The duel continues as Yuto, now in possession of Yuya's body, takes their turn. After using a gamble, and sacrificing their field, Yuto has drawn from his deck, and hopes for a comeback. "I set the pendulum Scale. Timegazer magician and Stargazer Magician." He sets the scale using Yuya's iconic monsters, allowing him to call out monsters from levels two to seven.

"I pendulum summon a monster from my hand, as well as one from my extra deck. Pendulum summon! Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, and Dragoncaller Magician." Yuto summons Yuya's ace monster to the field as well as another spellcaster.

"Now he has 2 monsters?" Shingo exclaimed, looking around for an action card. Tsukikage stands to the side with his monster, leaning into the dark, he does nothing. "Remember. Your job is to cause him to remember. Not to win." Reiji's voice is heard in his ear through an earpiece. Noburo stands his ground, having no interest in grabbing an action card from the side.
Yuto closes his eyes, and waits patiently. Looking into himself, he sees Yuya, standing in the darkness, head in his hands. "Do you remember me?" He asks Yuya to look up from his soaked hands. "Yes." There's a moment of pause between them. "What I did..." Yuto reaches out, and grabs Yuya on the shoulder. "It wasn't you. The evil in Zarc..." Yuya smacks his hand aside. "It doesn't matter!" Yuto looks at him stunned, eyes widened. "I still failed to save Yuzu. I couldn't save her in Synchro Dimension, in Fusion, no where!" He falls to his eyes, fist hitting the ground. "You don't understand!"
Yuto looks down at Yuya, his eyes darkened. "I failed too." Yuto mutters. "I failed Ruri. I failed Shun. I failed all of my commands!" Yuto grabs Yuya by the collar of his shirt and lifts him up. "I failed to save everyone I ever cared about, and you have the entitlement to claim I don't understand?" Rage in his eyes, holding onto Yuya, Yuto fights back his own tears. "They may be gone. I have no idea what happened to Shun, or Kaito, or the people we left back in Heartland." Yuya is in awe, not used to seeing Yuto this angry. "They could be dead, or alive, or carded or worse or whatever! I don't know! And we need your help to find out!"
Yuto lets go of Yuya. He stands there, processing everything he's heard. "You're right. I am entitled. I'm sorry." Yuya looks up, his tears slowing down. "We still have friends out there, so this is not over." Yuto looks at Yuya and smiles. "I'll leave the rest of the duel to you. Make sure to win it for us."
Yuya opens his eyes, now back in the control seat of his body. "I use the Dragoncaller Magician effect. He's treated as a Dragon-Type for this turn." The magician conjures a dragon spirit around himself. "Building the overlay network, I overlay Odd-Eyes with Dragoncaller, to Xyz summon!" Using hia two dragons, Yuya calls forth another. "Rank 7, Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon!" A storm called the Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon appears on the field in all its glory.

"I activate the Spell, Dragon's Blood. All monsters on the field become Dragon types this turn. As well, my Dragon can battle all monsters this turn." Rebellion takes to the sky, baring their wings as if they were its fangs. "I attack Getsuga with Rebellion! With the effect of Dragoncaller. When used as a XYZ material for a dragon, it gains other effects. It's attack power doubles when battling another dragon."

Despite the action card in the ninja's hand, he doesn't use it, letting his ace monster be destroyed by the large dragon. The dragon slices the ninja master into three, reducing Tsukikage's life points to zero. Yuya's spell card gains a counter that goes unnoticed by the other players.

"Next, I attack Superstar with Rebellion." Once again, the dragon powers up to six thousand attack points, and over powers the fiendish performer. Shingo in his haste grabs the first action card he could find, and uses it. He reveals it to be 'Break Shot', to much of his horror. "Looks like you fell for the same trap I did in our first duel, Shingo." A pool ball drops onto Superstar, reducing its power by nine hundred points.

With two of Yuya's opponents defeated, and another counter added to his spell, Yuya sets his attention for his field. "You're next." Yuya declares what he thinks is his next attack, a small bomb appears on the field. "I activate the effects of Superheavy Samurai Soulbomb. With no spells or traps in my graveyard, I can banish it to destroy both battling monsters." The bomb starts to tick away on the field, but before it could destroy both monsters. "I tribute my synchro monster to summon Superheavy Samurai Ward Chief Heavystrong from my hand, thanks to its effect." The bomb goes off, destroying Rebellion, and leaving Yuya, once again with an empty field, as well as damaging his life points.

"I use the second effect of Dragon's Blood. For every monster destroyed by battle, it gains a counter. And I can send it to the graveyard to draw per counter." Yuya destroys his spell, to draw two cards, then sets both face-down on the field. "This is the last turn Noboru. Don't waste it." Noboru smiles. "Yuya." Drawing for his turn, he intends to end the duel here. "My monster can battle while in defence mode, and can use its defence as attack. I attack you, Yuya, directly."
Yuya springs one of his traps. "I activate Pendulum Reborn. I revive 1 pendulum monster from the graveyard. I revive, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!" With his ace monster back, Noboru changes his target to Odd-Eyes. "Battle!" The proud duelist sends his monster in to cut down the dragon. "I activate my second trap. Defence Penalty. When my monster battles one of yours in defence mode, your monster's defence becomes 0, and mine can perform piercing damage." Proud of Yuya, Noboru holds his arms out in a t shape.

When battling a level five or higher monster, Odd-Eyes deals double the usual battle damage. This attack has more than enough to finish this duel off altogether. Noboru laughs as his strong machine is destroyed by the colourful dragon.

The duelists group up together in the middle of the stage, as the duel field disappears. Tsukikage is typing something into his duel disk as they others fail to notice. "I can't believe you beat me, again, for the third time." Yuya laughs at Shingo's whining off. "So you finally accept that it wasn;t me that beat you in that warehouse?" "Yuya!" Noboru calls out for his friend, who looks back at him. "Ye..." Noboru grabs Yuya, and squeezes him tight in a bear hug, with tears of joy spraying from his eyes. "I, the man, Noboru am so proud of you!" Done typing, Tsukikage pushes one last button, and teleports the four of them into the main office of Reiji Akaba.
Reiji sits at his desk, looking at a monitor with Reira resting on it. "So, Yuya. Do you remember?" The matured duelist asks his rival, holding his hands together, covering his face. "Yeah. I remember it all." "Good." Reiji pushes a button on his desk, and displays the feed of Reira in his coma. "Reira!" Yuya calls out in concern. "He can't hear you. He can't hear anyone." Reiji gets up to explain. "Since his victory against Zarc, he hasn't awakened." Leaning on his desk, shows a presentation of the four dimensions. "Our worlds are once again split up. Only this time, the walls to them are easier to manipulate."
Noboru and Shingo look at the slide with amazement, while Tsukikage looks on at Yuya, having already been briefed. "I needed you to remember who you are, for this mission." Yuya looks back at Reiji. "Zarc is returning. I need all of the Lancers to be rounded up. Unfortunately, I'm unable to get in contact with any of them." Yuya looks at the feed again. "I get it. You want me to go into the dimensions, to gather the team, and then beating Zarc will save Reira?" Rubbing his mouth, Reiji nods. "You catch on." Reiji throws a card to him, which he catches. "Your duel disk should still take you to these worlds, but this should take you there smoother." Yuya looks at the others. "Aren't they coming?" "I need them on hand in case he returns sooner than expected. You need to hurry." Yuya looks to his teammates, and smiles. "I'll be back. And with the others." Yuya places the card into his disk, and teleports by himself to a different world. Once he's gone, Tsukikage steps forward. "Why didn't you tell him the truth?" Noboru and Shingo look shocked at them both. Reiji, with a cold tone, looks at the feed. "If I did. He wouldn't have gone."
Yuya arrives surrounded by debris. He looks up at the remains of a tall tower. He's arrived in the XYZ dimension. "So, I'm in Heartland. I guess this is where I would find Shun." Yuya starts to look around, trying to find anyone. "Hello! Is anyone here?!" Yuya tries to remember where the rebel base was. "Hello, Yuya." He hears a cheerful voice above him. A familiar one at that. He turns up, and looks to a pillar of rubble. "Did you miss me?" It's Dennis.
