It was going all down at the moment Ash was in Altomare and met a Latios and Latias there and the Latias was playful while the Latios was stern and mistrusting at first but warmed up to them when the time goes on but they later left the sacred garden a bit more while Ash went over to the Pokémon center where he asked Professor Oak for 4 specific Pokémon that he wanted to meet Latias and Latios but in the end it all gone upside down because while Ash and the others were sleeping peacefully two agents from team Rocket that harassed Latias earlier went into the Secret garden were they stole the Soul Dew which not only held the Soul of Latios and Latias father but also but also stopped the water from going rampage after and they paralyzed Latios and Stole to activate the Defense Mechanism of Altomare to destroy Altomare. Latias reacted fast by going to Ash and asking him for help Ash took his Pokeballs and jumped onto Latias back, on the way to the museum the two were attacked by the fossils of an Aerodactyl and that of an Kabutops but thanks to Misty's and Brocks Pokémon they were able to pull threw and get to the museum were the saw Oakley using the DMA to flood Altomare while Annie held Bianca and Lorenzo hostage .
"I won't let you Latios, Latias I chose you" Ash Said as he threw out two poke balls and what shocked everyone apart from Ash out of the poke balls came a Turquoise Latios and an Orange Latias but both were double the size of the ones from Altomare.
"Let's free the Latios and the people held hostage Latios Luster purge on the DMA Latias Mist ball on the Espeon and Ariados" Ash said before both of them giving of a coo before charging up their Signature moves before they fired them of at their goal and the Luster Purge Destroying the DMA but leaving the Blue Latios uninjured because the Turquoise Latios put a Protect around it same happened with the Ariados, Espeon and Annie who were hit by Mistball while Bianca and Lorenzo were secure by a Protect.
When everything calmed down Annie and Oakley laid there unconscious while the Blue Latios laid there severely injured and the Orange Latias freed Lorenzo and Bianca with Psychic while the red Latias was nuzzling her injured brother.
"good job my friend's thanks for your help" Ash said while petting them under their snout 'no problem' ash heard inside the head because most of the legendaries can speak telepathically but thought that the Eon duo from Altomare was never thought how to speak telepathically so they weren't able to use it.
Ash was brought out of his thoughts when the saw Misty and Brock arriving at the museum and were shocked to see there are 2 Latios and Latias in the room but before the two could said anything they heard a sound that was like the water was going back to the sea.
They went out to look at the sea and they saw that all of the water in the city had gone back into the sea where in the far distance they could see a Tsunami coming towards them.
"I need to sacrifice myself to become the new Soul Dew to save Altomare" Latios said but was held in place by Psychic from the other Latios.
"Sorry but I can't let you do this and before you ask why because I know a better way but first" Ash said he took out another Pokeball and threw it to the sea "Lugia I need your help."
A Blue Lugia with a Green underbelly, Backspikes, Tailspikes and Eyemaskes (a new Shiny version) appeared in the air with a screech when it saw the Tsunami on the horizon, he knew for what he was called out for and flew towards it and destroyed it and brought the water back to the city an normal height with his Psychic powers.
Meanwhile in the museum the shiny Latios Recreated the Soul dew with the others Latios and Latias fathers' soul in it for the moment since Ash had another plan with it.
When ash returned Lugia after the Water was back in the city and wasn't too high that it would go over the canals, they go back into the museum were they saw the normal Latios and Latias sleeping next to each, other while the shiny Latios held the Soul dew and he and his Mate were smiling at the 2.
"I guess the 2 were pretty tired after the hole turmoil today night "Ash said as the shiny Latios gave him the soul Dew.
"You should sleep at our home tonight it is pretty late already and the Pokémon center is closed" Lorenzo said.
"But grandpa we only have 2 guest beds there isn't room for three people" Bianca said.
"That is no problem I can sleep in the garden with Latias and Latios. I have slept with them for years" Ash said. The others nodded and left the building while Latios teleported Annie, Oakley and their Pokémon to the police station when they were out of the building while Ash was holding the soul Dew and the shiny Latios was having the normal Latios on his back same with the Shiny Latias who had the normal Latias on its back. Ash released the shiny Lugia again and he and the others Jumped onto him and then flew towards the sacred garden were Ash returned Lugia and the Shiny Eon duo laid down the normal duo in front of the Tree while Ash put the Soul dew back to its place after that Lorenzo, Bianca, Misty and brock went into the house while the shiny Latios and Latias laid down with Latios left wing over Latias right wing and Ash laid down between them using Latias wing as a blanket and Pikachu laid down against Latios chest with the Eon duos head next to each other.
"When will you tell the two that you are their grandparents" Ash asked.
' tomorrow after you revive my son and his mate, I just hope Ho-oh was able to convince Arceus and Giratina to give him their souls because normally it would be illegal to do such thing as revive Pokémon from the dead especially if it's been multiple years but I hope that because you are the chosen one of both councils that, they make an exception because of it' Latios said telepathically.
"yes" Ash said. With that the three went to sleep.
What they didn't know was 2 individuals were listening to them and these were Lorenzo and Latios. Both of them were wondering if they were telling the truth but decided to ask them tomorrow and then went back to sleep.
Over the Sea there was shiny Ho-oh flying towards Altomare with two people on her back.
"Are you sure that Ash is here Ho-oh" Sorrel asked while holding another Soul Dew.
'Yes, Ash asked me to bring him the Soul Dew that you are holding since it holds the soul of a latias' Ho-oh said.
"But why did you get us" Verity asked.
'That was actually a coincidence I wasn't planning that, but I saw you near Mount Cornet. So, I thought that I should take you with me' Ho-oh said 'anyway we should arrive tomorrow morning'
The two nodded.
(Next day)
The sun was rising, while Ash and his friends were still sleeping when Ho-oh, Sorrel and Verity arrived at the hidden garden they saw them sleeping and decided to also take a nap. Sorrel and verity laid themselves under Ho-ohs wings.
(6 hours later)
Ash woke up and was at first confused why he was laying under Latias and Latios wing but then remembered what happened yesterday night he saw that the two were still sleeping same with Pikachu so he carefully not to wake up the three came out under their wing and jumped over their necks and saw that Ho-oh was laying their but was surprised to see that Sorrel and Verity were also there and guessed that Ho-oh picked them up since they were near her so he decided to make a quick detour to the Pokémon center where he went to the calling station and called Pr. Oak.
"Hey, Ash, why are you calling me" Pr. Oak asked.
"Well, I wanted to ask you to send me my Lucario for something "Ash said.
"Ok just wait a moment, I will get his Pokeball" Pr. Oak said and left the screen and a few minutes later with a Pokeball in hand" I will send him over"
With that the ball appeared on Ash's side and he took it and said, "thanks Professor" and ended the call after which he went back to the sacred garden when he arrived, he saw his Latias and Pikachu playing with the other Latias while both latios and Ho-oh were looking from the side.
"I guess you are having fun" Ash said and with that everyone was looking at him." I had just gone to the pokemoncenter to get a Pokémon for later, when did you arrive Ho-oh".
'At sunrise' Ho-oh said telepathically.
"Where is the Soul dew if you could convince Arceus and Giratina, for what we have planned "Ash asked.
'Well, I got them convinced but only because you are the chosen one, as for the Soul dew Sorrel has it and is at the moment in the house" Ho-oh answered.
The two younger Eons were confused about what they were talking about.
"We will show you later what this has to do with, I will go get the others it is easier to explain it here than inside" Ash said.
With that he went inside where the others were sitting at a table and when he came in everyone looked at him.
"Where have you been" Misty asked.
"I just went to the Pokémon center to get a Pokémon that will help me later" Ash answered. "But we should go outside I have to tell you something"
The others nodded hesitantly and followed him outside and Lorenzo, Bianca, Misty and Brock were shocked to see Ho-oh in the garden.
"You should sit down, because this will take a long time" ash said as he laid down against Ho-oh who laid her head on Ash's lap.
After the others sat down Ash explained that he found his Eon duo in the forest behind his home badly injured and when he saw this, they were unconscious he caught them with 2 pokeballs that he had for a moment were he either found a Pokémon he wanted to catch before his journey or if he found a Pokémon that was injured and was too big to transfer. After he caught them, he brought them to professor lab were the professor and the later arriving Nurse were shocked to see two legendary Pokémon at night Ash stayed at their side but when he slept the eon duo woke up they were confused were they are and how were there injuries healed but that was answered when they saw Ash sleeping on Latias' wing and decided to ask Ash tomorrow about it the day after which Ash woke up and saw that the two were already awake, when Ash stood up and after he got breakfast they asked him what they were doing here, to which Ash told them what happened the day before, after which the two were thankful about it and told him why they were even flying over pallet town and it was because they wanted to see their Grandchildren here in Altomare but were attacked by team Rocket grunts and were then shot out of the sky by Giovanni then over the time they needed to heal they grew closer towards Ash and the night before they could leave they asked the leader of the Shiny council if they could stay with Ash to which he agreed since Ash was the chosen one and allowed everyone to join Ash when they wanted to, which was a contrast to the normal council which only allowed Ash to catch them when the time was right.
Then over the next five years also the shiny versions of the legendary beasts, the legendary birds, Ho-oh, Lugia, Mew, Celebi and Mewtwo joined him and on his journey until now the normal versions of them apart from Mew, Mewtwo, Latias and Latios joined him.
While Ash was saying this everyone apart from Ash's Latios, Latias and Ho-oh had their mouths on the grass at the revelation that not only Ash's Eon duo were the grandparents of the ones from Altomare but also the fact that Ash is chosen by the 2 Legendary councils to wield them sometime in the future.
"And one last thing "Ash said as Ho-oh let Ash step up and Ash went towards the fountain where the Soul dew was in and took it out" Sorrel Ho-oh gave you a Soul dew right" Sorrel nodded as he threw it towards Ash who caught it with ease and Ash then laid the two then on the ground and then took out Lucario's Poke ball" and lastly it's time to bring them back. Lucario, I need your help" Ash threw the Poke ball into the air as the Aura Pokémon appeared with a mega stone attached to a necklace as Ash took out his Keystone from underneath his shirt "Lucario Mega evolve" as Lucario was engulfed in a blue light and when it died down there now stood a Mega Lucario which shocked again everyone apart from Ash, his Pokémon and Surprisingly Lorenzo was shocked at Lucario's appearance change "I will tell you later, Lucario you know what to do" Lucario nodded and charged up a ball of aura in each hand and then charged one each at the Soul Dews which instead of being destroyed it, the two were absorbed by the Soul dew and then the Soul dews unleashed a blinding light which forced everyone to close their eyes, when the light died down instead of two Soul Dews there now laid an unconscious Latios and Latias bigger than the ones from Altomare but smaller than Ash's.
A few minutes later the two woke up and were shocked to be alive but after the Latios saw his parents he knew what had happened but still was surprised as were the Altomare Eon Duo since now both of their parents were alive again and it was the first time they saw their mother since she died from Childbirth and Ash's Eon duo was happy to have their son and their Daughter in Law back again over the next week the three eon duo had a lot of catching up and Bianca and Lorenzo were shocked to see that Ash's Lucario revived the Eon duo to which he explained he was only allowed to because of Arceus and Giratinas allowance since normally reviving a person/Pokémon wasn't allowed.
Also, during the week, the young Eon duo Joined Ash since their parents told them they would take care of Altomare.
A week after the incident Ash, Brock, Misty, Sorrel and Verity along with the youngest and oldest Eon duo said goodbye to Lorenso, Bianca and the middle Eon duo before taking a ship towards Blackthorn City for Ash's 8th Gym Badge.
