Chp 5: Spider-Hound

Ever since Louie/ Venom's defeat the family had been looking all over for him but had no luck. Lena wanted to go and settle the score with Gavin/Carnage but she was restrained and held back Webby and Violet. Della was an emotional wreck; the ambitious adventurer wasn't feeling so ambitious anymore rather than sorrow and misery. One of her ducklings was gone somewhere and she couldn't find him.

Donald: "This can't be, Louie can't be gone, h…he just can't."

Dewey: "Come on uncle D, Louie is too sharp for that to happen."

Scrooge: "Dewey's right he's sharp just like me the lad just has to be ok."

Della: " We just have to…to keep looking."

Violet: "What're going to do about Gavin and Carnage."

Webby: "Yeah they're running rampant through the city doing god knows what."

Somewhere at an abandoned underground subway tunnel lies Louie unconscious, the boy was only alive thanks to Venom but the symbiote itself wasn't looking so good either. Suddenly a portal opens up and a figure walks through, the figure appears to be a female wolf standing on two legs. She had long white hair and wore a pink and white skin tight outfit with a black with a gray center patch with a black spider symbol on it her mask consisted of pink iriss on them she wore a black belt with white spikes(Not to good at describing clothes).

Stranger: "This is the place earth-81217, alright Miguel said he was here."

She examines the area and notices the duck boy laying before her. She runs over to him and begins to inspect him.

Stranger: "This kid doesn't look so good. Was it the target who did this? If so, he's more powerful than I thought."

She noticed a black liquid coming out of him and recognized the substance.

Strange: "So the kid has a symbiote good that'll make the process more easy."

The stranger took out a device and placed it onto Louie's chest and began beeping before he groggily woke up.

Louie: "Oh wha…who in the what now."

Stranger: "Oh good you're awake thank god for that."

The green duck child looked up to a female wolf staring down at him. He shot himself up and took up a fighting stance while shaking.

Louie: "Wh…who're you."

Stranger: "Alright let's do this one last time, my name is Loona just Loona okay no last names, I was bitten by an enchanted spider and for one and a half years I've been the one and only Spider-hound. You obviously don't know the rest so I'll explain. I saved the city, fought bad guys creeping on girls and I saved my friend Octavia. But I couldn't save my dad. Blitz the O is silent by the way. Until one day I was invited to join this elite task force run by this vampire dude, I now help watch over the multiverse and keep it intact."

End Song

Venom then covered Louie looking rather miffed.

Venom: "YOU!"

The symbiotic beast lunged at Loona who had managed to avoid his attack, he then stretched his arms out towards her but the Spider-hound threw a device and it began to emit a sonic blast forcing Venom to stagger back.

Loona: "Hey man cool it I just helped you and your buddy and this is how you repay me!"

Venom was relentless and kept forcing himself to attack, managing to shoot out its tendril and strike Loona only nicking her til Louie had enough.

Louie: "VENOM STOP!"

Suddenly the symbiote started changing to fit Louie's body, also changing their appearance. The symbiote had dark armor like platings on its legs, knees and arms with Loonas spider symbol on the chest but in green.

Louie: "Look dude I don't know what your deal is with her but she helped us."

Venom: "Well speaking of us we mainly look different."

Louie noticed himself in a mirror and he indeed did look different; he felt different because he was in control of his own body while wearing Venom.

Louie: "Wow, how is this possible?"

Loona: "It seems you're gaining a more sentinel control over your symbiote.

Louie's face is revealed.

Louie: "You know about Venom."

Loona: "I did mention the multiverse."

Venom: "Eighty billion years of hive knowledge across universes can blow your blind."

Louie: "What's that even mean, you know what we can touch upon later, Loona why are you?"

Loona: "I was sent here on a mission to stop a dangerous anomaly, but I have to ask myself what's a kid like you doing down here?"

Louie begins to explain the matter involving Carnage and the events that lead up to it.

Loona: "Wow you two have been through a lot."

Louie: "Yeah Carnage and Gavin are way too strong I don't think me and Venom can beat him all by ourselves."

Loona: "Well guess what, you won't be alone I'm gonna help you."

Venom: "Really."

Louie: "You are, but what about your mission?

Loona: **** The mission is personal, in my universe that monster Carnage took my dad and I won't sit around waiting for that to happen to someone else!"

Louie can't help but gain a smile on his face before he embraced the wolf girl in a hug. The Spider-Hound couldn't help but blush and feel a warm sensation from the boy as she returned the hug to him."

Loona: "Ok I don't know my way around this place so you're gonna have to be my guide to help find this guy."

Louie: "Right."

The duo began to run and make their way out of the abandoned subway tunnel ready for their action.

With Gavins and his crew they were relaxing in the same restaurant they had shaken down in the past, Alex along with Gavin was eating away like well you guessed it a pig while Lily of course was disgusted by his manners.

Lily: "Ok Alex I get but why Gav!"

Gavin: "Hey with Carnage in, I'm eating for two here."

Alex: "Hey, what're you pregnant?"

Gavin playfully nudged his arm.

Meanwhile Carnage whose head was sticking out began to rock back and forth making Gavin spill his drink.

Gavin: "Carnage what the hell yo."

Carnage: "Do you not hear them?"

Gavin: "Uh hear what?"

Carnage: "The voices boy, right plum from every universe out there, one in particular earth-TRN009, that pardner gave me a swell idea."

Gavin: "To do what?"

Carnage: "To do this."

The pelican owner walked by when Carnage suddenly spat out a tiny symbiotic worm that latched onto his face and crawled his way into his nose. He started convulsing and began to have his body covered in red symbiotic goop. The pelican is now symbiotic red with sharp teeth and snow white curved eyes.

Alex: "Oh that's disgusting."

Carnage: "Relax pardner, we got ourselves a new friend and there'll be much more where that'll come from."

Carnage started locking the restaurant so no one could escape and started spatting out more symbiotic worms. The whole restaurant screamed in terror as more symbiotic worms got spat out and more people got covered in red symbiotic goop.

Meanwhile after they made their way out of the subway. They look around to see where Gavin/Carnage went.

Louie: "We're gonna need to cover a lot of ground."

Loona: "Well let's hope you both can keep up "

Louie: "What are you talking about?"

Loona shot some webbing from a device on one of her wrists. Once the webbing latched itself on a building she thwipped away and start firing webbing and swinging through the city on them.

Louie: "Can we do that?"

Venom: "Possibly."

Louie/Venom started following Spider-Hound through running and great leaping.

Meanwhile with a couple of police officers patrolling in their car they receive from dispatch.

Dispatch: "Patrol 03, this is dispatch, respond over."

Police officer #1: "This is Patrol Car 03, what is it dispatch over?"

Dispatch: "We got a call about a domestic disturbance going over at the Rusty Spoon. Please head over to investigate over."

Police officer #1: "Roger, Patrol 03 enroute over."

They start to head over to The Rusty Spoon, but stop as a group of people are running for their lives from something.

Police officer #2: "What the heck?"

Soon red symbiotes start running from behind the group. Some were able to pin down some people and got them covered in red goop. As soon as they get venomized they get up and chase after more people. The police officer who drove grabbed the radio and called dispatch.

Police officer #1: "Dispatch, we got some sort of riot on our hands. We need backup!"

Meanwhile, with Louie/Venom and Loona, they keep an eye out for Gavin/Carnage when they take a break on the roof of a building. Louie/Venom looked over the edge while Loona landed next to them.

Louie: "I got to ask, what's it like in your universe?"

Loona: "Eh, it's hell but it's home. Got a lot of crime since basically it is lawless there but we got a law enforcement in some way or another. A lot of creeps, psychopaths, murderers, sociopaths, crime lords, mafia bosses, etc... But hey that's life for my universe."

Louie: "Dang, sounds like you got a lot going on for you."

Venom: "Sounds like a playground and buffet for me."

Louie: "I got to ask, what was your life before becoming a superhero?"

Loona was caught by surprise by this.

Loona: "Well I was a receptionist at my dad's company."

Louie: "Really? What was your dad's company about?"

Loona: "Well..."

They soon heard some screams. They look over and see people in trouble as they are running away from venomized people.

Venom: "That's something you don't see everyday."

Loona: "Come on, we got a job to do."

She thwipped away, swoop down, and kicked a venomized person in the face. Louie/Venom jumped down and joined in the fight by throwing a hard right hook to another venomized person. They backed and saw there were at least ten venomized people to fight.

Louie: "We get the five on the left and you get the five on the right."

Loona: "Works for me."

The three took on the venomized people. Venom turned their arms into tentacle whips, spun around, and hit three while the other two jumped to avoid the attack. Turning their arms back to normal Venom stretched out his left arm, grabbed one of the venomized people that jumped the attack, and slammed them behind them onto the ground. The other venomized person that dodged the attack jumped on Venom's back and tried to claw their face.

Louie/Venom: "Get off of us!"

As Venom was trying to get the venomized person off of their back, Loona was surrounded by the other five.

Loona: "Alright, let's do this. Whose first?"

One of them charged at her, she jumped into the air, shot her webbing, latched onto the attacker, landed, threw them into the air, pulled them down, slammed on the ground, pulled them up again, swung her web, spun, and used both webbing and venomized person to hit the other four venomized people. She let go of her web and let all five hit a wall. Three of them got up, shook their heads, and charged at her.

She jumped onto a lamppost, fired her webbing, and swung down to kick the lead attack, dodged the second and hit them with a combo of gut punch and uppercut, latched onto the third attacker pulling them towards her and gave them a hard left hook.

Venom finally grabbed the attacker and threw them to the ground. One of three he hit with his tentacles got back up and ran at him.

Louie: "Come at us, you're going down!"

Venom: "Duck!"

They duck as one of the venomized people flew through the air and hit the one that was charging at them knocking them out. They turned and saw Loona dodging the last venomized person who was trying to attack her by swiping their claws at her. Venom came in and punched it in the face causing it to stumble back only for Loona to give them a roundhouse kick.

Loona: "Let's wrap this up."

Louie/Venom: "Couldn't agree more."

Both of them webbed/ensnared all ten of the venomized people, brought them together for Loona to web them up and bind them, Venom threw them up, and threw them down to the earth, beating all ten in one attack.

Louie: "We got them."

The red symbiotes slid off of their hosts and fell to the ground.

Loona: "Really hope we didn't beat them too hard."

Venom: "More red symbiotes. This is bad."

Louie: "What are you saying that Carnage is making more symbiotes like how you made him."

Venom: "No this is different. I don't know how but if he is able to make more than like these ten then that could only mean..."

The three heard an explosion and saw smoke billowing into the sky as more people ran away and more venomized people appeared.

Venom: "...That."

Loona: "I really should have taken up on Miguel's offer of bringing more people with me. Well boys we got our work cut out for us. Get ready to fight a lot of them and save a lot of people."

As Loona swung away to the aid of more people, Louie/Venom followed them to help save people. The war for the city of Duckburg has begun.
