Backstory: Jesse Hall is the son of Hank Hall, the original Hawk and the nephew of Don Hall, the original Dove. Born as an orphan in Washington D.C. after his father and his uncle died during the war against the Legion of Doom, Jesse grew up with his older brother, Hank Hall Jr. But soon the two were adopted and were trained in military, but instead of combat and weapons, he was trained in martial arts and always use his head to form a strategy. As he and his brother grew older, Jesse inherited his uncles power and became the new Dove and a new member of the Justice League.
