They waited around camp Jupiter as to their knowledge the masked intruders were unaware of the children being moved from the camp. All the demigods were up on Olympian with the minor gods and goddesses having agreed to keep an eye on them while they were gone. It took a lot of convincing especially for the older demigods, to stay behind as they all wanted answers and even if there was a slight chance that the intruders were the missing demigods they wanted to know, they wanted to win this fight before it escalated into something more, they wanted to help. One would clearly be able to see the pure joy and pride the olympians had for their kids at that moment. Yeah sure their kids have been on quests and all were heroes in their own right but actually seeing and hearing those words made it all that more real to the gods but also they felt guilty as they were the reason as to why their children wanted to fight so ferociously. It was true that they wanted to help but the olympians were the ones who encouraged them to become these great warriors for wars and quests that benefited them and now they realise that their children didn't have any sort of childhood in any capacity. They made it very clear that all the demigods were to remain on Olympian Zeus even went as far as to order them to stay because he knew that demigods were stubborn and would not listen to a direct order he ordered for Olympus to be closed, no one in and no one out. Naturally the demigods were not too pleased with this but they soon realised that their parents were doing this for their own safety.
It was a strange feeling for the demigods. Feeling cared for was not something they were used to. They were more accustomed to the sturn hand of the gods, not the caring one. It was a nice feeling but also an Uncomfortable feeling that the demigods were not quite sure how to digest. Sure they were grateful that their parents were finally taking an interest but it was still odd for them to experience.
The Olympians waited in silence for the intruders. In truth they had no way of knowing if or when they would show up; it was more of a gamble that they hoped would work. Thankfully it seemed the fates were on their side for at around 2.30 am they showed up and destroyed camp Jupiter. This angered the gods but they had to bite their tounges if they wanted the plan to work. Once the monsters had finished their destruction the monsters fled allowing for the Olympians to follow suit through a portal made of a dark matter that not even Athena her self couldn't understand. The place they were taken to was darker than the underworld if they were being honest it gave Tartarus a run for its money. It was silent till suddenly they heard yelling yelling all of them knew all too well.
