"You… you were what?!" asked a surprised Bill.
"It happened when I went on my trip to China, I found a treasure that was beyond belief deep inside a cave in the mountains," said Ben.
"But it turned out to be cursed," he said.
"I've tried to break the curse but nothing has helped, but it was thanks to this that Ben was able to help us in locating the other magical creatures," said Merlin.
"We still plan to find a way to break it though," said Bree.
"Ben has come to terms with the curse of late but there is still the chance that it may hurt him or someone else in time," she said.
"Why did you not tell me about this when we met two years ago?" asked Bill.
"Because I was not to tell anyone until I reported back to Merlin and Bree, I'm just to search for magical creatures and pretend to be a normal human until we all come to talk with them," said Ben.
"But let's forget about this and move back to the reason we are here," said Merlin.
"You mean the fact that the church is creating an army to fight against magical creatures," said Chief Liam.
"That's right," said Merlin.
"We said 'creating', but they have already swept through England and a few other countries, it's only a matter of time till they come here and discover the town," said Bree.
"Everyone could be in danger if we stay," said Robyn, who was holding both kids.
"But this has been home for so long," said Mebh.
"I'll call an urgent town meeting to let the townsfolk know what is happening," said Chief Liam.
"However, it's up to them if they will go or not," he said.
"We just wanted to let you know, what you do from here is up to all of you," said Merlin while standing to shake the chief's hand.
"It's a lot to take in, that's for sure," said Moll while looking at the kids.
