In Floss's first episode Mike (I think it was) mentioned that Sarah would run and hide from her mum, and not for playing hide and seek. And then the storyline with the nail salon turned up. I have heard that that was a mistake from the the dumping ground writers' side. But I'm going to do my best to make those ideas into one and hopefully make a good chapter. Anyway, I haven't even started writing the chapter writing this so maybe I should start with that.

Guest who reviewed May the twenty first 2016: Yeah, most of the characters from all of these series have got sad stories. Unfortunately, writing about it there's really no other way to get through it. Thank you for reviewing.
roxy9876543210: Yes, thank you. I do have fun writing. Thank you for your review
Sophie Francis: I put up chapters as I'm finishing them. I have got a file in my laptop where I have word documents with the names of the characters' chapters I haven't finished yet. And even though I have made some not-very-smart decisions and am now working on ten stories, I will not give up on this story until that file is all empty. Thank you for reviewing.
Jemma: I know Carmen's story thank you. And I am happy she now is in a place where she can feel safe. Thank you for reviewing.
Gus Camical: I'm sorry you think the story is boring. But if you don't like it? Why read it, why review it?
Guest who reviewed October the third 2016: I'm sorry you think the story is stupid and boring and rubbish (thank you for teaching me that rubbish is spelt with two b's by the way). But if you don't like it. Why read it and why review it?
Chloe: I like Johnny and Tee too. But if you think my story is tiring (Which is spelt without an E) and rubbish (Which is spelt with two B's) then why read it? And why review it?
GreenblueEmerald: Thank you. I'm glad you're liking the story and my writing. Thank you for reading and reviewing.
By Eve lol: What you wrote had nothing to do on my story and was really immature. Keep that to yourself, and if you can't. I will delete the comment you wrote, as well as delete possible future ones.
Amber Hurst: I'm just writing my way of all of the children's stories. But it seems to me like you've got some great ideas too. So why don't you get your own login on fanfiction and put the stories up instead of putting them in comment?
Carmen: You sure do like Carmen's character don't you? That was a good episode. And I'm very glad you and I got to watch it too. Thank you for reviewing.
Maida: I love the series too. I'm glad you find my story inspiring. Thank you for reviewing.
Anne Pattison: I'm glad you like the story. But I can't ask Tee to call you because one- she's a made up character and two- I don't know the actress who portrays her. Thank you for reviewing.
"Phew." That was a lot of comments left, and some quite weird ones. I think I'll have to go and delete some of them. Anyway- here is the chapter. I hope you like it (except I still haven't started it)
Muse wants to go where muse wants to go
Floss Guppy
In her small one-room-flat seventeen year old Candy Gunnarson sat with her three friends around the living room. Only a few meters away, behind a curtain, eighteen months old Flora Gunnarson sat. But she could not be seen by the four teenagers. And only one whom even knew Flora was there.
But Flora was bored, her favorite 'toy' a big, blue plastic spoon she had tried to play with she had accidentally thrown away. So she did crawl onto her feet, gained some balance and walked across the floor. Not minding the other people in the room- who had one after one gone pitch silent.
Flora didn't mind them until she walked over to her mum. Candy was sitting with her back against Flora, but Flora could have remembered that long, brown hair anywhere. And so she spoke one of the few words she knew- she wanted her mum's attention.
"Mum?"
Candy flinched, unlike all of her three best friends she hadn't noticed the eighteen months old girl coming up across the floor. Lisa, Maura and Tory on their side were staring towards their fourth friend. Nobody knew what to say.
"I-" Candy tried. "I…"
"Mum?"
"Sch."
Flora's bottom lip trembled when the only person she knew shushed her. There was nothing else for Candy to do than to lift Flora onto her lap, or the little one would start crying loudly and she definitely did not need any of that.
"Everybody, this is my daughter… her name is Flora and she's a year and a half."
Candy Gunnarson didn't know if there was anything more to say, so she just silenced and waited for someone else to say something. Anything… but nobody said anything and they all sat there in silence for what must have been at least ten minutes.
(It was probably the first time these four teenage girls had been together in the same room being quiet. And still, Maura was always the one who spoke the most, and was the first one to speak this time.)
"Why didn't you tell us?"
"Because I didn't dare to risk everything I had left… You should have heard my parents going on. They were furious. It was all Candice what have you done? Candice what are we going to do? Candice don't expect any help from us once the baby is born. Candice, this, Candice that. And then she was born and gone they were."
Candy rolled her eyes- she hated her full name. First name and last. And the only good thing about never having her parents around was that nobody ever called her by that anymore. They were the only ones who ever had.
"So they kicked you out because you got pregnant?"
"Yep."
"You should have told us."
"Yeah." Like most times, Lisa continued Maura's sentence. They weren't twins or anything. Only best friends and there was no way you could find one without the other. "You should still have told us you had a baby. My parents probably would have let you stay at ours… Oh my God you're so cute." Having turned to Flora, Lisa was her usual way too excited self. "All that red hair. It's the cutest thing I've ever seen."
"Wait." At Lisa's mention of Flora's red, curly hair Maura suddenly flinched and looked up. "Who's the dad?"
"Don't Maura. There is only one... person… in the whole town…"
Lisa's voice went quieter and her excitement seemed to fade by the words she spoke. And at last she stopped talking when she saw the look on Candi's face as she spoke. All of her three friends' eyes grew wide while they looked to their fourth friend
"There is only one person in this whole town with red, curly hair that I know at least. And considering it's most likely someone I know because this is the freaking tiniest town ever…"
Candy had gone bright red and looked to the floor while Maura's, Lisa's and Tory's chins had all dropped. And all five of them must have frozen for at least thirty seconds before Tory finally spoke up.
"You did… it… with a teacher? Our teacher?"
Candy didn't answer. She didn't have to answer. The answer was clear on her facial expression.
"You're disgusting."
Maura quickly got onto her feet from where she laid on the floor and hurried out of the room. Candy had a feeling she would not be coming back while Lisa only looked to Candy with the same disgusted look on her face and then left after her best friend, slamming the door after them. And left was Candy with Tory. Not one word was spoken for several minutes. And Candy wasn't left feeling better knowing what Tory had had a major crush on their math teacher since like kindergarten.
But Tory's crush had just been one of those common, little-girl-meets-handsome-teacher- ones. No one had ever done anything except for teasing Tory about it as they got older, then even more when they came up in teenage years and they started having Mr. Kirby as their teacher in his part of the school building.
"You want to leave too huh?"
Tory just shrugged, she had never been one with a lot of words and the room fell silent again. Then again, without another word Tory stood up. And while Candy fingered with her daughter's short, red curls and didn't look up when she heard Tory leave and started going down the stairs.
It was only an idea that flew by quickly.
But Candy didn't give it any time to hesitate.
"Tory…" She shouted, quickly got onto her feet and going through the idea in her head as much as she could during the few seconds it took her to run out the door and catch her best friend in the stairs.
"I have an idea. Come back here in an hour or so and I'll have packed and everything. Then we'll go to the nail salon or some store. You just have to act like you don't know me. Then ask someone who works in the store to help you so they won't notice me. You don't have to see me ever again and I…. I don't have to see Flora."
"But you're her mum."
"I don't care I'm her mum. This whole having a baby thing have only ruined my life. If I just get rid of her and move away I can just start over from the beginning. Nobody will know I had freaking sex and got pregnant with a teacher. And no one will know I was kicked out of my parents' house. And I can get some new friends because obviously I just got rid of the only friends I have always known."
Tory and Candy had known each other all their lives. Tory did know that once Candy had decided to do something there was no stopping her, and she always thought she did the right thing and…
"I think Flora would be better off with somebody else than me."
And so it came, that half an hour later Tory walked into the nail salon in their little town outside Newcastle, and about two minutes later Candy came in holding Flora's hands. Candy had a full backpack over her shoulders, the apartment was close to empty and on the door was a paper sheet put on the door saying 'Nobody lives here'. It would all work out somehow… But Candy had already worked out how to do everything. And knowing Flora- like most children liked bright colors, she took Flora by the hand and walked over to the shelf closest to the payment desk with rows and rows with nail polish.
Candy looked around her… she had forgotten something…
"Excuse me?" There was a guy standing by the payment desk and Candy could see a pen and a tape roll lying under the desk. "Can I borrow that pen and that tape?" The clerk didn't look up at her, but grabbed the things she wanted and held them out while still looking down into his phone. "Thank you." Candy turned and kneeled and used her leg to support her for writing.
"Yeah, look at all the bright colors." Candy told her daughter who with big eyes glanced over all the small bottles of so many sparkly and bright colors while Candy held onto a piece of paper that could be written on and tape to put it stuck to Flora's shirt, and then gripped the pen she had borrowed from the clerk.
"My name is Flo…"
Candy whispered to herself what she had already written on the paper sheet, then looked up and hesitated. She didn't want anything more to do with her biological daughter, and maybe if it got out a baby girl named Flora Gunnarson had been left here, someone would send her right back to herself. But the three first letters were already written.
But still, since Flora wasn't old enough to get her name. Maybe it would be good to make one similar to the name she had, so she'd from the start believe it was her name. Of course Gunnarson could easily be tracked down to herself. Maybe if she made both Flora's first and last name similar to her actual name, no one would believe she had been stupid enough. But what would that be.
If Candy's name was just Candy… (Well Candice actually but never mind), and that light pink color of the closest nail polish reminded her of Candyfloss. And what… brainstorm, brainstorm, brainstorm. What word could have the same start as Gunnarson. At last Candy just stopped hesitating and wrote on the paper which she stuck to Flora's shirt.
My name is Floss Guppy, my mummy doesn't want me.
"Here you go…" The clerk barely looked up when he took the pen and tape roll from Candy's hand. Candy herself looked back on her friend Tory still standing talking to the woman who worked in the store. The guy still was behind the desk and seemed concentrated on the phone and Flora was concentrated on the bottles with colored nail polishes in them in front of her.
While Candy was moving towards the door she did it fast but silently and tried not to make anyone notice her. Then as she was right by the door she jumped around, ripped the door open and ran outside and down the street without turning back. Her brown hair flew around her ears when she continued running and right up on the train station where one train was just about to leave.
But when she caught the ticket seller's attention it wasn't with the relief she had hoped for. Still she had to follow the plan.
"One ticket to London please."
I usually try to find portrayers at the same age as the characters. But I just couldn't put a teenager with a thirty-two-year-old portrayer. So Candy's portrayer is in fact over thirty and two years older than the one for Mr. Kirby's So do I get a few points from not in reality putting a teenager and a thirty+ together? No?
I actually did get the idea because I wanted Floss's dad to have red, curly hair. And couldn't find a younger one.
The portrayer for Candy is Miranda Kerr, the one for Mr. Kirby is Stefano Masciolini
Random fact
I absolutely cannot stand any student/ teacher pairings. I never thought I'd write anything about that but well… here it is.
