Nightwing Josh - that's fair enough. Just remember this whole story is more or less a benefit of disbelief as I still need a snowy New York for this story to function. And that was my original plan, to wait for Dr. Strange to become closer. But I figured...Nah. I'll get there when the time comes. Maybe I'll have a mention or something when I've seen the movie, but not enough to go into spoiler territory.
Peter then explained everything to them, leaving no detail out this time. Starting them off from the spider bite, all the way to the Statue of Liberty battle. Eddie also introduces Venom to them all, and a moment of screaming later, he explained that Eddie and Venom came from another universe. After getting over the disbelief a spider is what gave him his powers, they still had a lot of questions.
Most of them regarding the spell.
"Why wouldn't Strange explain what the spell would do before doing it?" Kate asks.
"Why didn't you just ask him to make the world forget Mysterio?" Felicia asked him.
"How did making everyone forget Peter Parker fix the multiverse?" Eddie asked.
"I don't know, but be happy it did, otherwise the universe would've been overrun by people who did know," Peter informed them.
"And you think Wilson Fisk is behind this?" Kate asked Peter.
"Well, he's created a machine that's creating a bridge throughout the cosmos, and people from other dimensions started to show up," Peter stated.
"What about the first time?" Elsa asked. "You said this Storm guy said they used the machine twice.
"Yeah, that's where things get confusing," Peter admitted. "My biggest theory, I think the spell might've happened at the same time as Strange's spell."
"Meaning when Dr. Strange cast it, everyone, who already knew Peter Parker was Spider-Man would be dragged in." Eddie was following what he was saying.
"Only you could follow any of that." Venom said as he was floating out of Eddie's shoulder. "So what do we do?"
"Well, if we wanna get you guys home, we need to find out how it works," Peter said and looked at the drive. "I think Fisk is trying to pull specific people through the multiverse."
"Why would he want that?" Kate asked.
"Because he wants his wife and kid back," Felecia answered their question. "He's holding my father hostage since I got here." The rest of the room got confused when they heard that and looked to her for elaboration.
"How did he do that?" Kate asked her.
"When I arrived, I landed in his office. He found out that Felicia hardy in this world died, but Walter hardy was working for him." Felicia started to tell her story of how she ended up here. "My dad died on my earth so I thought he was being kind. After a few days, we filled the holes that were left after we lost one another." Then her expression got sour at the reminder. "A few days later, Fisk took my father from me and said I had to do what he asked, or I'd never see him again."
"And he wanted you to break into his tower?" Peter asked, figuring that's how they met.
"He's supposed to be in prison, and doesn't want word to get out he's free," Felicia answered. "Literally said he's afraid of the Devil."
"So he's Christian?" Eddie was surprised to hear. "This isn't like Frodo, right? He doesn't think he's the hero?"
"No, I think she means the Daredevil." Peter corrected Eddie. "He's someone I was thinking of looking into."
"Maybe I can see about getting us into that tower." Kate offered. "Baxter uses Bishop Security, I could say it's a security visit."
"That could work." Peter agreed and eyed Elsa. "While she does that, I made you a promise."
"Wait, really?" Elsa asked him.
"Time to teach you to use your powers," Peter confirmed.
"What about her?" Kate asked, looking to Felicia.
"Let me go." Felicia told them. "I can buy you some time."
Peter looked to the others and they all shrugged, seeing she wants to escape Fisk, she wouldn't betray them. So, they decided to let her go and see what she could do to distract him.
"I am offering a million-dollar job for someone to come in and is willing to try and stop the masked menaced wall-crawling, webbed delinquent known as Spider-Man!" Jameson reported on the news.
A certain familiar man was watching the news with an idea in mind to do just that.
"Hey, Gargan?" Adrian Toomes called out to his coworker after they had been released from prison from five years sentence. It was cut short after the case of Spider-Man was put into question and all the criminals he put away were released. "We still have any of that old tech?"
"Yeah, might have bits and pieces somewhere stashed away." Gargan shrugged.
"Call Schultz," Toomes said as he stood up and had a grin on his face. "I think we just got our next job."
Peter took Elsa and Eddie to an isolated location in New York that had nobody around due to the bad weather. There, they had free range to use their powers to their full extent.
Due to the cold weather, nobody would be able to tell the difference between the snow Elsa will cause and the existing snow.
"So, what's the plan?" Eddie asked Peter, just being around as he didn't want to stick around the condo by himself.
"Well, we're going to teach Elsa to shoot and control her powers," Peter said as he gestured to Elsa. "First things first, the gloves."
"Oh, right," Elsa said, them always being there that she never even realized they were still on. She took the gloves off and looked over her hands. "What's next?"
"See that tin can over there?" Peter asked as he had a lineup of garbage lined up on top of a trash can. "Shoot it."
Elsa looked and saw he was teaching her how to aim her powers. "You sure this is safe?"
"The areas deserted. The only people around to hurt are us." Peter said as he gestured to Eddie and himself.
"And I don't hurt easily," Eddie assured her.
That's when Venom came out to scoff. "Only because I keep us alive!"
"Will you-" Eddie scoffed and pushed him away. "Get back inside!"
"Fine!" Venom cried and returned to Eddie.
"That's just...so weird," Peter admitted in disgust.
Elsa laughed at them before turning back to the cans, raising her hands in the process. She then relaxed, kept a cool and calm stature, remembering what Peter taught her about control. Then...she blasted off.
Swoosh!
Ice blasted out of her hand and hits the cans, freezing them in place. Eddie and Peter saw a gust of snow come from Elsa's palm before the ice hit the can and was shocked at her aim.
"Whoa!" Venom cried, even he could feel the cold. "Even I felt that."
"Remind me to not tick off your girlfriend," Eddie commented to Peter.
"What?" Peter asked in shock. "No, she's not my girlfriend."
"Sorry. Looks like it at times." Eddie apologized.
"You have good control." Peter was shocked to see. "Are you sure you've had problems with your powers before?"
"What are you saying?" Elsa asked Peter.
Peter walked over to her to help explain his point. "I'm saying..." he then tapped her head. "I think all your issues are all up here. Just...let go. Live in the moment."
Elsa seems to consider Peter's advice as she walked ahead and closed her eyes. Music almost started to fill the air out of nowhere until Peter and Eddie noticed it came from a radio.
"Who left that here?" Peter wonders.
"The snow glows white on the city tonight, not a footprint to be seen. A kingdom of isolation, and it looks like I'm the queen." Elsa sang as she began to hug herself, thinking of what occurred since she was pulled from her home. "The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside!"
"Why is she singing?" Venom asked.
"No idea." Peter and Eddie admitted.
"Couldn't keep it in, heaven knows I tried!" Elsa says as she began to remember the words told by her father, taking several steps forward. With her walking, it caused the boys to chase after her through the snow. "Don't let them in, don't let them see. Be the good girl you always have to be. Conceal, don't feel, don't let them know!" She then looked to her remaining glove, and removed it, tossing it into the wind. "Well, now they know!"
The Ice Queen watched as it blew off in the wind as she finally began to unleash her powers, following Peter's words. "Let it go, let it go! I won't hold it back anymore!" She then used her powers to recreate a snowman that she and her sister made when they were kids before continuing to unleash her powers on the city.
Peter and Eddie were amazed to watch as she unleashed her true power among the sky, and it began to get colder. "Let it go, let it go! Turn away and slam the door! I don't care what they're going to say! Let the storm rage on."
"The cold never bothered me, anyway!" Elsa continued to make her way up the street while the boys followed her. "It's funny how the universe makes everything seem small. Yet the fears that once controlled me can't get to me at all!"
"It's time to see what I can do, to test the limits and breakthrough!" Elsa stated as she used her powers to create a snow castle and just keep going, creating anything that popped into her head. "No right, no wrong, no rules for me...I'm free!"
"Let it go, let it go!" She sang as she ran down the alley, creating ice snowflake patterns in her footsteps place. Peter and Eddie kept trying to follow, but the ice was causing it to get difficult. "I am one with the wind and sky! Let it go, let it go!" Elsa continued to sing as she finally stopped and twirled around. "You'll never see me cry! Here I stand, and here I'll stay! Let the storm rage on!"
Elsa then caused the snow to rise and started to create a blizzard in New York, causing the boys to shield their eyes. "My power flurries through the air into the ground! My soul is spiraling in frozen fractals all around! And one thought crystallizes like an icy blast!"
She then stared at it and now considered something she hadn't considered before. Something that could benefit everyone in so many ways.
"I'm never going back!" Elsa declared, never thinking of returning to Arendelle now.
Elsa was starting to believe this is where she is meant to be. Maybe in this world, she could make a difference with her powers like Peter, Kate, and Eddie.
"The past is in the p-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-st!" Elsa threw the thoughts aside and changed her hair, undoing her hair as it now went down over her right shoulder. "Let it go, let it go! And I'll rise like the break of dawn!" She sang as she created a new ice dress and cape, creating an alternate identity for herself. "Let it go, let it go! That perfect girl is gone!" She then walked her way to the sunlight, finally cooling off the blizzard. "Here I stand, in the light of day! Let the storm rage o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n!"
This city now had Spider-Man, Venom, Hawkeye, and now the newest of them all: the Ice Queen.
"The cold never bothered me anyway!" Elsa finished as she turned back to the boys, who were shocked at what they just witnessed.
"So...you're saying she's not taken?" Venom asked Peter.
Eddie smacked the Symbiote and knew there was definitely something developing with how Peter was looking at Elsa right now.
"Sorry. Went a little overboard, didn't I?" Elsa asked as she blushed and looked over herself.
"No, you...wow." Peter didn't know what to say. "You definitely look like a Queen...of beauty." Then he realized he said that last part out loud. "Did I say that out loud?"
"Big time." Venom confirmed.
Elsa blushed at the compliment and looked over herself. "Thanks, Peter."
The two then fell into silence until Eddie interrupted it. "We...we should get out of here before someone figured out that blizzard wasn't natural."
"Good idea." Peter snapped out of his trance and gestured to Elsa. "Might wanna..."
"Oh, right," Elsa said and quickly turned her dress back to its casual attire. "Let's go."
With that, the three of them made their escape, missing the fact that the snowman was missing.
Anna and Michelle were looking for Peter Parker, but Ned sent a text saying he might've found out where he was living. They just had to meet him at the coffee shop she was working at. They just had to take cover for a quick moment before the blizzard hit the streets for a moment.
"That was some crazy weather," Michelle commented.
"I've never seen something so beautiful," Anna commented as she looked around the city. "It's all so amazing!"
"You don't get out much. That's for sure." Michelle commented no idea how anyone could find New York City beautiful. Yet again, she hasn't been to many places.
"Yeah, it really is beautiful, isn't it?" Someone asked, causing Michelle and Anna to freeze and look around.
"Who said that?" Michelle called out.
"But why is everything so brown?" The voice asked as they kept looking around to find the source. "I'm thinking maybe we could get some color in this city! I'm thinking of crimson, chartreuse. How about yellow?" As they looked around, a familiar snowman made his way around and towards them. "Nah, yellow won't do well."
That's when MJ and Anna noticed the snowman standing between them.
"How the hell...?" Michelle was shocked and wondered how it got there.
"Tell me I'm wrong." The snowman said and looked toward Anna.
But seems that wasn't the right way to greet the two, considering how Anna reacts. "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!"
Anna kicked the snowman's head clean off and sent it flying towards Michelle. Acting on instinct, Michelle just caught the snowman's head and looked at it as it did the same.
"Hi!" The snowman greeted her.
"This is creepy," Michelle stated, no idea what to think anymore, and did the only sensational thing. Tossed the head right towards Anna. "This is yours."
"I don't want it!" Anna cried as she tossed the head over to Michelle.
"Please don't drop me." The snowman asked of them.
But that also means that they just kept tossing their head over to one another. Neither of them wanted to hold the head that was still talking and moving.
"Come on, it's just a head!" Michelle cried as she tossed the head back to Anna.
"No!" Anna cried.
"Alright, we got off to a bad start." The snowman commented.
That's when they noticed the body was following wherever the head is.
"Ew, ew, the body!" Anna cried and tossed the head back at the body.
Seems she did it a little too hard as when they made contact, the body was sent flying and skidding through the snow. When the snowman got back up, it was revealed his head was thrown on backwards.
"Wait. What's going on? Why are you hanging off the earth like a bat?" The snowman asked them.
The two women took a moment to calm down over the shock of the snowman before seeing it didn't mean them harm.
"Oh, I got it," Anna said as she walked over and fixed his head.
"Oh, thank you!" The snowman thanked her in happiness. "Now I'm perfect!"
Anna then noticed he had one thing missing and had an idea. "Well, almost."
"Oh, it was so weird. It was like my whole life got turned upside down." Olaf told Michelle. While he was talking to her, Anna pulled out one of the carrots that were going around and placed it on him. "Whoa! Oh, this is amazing! I've always wanted a nose!" He then sighed and looked at them. "Let's try this again. Hi, I'm Olaf, and I like warm hugs!"
That seemed to strike a memory in Anna as she looked over Olaf. "Olaf?"
"You know this...snowman?" Michelle asked Anna.
"This is the snowman me and my sister used to make as kids!" Anna told her in shock.
"And you are..?" Olaf was waiting for answers.
"Oh, I'm Anna." Anna introduced herself.
"And who's she?" Olaf asked, looking at Michelle.
"That's Michelle," Anna informed him.
"Hey." Michelle greeted him as Ned came out and saw them. "Hey. Meet the snowman."
"Whoa! A talking snowman!" Ned said in shock.
"And who's the other guy?" Olaf asked.
"That's Ned." Michelle introduced them.
"Olaf." Anna got his attention away from them as the two looked over the snowman. "Did...Elsa build you?" There was nobody else in the universe that could know the same snowman that the two of them would create.
"Yeah. Why?" Olaf asked as Michelle picked his hand out.
Anna was shocked to hear that her sister was also there, wondering where she's been. "Do you know where she is?"
"No," Olaf admitted. "Last I saw, she was with some guy and a gooey thing sticking out of another guy."
"You mean that alien spotted on the news?" Michelle asked in shock while putting his hand back.
"Well, after this, I think my news is a little yesterday's news," Ned admitted and showed the news to Michelle.
"Peter Parker's roommates with Kate Bishop?" Michelle asked. "Think those guys would have coffee delivered."
"What?" Anna asked, unsure who that is.
"She's...I'll explain later." Michelle then showed the photo of Peter Parker, taken from his ID that Peter had taken after the Wipe.
"Hey! It's him!" Olaf said, getting their attention back at the snowman. "He was the one who the other guy said Elsa was his girlfriend."
"Girlfriend?" Anna asked in shock.
"Girlfriend?" Michelle also asked in shock.
