She has to be dreaming. Actually, she knows she is considering that's the only truly believable reasoning for why she would be walking up on the sight of not one but two Juliette Fairmont seeming to be arguing under the shading of a wilting peach tree.

"Jez Jules Lord of the Rings, split screen much?" Cal hears herself joking as she padded closer her bare feet still catching the mismatched patches of lush greenery still attempting to grow in this wilting paradise of a dreamscape and the rough crushing of already dead grass blades making her feet sting with fresh pains every time, she'd step on them. Like newly sharpened pebbles cutting woundlessly into the unprotected skin of her feet as she walked closer toward the bickering 'twins'

A happy cheer of "Cal" bleeding with an equally angered hiss as the two blonde heads turn to look at her as if finally noticing she was there at all.

"You're letting her back in?" the more darken dressed and clearly the more angered version of her legacy snarled her normally blue eyes glowing in enraged green at the accusation. "Have you forgotten what she let happen to us? What she vowed to do to us?" the more angered Juliette reminded easily stilling her more 'innocent' self from running headlong at the approaching hunter.

Cal's gaze drops to what she could see of the scaring marks of her father's torment passed the darkened thorned covering of the speaking Juliette's 'Eden esc' coverings the three were wearing. Truly the only way to tell the dark from the light in this case when some invisible barrier stopped Cal's attempts to draw any closer. Not that she minded too much considering this was the first in several months that she'd been back to this shared 'Eden' since that world-shattering night.

"Eyes up hunter, you lost the right to look when you sent your father to hurt us." 'Darklette' as Cal was coming to think of her barked her fangs clenched as her arms came up to cover her mangled stomach.

"Just because she's hurt us, and we've hurt her doesn't mean we stopped loving her." The less vengeful Juliette reminds although Cal did notice the more nervous smoothing this Juliette was making over her own greener leafy coverings cutting crossed her stomach in a similar hiding attempt.

"Just because we still love her doesn't mean she loves us." The darker-shadowed Juliette growls at the same moment and as if to prove her point the blood-tinged sky overhead darkened even more as Cal's own words seemed to echo around them in place of the called-up storm.

Let me make this as plain to you as I can. Stay the hell away from me.

I will spend the rest of my life trying to figure out how to kill you, and every Legacy like you.

Cal recoiled at the cruel words crackling like thunder against her ears as the twin version of her legacy attempted to out glare one another.

"Will you stop making us remember that?" the Juliette Cal thought of as hers despite knowing full the two were one and the same pouted still attempting to inch closer to the equally longing hunter.

"We have to remember it, it's what the real Cal wants."

"No, it's not." Cal argues "When I said those things I was hurt and I was angry but I didn't….."

Another rumbling hiss this one like a million angered bees stops her as once again she feels the tightened grip of her ex's hand closed around her throat but instead of a bunker wall at her back Cal was shoved against the splintered trunk of this dream world's peach tree. The gagging stink of rotting fruit yet to fall from what branches remained over their heads clogged her nose as she stares unblinkingly into the warning glow of Juliette's glowing emerald green eyes.

"You meant every word otherwise you wouldn't have said it." The words were no longer angry just raw and hurt sounding as those green, blue eyes well with fresh tears despite the grip never wavering from around her throat. "You wouldn't have let your father-"

"Didn't know." Cal wheeze out passed the coiled squeezing of her vampire's fingers against her throat.

Then just as quickly Juliette's grip loosened with a pained hiss as the hand dropped from around Cal's neck.

Gone were the more 'Eden' styled leafy coverings the three now only two had worn replaced by what Cal knew to be the pairs designated sleep clothes as Juliette backed away holding her silver burnt hand close to her chest with a pained expression and Cal caught her breath

"If you truly thought I didn't love you anymore why leave this for me in the first place?" Cal questioned tugging down the neck of her tee shirt to show the silver necklace tucked underneath.

"Seemed a waste not to." Juliette shrugged "I bought it for you, it was made for you, so who the hell else would I have given it to?"

Cal rolled her eyes at this, but she could also see the surrounding backdrop already starting to fade around them signaling the two were about to wake up from this shared dream.

"You're leaving today anyway;" Juliette reminds speaking as if she hadn't meant to say the words aloud yet unable to stop herself from truly speaking them as her tearful eyes meet Cal's "Ben's already told me. Why I don't know, it's not like anything I would say or do would stop you going…."

"Dammit, Jules…." Cal huffed but then the dream truly ended before the hunter could say anything more. Not that she had to say anything. No, she let the kiss she tried so hard to give say everything for her before the connection to her ex's mind faded completely.
