniel exclaimed. "All of them!?"

"They were good that I just ate one and another!" Greg said with a grin towards Kira. "You should make some for me sometimes, Bartfort!"

"First I got trouble with the girls who are after me, constant letters from people who want to have me in their family, and now this?" Kira whispers as he shakes while his eyes are covered under his bangs. "just why?"

"Accept my duel, Bartfort!" Greg exclaimed while oblivious to Kira who clenched his fists tight. "If me and the others win, you leave us and Marie alone! And if you win!"

KA-POW!

"BUGEH!" Greg didn't get to finish his sentences because Kira instantly send a quick right hook to the muscle man's right cheek and sends him flying and crashing to a cupboard.

"I just cleaned my room this morning, I had everything clean, I cooked those kebabs for Me and my friends and you just came and mess everything up…" Kira spoke as he approached Greg. The Ultimate Coordinator glaring angrily at the muscle headed man with his eyes just going into SEED mode. "YOU THINK YOU CAN DO THIS TO ME!? YOU FUCKING BASTARD!"

"t-the hell are you angry for!?" Greg replies all oblivious before Kira grabs him by the collar and pulls him up. "ugh!"

"You really are a fool beyond a fool, aren't you?" Kira said before he threw Greg to the side, but Daniel and Raymond caught him.

"The hell you angry, Bartfort!?" Greg shouted, still oblivious. He wanted to confront Kira, but Raymond and Daniel held his arms tight and didn't let go. "Hey! Let me go!"

"You think we want to let you go?" Daniel asks in a hollowed voice.

"We were craving for the Kebabs Kira made and you ate it all while leaving us scraps?" Raymond added in, his voice hollow and his glasses just glowing white like he was in a dark alley or something.

"UNFORGIVABLE~!" the two spoke out in unison as they seemed to be angry at Greg for eating a meal that they were really craving for.

"The hell…" Greg tried to think of why the trio are angry and all, but his stupidity for being a musclehead never got him the answers.

"I said let me!" Greg tries to get them off, but he soon sees Kira standing a few feet away from him before he crouches a bit. "What are you doing?"

Kira crouches down before he goes into a sprint and goes straight for Greg.

"What are you!? Hey! Wait!" Greg shouted before he get a powerful kick to the gut that made him puke out saliva from his mouth. "bugeh!"

The force behind Kira's kick was strong as it sends Greg flying straight for the window that he destroyed before the muscle head crashes to the garden below and outside of the dorm.

"COME BACK HERE AGAIN, AND WE'LL KILL YOU!" Kira, Raymond, and Daniel shouted in unison before they pulled the cover and close it, not caring of Greg who has his head in the dirt.

Sometime later, in a hallway area of the academy. Kira is seen walking with the company of Olivia. Both are heading for class because of the books that they have in hand.

"And I heard that Angie will be taking the practical lessons very seriously." Olivia spoke as she has been telling her friend about Angelica's activities which made her busy at the moment. "She said that I should focus on the practical lessons too."

"Well I have heard that the second year will have us focus on diving into the Dungeon after all." Kira said as he thought about the lessons coming for their second year. "and also, there is the word of us having to go deep into the 18th floor at the best."

"t-that is a bit deep…." Olivia spoke, the girl not being good with practical stuff because she is the bookworm type. "I don't think I'll be able to pass it.."

"You do know that we can go in groups, right?" Kira told Olivia while smiling a bit. "How about when the time comes, let's go and try to accomplish the test together? As a team."

"Yes!" Olivia smiles with a nod as she went and walks closer to Kira with a happy smile.

The two chattered together as they didn't realize that someone was stalking them and quietly closing the distance.

Kira and Olivia converses as they went around a corner and their stalker followed, only to get a punch to the face by the Ultimate Coordinator who was waiting for him to come.

"ugh!" The stalker fell as Kira faces him and realizes that it is Chris.

"Chris?" Kira spoke in confusion as he look at Chris who gets up while rubbing a hand to his red nose that got the punch. "You're the stalker?"

"Stalker? That is rude." Chris stated as he adjusts his glasses. "I was following you quietly. I was not stalking."

"That is the definition of stalking though?" Olivia spoke with an awkward smile on her face.

"Just what do you want from stalking me?" Kira stated as he looks a bit serious at Chris.

"I was not stalking you!" Chris stated before adjusting his glasses. "I was merely following after you, trying to get the right timing to demand you to accept my request for a duel!" he points a finger at Kira. "Now! I have become stronger! I will win against you this time!"

"no." Kira said as he turns and walks away with Olivia following. "Do you think I wish to duel with a stalker who is wanted now?"

"Hey! Come back here!" Chris cries out as he chases after Kira. "Come back and accept my duel!"

On another day, Kira is currently having a tea ceremony with Jenna as the Bartfort family's second oldest daughter is teaching him about the things he needs to be prepared for on the second term of his first year and his upcoming second year as well.

"You just have to focus on studying and also getting yourself buffed up for the second year that has a lot of practices in the Dungeon itself." Jenna stated while holding her cup of tea. The senior girl explains on her experience of her first and second year in the academy to Kira who nods while taking notes in a small handbook. "You also might want to consider furtherly increase your attention to your etiquette teacher's lessons cause if you want to ascend to the next year, you have to have the proper manners in your final first year tea ceremony evaluation."

"I see….." Kira nods before he smiles and nods. "Thanks for your advices, Jenna-san."

"it's nothing." Jenna replied all proudly. "I'm your senior after all~!"

More and more did Jenna explain of the academics in the first and second year to Kira who keep on taking notes to the most important details.

As Kira is taking notes of Jenna's explanation, he notices that she is moving awfully closer to him.

"uh…Jenna-san? you're getting too close.." Kira spoke out as he saw how Jenna was closing the distance in between the two to the point that she is now literally sitting beside him. "Uh..too close?"

"Isn't it fine?" Jenna asks all playfully. "I mean you are my family's knight and therefore a little skinship is fine, right?"

"W-Well, that's.." Kira spoke before looking very uncomfortable because of how Jenna is getting more closer to him. "This and that…"

"hmm? What is it?" Jenna asks all teasingly as she slowly grabs hold of Kira's right hand while making him drop the pencil that he was holding. "This and That? What?"

Kira is getting more and more uncomfortable because of Jenna who is going bold on him.

"E-Eh..well…" Kira tries to lean away from Jenna but the brunette keeps on going closer and closer until.

BANG!

The door to the room was slammed open by Brad who came waltzing in.

"Bartfort! I challenge you to a duel!" Brad exclaimed as he barges into the room while interrupting the moment the occupants were having.

Kira looks away from Jenna who has a red tick mark appearing on her forehead as her plan to get the young man's entire attention was robbed.

"You have denied the request of the duel from Greg and Chris! But you shall not reject mine!" Brad exclaimed as he points a finger at Kira. "you have won against me in the duel before but I shall not lose this time! i.!?"

Brad was cut off as he sees Jenna coming with a fist pulled back

POW!

Brad was sent flying out of the room with a red punch mark on his right cheek, the Field's former heir now left in a pathetic state of him having his ass up high and his face down low.

"You ruined my moment with Kira-kun and you ruined it all!" Jenna exclaimed, angry at Brad and not caring of how different their noble status is. The brunette picks up the unconscious man and shakes him furiously. "Do you have any idea how hard it took me to arrange this room?! The timing, the moment, everything! You ruined it all!" she then spun him around before throwing the man far away into the hallway where he lands while sliding on the floor before he crashed into the girls' bathroom that had screams come the next second.

People come out of nearby doorways and hallways to see what the commotion is all about as they wondered what had happened.

"don't ever come back!" Jenna exclaimed before she went in and slams the door shut. She sighs and then smiles while turning around. "now then. where were we, Kira-kun~?"

Jenna is ready to get on with her plan to get Kira for herself but the moment she turns around, Kira is gone as the young man had already left quietly and sneakily when she was busy with Brad.

"Kira-kun? Kira-kun~?!" Jenna calls out as she tried to find Kira who was already out of the room and hurrying his pace back to his room.

'The fan girls, the haters, Deirdre-senpai, Jenna-san, everyone is after me!?' Kira thought as he runs for the safety in his room.

Some days later in a ballroom, there is classical music playing from a gramophone.

The Ballroom is occasionally used when there is an event being held or it can be used by students wanting to practice dancing or etc.

Currently, the occupants of the ballroom are Kira and Angelica, both standing close to each other as they are having a dance practice together.

"One two, one two, one two, and twirl." Angelica spoke out as she instruct Kira on what to do in the steps of the dance. "And another one two, one two, and dive."

Kira looks rather awkwardly nervous because he has never dance with someone in his life and doing so in a pair dance is just making him more nervous. The young man doing this because there is a class where he needs to learn the proper and traditional dance steps which means being bad at it would mean failing his class.

"Come on, Kira. Just hold my waist a bit tighter." Angelica said as she held Kira's left hand and let it hold her waist even more. "Like this."

"R-Right.." Kira replies in an awkward voice.

Kira tried to get an instructor to help him with the study but since one wasn't available and Angelica was nearby and heard of his problem, she volunteered to teach him.

"Let's go again. One two, one two." Angelica guides Kira in the dancing steps as they moved back and forth, side to side, before proceeding with a spin with each other. "There we go. one more time."

The song from the gramophone accompanied the two in a waltz like dance as they dance together in harmony with the symphony.

"And a Twirl…" Angelica spoke as she was twirled with an arm up before she was pulled back with her hands holding Kira's hand and shoulder. She smiles as her friend is getting better at the dance. "Good. You're getting the hang of it already."

"T-Thanks…" Kira replied with an awkward voice and a stiff yet awkwardly embarrassed expression on his face.

"What's wrong?" Angelica asks from seeing Kira's face.

"It's just…" Kira spoke before he sighs and looks away. "Angie, please stop trying to get too close to me."

"Eh?" Angelica looks at Kira in confusion as the young man turns to look at her. "What do you mean?"

Kira sighs again and looks away.

"You and Livia have my gratitude for comforting me after that battle, but…" Kira spoke out a bit softly as he looks rather guilty and sat at the same time. "You should not have any affections for me, Angie."

Angelica made a confused noise as Kira slowly move away from her and then walks to the gramophone as he stops it from playing anymore.

"I'm a foreigner not from this land and I'm someone who you shouldn't" Kira spoke as he looks at his right hand that he raised near his waist. "I've also someone who had killed people." He lowers his hand and frowns sadly. "I already killed dozens of lives with this blood tainted hands of mine that won't ever become clean no matter how many times I wash them." He clenches a hand into a hard fist. "That is why I can't have anyone from this land to come to have feelings for me." He turns and looks at Angelica with a sad look on his face. "I wish to remain as your friend, Angie; but I don't wish for us to become something that is too far." he turns and looks away. "I'm afraid that if we become too close…I would break your heart on the day I would need to return to my land."

Angelica hears Kira's words as she could tell how hard it is for him to have feelings for her and the same could be said for her.

Kira frowns sadly before he felt himself being hugged from behind as he sees Angelica leaning close to his back while having her arms around his waist.

"I don't mind it." Angelica spoke as she hugs Kira from behind. The blonde red eyes girl having a small soft smile while leaning closer to his back. "Even if you are a foreigner from a distant land, even if you had already murdered dozens, even if you have to leave Holfort Kingdom one day. it won't change the fact that you are my friend, Kira. My trusted companion." She tightens the hug a bit. "Who I wish to be with forever."

"Angie, please understand that I have Lacus and she's waiting for me to come back.." Kira spoke out as he couldn't bear the idea of him having another close loved one than her. "I…"

"It's fine, I know." Angelica said while smiling a bit sadly. "I can't compare myself to the one you love, but I still wish to be with you, Olivia, with our friends. I know it's wrong for me to feel such a way, but I can't help it after you saved my life those many times." She then got Kira to slowly turn around to look at her. "So…"

"Angie…" Kira whispers as he looks at Angelica who shed a single tear while smiling to him.

Kira and Angelica stared into each other's eyes as they were slowly leaning their faces close with their eyes closing.

Both of their lips were coming close but before they could even make contact, Julius came barging in and caused the two to look away in an instant.

"BARTFORT! ACCEPT MY DUEL REQUEST!" Julius shouted all loudly.

Kira and Angelica stayed in their position with surprised and bewildered faces as they weren't expecting anyone to come into the reserved ballroom.

Julius looks at the two for a moment before he sees the gramophone, the position of the two, and then the surrounding. He was silent for a minute before he decided to speak.

"I see…" Julius spoke while crossing his arms on his chest and having a hand cupping his chin. "So You guys were doing this?"

"D-Doing what, your highness?" Angelica asks a bit flustered as she felt like a cat caught in the act by her ex-fiancé.

"Bartfort, if you win against me, I shall prepare a proper dance instructor for you." Julius stated. "If you wish to learn to be a better dancer for the school's Dance Etiquette class, it would be better if you learn from a pro instructor than Angelica." He waves his hands out while giving 'That's obvious' expression on his face. "I mean, she is still considered a student compared to a pro instructor."

His carefree tone instantly made a vein mark appear on Angelica's forehead as her ex-fiancé just made her mad.

"A-Angie?" Kira looks at Angelica whose entire body is flaring with a fiery red aura. The young man feeling afraid in seeing his friend just burning in rage.

"Burn my enemies in scorching flames! FIRE LANCES!"

"HOT~!" Julius screams as he was sent flying out of the ballroom in a flaming explosion courtesy of Angelica who has had it with her former fiancé.

"I don't know why even bothered to care for him in the first place." Angelica growls angrily while Kira looks a bit pale and scared at the fire that surrounds his friend.

Some time later, Kira is found walking in the hallway as he is carrying some items for a tea ceremony that he needs to prepare in the next few days.

Kira looks rather tired as he has just escaped another round of running away from fan girls.

"Every day has been rather hectic…" Kira whispers as he carries a box filled with teacups, plates, and spoons. "I barely had any time to relax with everything that has been happening."

As Kira was about to make a turn at a corner, he nearly bumped into Jessica and Milly who yelped in surprise.

"Sorry for the surprise." Kira apologized to the two. "Didn't see you there."

"We can see why." Jessica said as she sees the contents of the box that Kira is carrying, the items inside are many and are stacked quite high enough to block his vision. "You're preparing for the upcoming tea ceremony?"

"Yes." Kira replied before he sees Milly picking out a few items inside his box. "eh?"

"Let us help." Milly said with a smile. "You've helped us before with our fiancés, let us return the favor."

"Yeah." Jessica added in while helping out as well. "It's the least we can do for you."

Kira looks at the two for a moment before he sighs with a smile and nodded his head in gratitude.

The three walked away as they went straight for the tearoom that Kira had reserved for his tea ceremony.

Three minutes later, Kira prepares tea and biscuits for Jessica and Milly as repayment for their help in assisting him earlier on.

"Ahhh~! Such a soothing taste as always…" Jessica sighs with a satisfied face.

"The Biscuits and cookies are better than last time~!" Milly added in, happily munching on some of the provided confectionaries. "So good~!"

"Do help yourselves." Kira said as he provides another plate filled with chocolate chip cookies. "These are a new batch that I've been making for the past few days."

A little happy atmosphere enveloped in the tearoom as Jessica and Milly are enjoying the tea and sweets that Kira provided to them.

"Hmmm, so good~!" Milly looks incredibly happy after taking a bite of the chocolate chip cookie which made her smile. "This is way better than any cookies made by any baker in the capital~."

"Definitely." Jessica stated with an agreeing nod. "This is like something made by the Royal Family's baker or something."

"Glad to hear you both are liking it." Kira said as he is by a table nearby, making more tea for his guests. "I was worried that it might be too sweet for your taste."

"it's sweet but delectable!" Milly stated with a big smile. "It goes so well with your tea that we just want to eat it no matter what!"

"Although eating too much might be a bad thing…" Jessica said, knowing the side effects of eating the sweets.

"Perhaps a new tea to help balance things out." Kira said as he goes and brings a teapot then filled an empty cup with green tea. "here, please try this green tea."

"Green tea?" Jessica said as she volunteers to taste the tea which is green in color like the name. "I've heard of brown tea but green tea?"

"It's an herbal based tea that helps with your body's detoxification and helps balance the sugar intake you have." Kira explains as Jessica took a sip and then sighs in satisfaction. "It can also promote weight loss too."

"it's a bit bitter and bland but it somehow makes my body all warm and puffy~" Jessica said as she looks relaxed.

"Oh! Let me try!" Milly asks as she gets her cup of green tea provided by Kira.

About 10 minutes later, Jessica and Milly looked very relaxed as they had a good time enjoying Kira's tea ceremony.

"Not only are you a young and highly famed adventurer, you are also incredibly knowledgeable in tea and biscuits…" Jessica said with a satisfied smile.

"It's no wonder so many girls want you." Milly added in.

"I-I'll take your words as compliments." Kira said, not liking on the fact that his achievements and skills are what making him the target by his fan girls.

"Hey, I have been wondering about something." Jessica spoke out as she looks at Kira. "How are things between you, Angelica-san, and Olivia-san?"

"In things as in what?" Kira asks in specifying Jessica's question.

"You know, how are things going with the three of you? Which one got the crush on the other?" Milly stated with an interested look. "I mean, you three are always together. So I thought that one of you have the crush on another and vice versa."

"T-That's a bit…" Kira spoke awkwardly while blushing as he instantly remembered the night he had with the two girls on the Archangel. He coughs to a raised fist before he adjusted his uniform. "I'm sorry that it's too private to answer."

"I see…" Jessica and Milly spoke in unison as they really are curious on his reaction which got them thinking a lot on Kira's possible crush or his little secret that he is keeping to himself.

"By the way, how are things going with your achievements and all?" Jessica asks Kira as she changes the topic. "I heard that you along with many other students who were on that fieldtrip are going to get awarded right?"

"Indeed, award medals for valiant and courageous actions against the Fanoss Dukedom." Kira replies as he picks up an empty plate and takes it away. "The awards would be given out before winter break next month."

"Must be so nice to be able to get ranked up and become so famous after such a battle, huh?" Milly said as she looks a bit envious. "I really wished I could so such things in my life."

Hearing Milly's words, Kira tenses up a bit before slowly turning his head to glance at her.

"Please be careful on what you speak, Milly-san." Kira said as Milly turn towards him. the young man looks at her then away. "That battle was nothing to be lightly speak of."

"Eh?" Milly looks confused for a moment as Kira looks at the empty plate he took and sees his reflection on it.

"That battle was a war, a war that had death come to all on each side." Kira said as he hardens his gaze when his mind had a flashback of the battle the young man had a part in. the numerous close calls to death that he had when he fought against Canard and his Hyperion. "It was a battle to also decide the fate of Holfort Kingdom."

Jessica and Milly look a bit nervous and awkward for a moment as they were sure that something was bugging or troubling Kira's mind.

"S-Sorry…I guess you're still troubled by that incident.." Milly spoke out, understanding that she shouldn't speak of a terrifying incident so casually to someone who was involved in it.

"It's fine." Kira stated as he gently picked and placed more cookies and biscuits upon the empty plate he was holding. "In a way, I have to put aside that incident in the past and continue focus on the present and the future." He walks back to his guests and places the plate of biscuits on their table. "After all, the past is in the past."

Jessica and Milly looked at Kira for a moment before they nodded with a small smile, feeling a bit relieved that their companion wasn't feeling conflicted in his heart.

As the group continued to have tea, Jilk came barging in uninvited.

"So here you are, Baron Bartfort." The green haired man spoke with a smile as Kira looks a bit irked at the sight of him. Jilk chuckles as he crosses his arms on his chest. "Having a Tea Ceremony, I see?"

"We were." Kira replied as he faces the former heir to the Marmoria Household. "May I inquire as to why you are here?"

"Nothing more than to ask of you to accept the duel request from myself, his highness, and my comrades." Jilk replies in an obvious voice. "You have rejected the proposal from His Highness and the others whether it was by letter or direct confrontation. I am here to get your reply and also have you accept the duel as well."

"And I should reply with a very clear voice that I do not have a reason to accept." Kira stated as he faces Jilk before he turns and sighs tiredly. "Time and time again have I told you and your friends that I reject your challenge."

"Are you so certain of that, Bartfort?" Jilk asks with a small smirk growing on his face. "I mean, if you don't accept. There will be repercussions."

His words got Kira's attention as the young man faces Jilk.

"If you do not accept our challenge request, I will inform the entire school about your friend's unloyalty to their betrotheds." Jilk stated while motioning towards Jessica and Milly who looked a bit tense and fearful. "I mean, for two girls who are already engaged with their chosen partners and yet are seeing a very popular student like you in their free time." He made a disappointed gesture. "I doubt that they would go off easy with just some minor scolding from their betrothed and their respective households."

"They have nothing to do with this, so leave them out of this!" Kira stated in a stern voice as he went and stands before Jilk. "You can try and threaten me as much as you want, but leave them be! They are only my friends and.."

"and I doubt the same could be said for Angelica-san, right?" Jilk said with a smirk. "I mean, everyone first thought that you two were friends, but on the night you accepted to be her champion. Are you really friends?"

"T-That's…" Kira spoke as felt a bit pinned because he can't deny the fact that the past incident of him accidently showing romantic interest to her got him the reputation as the Lecher Knight or Casanova of the Holfort Academy.

"With your so famous reputation in the academy, I don't believe you can actually give proof of their innocence in their act of unloyalty to their betrothed." Jilk added in, looking very proud of every word he spewed out of his mouth.

Kira clenches a fist tight as he felt very frustrated and angered at Jilk's actions.

"If you wish to protect them and their innocence, I suppose that I should suggest you to…" Jilk spoke as he believes he got Kira to be hooked on his line and bait to accept the duel but that was stopped when Clarice came walking in.

"I should suggest you to get the hell out of this room, Jilk." Clarice stated as she sternly glared at her ex-fiancé while standing by the doorway. "Now"

"Clarice-senpai?!" Kira, Jessica, and Milly looks surprised to the sudden intrusion by their senior who came walking in.

"Clarice, we are having a private discussion." Jilk spoke so calmly to his ex as he was about to scold her misbehavior when Clarice went and pushed him away from Kira. "hey!"

"If you think you can blackmail Kira-kun and those two poor girls, you have another thing coming." Clarice stated before Hachi who is controlling a little copter drone came flying in and hovers Kira's shoulder, the young man looking a bit surprised to the coming of his AI friend. "I got called by Kira-kun's friend and he got the entire conversation recorded." She then points a finger at Jilk. "So unless you want to be kicked out of the school for trying to blackmail them just like how you blackmailed Kira-kun's household like the last duel, I suggest you get out of this room." Her finger then points at the door. "NOW."

Jilk was about to retort but a stern glare from Clarice followed with her threat got him to hold it back in his mouth.

"V-Very well…" Jilk spoke as he stands down from the fight. "I shall excuse myself and.."

Before Jilk could speak any further, Clarice went and gave him a sucker punch to the face, hitting his nose and breaking it in the process.

Kira and the others are surprised at her action, even Jilk who was in pain just look at his ex-fiancé in surprise.

"T-That hurt! Why did you!?" Jilk cried out before Clarice held up her fist and scared him to get to the door quickly

"I SAID GET THE FUCK OUT NOW!" Clarice shouted, not wanting any more seconds in the room with her bastard fiancé who she pushed out of the room very harshly. "AND IF YOU TRY DOING THIS AGAIN, I'LL MAKE SURE THAT YOU'RE NOT ONLY DISINHERITED BUT KICKED OUT OF THE MARMORIA HOUSEHOLD!"

Jilk held his bleeding nose as he quickly made an escape before Clarice could do any further damage to his so called 'handsome' face.

Clarice slammed and locked the door shut as she breathed heavily for a moment before sighing and then turns with a smile to her juniors.

"Sorry about that." Clarice said as she went to them while tidying her hair and clothes. "I was in the middle of talking with my followers about a new Airbike my family is building when Kira-kun's friend named Hachi here." She motions to the little copter drone that went and floated near her. "came and inform me about what was going on."

"I was coming back after a little reconnaissance when I found the situation in the room to be in the need of an assistance." Hachi stated after beeping a few times.

"Thanks, Hachi." Kira said with a smile to the little drone before he bowed his head to Clarice. "and thank you to you too, Clarice-senpai. If you hadn't come in time, i…"

"It's fine." Clarice said with a hand wave. "I've been wanting to punch that bastard for a while and this little incident gave me a good opportunity to do so."

"I see.." Kira nods in understanding before he looks at Jessica and Milly who looks very sad and guilty. "Jessica-san? Milly-san? what's wrong?"

"W-We.." Jessica muttered out softly before looking very sad to the point that she is in tears.

"We a-are so sorry.." Milly spoke out. "w-we're so sorry that because of us being here…"

"What are two you saying?" Clarice stated as she looks at the two a bit concerned. "don't let that bastard Jilk's words influence you two. He was just talking smack, ain't no one gonna believe his words after what he did to the members of Kira-kun's household."

"B-But after considering the entirety of our time with Kira-san and his fame.." Jessica spoke out as she begins to cry. "It'll be as if we are really being unfaithful to our betrothed partners."

"we're so sorry.." Milly cries in tears with Jessica as the two felt scared that they would live a life of women who would be treated like a slut or a prostitute if word got out of their so called unfaithfulness.

As the two girls cried in fear and guilt, Kira went and consoled them directly by hugging them. The young man frowned as he comforted the two girls.

Clarice with Hachi stands nearby as both looked at the scene. The Atlee family's daughter frowning before looking very angry like she wants to kill someone.

"I'm going to get rid of that bastard Jilk if it's the last thing I do." Clarice muttered out, hating her ex-fiancé even more than ever. "first he dumped me like I'm trash, threatened the members of Kira-kun's household and now this." She clenched her fists tight. "I'm pissed beyond imagination."

"Please do calm down, Clarice-san." Hachi told the senior. "Violence won't be the optional solution to this current situation."

"But something else would." Kira stated as Clarice and Hachi turns to the young man who gently caresses Jessica's head with his right hand while his left hand patted Milly's back a few times. The Knight of the Bartfort Household had a stern expression on his face while his eyes were filled with anger and rage. "Something I should've done from the beginning."

3 weeks later.

The end of the second term had come as the closing ceremony had just been finished and students along with teachers are gathered at the academy's colosseum as there is going to be a duel held there.

A Duel between Kira and the five former heirs.

"GO! Win this battle! Please!" "It seems that the five had gathered each night in order to repair their armor." Chatter spread in the crowd as they were all talking on the progress of the duel which could end with a different result than the first one.

At the special spectator seats, there is Angelica along with Olivia, Clarice, and Deirdre as well.

"I can't believe he would do such a thing!" Olivia stated very disappointed and angry. "Blackmailing Jessica-san and Milly-san because they are friends with Kira-san and are hanging out! that's outrageous!"

"Believe me, you have no idea how angry I am with Jilk right now." Clarice replies as she sighs tiredly. "Had to spend some time alone in my room, punching my pillow that I imagine as that bastard's face."

"That is considerably understandable coming from you." Angelica stated with a nod.

A few weeks prior to the present time, Kira accepted the duel request from Julius and the others as he did so after Jilk's stunt during his tea ceremony with Jessica and Milly which Clarice informed Angelica and the others afterwards.

"I believe that after this duel, their standings in the noble society would decrease even more." Deirdre spoke out as she held her folded fan and gently taps it to an open palm. "How have the might have fallen…"

"Indeed." Angelica stated with a nod before having a confused look as her senior. "Also, why are you even here with us? I thought you don't have enough interest in duels."

"Oh please, I would rather be here and watch this duel occur directly than far away." Deirdre spoke as she spread her fan and held it near her face. "I also have a duty as the daughter of the Roseblade household to witness the result of this duel for my father wishes to confirm a few things."

"And that is?" Clarice asks while giving a suspicious look at Deirdre.

"You should know what he wishes to confirm considering your father's position in the royal court, Clarice." Deirdre replied while giving a knowing look to her fellow student who stares at the blonde ringlets for a moment before sighing and then nodding.

"What are you talking about?" Olivia asks, confused.

"It's nothing to be making a big deal about." Angelica told Olivia before she turns and looks to the arena as there is Julius and his entourage, conversing while standing near their custom made Armor that they built together. "Let's focus on the Duel at hand."

"Yes." Olivia nods.

"Can't actually believe that those five made that thing…" Clarice spoke in seeing the Armor that the five made together. "It looks ridiculous in a way."

"Terribly." Deirdre nodded in agreeing with Clarice's statement. "But they are bold in challenging Baron Bartfort after everything that has happened."

"Indeed." Angelica nods before she frowns a bit. "But I'm worried for Kira." She looks around the field and sees no signs of the young man coming. "Will he be fine without the Strike?"

After the battle with Fanoss, the Strike has been in constant repair at the Archangel's hangar. The Gundam suffered intense damage to its entire frame which leads to an overhaul for its repair.

"If he can't use his Lost Items, perhaps he might use a borrowed Armor." Clarice guessed.

"W-Will he be fine with one?" Olivia asks. "I know Kira-san is skilled and all…"

"We just have to wait and see the end result." Deirdre stated while fanning herself.

On the arena, Julius along with Chris, Jilk, and Brad talked to Greg who is wearing a pilot outfit on.

"Is it really okay if I go?" Greg asked as he was picked to be the representative of the duel in their stead.

"It's frustrating, but I wouldn't be able to win." Brad stated with a serious voice "I have great expectations for your ability."

"It's impossible for me to win with only my swordsmanship." Chris added in after adjusting his glasses. "Greg, I leave it to you."

"Everyone's hopes are under your care." Jilk stated while patting Greg's right shoulder.

"You're our best bet." Julius said while pumping up a fist. "Now go win against Bartfort!"

"RIGHT!" Greg responded to their feelings with a big grin on his face.

The venue was swept with a wave of inspiration upon seeing the camaraderie of the five.

Greg climbs onto the custom built Armor as he instantly felt the inside of the robot being warm and felt delighted by it.

"It seems you're worked up as well." Greg smiles with a nod. "I can see that you're ready to fight alongside me. Let's do this, partner!" the Armor's eyes lit up and it wielded a spear in hand. "Bartfort, come out and let's go! We'll show you the power of our friendship!"

As the crowd was feeling ecstatic and hopeful for the five to win against Kira who hasn't shown up to the field.

"Just where is he?" Jenna spoke out as he and Nicks were at the crowd's seat. "He is coming, right?"

"No clue." Nicks said. "He said he accepted the duel." He then looks around. "But where is he right now?"

As everyone wondered where the Vassal Knight of the Bartfort Household is, they got their attention taken by the noise of a mic buzz.

"ah, testing, testing." Daniel's voice is heard on the MC as everyone listens to his voice. "ah, 1,2,3, testing."

"hey, it's already on." Raymond's voice is heard next as this got many to look confused.

"Isn't that Raymond-san and Daniel-san's voice?" Olivia spoke as everyone hears a little commotion between the two friend by the MC section.

"What are those two doing there?" Angelica asks as everyone looks very confused.

"Ahem! Good morning to everyone." Raymond spoke out on the MC mic. "Today is a great day in hosting the Duel between Kira Fou Bartfort and the challengers. I am Raymond Fou Arkin."

"and I am Daniel Fou Durland." Daniel quickly adds in.

"and today the both of us are this match's special MC as requested by Kira Fou Bartfort." Raymond finishes as this made some chatter spread in the crowd.

"Kira-kun requested them to be special MCs?" Clarice spoke out while raising an eyebrow. "for what?"

"I think we're about to find out." Deirdre replied as she points a finger at the arena field and everyone sees Kira walking in.

"Kira-san?" Olivia spoke out in confusion and a bit in surprise cause Kira isn't wearing his usual Earth Federation pilot suit or his ZAFT one, instead he is wearing the standard pilot suit worn by many Armor Pilots in Holfort Kingdom.

"Wow…" Clarice blushes. "he looks….great in that."

Angelica and the others nod with very big blushes on their faces, however Deirdre had a rather predatory look in her eyes.

Kira stands on the field as he looks a bit embarrassed because he can hear the fan girls in the crowd just swooning at the sight of him wearing a blue, white, and black stripped skintight suit that hugged his figure too close to the point that his small developed pecs and abs are seen. Along with his tight buttocks as well.

"Today, Kira has decided to accept the Duel Request from Prince Julius and his entourage while also promoting the Armor and Airship that he himself has produced over the last few weeks." Raymond spoke as the sound of paper shifting is heard. "May everyone's attention be to the sky above as we will present the Airship that Kira has custom built himself."

Everyone looks up and soon gasps in surprise because of a large white and black airship that looks nearly like a spaceship come hovering above the colosseum.

"The Airship is named the Espada 00, the First Airship that Kira has built. It is fitted with every possible equipment and weaponry for any situation. Bathroom, bedroom, mess hall, kitchen, everything." Daniel spoke but in a tone like he is reading something. "Also, the Espada 00 is able to accommodate nearly 20 Armors on board."

"And now we shall present the Custom Armor that shall appear on this duel." Raymond stated as the Espada 00 hovers in the air before its bottom hull begins to open and an Armor launches out.

"Wow…." Clarice looks in awe as so did Angelica and the others when they see the Armor that had launched out of the airship and now had landed on the arena. "That's…."

"Beautiful…" Angelica spoke.

Everyone in the crowd witnessed the Armor as it had a nearly similar appearance to the Strike, but its frame is slightly roundish and its pure white with several red and blue intricate line markings, its eye sensor is a single green visor. The robot is equipped with a hexagonal shield on its right arm, a sword on its right waist and a rifle attached to its back.

"Presenting the HK-01 Gladius (Commander Type)!" Raymond spoke out in an announcing voice. "Its Frame is made out of refined and processed Adamantium Ore, it has the strength to wield any large and heavy weapons, its basic weaponries are a shield, sword, rifle, but there are dozens of other weaponries able to be chosen for the Armor which depends on the user's taste."

Chatter spread as some are impressed by the sight of the Armor and the airship.

"This Duel shall be promoting the great capabilities of the Gladius as there is a handicap that Kira had decided for the challenger." Daniel spoke as everyone looks interested and confused.

"a Handicap?" Marie spoke as she and Kyle its by their special spectator's seats. "what handicap?"

On cue, four Fanoss Dukedom made Armors came launching out of the Espada 00 and landed on Julius and the others' side.

"The handicap is that the Prince and his fellow challengers may use the Armors of the Fanoss Dukedom and participate in the duel." Raymond stated. "if any are inquiring for the reason, it is because all five had requested a challenge against Kira who had accepted them all as his challengers. Therefore.."

"Each and every one of them is going to fight Kira." Angelica spoke in finishing what Raymond is announcing.

"B-But won't it be bad?" Olivia asks worried. "I mean, the last time Kira-san won is because of the Strike. It's still being repaired and…"

"Please do not worry." Hachi spoke out as his little copter drone came flying near the girls with Tori who came and perched on Angelica's right shoulder. "The Gladius has been built by combining the specs of the Holfort Kingdom's basic Armor and the Strike. Its capabilities and strengths are nearly similar to it."

"How can you be so sure that Bartfort would be able to win this with such an Armor?"?" Deirdre asks.

"Please witness the end result of the duel." Hachi replied.

In a few minutes, Greg's Armor and Kira's Armor stands before each other.

Kira sat in the cockpit of his Gladius as he sat while holding the control rods.

"I am never wearing this suit ever again…" Kira whispers as he felt embarrassed on his current outfit. "Why did you tell me to wear this, Hachi?"

"We are promoting this Armor and the airship to the crowd in order to sell them, correct?" Hachi replied to Kira through his earpiece. "And what best way to promote it via live promotion? We also need you to participate in following with the custom of the Holfort Kingdom for this to be an acceptable sell, Kira."

"Alright, but let's change the outfit if we need to this another time." Kira spoke after sighing.

"Challengers! Ready!?" the Referee announce in his own Armor that wave a hand up.

In response, Greg's Armor spins its wear with one hand while the other wields a rifle that was stored on the back.

The Gladius however, draws out its sword and positions its hexagonal shield forward before it expand twice its size.

"Begin!" the Referee announces while swinging down its Armor's hand.

"Oraaaahh!" Greg goes for a straight in attack as his Armor swings and thrusts its spear rapidly at the Gladius' shield which deflects the attack with ease. "EAT THIS!"

"Witness at how the Gladius doesn't budge from the fury of an attack!" Daniel exclaimed passionately. "not only is the Gladius can stand its ground, the Aegis shield equipped to its right arm is able to take a hit against the furious spear attack!"

"If you can take this! How about a little of this!" Greg exclaimed as his Armor changes attack with its spear for its rifle that begins firing against the Gladius that defended with its shield once again.

Kira just watches how the mismash Armor just keeps on attacking as he isn't bothered at how it doesn't give any damage to his robot. He keeps on defending before he hears a few beeps on his earpiece that gets a call from Hachi.

"Kira, I have scanned their Armor and found out that its energy core; its power source is unstable and growing a level of heat in its frame." Hachi stated. "prolong use of it would lead to an explosion which could kill Greg in an instant."

"They did say that they built it on their own." Kira spoke after sighing, the young man believing that the five former heirs didn't do a good job in building their custom Armor. He pushes his controls forward and the green visor of his Gladius begins to glow menacingly. "let's end this quickly."

The Gladius keeps on taking the attack from Greg's Armor before it begins to charge in.

"Come and get it!" Greg exclaimed, grinning as he plans to have a Close Quarter combat with Kira's Armor but that was proven wrong when the Gladius swings down its sword and instantly cuts the right arm of his Armor along with its spear. "What the!?"

"Witness at how sharp the sword; Excalibur wielded by the Gladius!" Raymond exclaimed. "tempered and refined several times to create a very sharp blade that could cut through the hardest of metal! It's truly a sword to be reckoned with!"

"they're really getting into it…" Angelica and the others sweatdrop in hearing Raymond and Daniel's commenting.

"You say that your Armor represent your group's feelings, correct?" Kira spoke as his Gladius faces Greg's Armor that had lost one of its Arm. The robot's green visor glows even more before it proceeds to raise its sword up. "Then perhaps I shall put it away to the trash where it belongs."

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

"Gaaahhh!" Greg screams as his Armor was cut apart in pieces to the point its pieces were destroyed after being shredded. The red haired young man fell out of his cockpit as he was spared mercifully.

"W-Winner! Bartfort!" The referee quickly announces as some of the crowd begins to cry because of Greg losing. Many have betted on the result of the duel, few bet on Kira's win and many betted on Julius and the others. Without a doubt, many regretted betting on them.

"One down." Kira spoke as the Gladius turns and looks at where Julius and the others are. "four to go."

"H-He took it down with ease…." Brad spoke, baffled.

"W-We poured our heart into building that Armor of ours and it's just…" Chris looks despaired as he can't believe that their Armor lost so easily.

"W-What should we do, your highness?" Jilk asks Julius as they weren't expecting the current situation.

Julius was silent for a moment before he looks at the Fanoss Dukedom Armor that Kira presented to them as his handicap.

"We take the next battle into hand." Julius spoke out all courageously. "We must not fail Greg!"

"r-right!" the others replied, believing that they could make a difference in the duel.

How wrong they were.

"GAAAHH!" Brad screams as his Armor was trashed to the ground by the Gladius that wields an iron flail that had a large spiked ball attached to the handle by a chain.

"NOOO!" Chris cries out while his Armor gets turn into cheese with many holes caused by the Gladius that wields a pair of magnum guns.

"W-Wait! Not like this! Please! No more!" Jilk cries in tears because his Armor is getting pressed and nearly crushed by the Gladius that is pushing down a large Hammer down to where the cockpit is located.

"I-I'm not going to lose!" Julius exclaimed as his Armor stands and charges towards the Gladius. "Not again! Not ever!"

The Gladius awaits Julius' Armor to come before it pulls back its right fist and then punches it straight to the head. The white Armor wields its sword and does a horizontal and vertical quick slash that sliced its foe in pieces while leaving the pilot alive.

"aaahh!" Julius cries out as he falls to the field with a big thud.

"Winner! Kira Fou Bartfort!" The referee announces, some of the crowds cheering while the others were dead because they didn't win their bets at all.

"and there you have it folks! The awesome and great capabilities of the HK-01 Gladius (Commander Type)!" Daniel exclaimed on the MC mic. "as we have shown you, this Armor and the Airship are being produced and sold by Kira Fou Bartfort at the factory on his own floating island! He has plans to sell them and currently many Barons have purchased the items for a merely 2000 Dia!"

"eh!? That cheap!?" "It must be only the cost of one piece, right?" chatter spread in the crowd as many were interested to buy the items.

"The items comes in one set!" Daniel exclaimed after hearing the chatter. "with only 2000 dia, you can get one Espada Airship that is already furnished and loaded with its equipment along with five Gladius stored inside its hangar!"

"not only that, if you pay an additional 1000 valis for a contract partnership. You can get free maintenance and repairs at Kira's floating island along with 5% profit in helping him sell his items!" Raymond added in before flyers came raining down as a robot drones controlled by Hachi flew around and threw them out. "so, if you want to be a great noble with a great military asset, come and buy them now! There is a limited offer to buy them with a 20% discount!"

Now there is a bit of chaos as there are many nobles now trying to get a flyer and planning to buy the airship and armor Kira has made.

"This is becoming crazy…" Clarice spoke as she caught one flyer and reads the content. "A single Airship all furnished and equipped with 5 custom built Armors only for 2000 Dia?"

"that's good marketing in a way." Deirdre stated while fanning herself.

"That Kira sure found a way to make himself more famous." Angelica spoke after sighing but then smiled a bit. "But I guess it's to be expected from the knight who is making history."

"eh? What do you mean, Angie?" Olivia asks but it fell deaf to her friend's ears because of the rising chatter and commotion from the crowd.

Meanwhile at the arena field, Kira got out of the Gladius and faces his foes who are now standing before him. The agreement if Julius and the others lose, would be that they must comply to Kira's commands for the day.

"As promised, you will have to do a few things for me." Kira spoke as he looked at the five very sternly.

The group looks a bit tense for a moment as Julius nods to Kira, saying that he understands.

"first is you, Greg." Kira said as he went up to Greg and then kicked his right leg's shin very hard. "Don't ever come into my room ever again."

"N-Not my leg, man!" Greg cried out in pain as he jumped around while holding his right leg in pain.

"Next is you." Kira went to Chris next as he slaps his right cheek hard before punching his gut once, making the turquoise haired man wince in pain. "Begin writing a ten page formal apology to Olivia and the security staffs that you have bothered over the time you have stalked me."

"I-I wasn't stalking" Chris tried to retort but a glare from Kira made him shut up and just nod.

"And you." Kira goes to Brad who looks nervous, the young man looks at the purple haired man before he begins to pinch and pull his nose very hard to the point he is crying for him to stop. "If you ever bother me when I am in the middle of studying, I'll ensure that you'll have a scar on your face, got it?"

"O-Okay.." Brad replied after his nose was freed and is gently being rubbed by his hands to soothe the pain.

Up next is Julius who looks tense and nervous as the Brad was. Kira stands before the former crowned prince who he quickly punches in the gut.

"ugh!" Julius winces in pain before Kira leans close to his right ear and whispers.

"If you ever bother me, Angie, and any friend of mine, I'll ensure that your name is forgotten." Kira whispers. "also, if you break this agreement, I'll just report it to Mylene-sama and have you taken out of the academy where you won't be able to come ever again. Got it?"

"L-Loud and clear." Julius replied a bit shaken, the prince wincing a bit after the sucker punch to his gut.

Finally was Jilk who looks scared than nervous.

"w-what would you want me to do?" Jilk asks, the man felt screwed as he knew he is in big trouble.

"just stand there." Kira said which made Jilk confused at first but that changed when he received a strong punch to the face that made him fell.

"O-Ow…" Jilk wince in pain as he held a hand to his red and slightly swollen nose.

"Now you shall be obeying them next." Kira said as he walks away.

"them?" Jilk spoke in confusion before he sees Kira walking to a nearby exit tunnel where Dan Fia Elgar and the rest of Clarice's followers walked out while carrying random and dangerous objects. Even Daniel and Raymond along with many other lower ranked Barons came and joined them "W-What the?"

"He's all yours, everyone." Kira spoke to Dan first before he turned and points at Jilk. "make sure that he cries as much as he made Clarice-senpai did, Dan-senpai."

"With pleasure, Baron." Dan grins as so did his friends.

"W-Why are you all here!?" Jilk cried out as Dan and the rest of Clarice's followers along with Daniel and Raymond and many other male students came and close in on the green haired man. "What are you all?"

"They are here for what you tried to do on Jessica-san and Milly-san that day." Kira said as he looks at Jilk and then turns to walk away. "I've told them of what you tried to do before, and I can assure you that they along with many other Barons didn't like it one bit."

Jilk's face started to pale as he finally understood what was going to happen.

"We've been wanting to do this for a long time." Dan said with a grin as he and Clarice's other followers got closer to Jilk, the same done by Raymond, Daniel, and the other Barons who are fans of Jessica and Milly. "It's time for you to pay for your crimes on our milady."

"and it's also time for you to pay for your crime in making Jessica and Milly cry…" Daniel spoke while holding up a large wooden paddle.

"therefore we present to you…" Raymond added in while holding up a metal rod.

"A THOUSAND DEATH!" They all exclaimed in unison as their faces went dark while their eyes flashed red with murderous intent.

"W-Wait…please..i…ah….aaahhhh~!" Jilk screams are heard as the group begin to punch, kick, smack, and just torture Jilk for everything he did to their Clarice, Jessica, and Milly.

Angelica and the others watch the dreadful scene as Olivia covered her eyes with her hands and looks away when she sees how Jilk is getting beaten up, Deirdre chuckles amusingly, Angelica sighs while shaking her head, and Clarice merely look uncaring to see her Ex-fiancé getting beaten up with no mercy by her followers and the others.

"He had it coming." Clarice said with no care at all.

Nighttime, at the Royal Court in the royal palace.

Many nobles are gathered in the conference room as they are all from the faction of the Marquis Frampton Household. The reason for their gathering is for a discussion regarding the event of the rematch duel between Kira against Jilk and his Entourage.

"Did you hear? His Highness and the others lost again to that person who had been promoted." "It's a good thing that he won't ascend to the throne." At the edge of the table, sat the Marquis Frampton who had been listening to everything his followers have been talking about.

As the nobles keep on chattering and discussing amongst one another, one spoke lightly of Kira.

He said before he sighs and held out a hand to the side. "Leaving that aside, there's also the matter of the principality. It's pathetic how they talked big yet lost to students. We should soon make our own…"

Before he could finish, Frampton slammed a fist to the table which got every other noble's attention on him.

"We need to deal with that brat no matter what!" Frampton exclaimed angrily "Use whatever means you can!"

"H-However… we have no reason to." A noble disagreed. "Besides, we also have the principality's movements to be concerned about, and the queen…"

"Do whatever you can to crush him!" Frampton shouted as he rises from his seat and swung a hand to the side. "Don't mind the fact that he may be the queen's favorite! Before considering the principality, we need to deal with that brat first!"

No one talked back to the Marquis who looks so angered and frustrated.

"So, the finance productivity has also increased?" Kira spoke as he glanced to the back and see the members of the Bartfort Family along with Olivia, Angelica, Clarice, and Deirdre. The group had gathered in the room as the young man is making last minute preparation before he goes with on the awarding ceremony that would give the medals and awards for the students who participated in the battle against the Fanoss Dukedom's invasion forces.

"yeah" Balcus spoke, he and Luce came as Kira's legal guardians. Both wear noble outfits to fit the occasion while Angelica and the others wear their student uniforms. The man sighs tiredly. "And rather than increased, it doubled and tripled with how many guests come and go from your island and happen to pass by ours."

"And it only occurred in just a day…" Luce added in, looking rather tired as well.

After the duel against Julius and the others and promoting his products to the crowd, many noble households made a quick come and go to purchase the Armors and Airships that Kira and Hachi had made. Many came and went to the young man's island but also making a quick pitstop at the Bartfort Household's floating island where many of their produces were purchased as souvenirs and such.

"Ain't that fine?" Jenna asks while raising an eyebrow. "We got more finances than before thanks to Kira-kun here. What's the matter with all the good stuff coming for us?"

"it's because of how many high ranked nobles are asking me for cooperation with their finances as well.." Balcus spoke as he looked rather blue. "In just a day, I got nearly 10 higher ranked nobles coming and asking me if I want to do a partnership with their factions and stuff. It was so tense, confusing, and dreadful that I fainted!"

"I-I'm sorry about that, Balcus-san." Kira awkwardly apologizes to the man, him not knowing of the feedback of his actions would lead to some troubles to others. "Me and Hachi will try to hasten the process of our sales with Raymond and the others."

"it's fine." Balcus sighs while shaking a hand to the side. "It's your plan to act as a noble of your ranking and I respect that." He smiles before he chuckles. "but just make sure that you be careful when you keep on going forward, alright? I don't wanna see you getting scammed or anything."

"yes." Kira nods with a smile before Hachi's little copter drone came hovering nearby.

"Kira, the back of your collar has its back crooked and your uniform isn't well maintained." Hachi told Kira who checks his outfit and sees how some parts are crooked or are not well balanced in a way. "please readjust them."

"right.." Kira begins to pull off the parts of collar and readjusts them but the shoulder cape he is wearing just got in the way. "How do I?"

"Here, let me." Angelica volunteered as she went and began to help and tidy Kira's uniform. "You are going to be promoted lower ranked fourth Count, you need to keep a good image on you now."

"Thanks, Angie." Kira thanked his friend who readjusts his collar and as he waited for her to finish, he looks a bit confused when he realized something. "Wait, promoted lower ranked fourth Count? But I'm still a Viscount.."

"oh right. you weren't told yet, have you?" Angelica said as she finished tidying Kira's outfit and dust off his shoulder pads a few times. "you are being promoted to the lower fourth ranked Count."

"Eh? Why?" Kira asks.

"Are you seriously asking that after everything you did against the Fanoss Dukedom's invasion forces?" Deirdre spoke after scoffing a bit and then crossing her arms under her chest. "I know you are a great warrior in the battle, but to think that you are oblivious to the politics of the kingdom."

"Give him a break, Deirdre." Clarice told her while looking at the blonde ringlet girl. "Kira-kun wasn't born in the Kingdom and he's still unfamiliar with the Noble Ranking System."

"You are the one who did the most effort in stopping the invasion forces, Kira." Angelica spoke as she began to explain to Kira the reason why he is being promoted. "It's true that Chris was the one who risen up to the challenge against the enemy, but you are the one who seized her Highness Hertrude, plundered their military forces, defeated the Black Knight, the dangerous foe, and presented the spoils of the battle to the royal palace." She points a finger up. "after doing everything plus with saving everyone on the field trip, it is not confusing on why you shouldn't be awarded in the first place."

"and that leads to my second promotion, is it?" Kira spoke as he soon sighed a bit tiredly. "It's rather troubling."

"But you are now a lower ranked fourth noble, Kira-san!" Olivia said all positive. "You saved Angie and everyone! You are a Hero now!"

"as much as being a hero is great and all, I rather stay being myself." Kira said as he sighs again.

"You should really start acting accordingly with your ranking, Bartfort." Deirdre stated as she held up her folded fan with her right hand before flicking it open then held it by her face. "as the man whose promotion has been vouched by my esteemed Roseblade Household, you better keep up a good image!"

"Vouched?" Kira said confused.

"after everything that has happened, many noble households including mine, Angie, and Deirdre have vouched on your promotion, Kira-kun." Clarice explained while pointing up a finger. "We all acknowledged your actions on the battle and merits that deserve this promotion. Even Chris' household along with Brad-kun's and Greg-kun's house holds vouched in as well."

Kira felt more tired of the situation as he was sure that getting his ranked promoted would just mean lots more trouble for him at the end.

"I really wish I could swap my rank with someone…" Kira whispers tiredly.

"by the way, I know it's late but…" Balcus spoke as he looks at the Deirdre. "We haven't met but why is the daughter of the Roseblade Household here?" he scratches the back of his head while looking confused. "I know about Angelica-san, Clarice-san, and Olivia-chan being friends with Kira here but why are you here?"

"oh, pardon me. Where are my manners?" Deirdre said as she closed her fan and slapped it to her hand. "My name is Deirdre Fou Roseblade of the esteemed Roseblade household! And I have come here to face the man who had abused me so terribly during the battle against the Fanoss Dukedom!"

"A-Abuse?" Luce looks rather confused and shocked as she couldn't imagine Kira abusing anyone.

"You abused h-her, Kira?" Nicks looks rather weirded out at Kira who just sighs.

"I did no such thing." Kira said as he shakes his head. "I only raised the morale of the other students during the time of crisis, that's all."

"speaking of time, we should get going to the royal castle." Angelica stated while crossing her arms under her chest. "The other students must be already there by now."

"for heaven's sake. you are too serious, Angelica." Deirdre spoke after laughing a bit. "Bartfort here is the main character who should be given some relaxation after everything that has happened. How uncouth of you."

"yeah, you are being too serious for something so small." Clarice added in while nodding a few times.

"Deirdre! You don't have any say in this matter!" Angelica snapped at the two. "you too, Clarice! You weren't there during the battle so you don't have any rights to say such things."

"why so!?" Clarice barked back.

Kira and the rest just look out of place as they didn't bother with the little scuffle between the three higher ranked nobles.

Time passes and our attention is at the royal castle of the Holfort Kingdom where the grand awarding ceremony is being held within a large hallway.

The students of the Holfort Academy who participated in the battle against the Fanoss Dukedom are being awarded for their valiant actions. Many schoolboys were recognized as knights, and many girls would be receiving just the medal, but would also get an annuity because of the kingdom's matriarchy.

But the main character of the event is Kira who has made history in the Kingdom.

Kira is the only person who is a foreigner yet become a noble of the kingdom and also be promoted at a fast pace. The main factors of his promotion being his actions in the battle against the Fanoss Dukedom and the many letters of recommendations from numerous prestigious households.

On this very day, Kira had carved his name into Holfort Kingdom's history and became a legend that had fame spread out to the entire land.

To other kingdoms where a blue haired teen is reading a piece of paper before a short haired blonde came to him, to small towns on small floating islands where a blonde tanned teen runs into a pub where there is a brown haired waitress who sees him coming while holding out a piece of paper, and to local villages where a short white haired teen looks at a piece of paper with a rather frustrated look before being accompanied by a brownish black haired teen girl who wears a hunter like outfit.

About a few hours later, the day was almost gone.

Kira is found walking alone in an empty corridor as he just got out of the ceremony party that is held for all the students who participated in the Fanoss invasion. The young man had escaped from the party because of how many girls are constantly asking him out, whether they are his fans or rotten girls who demanded him to be their lover with harsh words.

"This is so tiring…." Kira spoke with a sigh as he loosened his collar a bit. He glances to the side and sees Hachi's little drone hovering by his right shoulder. "Maybe we should give all the credits to someone else rather than us?"

"That would only work if you had not shown your capabilities during the duel against the prince and his entourage, Kira." Hachi replied. "After the first Duel followed with the subjugation of the Sky Pirates, and then the invasion from Fanoss. You have set a permanent record in your capabilities as a knight and noble of Holfort Kingdom. There is no turning back."

"I knew it…" Kira whispers as he tiredly sighs afterwards.

Kira and Hachi continued to just go around the empty corridor before they walked into a hallway.

"Maybe we should go back first." Kira spoke as he didn't want to deal with the girls who wants him and his fame. He adjusts his loose collar and then sighs. "can you go and deliver a message to the others, Hachi? I don't think I would be able to do so when I come back into the party."

"Understood." Hachi replied before beeping a bit. "by the way, the repairs of the Strike is almost finished as we have managed to hasten the progress with the income we had achieved in just a day."

"then we should prepare for OS and frame maintenance when we come back to the island during winter break." Kira said as he sighs while rolling his right shoulder. "where I can get out of this tight clothing."

As Kira converses with Hachi on their plans during winter break, they hear the echoes of a voice that is singing.

"this song…" Hachi spoke as the AI's little drone turns around before turning towards a nearby turn in the hallway. "it's coming from this direction, but this voice….it's…"

Kira remained silent for a moment as he listens to the voice singing the song.

He listens to the song and the voice very carefully as he feels like he knows who is singing it.

"this voice….it can't be…" Kira whispers as his voice quivers while his eyes slowly widens and then softens while filled with sadness.

"Kira?" Hachi looks at Kira who slowly begins to walk to the turn in the hallway as he follows the singing voice.

Kira keeps on walking and walking before he arrives at an opened door where he could hear the singing voice so clearly like the person is just very nearby.

Kira thought as his heart feels heavy with anticipation because he wishes the voice to belong to the one person he misses so dearly ever since he came to the world. 'but if it's really her and she's right there…' he clenches his hands into fists and took a heavy breath before sighing. 'I just have to go and see for myself. I just have to!'

Kira took a few moments to calm his breathing before he firms his resolve and then walks straight out of the door and finds himself entering an open garden by a large and wide balcony. He was amazed at the beauty of the dozens of flowers growing around the area which were glowing beautiful under the full moon's radiance.

Step by step, beat by beat, Kira follows the singing voice till he reached an opening by the balcony where there is a wide area that looks like a park filled with flowers and at the middle there is a stone bench with a person sitting on it with their back facing his direction.

The Princess of ZAFT sits by the stone bench, her attire is that of a beautiful whiteish pink dress with a nearly transparent white skirt which is strapless and backless, having detached sleeves, and shows off most of her cleavages, she wears white high heeled slippers, her signature crescent moon hair pin, and she held a round pink ball that lies on her lap.

As Lacus sings till she finishes her song, Tori came flying past her.

"Y-You are…" Lacus looks surprised to see Tori who flies around before landing on the stone bench beside her. "Tori?"

"Tori~!" Tori cried out to Lacus before the mechanical bird flaps its wings and flew away.

Lacus follows where Tori flew and finally sees Kira who is standing a few feet from her, the young man is in tears while having the most happiest smile he could ever have.

"K-Kira..?" Lacus looks surprised at first before she slowly tears up and begins to cry tears of sadness and joy. "Kira"

Both stayed still in their positions as they didn't utter another word. They stared at each other with tearful eyes while their lips formed happy smiles.
