Blue eyes closed briefly before opening again, they turned to the gray skies that were dark with clouds. Her eyes soften at the sky Naruto always loved the rain and the cold weather but she also loved the summer sun and the feeling against her skin with the crashing waves of the beach.
"Tired?" Naruto let out a low hum as she held her head up with her hand as she turned to see Shikamaru.
"No just enjoying the weather, I didn't expect to see you till class" He scoffed and sat down, they were both in the cafeteria, She was wearing a black turtleneck with a black and gray plaid scarf with gray skirt to match, with black leg warmers and her low top Dr. Martens gave her an extra height.
Naruto stood at a mare of 5,1 feet while everyone else stood a foot taller than her. She likes the little boost of confidence it gives her. Shikamaru was also in a dark green long-sleeve with black cargo pants.
He was good-looking and also engaged to a girl who had problems, but that wasn't her business. If he was happy and in love then why should she stop it?
"Well I had to come to check in on you, After you didn't leave in your dorm room" Naruto bit her bottom lip as she rolled her eyes.
"I told you, I didn't want any visitors because I wanted to sleep in" He raised his eyebrows and she nodded his head slowly before reaching over and moving her scarf down revealing the red hickeys and small bite marks.
Naruto fixed her scarf as she glared at Shikamaru who raised his eyebrows while looking her up and down. "Yeah, you sure you weren't busy fucking Hinata Hyuga"
Naruto blushed and shook her head "Would you keep your voice down" she whispered angrily and Shikamaru looked surprised.
"Wait, you lost it? did you do it out of spite because of the party?" She blushed hiding into her scarf as she looked away avoiding his gaze. He curled an eyebrow at her before leaning back against the chair.
"He didn't force you did he?" Shikamaru asks, his tone dark and serious as he stares into hers.
"No! And we didn't do anything. Just a few kisses here and there and the hickeys I asked him to" She says while lying through her teeth, but to him, she looked happy and Shikamaru's eyes softened as he reached over and patted her shoulder.
"Naru these things usually end in a one-night stand, no strings attached. It's just like high school, just the work is easier" Naruto stopped smiling and nodded.
"I know but I asked him about it, Hinata says he wants strings but I don't know if he meant being together or you know sneaking around." He leaned forward and rubbed her cheek, Naruto blinked and leaned back.
"Look, Hinata seems like a good guy, but I don't know him well enough to say he's a good guy. Ino was also a good guy and looked at what happened. You don't want to lose your V-card this way." Naruto gritted her teeth and bit her bottom lip.
She looked worried as she fiddled with her scarf but from the way she would grit her teeth she was holding back her anger. A finger pressed against her forehead and she looked up to see Hinata.
She smiled at her dimples making her look more cute. "You'll get wrinkles if you keep frowning" She rolled her eyes as Hinata pulled out the chair next to her and sat down while giving her a frappuccino.
"What would you do if I did" she says in an amused voice while taking a sip from her drink, Hinata looked at her with a charming smile.
"I'll just get wrinkles with you" Naruto laughed and kissed his cheek but he turned just in time to kiss her lips, she pulled away her gorgeous blue eyes on his lips just as he was on her plumped ones.
A cough made it through and she blushed, feeling embarrassed as Shikamaru looked at her annoyed before rolling his eyes.
Shikamaru looked Hinata up and down, the tension in the air got a lot thicker for a bunch of quiet guys they were sure to hostel towards each other. Naruto decided to break as she spoke.
"Hinata, this Shikamaru, Shikamaru this Hinata" The Nara tsk before looking Hinata up and down with a nasty glare.
"We've met" He grumbles out, Naruto closes her eyes softly before getting up, her dark eyeshadow makes her blue eyes pop and sparkle with her fox eyeliner.
"Hey Shika, we're going to leave before you start a fight with Hinata." She says with an angry huff as she grabs her tote bag.
Shikamaru stood up and walked around the table, he reached out to grasp her hand "Naru I was not, I just don't trust him with you" The Hyuga glared he stepped forward but Naruto was there first.
Naruto scoffed "And I should trust you? You knew Ino was telling everyone that I was his bitch and you watched and let it happen" She slapped his hand away, her other gripping Hinata's.
"Yeah...some trust we have, Shikamaru you can also go fuck off as my friend you should have told me but you didn't I had to find out from those two bitches"
He tried to explain himself but she was already out the door. He watched them walk away, muttering under his breath about how stupid he was. He knew he had to do something soon if he wanted to keep Naruto his friend.
Naruto walked fast trying to fight off the urge to cry, but as soon as she felt Hinata pull her into a hug she started to ball. She turned around in his arms crying softly, the coffee completely forgotten on the floor.
"Oh- shit, I'm sorry" She went to grab it only for him to grasp her hands and pull her up. Hinata caressed her cheek softly.
"I don't care, are you okay?" Naruto shook her head softly, pushing her away. naruto shivered as the cold winds brushed over them, the trees shaking over the rest of the leaves from the fall season.
"Naruto let's go back inside" Hinata moved his arm over her pulling her close. He laid a kiss against her forehead.
Unare of the eyes watching them.
Naruto's tears stream down her face as she clutches a friendship bracelet in her hand. She tries to speak, but her words shake with emotion. "Damn it, we've been friends since preschool. Why would they do this?"
Hinata whispers to her while gently holding her hand "Ino just wants to impress the Sakura and all of them, Shikamaru maybe he didn't want to hurt you, but still, he shouldn't have kept it from you nobody had"
Naruto rests her head on Hinata's shoulder, finding comfort in his presence. He wraps an arm around her, offering solace
She sniffed "At least you told me when I asked but then I thought we were inseparable, Hinata. We shared everything, every secret. I fucking regret it now" Hinata's eyes soften as he started stroking Naruto's hair.
"Sometimes people change Naru, and we can't control that. It hurts, but you just have to find your people you know?" Naruto nods and wipes her tears and she looks up at Hinata with gratitude in her eyes.
"Thank you, I needed that Hinata. He smiled as he pressed kisses against her eyelids while squeezing her hand.
"Babe, you don't have to thank me. Supporting you is the least I can do. And I'm not saying that out of petty, but because you deserve it."
Naruto took a deep breath as she listened to Hinata as he stroked her hair softly, "I'm here for you, Naruto, every step of the way." whispers that made her heart flutter.
Naruto sniffs again "Thank you, I'm here too if anything I'm here" Hinata nods, kissing her lips.
"My eyeliner and Mascara are probably ruined" Hinata smiles, he chuckles and wipes under her eyes again.
"I think you look gorgeous" he kissed her forehead, she smiled and turned around and kissed his lips, her lipstick giving him a darker tint.
"Thanks, you also look very handsome mon petit chou" Her voice was heaven in that accent, He smirked and raised an eyebrow, before leaning in to kiss her lips.
"Mon petit chou? what does that mean?" He tried to match her accent and it sounded terrible, Naruto rolled her eyes.
"It's French, for my little My little cabbage" Hinata chuckled as he placed his hands on her thighs, slightly squeezing them.
"Little Cabbage? Baby if anything you're a little one but it does sound better in French" She giggles and kisses his lips one more time as her hands rested on his chest, her fingers twitching feeling his muscles.
Naruto leaned into Hinata's embrace as the other wrapped his arms around her. They were in the library in aisles of books, she was in his lap and Hinata was holding her onto her waist.
Naruto leaned back and ran her fingers through his hair. "How was practice?" Hinata softly closes his eyes as he lets out a soft groan at her fingers rubbing out the tension in the back of his neck.
"Good, I loved the feeling of being on the ice, it's like a cool feeling that doesn't go away" Naruto smiled and whispered back, it was just the both of them quiet as they whispered to each other.
"There's something I've been wanting to talk to you about." Hinata squeezes her thighs causing her to look up. He looks at her, a hopeful glimmer in his eyes.
"What is it?" she says in a whisper as shifts off his lap and onto the floor. her expression shifted to one of hesitation.
Was this the moment Hinata will tell her to fuck off while he go fuck some sorority cheerleader who doesn't cry in the middle of college because her friends left her?
"I was thinking when we would come out" Naruto bites her lip as he rubs circles into her hand.
Hinata laced his fingers with Naruto's, he liked her a lot and he didn't want to scare her away for asking for a relationship. No, he was going to court her to do it the right way.
"Maybe we should keep our relationship under wraps for a little while longer." Hinata's expressions change from excitement to confusion.
"Under wraps? What do you mean, Naru?" she turned toward him
"It's just that, with all the drama that's been happening lately, I think it would be best if... we held off on announcing our relationship to everyone." Hinata's brows furrow, clearly concerned and slightly disappointed.
"Babe, I understand that things have been chaotic, but don't you think it would be better if we faced it together?" her eyebrows furrowed as she folded her legs while turning fully towards him.
"I know and I appreciate your support. I don't want us to become another target for gossip and unnecessary drama. And trust me it will be if Ino finds out"
Hinata leans back in his seat, processing Naruto's words. "I understand your concerns, but I don't want us hiding forever." Naruto's eyes soften and she reaches out and takes His hand, a small smile playing on her lips.
"I'm not saying we'll hide forever, Mon petit chou. Just for a while, until we're both ready until we've built a solid foundation. I mean I lost my V-card to you not even two days ago"
She whispers the last part with a giggle causing him to chuckle and shake his head. His eyes softened, and Hinata pulled her into his lap as he cupped her cheek.
"Alright, Schatz, I trust your judgment. If that's what you think is best, then we'll keep us under wraps for now." Naruto smiles and kisses Hinata, she hugs him but she becomes disbelieving and pulls back.
"You know German?" Naruto squeezes His hand, He smirks and traces small circles into her hips.
"Do you?" Naruto raises her hand and makes a gesture, he shakes his head with a laugh before talking to her in German. He notes as she bites her lip while she clenches one of her thighs against one of his trapping thick thighs.
"Stop talking, your voice is so deep and hot so stop" Hinata smirks and takes her bottom lips between hips before letting it snap back.
"You really want start right now Schatz" He pulled her close, his fingers pulling down the gray scarf covering her neck, and he leaned forward kissing her up her neck. Then to her ear.
"You want more Schatz" She nodded, throwing her head back in a silent moan.
Hinata smiled into her neck, he loved seeing her in the marks that he placed. Naruto looked down, biting her lips.
"Don't you baby?" Hinata bit her neck as a sign of yes, making her moan lowly.
Naruto moaned pulled him up and kissed his lips, Hinata opened his mouth letting his tongue swirl with Naruto's as he took control. Naruto moaned softly as they battled with their tongues. She pulled back in surprise hearing voices.
She pulled her finger up to make a 'shh' sound as she got off his lap. A couple of people passed and they didn't see the couple. Naruto could thank her lucky stars while Hinata looked annoyed at her reviled face.
"What's so bad about them seeing us?" his tone was all it took for Naruto to turn around, he looked pissed, and that caused her to roll her eyes.
"I care that they see us tongue fucking each other, don't you?" Hinata crossed his arms and snarled at his handsome face.
"No, I don't, and seeing as you started it I thought you wouldn't either" Naruto clicked her tongue and nodded.
"Of course, you wouldn't, you and you're fucking band cronies make out in front of everyone like It's a job." Hinata glared at her and she did so back, Naruto shook her head and got up, he followed as soon as she did.
"We do? cause we're all the same huh?" She narrowed her eyes and grabbed her tote bag and scarf, Naruto covered her neck, and Hinata narrowed his eyes at it.
"You sure act like it, Look I have class I don't want to argue" She left quickly and Hinata watched, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
He didn't want to fight when they just started dating. He left the library ready to go catch Naruto before she went to class. Only to stop and watch her leave the building through the window.
"Hot right?" Hinata closed his eyes and turned to glare at the stupid smirk.

Naruto stormed into her college law lecture class, her frustration from Hinata still simmering beneath the surface. She scanned the room, her eyes landing on her backstabbing friends. She made a beeline for an empty seat, determined to avoid them at all costs.
Ino was never early to class; he would always come in a bit late with a Sakura and Suigetsu. So it was a surprise to see them there with Shikamaru. Placing her bag down, Naruto faced the front as she pulled out her laptop and pulled up her notes.
"Naru? Babe Let's talk" Naruto ignored him and Inon kept trying to sit next to her and strike up a conversation. Even when the professor walked in, Ino kept persisting. Finally, Naruto couldn't take it anymore.
"Will you just leave me alone? I don't want to talk to you!" Naruto snapped, her voice echoing through the classroom.
Ino shut his mouth real quick the disbelief showed on his face, it was like that with the rest of the class, Naruto was always quiet she tended to be when she had to focus on school.
Professor Kakashi Hatake cleared his throat and fixed Naruto with a steely gaze. "Something wrong Miss Uzumaki? no, I didn't think so, I'll see you after class," he said, his voice carrying a weight of authority that silenced the entire room.
"Yes sir" Naruto felt the eyes of her classmates on her as she sank into her seat, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. She had never been called out in front of the entire class before, and it was an uncomfortable feeling.
For the rest of the lecture, Naruto could hardly focus on the material. She was too preoccupied with Ino and what Kakashi wanted to talk to her about. When the class finally ended, Naruto approached his desk.
"Naruto, what's going on? You're not sitting with your friends. Is everything alright?" he asked, his expression softening slightly, Naruto was his favorite student, she was his sensei's daughter and he promised to take care of her.
Naruto took a deep breath and rubbed her temples "They're not my friends and I'm fine"
As Naruto left the classroom, she took out a packet of cigarettes and placed one in her mouth. She walked out of the building leaving a smoke trail behind her. The wind helped blow the smoke out as she leaned back against the building.
It was her last year in law school, she didn't need anyone's bullshit to get her off her game. Closing her eyes she felt the cigarette go out and a craze appeared between her forehead. Naruto exhaled the smoke and reached into her pocket.
"Need a light?" shaking her head Naruto faced the man, her eyes widened at the site of the sticker that said visitor. Taking out her cigarette Naruto cursed.
"Shit I know we're not sup-" He chuckles and takes out his cigarettes before lighting his and hers.
"Shh Nobody will know and I'm a visitor" Naruto eyed him before taking a puff of her own.
"For all I know you could be one of the school's administrators, looking for itty bitty mistakes to report your boss and get some people fired," She says and takes a real good look at the guy, He was good-looking with dark hair and pale skin with Onyx eyes.
He laughs again and takes a puff of his own cigarette "Bad day huh?, and for your information, I'm volunteering to run a quick rep class for Business, which a friend recommended" She hums and then Naruto rolls her eyes.
She rubbed her temples while looking at the guy who had the stupid handsome face "Please don't tell me you're related to Sasuke Uchiha." He taps his cigarette making the ash fall onto the floor while raising his eyebrow.
"I'm gonna have to say yes, she's my little cousin" Naruto groans and takes in a large puff before exhaling. She steps on the cigarette and shakes her head.
Naruto shifts her tote bag and leaves, putting her hands into her pockets as she exhales again. She ignores the looks of other people. Great she met Sasuke's fucking cousin how bad can this day get.
"Hey wait! I'm Shisui" Naruto rolled her eyes and Sasuke's stupid hot cousin followed her. Maybe she shouldn't have thought that when She and Hinata were a thing but were they?
"What are you doing?" Naruto turned towards him with a frown, he smiled that stupid smile that made her want to swoon but she didn't.
"Look Sasuke can be a real hard ass, but-" "She's been a bitch to me, and I know I shouldn't assume but you probably are too. I'm having a bad day. I don't need any more shit" She says while taking a deep breath and he smiles.
"Let me do better, let me buy you lunch and then maybe dinner sometime after I'm done with volunteering" Naruto gives him an odd look, eyeing him up and down as she walks close to him.
"Asking me out? what are you doing?" Shisui looked down at her, that was the only way she was smaller than him. She was literally so gorgeous and she hadn't even given him her name, she hated his cousin yet he wanted her.
"Look you may hate my cousin, but I don't care enough for her bitching not to ask you out, you're gorgeous" Naruto blushed hotly, and she thanked the wind for cooling her flaming cheeks.
"I...I really shouldn't be me and this idiot guy..." Shisui leaned in closer to place his finger under her chin.
"If he's an idiot then let me take you out" She shook her head while pushing him away, Shisui stopped smiling as he looked at her.
"Look pretty boy I'm not that kinda girl" His eyes softened, of course, she wasn't, and that made him want to date her even more.
"How about as friends? and free lunch?" He grinned and she looked at him, finally, she smiled at him.
"Fine only because I'm having a shitty day, and I could use a friend right now" Shisui smiled and they walked towards the cafeteria, Naruto shivered from the cold she stuff her hands into her pockets.
She felt an arm wrapped around her and she looked up to see Shisui with his arm around her. "Shisui" He raised his arms and she shook her head with a smile.
"Hey I'm Naruto"

Ino sat surrounded by popular kids but deep down. He had a feeling of guilt in his stomach. He was already feeling shitty about the whole party incident and the fact that she yelled at him in class he had frozen in the moment, and now Ino couldn't shake the feeling that he had let Naruto down.
Ino picked at his food, Sakura plopped down next to him and started gossiping about what had just happened in law class. "Naruto told Ino to fuck off in class " she exclaimed, her eyes wide with excitement. "And then our professor yelled at her"
Ino felt his guilt deepen, Sasuke frowned as she watched Him from the corner of her eye. "I guess she won't forgive you any time soon Ino" She laughs seeing the angry look he gives her.
"If you two hadn't said anything she wouldn't have hit me! And we wouldn't be in this situation." Sakura rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms over her shoulders before she took a sip out of her green vegetable drink.
"Ino, Naruto is not an idiot! For Kami, she is at the top of our law class. I'm sure she already knew you were telling everyone that you were going to pop her cherry; she probably got tired of it." Ino glared at her.
"Even if she did, it was you two that finally made her snap! Now she won't talk to me" Sasuke scoffs. Before chuckling she looked amused at that.
"Maybe that's a good thing, you were being an asshole" Sasuke ended the conversation but they all listened to Sakura continue to talk about the incident.
Ino sat in the turmoil he was feeling. He knew he had to say something, but he wasn't sure how to bring it up without Naruto running away from him or drawing attention to himself. He didn't want anyone to fuck up the apology he had already on the tip of his tongue,
Just then, Shikamaru walked over to the table, his expression cold and distant. "Ino, can I talk to you for a minute?" he asked, his voice tight with anger.
Ino nodded and it drew all their attention as he followed Shikamaru to a quieter corner of the cafeteria. "What?, did something happen to Naru?," he blurted out before the other male could say anything, Shikamaru gave him a look before speaking. "Yeah she refuses to speak to me because of you, and I'm worried that she will lose it just to spite us"
Ino's eyes widened, and he rubbed the back of his neck as he let out a quiet groan "Shikamaru we'll just let her cool down, I'm sure she won't lose it" Shikamaru nodded and Ino could feel the angry bubbles bubbling up inside him at the thought.

A cozy upscale restaurant filled with soft lighting and the gentle hum of conversation. Shisui has a warm smile, he sits across from Naruto, and her smile and laugh are contagious. It made his heart hum and he couldn't help but grin every time she smiled.
Shisui takes a sip of his drink, glancing nervously at Naruto before deciding to dive into the conversation.
"So, besides hating my cousin, tell me more about what you're studying." Naruto smiles, Shisui offers to take her to this fancy restaurant to have lunch instead of the college. It was sweet but she knew this was a date, her eyes lit up as she eagerly talked about her study.
"I'm actually in my last year of law school. Specifically, I'm studying Corporate law, dealing with everything corporate and business."
Shisui listens intently, captivated by Naruto's enthusiasm. "I'm amazed by your dedication.I never would expect you to be in law, I was thinking that you would be pursuing a career in art or writing" Naruto smiles and shakes her head, she explains that she thought about it.
"Besides being a huge CEO, what do you do?" Shisui smirks, "I help my aunt in her company with her fashion line in the business." Their conversation flows effortlessly, the restaurant bustling with activity around them as they laugh and share stories. Time seems to fly, and before they know it, their plates are empty.
Shisui drives Naruto back to her dorm, still smiling like a fool. They sit in comfortable silence for a moment before Naruto breaks it.
"Thanks for today I had an incredible time, it took my mind off everything Shisui. Thank you for such a wonderful day" She says with a soft smile.
Shisui grinned and leaned forward "The pleasure was all mine, Naruto. I hope you consider going to dinner with me when you're done with that idiot of a man you're seeing" Her eyes softened as the warm air danced around her.
"I'll think about it" Shisui nods and leans in for a gentle kiss on Naruto's cheek. He enjoyed the blush that adored her cheek when Naruto exited the car, and as she walked towards her dorm.
Shisui drives off to deliver a lecture to the business class. Naruto walks with her hands into her jacket as she walks inside. She pulled down her hoodie as she walked up the stairs, Naruto blew into her cold hands trying to warm them up
Her blue eyes looked up and met lilac ones. Her heart thumped against her chest rapidly but then it stopped.
