Chapter 5: Dying 4 Love
*Trigger Warning*
Inuyasha sat on the cold kitchen floor wrapping his arms tightly around his body, trying to remain calm. He looked up at the small window, the sky had darkened as he sat still, he watched the moon peeking through the clouds. He blew air harshly as his head throbbed, he'd been crying for several minutes, he brought his legs to his chest leaning his head on his knees. He sat still replaying his conversation with his soon to be ex husband, he shook his head trying to make sense of his situation. Truthfully the bull demon hadn't always been so cruel, he remembered when he first met the charming demon, at the time he had been a breath of fresh air but the fairytale quickly changed when they first had Tanner. Shattered vases replaced flowers, affection and warmth were replaced with cruelty and anger, and instead of making love to him; he'd fuck him roughly with no care of his pleasure. He shuddered replaying their intimate moments, he jumped as a small knock shook him from his thoughts, he took in a deep breath and rose to his feet. Walking over to the door quietly, he reached the door his hand shaking on the door knob, as he pressed his face against the door
"Who is it" he said softly
"It's me Yasha"
He sighed, and opened the door revealing the argent haired beauty clad in grey sweatpants hanging loosely on his hips, his chest fighting against the thin fabric of his white tank top. He nodded and moved to the side letting the alpha demon inside, he peeked his head out to look into the deserted hallway. He shut the door quietly, and pressed his back against the door letting a sigh of relief leave his body, he watched the demon lean against the sink as he tried to regain his composure.
"Are you okay" Sesshomaru said breaking the silence
He looked up at the demon before sucking in a breath "Uhm Kakashi called and lost it"
Sesshomaru frowned, shuffling his feet and crossing his arms in front of his chest, he nodded listening attentively.
"I guess Sango served him, and he said he was coming here" he said quietly, hating how his voice cracked
"Did he threaten you?" Sesshomaru growled
He swallowed a lump forming in his throat, tears pricked his eyes as he sighed.
"I don't understand why he -" he choked out tears spilling from his eyes, he bent his head in shame as his body shook with felt a hand wrap around his fingers, and pull him towards the alpha demon, he face was pressed tightly against Sesshomaru's chest. He was wrapped in steel like arms,as he placed his head onto his.
"It's okay, I'm here and I ain't gonna let him hurt you or your kids" Sesshomaru said firmly
He sniffed weakly shaking his head, willing himself to speak "He said he's coming by and I didn't know who to call"
"It's okay, I'll handle it"
He pulled himself from Sesshomaru avoiding his gaze, walking over to his kids room. He peeked his head in smiling at his little boy asleep on his play carpet. He moved to walk towards the boy, when he heard a harsh knocking sound coming from his front door. Dread filled his body, he quickly moved and closed the children's bedroom door, stopping in the living room, he took a deep breath and looked over to the argent haired alpha demon.
"Open this fucking door Inuyasha" a gruff voice was heard through the door.
Sesshomaru looked over to him and said softly "No matter what happens, you stay right there okay"
He nodded as his throat tightened
Sesshomaru rolled his shoulders and reached for the door, opening it roughly revealing a red faced angry bull demon;he crossed his arms, and leaded against the doorway, a smirk adorned his face as he watched the demon's shocked face.
"The fuck you want" Sesshomaru grumbled forcefully
The bull demon looked at him, taking a step back and giving him a once over. The large dog demon blocked most of the doorway, hiding Inuyasha view and in turn his ex husbands.
"Who the hell are you" Kakakshi said hotly
Sesshomaru licked his lips and adjusted his body standing tall, towering over the bull demon. He looked down at the bull demon, cocking his eyebrow and said "I said, the fuck you want"
The bull demon scowled at him craning his neck attempting to catch a glance of the trembling half demon inside.
"I'm here to talk to my husband" Kakashi sneered
He scoffed and snorted at the statement, "Your husband?"
"Yeah my fucking husband!" Kakashi shouted
He smiled, and said "Yash, you wanna talk to this asshole?"
"Uhm he can say what he has to say from there" the snowy haired beta muttered from behind him
"You heard him! Talk your shit and kick rocks"
"This is fucking riduclous! Get out of my way, I have a right to talk to my husband and see my kids"
He remained silent, as Inuyasha said "You kicked me and your kids out of the house Kakashi"
"Oh shut up you whiny bitch! So what you decided to fuck this guy" Kakashi sneered attempting to make eye contact with the beta.
He closed the gap between him and the bull demon, his nose barely touching the other alpha's face. He peered into green eyes, his golden ones hardened in anger.
"Let's get somethin' straight! You wanna talk to Yasha, if he allows it then I will allow it! But don't you fuckin' eva talk to him like that!"
"Fuck you" the bull demon raged pushing his body into Sesshomaru, trying to push the dog demon out of the way. Sesshomaru braced himself, cocking his leg out pushing his weight against it, he knocked the bull demon back and pushed him onto the floor without breaking a sweat.
He sneered at the bull demon looking down at disgraced alpha rolling his eyes as he watched the demon struggle to get on his feet
He felt a small hand on his hip, he looked down at the smaller half demon as he hid behind him.
"You're really going to let this fucking asshole treat me like this! I'm your husband"
"But you left me" Inuyasha said trying to stand taller
The bull demon rose to his feet and walked over to the pair, Kakashi looked intently at Inuyasha. As the bull demon moved forward trying to get closer to the beta, his hand shot out blocking the other alpha demon's path.
"That's close enough!" he leered
"You just fall into bed with nearest dick you can find huh" Kakashi spat
He moved closer to the other alpha demon, growling deeply as he warned the bull demon.
"One" he growled
"Tanner and Rea need food and shelter Kakashi, you abandoned us! What else was I supposed to do" Inuyasha whined
Kakakshi rolled his eyes, and huffed " Get a fucking job"
"I'm working" Inuyasha said quietly
Kakakshi scoffed "Really? Who the fuck hired you"
He watched the green eyed demon carefully, choosing to stand between him and the small beta, cocking his head to the side. He flexed his upper body and said "Two"
"The grocery store"
The bull demon laughed loudly, the offensive sound bouncing off the tattered walls as he chastised the snowy haired half demon.
"You're fucking pathetic,you fat lazy bitch"
"Three" he roared as red spilled into gold, his fangs bared as he shoved the disgusting demon against the wall. His forearm pressed against the demon's neck, choking him, as his knee jolted against the bull demon's stomach.
"I want you to listen very closely!" he sneered, baring his fangs, he tightened his grip blocking the bull demon's airway. He watched the green eyed alpha shake his head vigorously, he chuckled at the pathetic display.
" Don't you EVER speak to him like that again! If you even so much as utter a single word of malice in his direction! I'll fucking end you" he growled as his inner demon pressed rose to the surface.
He shoved him forcefully and took a step back, watching the demon grab his throat and cough as he tried to regain his breath. He looked down at the shuddering bull demon, and scoffed, taking a step forward and grabbing him by the collar roughly before pushing towards the stairs.
The bull demon fell onto the ground, looking up at him wide eyed. He watched the disgruntled demon struggle to pick himself up, and scurry down the stairs.
He rolled his eyes, and turned around finally looking at the trembling half demon. He moved towards him as he felt a pang in his chest, watching the once fiery betal unravel. He reached out to him, wincing when he recoiled from his touch.
"It's alright, he ain't comin' back" he said sincerely walking inside of the apartment, he gingerly closed the door quietly, locking it for good measure.
"Go and sit down on the couch and I'll order some take out. You can relax, everything's fine" he said softly, he stood still and watched the beta in silence.
Sesshomaru sat on the brown stained lumpy couch, he adjusted his weight on the seat attempting to find a comfortable stop. Giving up he sighed, and allowed his eyes to wander throughout the room, he looked over at the yellow stained wall paper that looked to have aged by at least a few decades; peeling slightly in the corners. The wooden floor felt rough against his feet and creaked every time he moved or shifted his weight.
The only window was a small one above the kitchen sink, although you couldn't even call it that. The small nook had broken cabinets and peeling laminate, with an out of date fridge that certainly had seen better days, and a small stove missing a few knobs. All around this place was a shit hole and had an odd artificial smell that tickled his nose, he couldn't quite figure out what it was. He shook his head and stole a glance at the betta huddled in the corner. He looked downright exhausted, deep black bags under his eyes, and chapped lips; his eyes red and raw from crying. His small arms hugged his knees to his chest tightly, as honey eyes looked blankly at the flickering tv.
"Yash" he said softly, turning his body to face the smaller demon, he waited watching the small triangular ears flickering in his direction, he smiled at the action. He had always enjoyed the tiny furry appendages that sat atop the beta's head, on more than one occasion they had found themselves between his teeth while the beta was withering beneath him.
"Yeah" Inuyasha said, shaking him from his heated thoughts
"Are you okay?" he asked sincerely
Inuyasha tightened his hold on his legs, trying to hold himself together.
"No" Inuyasha said simply, trying to choke back the tears that began to well in his eyes.
He straightened his back, and said carefully "Has he always been like that?"
Inuyasha looked over to him, his lips set in a frown "Do you really think I would have married him, let alone have kids with him if he had been"
He threw his hands up in defense, shooting the half demon a sincere smile "Hey I ain't judgin, I just wanna help"
Inuyasha glared at him before saying "Why? Why the fuck do you even care?"
He was taken back by the beta's tone, wincing slightly at the venom dripping from his voice. He looked at him briefly before moving closer to the half demon, staring at him intensely as he searched the other man's face.
"Aiight I'm a let that go cause you've been through alot right now but don't ever talk to me like that. I ain't the one you're pissed off at, and I've already earned your respect! I would never fix my mouth to speak to you outta the side of my neck. This ain't you" he said firmly, his golden eyes burning into honey coloured orbs
He watched a pink tongue dart out and moisten the dry lips, the beta turned away shielding his eyes from him. He held back a sigh, internally cursing the bull demon as he moved closer to the half demon. He sat barely an inch from him, and tucked his finger under the other man's chin, attempting to meet the beta's gaze.
"I ain't your enemy" he said sincerely
Inuyasha nodded, swallowing the lump in his throat before speaking quietly "I'm sorry"
He pressed his lips into a thin line "Mhm I'm guessing he'd been like that for a while"
The half demon nodded looking up at him, his honey hazel eyes were reddened and misty.
"It started after Tanner was born, everything leading up to it was amazing. He was kind, sweet and attentive even during the pregnancy but then he just sort of changed! " Inuyasha whispered
He hummed a response nodding his head, urging the smaller demon to continue.
"It started small ya know just comments he'd say I gained weight or that my hair looked bad and then it escalated as Tanner got older" Inuyasha said quietly before continuing "It's not all his fault though"
He raised an eyebrow and leaned back slightly taken back with the comment, he crossed his arms "Not all his fault?" he questioned carefully
Inuyasha chuckled bitterly "Don't act like you haven't noticed"
"I don't understand" he said shaking his head running his hands through his hair
Inuyasha rolled his eyes and said "I'm fat! He was disgusted with me, and could stand even looking at me"
He looked over to Inuyasha, and cocked his head pressing his tongue to his cheek choosing his words carefully.
"Yash you aren't fat, you look-" he started before Inuyasha cut him off
"I'm huge, an entire whale"
He cocked his head, waiting for the half demon to continue.
"He started fucking that other beta when I left myself go" Inuyasha said quietly fidgeting under his gaze
He scoffed and said "Yash if an alpha wants to step out, he's gonna! Ain't nothing you or god can do to change that"
He watched the beta try to turn away from him, he sighed and pulled him closer, forcing the other man to look at him.
"You're sexy baby, that idiot had the baddest beta in the south and didn't take proper care of em! You're fucking stunning, you hear me"?"
He watched Inuyasha intensely, his eyes darting trying to escape the alpha's gaze. Honey coloured eyes filled with tears, as his breathing hitched.
"You are so beautiful Inuyasha" he whispered leaning closely to the beta's face, he watched the other man bite his lip. He felt the half demons breath on his face, as their noses touched, a soft whimper reached his ears as he leaned in closer. His eyes clouded with lust as heat ran through his veins, his heart hammering in his chest loudly as their lips barely touched.
"Papa" a small voice was heard, causing him to jump slightly, he coughed and leaned back. He looked towards the floor as Inuyasha rose from his seat, and began walking towards the small boy.
"Yes baby? what are you doing awake?"
"I had a nightmare"
He rose to his feet and looked over to the small beta, watching him lift the child into his arm. He shot the beta a soft awkward smile and muttered "I should get going, I've got a drills in the morning"
Inuyasha bit the inside of his mouth and nodded, walking towards the door behind him. His small feet padded against the wooden floor, creaking in protest as the two demon's continued their stride.
"Are you uhm still coming to the courthouse with me tomorrow" Inuyasha said quietly
"Yeah of course, I'll be there," he said, clearing his throat, shoving his hands awkwardly in his pocket.
"Goodnight" Inuyasha said walking closer to the alpha demon
"Night" he said quickly, turning around, opening the door and flying out of the apartment like a bat out of hell. He jogged down the steps, and pushed the door open roughly, the old glass door creaked in protest at the rough treatment. He exhaled roughly, as his heart hammered in his chest, rolling his eyes he walked over to his car. Sliding in he placed his hands on the wheel and sat in silence for a moment, allowing the visions of Inuyasha to fill his mind. Plump pink lips, and darken red cheeks; he had been barely an inch from kissing the beta senseless.
He shook his head violently, trying to shake the erotic thoughts that began to seep into his mind. He was flustered, frustrated and incredibly horny. He took a deep breath and reached into his phone, dialing his cousin's number.
"Oi what's good" Naraku said picking up on the first ring
"You doin anything?" He asked slightly agitated, tapping his finger on the steering wheel
"Nah man, what up? You good?"
He took a deep breath and shoved down the nerves bubbling in his stomach "Ya ya, you down to hit Magic City, I needta blow off some steam"
"Ain't that what Kyora's for" Naraku chuckled
He bit his lip, holding back a groan as another image of Inuyasha's pouty lips came to mind. He shifted slightly, his joggers suddenly felt tight as he continued to process the moment they shared. Realistically he could call Kyora, and fuck the cherry bombshell into the matteress, he was certainly turned on enough; but the thought of someone else sent ice through his veins.
"Nah man, look you down or nah" he said roughly
"Alright alright, I'll meet you there"
He hung up, chucking his phone in the passenger's seat. Igniting the ignition, he pulled the car onto the street and drove towards the upcoming highway. He focused his thoughts on driving, his grip on the steering wheel tightening as he pushed bubbling thoughts of Inuyasha down, but all he wanted to do was sink his teeth into the beta's plump juicy ass.
He groaned "FUCK!"
Early the next morning, Sesshomaru arrived at the courthouse wearing a double breasted steel grey armani suit. After frantically staring at his closet for an hour, he had finally zeroed in on the specific outfit, opting for a half up/half down hairstyle, his silver tendrils pressed perfectly and cascading down his back. He sighed loudly, eyeing the golden watch sitting snugly on his wrist, he allowed his mind to drift towards a certain half demon that had plagued his mind lately. After leaving his apartment he had joined his cousin at Magic City; sat in the VIP section and spent the night with a beautiful sexy beta grinding up against his body, the blonde blue eyed beauty rubbed his ass against his crotch and sinfully batted his eyes at him but the only thing he could think about were hazel eyes and pouty lips. He spent the evening throwing money at strippers, and re-filling his glass with expensive champagne but it made no difference. He felt like an idiot, embarrassingly running out after he had almost kissed his ex boyfriend, he sighed for the hundredth time. He couldn't make sense of the situation, Inuyasha had only walked back into his life less than a week ago and he was already spending all of his spare time at the rundown apartment,making up any and every excuse to see the half demon. He had thought he had gotten over the half demon years ago but after last night's blunder, he realized it was certainly the furthest thing from the truth
Wanting to avoid talking about the situation at all cost, he hadn't called Inuyasha after the incident and if he was any less of an alpha he wouldn't have shown up today but the beta had expressed his need for him to show up and his demon wouldn't let him shirk his responsibility. A Riviera alpha always stayed true to his words, even if it meant embarrassing himself further. They had promised to be friends, but realistically he was attracted to his "friend" and they certainly had a complicated history; he shook his head of his conflicted thoughts and proceeded to bury his complicated feelings.
He turned towards the street watching a ugly cream coloured, busted pinto pull up in front of the courthouse. He raised an eyebrow as the car shrieked coming to a halt, the passenger side door opened revealing the same half demon that ran through his mind all night. He watched the curvy beta adjust his pants that wrapped around his thighs like a second skin, and pull the blazer down in an attempt to cover his soft stomach. Inuyasha shut the door, giving him a view of his perfect plump ass, he swallowed the lump forming in his throat and averted his eyes; asking god above to get him through the day without embarrassing himself.
He walked down the steps, training his eyes onto the concrete, trying to quell the desire that bloomed in his groin.
"Good morning" he said looking down into large doe shaped eyes
"Morning" Inuyasha said softly, pulling down on his blazer anxiously
He rolled his shoulders adjusting his jacket and said "The kids?"
"Staying with Kagome, I didn't think it would be a good idea for them to see this"
He hummed in agreement nodding his head, before he said "Did Kakakshi come back?"
Inuyasha shook his head "No, he called all night though! Left me a hundred messages"
He rolled his eyes, and folded his arms in front of his chest "Ol dudes probably shittin himself" he chuckled
Inuyasha awkwardly shuffled his feet and cleared his throat "Uhm look about yesterday-"
"Talk bout it later! You've got more important shit to worry bout!" he said quickly
Inuyasha nodded, pressing his lips together, rubbing his hands together anxiously.
He cleared his throat, and took the half demon's hands into his own "I'm here for ya!" he said firmly
Inuyasha nodded, and smiled shyly "I know"
"Riviera!" a voice bellowed
He looked down the street, hearing the slight clacking of heels on the concrete, watching a tall woman walk over to him.
"Sango" he said nodding towards the lawyer, dropping Inuyasha's hands
The human woman stopped in front of the pair, her hair tucked into a seamless bun; clad in a maroon suit. She clutched her briefcase tightly, as she eyed the two demons, she cleared her throat and said "Let's get inside"
They followed Sango inside; he stood behind the half demon, his eyes wandering to the juicy ass that hid underneath the tight black slacks. He silently groaned and unconsciously licked his lips before entering the busy courthouse. He watched people pass, and enter side rooms; the space was always busy! Between divorces, criminal cases and child court there was never a shortage of pissed off people and crying; his eyes found the beta once again as he lengthened his stride to walk beside him.
"You alright" he whispered, his head tilted towards Inuyasha
Inuyasha bit the inside of his cheek, and looked up at him "Not really" he said honestly
He nodded, as they walked over to large wooden doors, Sango pulled them open as they both walked in. He turned to look at Inuyasha, as he stood in front of them, anxiously fidgeting his hand, his glossy hazel eyes darting back and forth.
"Mr. Takakashi?" Sango asked
"Give us a minute Sango" he said nodding at the lawyer, watching her disappear behind the heavy doors.
"Yash?" he said, craning his head, watching the beta hide his eyes behind his bangs, he heard the faintest sniffle.
"My husband is divorcing me" Inuyasha said numbly as small tears threatened to spill
"Yes" he said
"I'm going to be a single father, with two kids" Inuyasha said as a sob wracked through his body
"Hey hey, it's okay" he said reaching out for him, grabbing the half demons shoulders
"Oh god, I can't do this! I don't even have a good job, how the hell am I going to raise them on my own" Inuyasha whined as tears streamed down his tan face
"Come here" he said softly, pulling the beta against his chest tightly, he wrapped his arms around him, resting his chin on top of his head. He let the half demon cry, sobs shaking his body, he rubbed his back sincerely.
"Listen to me! Take a deep breath okay" he said, guiding him, trying to soothe the half demon.
He pulled him from his chest, tucking his finger under his chin and tilting his head upwards to meet his gaze.
He looked intensely into sad honey coloured eyes, as tears slid down his tan face.
"You're the strongest person I know, you can do this! That piece of shit tried to beat ya down but you're still standin'! Now go in there and show em some of that Detroit attitude" he said firmly, holding the beta's chin.
He watched him take a deep breath, a whine leave his throat as he pushed the doors open. He followed closely behind him, his gaze finding the trifling bull demon. Inuyasha walked towards Sango, sitting beside her behind the bench, he followed him opting to sit behind him, he placed a heavy hand on his shoulder and squeezed it. He looked over to the bull demon and his lawyer, his eyes found a blonde haired beta sitting behind the demon, eyes widened as his mouth fell slightly agape.
"All rise for Honorable Judge Reid" the bailiff said as an older demoness appeared in a black robe, hair slicked back, her dark brown eyes stern as she looked over the defendant and plaintiff.
"You may be seated" she said firmly
They sat quickly, as Sango remained standing, opening her briefcase pulling out several pieces of paperwork.
"Goodmorning, today we have Shikon V Takahashi in the case of civil divorce, and we have Takahashi V Shikon in the case of alimony, and child support"
"Your Honor the plaintiff, my client Mr Shikon would like a peaceful and quick divorce and Mr. Takahashi has prolonged the process with this countersuit" the green imp whined
The judge hummed, flipping through the paperwork, not bothering to look at the whiny lawyer.
"Your Honor, my client Mr. Takahashi is simply asking for alimony and child support! The plaintiff hasn't bothered to visit his children in the last few months, and kicked the maternal parent out of the family home"
"I object, hearsay You Honor" the imp squawked
"Is there proof behind your allegations, Counselor?"
"Yes your Honor, I would like to submit the text exchange between my client and the plaintiff, a sworn statement from Office Johnson and the lease for an apartment on Edgewood Avenue" Sango said firmly approaching the judge, submitting the requested paperwork
"Your Honor the defendant has no rights to Mr Shikon's wealth, my client is a gifted surgeon who has devoted his life to saving lives and amassed his wealth on his own"
"Right, his wealthy father had no hand in it" Sango snipped
"Is the father surrendering his rights to the children" the judge asked reading the documents
"No your Honor" Kakashi said firmly
"What haven't you see your children in the meantime Mr Shikon"
"Your Honor my job is taxing, I haven't had the time to drive across town! Inuyasha didn't consult me on the location of the apartment, not bothering to think about how difficult it would be for me to see my babies" Kakashi said sweetly
"Facetime? Skype? Has he tried to call them"
"Your Honor I-"
"I wasn't speaking to you, Mr Shikon" the judge said firmly gazing up at the bull demon
Inuyasha stood up, and said quietly"No your Honor, he hasn't asked to speak to the kids! He calls me though"
"And what do you two talk about?" the judged asked shuffling the papers around
Inuyasha swallowed harshly, looking down at his hands anxiously as he tried to formulate a sentence.
The judge looked up at the quiet beta, watched his frightened body language, she pushed her glasses up further.
"Mr Takakashi, what do you and Mr Shikon discuss?"
Inuyasha looked up, his eyes finding the bull demon. A soft smile sat on his face that didn't meet his eyes, blue eyes were hardened, he knew that look all too well. The demon would frequently don that smile in public only to shove him up against the wall once they were alone.
He took a deep breath, jumping slightly at the feeling of a large hand gingerly touching his own. He looked back at Sesshomaru and nodded, he exhaled harshly.
"He yells at me" he said quietly
"Your Honor, that's ridiculous! There's no proof of -" the imp bellowed
"Shut it, Consular! If you interrupt again I will have you thrown in contempt" the hawk demoness said firmly
She nodded at him, folding her arms and listening attentively. He cleared his throat, taking in another deep breath before he said quietly " He uhm says that I'm a loser and that I'm disgusting"
"Mr. Takakashi has Mr Shikon ever physically abused you"
He swallowed a lump in his throat as tears pricked his eyes, he nodded shyly.
"Mr. Takakashi, I understand that this is an emotional time however I'm going to need a verbal response"
He blew air haughty, and said quietly "Yes"
"You Honor this is hearsay! There is no record of abuse between my client and his husband! We are simply asking for a divorce, and it's clear he wants to drag the ordeal on"
"That's ridiculous, Mr. Larfoy! Are you insinuating that my client is lying? What would be the reason behind that!"
"Oh he clearly likes the attention Ms. Tashio" the green imp smirked
He tuned out their voices, trying to concentrate on his breathing as a sob threatened to wrack through his body. He felt a large hand graze his waist, he turned around and looked down at the argent haired alpha demon who shot him a smile. He grabbed the hand, and tried to find his balance as his emotions bubbled at the surface, the pain and sadness threatening to tear him apart.
"Quiet both of you!" the judge bellowed, remaining seated shaking her head about both the legal representatives.
"It's clear that this is a bigger situation than previously let on,we will need to convene at a later date! In the interim, I'm ordering Mr Shikon to visit his children once a week and to pay Mr. Takakashi a stipend of 5'600$ for the previous months until we meet again in four weeks time." the hawk demon said firmly roughly bang her gavel.
He let out a rough breath, not daring to look over to the angry bull demon, he turned to his lawyer watching her shuffle the papers into briefcase.
"This is good! Judge Reid is on our side! We will gather more evidence to prove Kakashi's neglect and push harder for alimony payments"
He hummed and nodded his head as an eerie feeling set in, his skin tingled as the hairs on his neck stood on end. A ringing sound buzzed through his ears, they twitched vigorously, his stomach flipped as nausea began to creep into his system. He spun on his heel, quickly walking towards the exit as Sesshomaru rose from his seat running after him.
He quickly walked towards the exit, with Sesshomaru hot on his trail. He made a beeline towards the bathroom, pushing the ugly green door open, finding the nearest stall. He fell to his knees and emptied the contents of his stomach into the white toilet, he braced himself against the seat as his head hung lowly, he retched gagging as the bile burned his throat. Tears streamed down his cheek, his eyes shut roughly as he coughed and gagged.
Sesshomaru came up behind him, holding his hair up as he knelt behind him, rubbing his back softly. He coughed violently, hacking and spitting into the toilet, he reached up searching for the paper towel. He felt the demon push some into his hand, he wiped his mouth roughly and spat into the toilet before flushing his firmly.
He rose to his feet and walked over to the sink, splashing water onto his face and rinsing his mouth. He looked into the mirror, dark circles peering back at him while water dripped down his face, he sighed, grabbing the rough paper towel and wiping his face.
"You gon be alright?" Sesshomaru asked, leaning against the tack green bathroom stall, his expensive suit clashing against the cheap paint.
He nodded, sighing harshly "Fuck"
Sesshomaru chuckled "Yeah I second that!"
"You don't have to stay" he said quietly, washing his hands
"It's fine, I ain't got nowhere to be! You need a ride home?"Sesshomaru said
He looked up in the mirror, watching the alpha demon look back at him.
"I uh need to grab some groceries and do laundry, not exactly glamorous"
Sesshomaru nodded and said "Alright, let's divide and conquer! I'll drop ya off, you start the laundry and I'll go grab the groceries! You got a list?"
"Sesshomaru you don't have to do that!"
"Never said I had too! Now gimme the list" Sesshomaru firmly, his golden eyes saying there was no room for argument.
He sighed, and reached into his pocket handing the demon the grumbled piece of paper. Sesshomaru nodded, and held the bathroom door open, letting him walk through it. He walked towards the front entrance, the football player following closely behind. He pushed the doors open and took in a deep breath, listening to the sound of cars honking and heels clacking against the concrete.
"You think your hot shit huh" Kakakashi said leaning against the railing scowling at him
He jumped, his eyes opening and looking over at the angry bull demon. He felt Sesshomaru press his chest against his back, holding him upright.
"Baby let's go! I don't wanna stand here anymore! You promised we'd go shopping" the blonde slyph like man whined.
He looked over at the bimbo, the tall man wore tight cream coloured pants and a white blouse tucked into his highwaisted pants. The man clung to his husband, draping his perfectly manicured fingers against his broad chest, smiling sweetly. He made a scowl, biting the inside of his cheek at the sight of the man he'd walked in on with his husbands months ago, the image of his back arched and ass in the air as his husband fucked him into their mattress, eteched into his mind.
Kakakshi smirked, and placed a kiss on the panther demon's cheek gripping his small trim waist.
"Oh I forgot my manners, this is Lakio! You two met a few months ago but he couldn't talk, voice was too raw" Kakakshi chuckled as he eyed the pretty demon.
He opened and shut his mouth, his voice leaving him as he watched his husband dot on the younger demon, lovingly. He felt tears prickle as his mouth dried, he coughed taking in the slender thighs and small waist of the panther demon. He bit his lip as Lakio flipped his hair, and giggled lightly, the demon had an air of lightness around him, acting as if he didn't have a care in the world.
He jumped when he felt strong arms wrap around his waist, Sesshomaru held him firmly against his chest tucking his chin into his neck after nipping his ear sweetly. The demon nuzzled his neck lovingly, and placed a chaste kiss against his skin, he felt his cheeks burn.
"Thickness, we gottah go! You said you'd make that delicious peach cobbler" Sesshomaru sweetly tracing circles above his crotch.
He sucked in a breath, cocking his head trying to catch his eye, his honey coloured one widened
"We should stop and get some whip cream, I'm dying to take a bite"
He cleared his throat and said dumbly"Ah peach cobbler doesn't need whip cream, it needs ice cream"
Sesshomaru chuckled, his laugh causing a rumble in his chest, vibrating into his back.
"It's not for the cobbler baby, it's for that thick juicy ass of yours! Mhm you know I love to bite it" Sesshomaru moaned moving his hands towards his ass, grabbing him roughly gaining a shriek loudly.
Kakakshi looked at him shocked, the demon eyed the pair angrily, his mouth agape like a ugly ass fish.
Sesshomaru grabbed his hand, and led him down the stairs and towards the parking lot, leaving the bull demon to shit himself over the idea of him sleeping with the silver haired dog demon. His face was flush as he walked over to a silver Porsche, the alpha demon opened the passenger side door letting him slide into the car sitting against the caramel coloured leather interior. He looked over to the demon who sat in the driver's seat, igniting the engine and pulling out of the parking lot. He looked back at his soon to be ex husband, watching his figure disappear as they jetted down the street.
"You ah didn't have to do that" he said quietly
Sesshomaru pulled up behind a black truck, stopping at the redlight, allowing him to shrug off the gray jacket. He rolled up his sleeves, revealing his forearms, magenta strips on view.
"Fuck! I wanted it too, worth it. Seeing that bastard's face" Sesshomaru chuckled, one hand on the steering wheel and another on the gear shift.
He hummed fidgeting "I'm surprised he believed it"
Sesshomaru looked over at him, as the light turned green. "Whatchu mean?" he asked
"I didn't know he was actually dating the guy" he said, avoiding the question
"Is that the guy he left you for?" Sesshomaru asked
"That's the guy I walked in on him fucking" he said bitterly looking out the window
Sesshomaru scoffed whistling lowly "Dude looks like a starving victorian boy"
He watched the cars pass them as they continued down the road "Yeah right! He looked like a freaking supermodel! You should've seen him naked" he said, images of the two together flashing behind his eyes.
"Mhm ain't my type" Sesshomaru shrugged turning onto the highway ramp
He looked over at the demon, cocking his eyebrow and asked "Beautiful isn't your type?" He scoffed rolling his eyes
"He's alright! I'm not into the whole starving look"
"He's fit, not starving"
Sesshomaru kissed his teeth "Nah he ain't, he's starvin and anorexia ain't cute"
He rolled his eyes folding his arms infront of his chest "You're going to tell me you've never fucked a model" he said harshly
"Models? Sure, but none that looked like that! All the ones i've been with were built like Ashley Graham" Sesshomaru said honestly
"The plus size model?" he asked
Sesshomaru nodded "Yeah, I even dated her too! I like em thick and soft"
"Soft?" he asked a frown sitting on his face
"Mhm yeah, real curvy types! Thick thighs, fat ass, soft in the middle" Sesshomaru said smiling widely
"So you only like fat people" he stated rolling his eyes
Sesshomaru sighed and looked over at him briefly before training his eyes on the road, he gripped the steering wheel tightly.
"I like men and women who are comfortable in their own skin, whose bodies are soft and have more to love with a little extra to grab. I'm a cuddler ya know, and it feels so nice when they're wrapped around me. I like a beta who loves to eat, and cook cause lord knows I can't cook for shit! Oh and a booty with some weight to it" Sesshomaru smiled, as his eyes brows bounced
"You tryin to die" he said bitterly
"Hey! Ain't nothing wrong with being smothered by a nice fat ass and some thick thighs and if that's how i'ma go out! Then shit, sit on my face and let me die happy" Sesshomaru laughed
He shook his head, and said "No alpha likes a fat beta"
"Any alpha who says shit like that, ain't got enough dick to get past the cheeks"
He blushed deeply, he shyly looked over at the alpha. Watching something flicker in those intense golden eyes, he swallowed harshly and turned his gaze towards the passing building that blurred as they drove quickly down the highway, ignoring the heat pooling in his gut, refusing to acknowledge the flickering feeling inside of him.
Inuyasha sat in the middle of the living room surrounded by piles of laundry, robotically folding and trying to organize some pieces out of the chaos. He looked over to the demon in his kitchen, watching his broad back flex while organizing his fridge and placing the groceries in their selective homes. He had kept his promise and dropped him off to get a head start on his laundry, before he darted off to the grocery store; he returned quickly with a lot more things than he had asked for. Splurging on fine cheese, fresh fruit and fine cuts of meat; with his wage he simply couldn't afford the lifestyle he had with his ex husband; but here was Sesshomaru swooping in and saving the day.
Again.
"Alright, all food has been put away and I picked up some fried chicken on the way back so you don't gotta make dinner" Sesshomaru announced
He watched the demon walk over to him, leaning against the island counter.
"I've got a couple errands to run, you need anything?"
He shook his head, biting his lip, training his eyes on the clothing in front of him.
"Yash?" Sesshomaru pressed
He cleared his throat and said "It's okay, you've done too much already"
Sesshomaru walked closer, taking a seat in front of a smaller pile of children's his hands in front of his chest, waiting for him to speak.
He looked up into golden eyes, and sighed "Tanner's birthday is this weekend, and I was thinking maybe you could come by"
"I'll be here, call me with the details" Sesshomaru said quickly, rising to his feet and looking down at the half demon. He walked over to him and placed a chaste kiss on his head, before walking over to the door.
Inuyasha watched him leave, his eyes burning into his back.
Sesshomaru shut the door and stood in the hallway allowing a breath to leave his body, his mind spinning as he shoved his hands into his pockets and moved towards the stairs.
"Hey wait up" a female voice announced, sneakers squeaking against the linoleum floor
He turned his head and watched a raven haired woman jog towards him eagerly.
"Sesshomaru right?" she asked approaching him quickly
He nodded looking into wide blue eyes "Ah Kagome?" he asked hesitantly
"Yeah, you're on your way out?"
"Yeah, I've got some errands to run"
"I'll walk you out"
He followed her down the creaky steps, the wooden stairs protesting under his weight as his feet shuffled. They reached the main floor quickly, moving to the side for the patrons entering the building, looked over at the broken mail-slots, and litter on the floor.
"So Inuyasha's birthday is next Friday and it's been awhile since he's been out" she began, trailing off looking up at him
He raised his eyebrow, and cocked out his hip folding his arms in front of his chest, motioning for her to continue.
"I was thinking maybe it would be nice for you to take him to dinner or something? I'll watch the kids for however long you need" she pressed, bouncing her eyebrows suggestively.
"He didn't say anythin' bout his birthday"
"'Course he didn't! He's a dad, he only has those beautiful babies on the brain"
"Did Yasha say somethin about wanting to go out to dinner with me" he asked carefully
She rolled her eyes, and sighed "Inu's been a househusband for like 5 years and his husband never took him ANYWHERE! Now he's single parent who never gets a break"
He nodded slowly, understanding her point, looking into the street watching the sun blare against the concrete.
"Plus I see the way he looks at you" she said sweetly
He whipped his head towards her, he closed the gap between them, licking his lips earnestly.
"And how does he look at me?"
She smiled mischievously "Like the man's been dying of thirst and your a tall glass of water"
He chuckled, rubbing his face knowingly, he shook his head and said "We agreed to be friends and -"
"Oh please! He's only trying to protect himself! Kakakashi did a number on him, but I can see that he wants you! All depends on what you're gonna do about it" she said, patting his chest, and moving to walk up the stairs.
He shook his head, and walked out of the building, and over to his car; the silver Porsche shining in the sunlight. He grabbed his keys from his pocket and unlocked the driver side, and slid in against the caramel colored leather, he ignited the engine and sat quietly. He pulled onto the street and pressed heavily on the gas. He gripped the steering wheel tightly, as his other hand changed gears, he weaved through traffic with ease; building blurred as he pressed heavily onto the gas.
He arrived downtown, pulling into a parking garage. He parked his car beside a black SUV, and slid out of the expensive sports car. Adjusting his jacket, he pushed the heavy glass doors open and walked into the expensive building, his shoes clacked against marble as he walked over to the elevator and waited patiently for the silver door to open.
"Oi 12!" a large ox demon bellowed walking over towards him
He nodded, and accepted the deep hug from his teammate, before walking into the silver container
"Whatchu you doin here?" he asked
"Oh I'm the face of some sort of ointment, my agent told to come in to sign the contract"
"Good for you man" he said nonchalantly
"Eh we can't all be the face of Chanel, Versace, Pepsi and Rolex" the large demon laughed obnoxiously
He hummed, folding his arms and waiting patiently as the lift arrived to a halt, he walked into the prestigious office. Walking past the secretary, passing the familiar rooms he walked into his agent's large office, watching the wind socresses spin around and shoot him a smirk as she continued her conversation.
"Like I was saying Doug, Sesshomaru isn't interested in your charity"
He looked up at her, sitting in front of her desk and crossing his legs; a scowl on his face as he raised an eyebrow in her direction.
"Some prostate crap" she mouthed rolling her eyes, he simply nodded.
"I don't have time for your inquiry but you can leave a message with my intern and I'll think about it" she said, ripping off her headset angrily as she sat walking over to the window. She closed the blinds, darkening the room a bit but completely blocking out anyone's view, she walked over to the demon and seductively sat on his lap.
"Where've you been?" she asked running her long nails through his mane
He sighed adjusting his legs to accommodate her, he gingerly moved away from her hands.
"Busy, had some shit to handle" he said avoiding her gaze
"Mhm with Kyora" she said pushing herself off the alpha's lap roughly
He rolled his eyes and said "No, I've been helping a friend"
"Whatever, you've got a photoshoot booked for Men's Magazine on Friday"
"Can't do Friday" he said firmly, resting his chin on his fist
"Why not?" she pressed annoyingly
He sighed and said "Family shit alright, I can't" he said firmly
She huffed, and began typing roughly, her acrylic nails clanging against her keyboard and she glared at him.
"Fine it's moved been moved to Sunday at 12pm" she said looking over at him
"You called and said it was important" he said
She scoffed "You and I were supposed have dinner yesterday and then breakfast this morning and you didn't call"
His face fell in his hands, as a heavy sigh left his body. Roughly wiping his face, he look over at her and said "Shit sorry, it slipped my mind"
"Mhm you seem to be rather slippery lately"
He rolled his eyes "The fuck is that supposed to mean?" he asked shifting his weight, and crossing his legs.
She smirked at him, and said "Well I mean you slither from me, to Kyora, and Rin and maybe Kikyo! Slippery"
He pushed himself from his seat, and moved around her large cherry coloured desk. He grabbed her chair angrily and pulled it closer to him, leaning down and peering into widened ruby eyes.
"Let's get somethin' straight aight! What I do in my free time, ain't none of ya business. If we together, and we hang out, cool but that don't mean I belong to ya! And it sure as shit don't mean I owe you shit! You work for me Kagura and I decide if and when I drag my tongue across your pussy lips! Got it" he said sternly gripping her chin roughly
She nodded looking away from the demon, he smiled and leaned in, placing a small kiss on her pouty lips.
"Don't frown, you'll get wrinkles" he laughed, letting her go roughly
He fixed his jacket, and walked towards the door.
He looked over his shoulder and said "From now on forward all my shit to Koga, think you need some time to cool off" before yanking the door open leaving the fuming demoness .
He walked across the marble floor, smiling at the people that passed. He walked down the hall and turned a corner before knocking on a small black door.
"Come on in" a sweet voice said
He opened the door, revealing a small wolf demon banging away on his keyboard.
"Hey I need a favor" he said, gaining the wolf's attention, blue eyes looking up at him through black rimmed glasses.
He sat down, opening his jacket revealing a tight white dress shirt, he crossed his leg and flicked his tongue.
"Can you take over my account for a bit?" he asked
Koga closed his laptop and said "Something happened with Kagura? You two have worked great together darlin'"
He hummed, adjusting his legs "She's getting a little too clingy and we need some space"
Koga looked over at him for a moment,sitting back against his chair, allowing the information to roll around in his mind, before his jaw dropped.
"Oh my lord, you two have been neckin?" Koga asked quietly
He chuckled at the wide eyed demon "Not anymore! Look, can you do me the solid?"
Koga shook his head, and clenched his jaw "Mhm I'll help ya but you gottah stop sliding into everything with two legs sweetie! It ain't right" the wolf demon opened his laptop and quietly began typing once more, shaking his head in disapproval.
"I actually need one more thing" he said wincing
Koga slammed the computer shut and pointed his dainty finger at him " Sesshomaru Damon Riviera, who did you knock up?"
He rolled his eyes, and chuckled before he said softly"I didn't knock anyone up okay! I need advice"
Koga squinted his eyes, looking at him suspiciously, before beckoning him to blue eyed beta folded his arms, and leaned against his chair waiting patiently.
"There's this guy that I uhm think I have feelings for, and his birthday is coming up and I want to do something ya know nice for em" he said gingerly clearing his throat, as nervously shift his weight
Koga's eyes widened "You have feelings for someone? Like the non sexual kind?"
"Koga come on! I ain't that bad!"
"Mhm do you remember what happened when we first met?" Koga laughed
He groaned dropping his head back, closing his eyes "For the hundredth time, I didn't know that Naraku was feeling you and we were drunk"
"Exactly! Sesshomaru your handshakes are wet and usually done with your dick" Koga snickered
"Please!" he pleaded flicking his bangs from his eyes, and looking over at the beta
"Alright alright! So if you really like him, you need to tone it down! Don't try and fuck em right away"
He scrunched his eyes, a frown sitting on his face as he smacked his lips "I ain't neva had any complaints"
Koga rolled his eyes "It's not about how good you are in bed darlin'! It's about how good of a man you are! Show em that you can be consistent, that you care for him and you'll put him first! Romance him, sweep em off his feet"
"Okay uhm I can do that" he muttered
Koga snickered, laughing at him briefly "Mhm"
" I can do that! Take it slow and be romantic, show em I'm a good man and shit!I can do that erm but ah what about his birthday" he said rubbing the back of his neck
"Alright, take out your phone and take some notes! You need to do everything I say!"
