"No way, Ash" says Gohan as all of sudden they transported to a vast barren land.
"My minion, kill them and gather as much as energy as possible " says Babidi from crystal ball as Ash says " Yes Master"
"No way, how is that even possible." asks Gohan
"Babidi's magic is too much powerful, if that could control Ash's mind, we don't know what he can do" says Shin
"Now battle me" says Ash as he starts to scream and hold his head.
"Get out of my mind" says Ash as he screams until dark aura surrounded him and then he starts yelling and starts to powerup. The ground starts to shake violently as he starts to turn super saiyan
"Now who is going to face me" asks Ash as he formed ki blast before firing at Gohan who deflected the attack that landed far away destroying the place completely.
"I will face you" says Gohan as he turned super saiyan as well and then intense battle started.
Their aura are pulsating with untense power, their energy is far stronger. On other hand Supreme Kai is shocked to see the power levels of these two saiyans as with a thunderous roar, Gohan launched himself at Ash, his fists aimed for a devastating blow. Ash quickly dodged, his reflexes sharpened by countless battles. He retaliated with a flurry of punches, each strike enhanced by his Super Saiyan form.
Gohan effortlessly blocked Ash's attacks, his muscles rippling with raw power. He retaliated with a powerful kick, sending Ash hurtling backward. However, Ash quickly regained his composure, soaring back into the fray, his determination unwavering.
The clash intensified as energy beams erupted from both warriors, colliding in mid-air and creating a dazzling spectacle of light. The shockwaves reverberated across the battlefield, shaking the very ground beneath their feet.
Gohan, fueled by his Saiyan pride, unleashed his signature attack, the Kamehameha. A colossal blue wave of energy surged towards Ash, threatening to engulf him completely. But Ash, refusing to back down, summoned his own signature move.Bolts of lightning crackled around Ash as he channeled his electric power into a concentrated blast. The Thunderbolt collided with Gohan's Kamehameha, creating an explosive clash that sent shockwaves in all directions. The sheer force of the collision created a massive crater in the ground, throwing debris into the air.
The battle raged on, the two Saiyans trading blows at an astonishing pace. Their fists collided with thunderous impact, each strike resonating with the strength of their Super Saiyan forms. The sheer intensity of the battle sent shockwaves rippling through the air, creating an aura of raw power.
As the fight continued, both Gohan and Ash pushed themselves to their limits, their power escalating with every passing moment. Gohan's hair spiked even further, while Ash's aura crackled with electricity.
Ash and Gohan took it to next level as they starts to destroy the terrain and back in space ship energy meter starts to fill at fast pace.
"I didn't expected that revival process will complete so soon. " says Babidi and Dabura as they are awaiting for Buu's revival.
With one final surge of energy, Gohan unleashed his ultimate attack, the Masenko. A beam of golden light shot towards Ash with unstoppable force. But Ash, refusing to yield, gathered the last of his strength, summoning the full power of his Super Saiyan form.
In a stunning display of resilience, Ash unleashed his most potent attack yet, the Volt rush His body enveloped in crackling lightning, he charged towards Gohan, his speed and power magnified to unimaginable levels.
The clash of Gohan's Masenko and Ash's Volt rush created an explosion of energy, enveloping the entire battlefield. A blinding light filled the air as the two attacks collided in a cataclysmic explosion, shaking the very foundation of the landscape.
When the dust settled, Gohan and Ash stood facing each other once again, both panting heavily.
"That was fun" says Gohan as Ash charged at him once again but Ash screams once again as he screamed louder and white light enveloped him causing the pillar of dark aura rised in the air before it disappeared. M symbol starts to fade away making Ash normal again.
Back in ship, Babidi is shocked to see that Ash destroyed his magic spell.
"Ash are you okay" asks Gohan
"Yeah, what happened " asks Ash
"You were under Babidi's control. " says Gohan
"Sorry if I hurt you " says Ash
"No worries " says Goku as they found themselves in ship.
Meanwhile, at the World Martial Arts Tournament, Mr. Satan is watching in fear of the power of Android 18, and Goten and Trunks (in disguise as Mighty Mask). Neither Android 18 or Mighty Mask seem to be putting their full effort into the fight. They fight with basic punches and kicks, though at one point a missed energy attack by Mighty Mask almost sends Mr. Satan flying out the ring. At first it appears Mighty Mask is winning, but Android 18, encouraged by her daughter Marron, bashes Mighty Mask into the cement ring twice. To the amazement of the crowd, Mighty Mask gets up both times. Inside their costume, Trunks and Goten decide to go Super Saiyan. Seeing their transformation, Android 18 realizes who she is actually fighting. Goten and Trunks then fire a Big Tree Cannon that blows up a large piece of land. Android 18 realizes how serious they are about winning and thinks that Trunks and Goten could hurt a lot of people if they keep on going, so she decides to end the match. She fires a Destructo Disc at Mighty Mask, whose costume splits in two to reveal Goten and Trunks. They are disqualified as teams are forbidden in the tournament, and fly away declaring "Your tournament was stupid!" and Chi-Chi and Bulma tell Goten and Trunks to get back here, but Goten and Trunks were too busy to listen while fleeing.
Back at the spaceship, Dabura steps out of the meditation room and declares that he is ready to fight. Babidi says that the more evil Dabura gets, the more he will be under Babidi's control, proving that Dabura is essentially just as much a henchman as Pui Pui or Yamu were.
"Now with you all running out of energy, who will battle me" asks Dabura
"Why you four, battle me" asks Dabura as tehy teleported to the another land where there are mountains and lake along with volcanoes.
"Gohan and Ash why do you two battle him.We know you can do that" says Shin
"Sure " says Ash and Gohan as they are ready to face Dabura
Ash,Gohan and Dabura start fighting and Gohan and Ash sends him flying into a giant rock, but Dabura uses the shards of rock and sends at Ash and Gohan. Ash firmed aura shield that saved them and they uses instant transmission to evade the attacks. As the dust clears, Gohan and Ash turns Super Saiyan 2, which suggests that the real battle is about to begin.
Meanwhile, Goten and Trunks are upset after being disqualified when they see Videl. Goten and Trunks tell Videl what happened and the two decide to go to the battlefield by transforming into Super Saiyans before flying off.
Gohan, Ash and Dabura continue to fight, and after a few attacks, it seems that Gohan and Ash are dominating the battle. Recovering from his initial shock, Dabura powers up and charges, and he, Ash and Gohan seem to be even, with Gohan and Ash having a slight edge. Dabura begins to use his Evil Flame multiple times, all of which Gohan dodges, but when he strikes, Dabura uses the Afterimage Technique to go further away, and hits Gohan and Ash with an Evil Impulse blast, which sends Gohan
and Ash crashed in the water
Back at his spaceship, Babidi believes that Dabura has killed Gohan and Ash. Gohan and Ash charges up two energy spheres and throws them at Dabura from under the water, but Dabura kicks them away and hits Gohan as he's rising out of the water with another Evil Impulse with Gohan's Great Saiyaman Suit getting destroyed as Gohan removes the tunic which leaves only his black tights.
Meanwhile Ash charged at Dabura who dodged and spit on Ash as it starts to turn him into stone.
"No " says Gohan as Dabura questions the power of a Super Saiyan, and they begin to fight once more, each landing a couple powerful hits on the other.
Dabura tries to spit on Gohan, and it hits his right glove, which immediately begins turning to stone. Gohan quickly rips the glove off and tosses it to the ground, where it shatters.
Back at the arena, the crowd is celebrating Mr. Satan's (false) victory over Android 18, who threw the match for 20 million zeni in return.
Goten and Trunks are flying towards Babidi, when Goten asks Trunks what a wizard is, causing Trunks to call him stupid, until Goten asks again and Trunks realizes he does not know either, so he tells him that a wizard is a lizard turned into a man, and they continue flying.
Meanwhile, Dabura seems to be slightly gaining the upper hand, until he looks at Vegeta and Gohan sends him flying with a punch. Dabura quickly recovers, and conjures up his sword, and prepares to kill Gohan, but only manages to take a few locks of hair off of his head. Dabura continues to use his sword to attack, narrowly missing Gohan with each strike. Gohan eventually grasps the sword, and after they wrestle with it for a bit, Gohan breaks it in half, and they both toss it aside.
As the fight continues, Vegeta's patience nears its limit at how much Gohan's power is underperforming against Dabura. Frustrated, Vegeta questions why they are all subjecting themselves to what he sees as a ridiculous embarrassment of a fight, as he soon demands Goku to have Gohan stop the fight, claiming that he would do a better job at defeating Dabura.
Goku objects to this as he tries to tell Vegeta to calm down, but Vegeta refuses, believing that Dabura was merely toying with Gohan. Vegeta even goes on to say that he only came to the World Martial Arts Tournament for the sole purpose of defeating Goku, not making "nice father/son memories."
Dabura pays attention to Vegeta's tirade and thus, after hearing this outburst, he realizes that Vegeta has evil in his heart, and could be made to serve Babidi since he has much evil locked away in his heart from his dark past of being a ruthless Saiyan. He asks Babidi to be transported back to the ship, telling the Z Fighters that he and Babidi have to bring a new recruit up to speed. He then enters Babidi's room, and tells him the plan, which the latter excitedly agrees with.
Now that Dabura has retreated from the fight, Goku, Gohan and the Supreme Kai Shin wonder what Dabura meant by a "new recruit." Vegeta, though, is absolutely furious. He begins yelling at Gohan, harshly criticizing him for his inexcusably underwhelming performance despite having Saiyan blood, claiming that he's weak and should have destroyed Dabura by now.
"Gohan is not faulty, Dabura is strong " says Shin
Vegeta further chides Gohan, claiming that had he fought Dabura instead of Gohan, Vegeta would have killed him with no effort and then Piccolo and Krillin would be un-petrified. As Gohan laments this realization, Goku tries to vouch for him, but Vegeta soon aims his ire at him too, blaming Goku for making Gohan soft. With the last of his patience being worn down to nothing, Vegeta prepares to blow up the ship.
Shin tries to stop Vegeta, reasoning that such an attack would definitely produce enough energy to revive Majin Buu, stressing well the catastrophic consequences that would befall the Earth and it's people. Irritated by the Kai's interfering, Vegeta refuses to listen and threatens to kill the Kai as well, saying that he doesn't care about what happens to Earth as he goes on another "survival of the fittest" tirade. Having enough of Vegeta's irrational behavior, Goku steps in, grabbing his hand and stops the attack as he sternly tells Vegeta to stop, to which he reluctantly agrees. The Supreme Kai then realizes in horror that Vegeta is the "new recruit" Dabura was talking about after realizing that the new recruit is standing right in front of them.
Babidi decides that Vegeta will be the latest victim of his mind control due to the darkness that still remains in his heart. When Vegeta feels Babidi's influence start, he screams in pain and tells the others that something is "attacking" him, to which they reply they can not see anything. Vegeta says that whatever is attacking him is attacking "from inside" and he transforms into a Super Saiyan.
Shin deduces that Vegeta's pain is Babidi's work, and tries to support Vegeta, telling him to fight Babidi off. He explains to the others what is going on, and they all join in, telling Vegeta not to give in. Gohan asks if Babidi is killing Vegeta, but Surpreme Kai tells them that Babidi is taking over his mind and enslaving him to make become one of his men. Vegeta throws his head back and screams, and a red aura surrounds his body as he powers up to Super Saiyan form. His pain seems to stop, and he sinks to his knees, panting. Everyone thinks Vegeta has beaten Babidi off, but Supreme Kai points out how wrong they are and tells them that it's too late. Vegeta is now controlled by Babidi, having the same Majin symbol on his forehead just like Dabura.
Succeeding despite Vegeta's intense struggle to resist, Babidi then warps the four to the location of the World Martial Arts Tournament, which is still celebrating Mr. Satan's victory. the announcer tells him that the match is already over, but tells them that there is always next year.
They appear in the ring, greatly surprising Chi-Chi and Bulma, and the rest.
"Vegeta and Goku, " says Yamcha as he is shocked as well and all of sudden Vegeta extends his arm towards his right and prepared ki blast.
"Vegeta stop" says Goku as
"Do you think I will stop that easily" asks Vegeta as he blasts away a portion of the stadium, killing many, enraging Goku, and causing Bulma to faint.
"Vegeta I knew would never do that." says Goku as he strikes fighting stances, the rest of the group up in the stands still wonders what is up. After many years, Vegeta is once again Goku's mortal enemy.
Everyone is still in shock at what Majin Vegeta has done, all eyes are now on him. All the spectators now look to Mr. Satan to help. He dares Majin Vegeta to a fight, but then allows him to continue to fight Goku, knowing he has no chance of winning.
"Vegeta, you let Babidi take control you" asks Goku in realisation as Vegeta smirked as
he says " That's the only way to surpass you Kakarot, what you thought, you will be always equal to me in terms of power. I will be stronger than you" says Vegeta as Majin Vegeta then blows up another section of the arena, narrowly missing Bulma and the others. This enrages Goku and Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan.
Supreme Kai tries to stop the fight, claiming that the fate of the universe is more important than a meaningless battle between two pure-blooded Saiyans. Insulted by the Kai's choice of words, Majin Vegeta angrily explains that despite him being the Saiyan Prince and Goku being a mere low-class "joke", Goku has surpassed him a number of times, and has even saved his life, which Majin Vegeta sees as an unforgivable affront to his honor. Majin Vegeta says he wants this battle to finally crush Goku and regain his honor. Seeing that Vegeta is set in his ways, Goku agrees to battle, demanding to Babidi that they are to be transported somewhere without innocent people.
Supreme Kai steps in front of the two Saiyans and tries to prevent them from fighting. Goku warns him to not interfere. Neither Shin nor Goku have a choice in their ways, as Goku's hand then faces the Kai and he charges a Ki Blast, shocking the Kai, Gohan and even Vegeta. Goku's Ki Blast is still charging and is ready to be fired. Disappointed at Goku for ignoring the real problem, Supreme Kai gives up, stepping out of Goku's way. Goku's blast vanishes and he, realizing that the Supreme Kai really needs his help, expresses remorse at this turn of events. As Goku and Shin apologize to each other, the two Saiyans are then taken to a Rocky Canyon similar looking to Gizard Wasteland.
Supreme Kai, knowing there is nothing he can do to stop the battle, decides to get to where the Sealed Ball is and try to destroy it, before the battle between Goku and Majin Vegeta gives Majin Buu enough energy to gain full strength. Babidi orders Majin Vegeta to kill Supreme Kai, but Majin Vegeta refuses, saying that he only wants to fight Goku and no one else.
"You are my slave and you have to do what I am saying" says Babidi
Despite Babidi angrily demanding Vegeta to carry out his orders, the Saiyan prince still refuses, saying that even though the wizard can take over his mind and body, he can never control a Saiyan's pride, and with an explosive burst of energy, Vegeta ejects Babidi away from the crystal ball. Goku gives Gohan a Senzu Bean, explaining that he saved two beans after Gohan gave one to Videl to heal earlier to use for his battles that are sure to follow. He also tells Gohan that he can control his rage just like he did when he fought against Cell and Gohan agrees.
Gohan, and Supreme Kai go down to find Babidi and the Sealed Ball, leaving Goku and Majin Vegeta to both power up to Super Saiyan 2.
Majin Vegeta and Goku are now seen and are staring at each other. Then Majin Vegeta starts the fight by rushing at Goku and starts punching and finally lands one. He knees Goku, then kicks him to the ground. Majin Vegeta chases after him, but Goku goes the other direction, then they both kick at the same time and electricity flies. Majin Vegeta headbutts Goku, and Majin Vegeta is now in control as he repeatedly punches Goku in the stomach. Then Goku catches both of Majin Vegeta's fists and knees him twice in the head. He kicks Majin Vegeta into a mountain side, then Majin Vegeta gets angry and they both hover next to each other about an inch away from each other's faces. They power up, and then the battle continues. Majin Vegeta and Goku both land a punch in each other's faces at the exact time, Goku's fist into Majin Vegeta's face and Majin Vegeta's fist into Goku's face, but Majin Vegeta gets angry and starts punching Goku repeatedly in the stomach. Then, he continues burying his fist into Goku's stomach as he powers up. Goku is powerless and Majin Vegeta knees him in the stomach.
Gohan and the Supreme Kai go to next level of Babidi's Spaceship and are challenged by many fighters resembling Pui Pui but they are very weak fighters. Gohan powers up and all 10 are defeated. They then continue down to the next level of the ship.
Goku is starting to get some punches in and Majin Vegeta is getting some too. Goku tries to punch Majin Vegeta, but Majin Vegeta appears behind him and throws an energy blast into Goku's stomach. They then have an Energy Clash, reminiscent of the one they had when they had met.
The next scene has Goku (with his outfit damaged) hanging off a cliff, remarking the fact that Vegeta has been training for 7 years straight.
"Vegeta let's take this to next level" says Goku as he and Vegeta powers up and transformed into super saiyan 3 which acted as a catalyst to Majin Buu restoration.
Majin Vegeta then picks up Goku by the arm and throws Goku into a mountain. He then creates Energy Rings that are placed on Goku's arms, legs, and neck, which are then embedded into the mountain, immobilizing him. Majin Vegeta begins taunting Goku and using him as a punching bag at the same time.
Majin Vegeta then takes a trip down memory lane, expounding how little Goku's current predicament is compared to the numerous assaults on the prince's honor. Despite him being raised by royal blood to become a powerful Saiyan Elite with the ability to destroy planets with just a finger, Vegeta had suffered every indignity he was given ever since he first met Goku. From being defeated by low-class "trash" in their first battle, to Goku becoming the legendary Super Saiyan and defeating Frieza instead of Vegeta, to even Goku's own son Gohan saving Vegeta's life from Cell and surpassing the very Super Saiyan power that the prince had spent almost his entire life to attain, Vegeta was humiliated, over and over again.
Therefore, Majin Vegeta declares that, as punishment for cutting down his pride, Goku is to be sentenced to death, by being cut into pieces. He prepares to dismember Goku's arms, but suddenly Goku breaks free from the wall, and hits Majin Vegeta with the boulders attached to his cuffs. Then angered, he punches Majin Vegeta in the belly repeatedly and is thrown into a cave where Goku gets tricked and is put into a strangle hold by Majin Vegeta and then a Final Flash-Kamehameha struggle starts. They destroy the cave and continue their fight. Gohan and the Supreme Kai get to the bottom of the ship where the egg with Majin Buu in it is.
At Stage 5, Gohan and Supreme Kai descend Babidi's Spaceship, with one goal in their mind: not to let Majin Buu be reborn. When they make it down to the final floor there is no sign of Dabura or Babidi, but the Sealed Ball lies in front of them.
Then, Babidi and Dabura step out from behind the cocoon. Babidi tells Supreme Kai that he has waited to watch him die, and Babidi moves Gohan and Supreme Kai to the outside of his spaceship. The world appears to be darker, and the most powerful force in the universe is about to be unveiled. The team look up to a cliff, and see the Piccolo and Krillin statues, and now, Gohan will fight Dabura, and Supreme Kai, Babidi.
Majin Vegeta says to Goku that he let Babidi control him, because he wanted to be evil again as it is the key to his power. Now that he has lived on Earth for several years, he has learned to care for people, something he had never done before. He further confesses that over the years, he had lived in peace and adopted a normal life on Earth; he had a wife and a son whom he grew to love. He says he wanted Babidi to release his evil so he can be free of his "petty attachments", but Goku does not believe him. Then, Goku and Majin Vegeta continue their fight.
Back on the Earth, Supreme Kai and Gohan are ready to fight. But then, Babidi checks the Power Meter, and sees Majin Buu's power at full. Majin Buu will be reborn.
"No, but how" asks Gohan
"Don't you remember all those battles you did and all those powerup you used. It gave us a good energy " says Babidi
Goku and Majin Vegeta's fight is still at a stalemate. Just when one of the two fighters seems to get an upper hand, the other one comes back and counters. Goku and Majin Vegeta do not seem to want to tire out after so much beating.
All of sudden sealed Ball in which Majin Buu is sealed starting erupting. Gohan promises he will not stand aside like he did against Cell.
He and Ash fires an Electric Kamehameha at the cocoon, hoping to destroy the evil energy within it. After the first wave, he sends another, and then another. The steam erupting from the cocoon stops, and it opens.
Babidi is horrified to find the cocoon empty, and the Supreme Kai explains that Majin Buu's years in captivity must have weakened him. Babidi then decides that he will destroy the Supreme Kai and Gohan with the help of Dabura, but the Supreme Kai is not worried as he believes Gohan's powers are enough to stop the both of them. Only Gohan knew the disastrous truth, something had come out of the cocoon, and it was accumulating in the sky.
"Gohan what happened" asks Shin as he pointed in the air. The steam morphs into a pink fat rubbery type creature, Majin Buu.
"Finally, Majin Buu is here. We will rule the universe once again" says Babidi. Unfortunately for Babidi, Majin Buu will not listen to him and just wants to play.
Meanwhile, Goku and Majin Vegeta stop fighting, realizing that Majin Buu has been hatched. At the World Martial Arts Tournament, Mr. Satan is crowded by reporters and somehow gets the crowd to come back. Goten and Trunks are still speeding towards Babidi's Spaceship
"He is not looking dangerous" says Gohan on Buu's appearance.
"He may not look like an actual threat but he is" says Supreme Kai
Supreme Kai and Gohan are in complete fear. Goku and Majin Vegeta are still fighting. Majin Vegeta is about to slam Goku square in the face, but Goku tells him to stop because they are the ones who released Majin Buu.
They talk about Majin Buu and his ki, and Majin Vegeta says Goku is stalling. Goku then mentions if they do not hurry now the rest of the world will die, including Bulma and Trunks.
Vegeta then gets offended by this and tells him to "Shut up!" and starts punching Goku in the face saying "I sold my soul to Babidi, I am a Saiyan that relies on strength alone. "They're nothing to me!" then having Goku scream and call him a liar while punching him flat on the ground.
Finally, Vegeta gives in and asks for a Senzu Bean, so the two could 'work together' to finish Buu. While Goku is rummaging through his bag for a Senzu Bean as he and Vegeta are about to leave and find Buu, Vegeta hits him from behind, knocking him out cold and Goku is reverted into his normal state after being knocked out cold. Vegeta then takes the last Senzu Bean and says he will stop Buu himself, realizing that it was his fault that Buu was resurrected and decides to make the right decision by fighting Buu alone.
Back at Babidi's Spaceship, Babidi is telling Majin Buu that he would still be locked up if it was not for him. Majin Buu turns around and says nothing. After a minute, he turns around and makes a funny face at Babidi while shouting "BUU!"
"He is a kid, like a baby" says Gohan
Babidi falls down and is gasping for air. Majin Buu is laughing. Dabura becomes angry at Majin Buu and calls him a bloated idiot. Gohan and Supreme Kai wonder what Majin Buu is doing. Then, Dabura tells Babidi that the original Majin Buu should have been stronger, but this one is weak.
"You call me weak" says Majin Buu releases steam and punches Dabura right in his eyes, gouging them.
Dabura swings at Majin Buu but misses. Majin Buu kicks him and sends him bouncing and crashing into a mountain. Babidi praises Majin Buu.
Gohan speaks about Majin Buu's plays around and Babidi threatens to put Majin Buu in the ball and suddenly, Majin Buu obeys so he can stay living.
Gohan decides to kill Babidi, but Supreme Kai says only Babidi can reseal Majin Buu and when he does, then they should strike.
Supreme Kai speaks about a different method but says it is too late. Majin Buu is told to kill Supreme Kai and Gohan, so Gohan grabs Supreme Kai and flies off.
Majin Buu pauses, and erupts out from a black smoke cloud. Majin Buu is then seen flying right behind Gohan, however the latter turns around, seeing nobody. Then when he looks forward again, Majin Buu is blocking the way.
"How fast he is" asks Gohan as he is stunned at Buu's unimaginable capabilities, Majin Buu screams "YOU DROP DEAD!" and smashes Gohan on the head. Gohan falls down unconscious and Supreme Kai is right in Majin Buu's path.
Supreme Kai is in horror. "How this can be so fast"
Babidi is laughing. Supreme Kai tries to attack Majin Buu with a blast, but it does not work.
For the next fifteen seconds, Supreme Kai gets knocked around like a rag doll. Just before Supreme Kai is killed, Gohan kicks Majin Buu out of the way. Gohan tells the Supreme Kai they should leave. Then, Majin Buu gets angry, but Gohan charges at Majin Buu. Majin Buu fires a Vaporize! blast that sends Gohan flying far away, injuring him badly.
The Supreme Kai uses an Invisible Eye Blast to destroy the blast, and Gohan lands in the Southwest Forest. Then Supreme Kai just sinks his head into the dirt and Babidi believes that Supreme Kai did nothing and congratulates Buu for killing Gohan. After that, Babidi orders Majin Buu to kill Supreme Kai. Majin Buu does not listen at first, but eventually says he is going to eat the Supreme Kai. Just before he does though, the severely injured Dabura throws a spear through Majin Buu. Babidi goes insane and Dabura tells him not to ally with Majin Buu. Then, Majin Buu pulls the spear out and regenerates the hole.
"He can regenerate " asks Shin to himself as this is unbelievable
Dabura and Babidi are stunned and Dabura says: "WHAT IS THIS THING?!"
Goten and Trunks arrive at the battle site, and see Dabura, Majin Buu and Babidi with the Supreme Kai at the ground. Goten then spots the petrified Piccolo. They climb up the mountain like experts and think that someone created a statue of Piccolo. Then they start tapping the statue, but Trunks taps too hard and accidentally breaks the Piccolo statue.
"Look, Krillin's and Ash's statue is here as well" says Goten
Having knocked Goku unconscious, Majin Vegeta plans a strategy for attacking Majin Buu. He senses that Gohan has been "killed" and feels genuinely remorseful. He also appears to have remorse for what he has done to Goku, which is emotional, but rare, as Vegeta is usually cold hearted and ruthless, even more so in his majin state.
On the battlefield, Majin Buu continuously taunts Dabura by saying that he will eat him, provoking the angry Dabura into attacking. Majin Buu's rubbery consistency makes him resilient to Dabura's assault. Trunks and Goten look on from a cliff as Dabura unleashes a volley of energy blasts at Buu, however, Buu proves as resistant to that as Dabura's physical attacks. In desperation, Dabura tries to turn Buu to stone with his spit. Buu dodges and turns him into a huge cookie with his Transfiguration Beam, eating him afterwards
"What that thing is" asks Goten
Everyone that was turned to stone by Dabura's spit returns to normal. Ash also returned back to his normal form and sensed Gohan's ki before he took flight towards it.
Trunks realizes that Piccolo would have turned normal as well and flies up to investigate while Goten casually tells Krillin that Trunks tipped over Piccolo's statue and broke it.
"You broke what" asks Krillin in anger
"That was an accident " says Goten
Trunks is horrified that Piccolo's body is in pieces and tells Goten and Krillin to keep it a secret.
Piccolo suddenly appears and explains his regenerative abilities, but is unnerved by Majin Buu's energy. He becomes all the more upset that Babidi gives Buu permission to eat the injured Supreme Kai. Buu contemplates on what to turn the Supreme Kai into, chocolate or jelly, but is interrupted by the destruction of Babidi's Spaceship.
Babidi is distraught that his spaceship was destroyed and orders Buu to investigate, however, Majin Vegeta makes himself present through the smoke. He admits that he blew up Babidi's ship and ignores the wizard's angry tirade, instead accusing Buu of killing Gohan which shocks Piccolo. Trunks asks Piccolo what Vegeta had said but Piccolo refuses to answer as he becomes horrified of Gohan's death.
Majin Buu becomes angry at being called "ugly" by Majin Vegeta and is ordered by Babidi to kill him for being disobedient. Majin Vegeta briefly catches a glimpse of Goku in Buu's place. He briefly reminisces about Goku's nobility in every major threat to Earth. He gives up the grudge he holds against Goku and promises him that he will save the planet, even if he dies.
Majin Vegeta powers up immensely with Krillin, Piccolo, Trunks and Goten looking on at his impressive might. Majin Buu does not appear to be fazed, even as Majin Vegeta begins to attack him brutally. Babidi is worried that Buu may not be a match for Majin Vegeta's power.
"What you say blob of clay, you are worthless" says Vegeta as Majin Vegeta continues his physical assault on Buu, seemingly pummeling him in a one sided fight, worrying the onlooking Babidi while the others comment on how powerful Vegeta as grown. Piccolo comments that Vegeta is now even more powerful than Gohan was back when he fought Cell at the Cell Games.
"You are making me angry" says Buu. He regenerated and all of his damage is undone just as quickly. Vegeta powers up and uses his Final Impact and blows a hole right through him, but once again fails to inflict any lasting damage, regenerating immediately.
Buu now growing angry, uses the Angry Explosion, with the sheer power shaking the Z-Fighters to their core and leaving a giant crater in the ground and injuring Vegeta who was caught up within the explosion.
"How this thing is powerful, I have attained super saiyan three which means all that training is worthless"
Buu pulls off a piece off his body mass.
"What he is doing" asks Vegeta
Buu uses it to ensnare Vegeta and render him unable to overcome. Unable to defend himself, Buu plays around with his victim beating him mercilessly. Furious, Trunks turns into a Super Saiyan and rushes to the aid of his father while Goten follows after him in order to help.
Meanwhile Ash appeared at the location
"Is that a Buu, the one that Supreme kai is speaking of" asks Ash as he wlaked towards Buu
"Are you Majin Buu right" asks Ash as Buu looked at him
"Buu is angry, Buu will kill you" says Buu
"Ash, get out of there. He killed Gohan and defeated Supreme Kai" says Piccolo
"I want to talk to him" says Ash as he extends his arm
"Buu, I know you are strong. You are capable of doing things. But we are hust saving ourselves. Babidi is using you to destroy this universe and we don't want that. " says Ash but Buu fired the attack and Buu starts to assault Vegeta.
Angered to see his father tortured by Majin Buu, Trunks rushes to his father's aid, with the help of Goten, despite Piccolo's attempts to stop them. Trunks kicks Majin Buu away, and he and Goten free Vegeta from Buu's binds.
Trunks is scared and angry to see his father badly beaten. Goten wonders if he will die, but Trunks yells at him and says his father would never die.
Trunks then tells Goten that his father is the Prince of all Saiyans. Vegeta wakes up and is angry that he was beaten by Majin Buu. Babidi mocks Vegeta, calling him "weak" and saying that it will not be long before he dies.
Piccolo suddenly appears behind him and says that it will be Babidi who will die today before proceeding to slice him in two, despite Babidi's best attempts to defend himself. While defending himself, Babidi tries to plead to Piccolo that killing him will just have Majin Buu run amok, although Piccolo remained adamant that they'll kill Buu regardless.
For the sake of his family and friends, Vegeta decides to commit suicide by using the Final Explosion in order to kill Majin Buu. He tells Trunks to take care of his mother, and orders him and Goten to leave right now.
"Vegeta you are so reckless. I know you did lots of bad stuff but I can sense good things inside you" says Ash
"Ash, I know what I did was wrong but I want to make up for the bad things. It was my fault that this ugly blob of clay is alive. " says Vegeta
Trunks and Goten try to convince him to let them help him, but Vegeta tells them that Majin Buu is too strong for them. The boys persist to let them help him fight the creature. In a moment of silence, Vegeta tells Trunks that he has never held him since he was a baby and, for the first time in his life, hugs Trunks.
"Vegata you are good. I wish we could be great friends" says Ash as Vegeta smiled at him.
Trunks is surprised and embarrassed, and Goten watches the moment. Vegeta tells Trunks that he has made him proud, before knocking both him and Goten unconscious.
When Piccolo arrives, Vegeta tells him to take the boys to safety and then asks if he will meet Goku in the Other World when he dies. Piccolo tells him that this won't be happening; the selfless Goku spent his life helping those in need and protecting the lives of others, allowing him to keep his body when crossing over to the afterlife as a reward.
Vegeta, on the other hand, has spent his whole life caring about no one but himself, has killed countless innocent people, and has caused massive amounts of destruction. When he dies, he will instead be sent straight to Hell, where his soul will be cleansed of evil before being reincarnated. Unfazed by this, Vegeta calmly accepts his fate. As Piccolo flies away with Goten and Trunks, Vegeta declares that he will destroy Buu so thoroughly that it will be impossible for him to regenerate.
"Vegeta I am with you" says Ash as Vegeta
then bids farewell to Bulma, Trunks, and Goku before proceeding to unleash his full power and vanishing in a brilliant burst of light. Ash also used his attack that proved too much for Buu. Buu can do nothing but scream in terror as he is obliterated by the resulting explosion.
After Vegeta blew himself and Majin Buu up, Piccolo checks out the battlefield while Krillin stays behind with Goten and Trunks and Vegeta's body turns into stone and is disintegrated. Vegeta's ki has completely vanished, meaning that he is indeed dead.
"Vegeta is truly a saiyan price. I can't believe that for once in his life he did something good" says Piccolo
"Ash, where is he" asks Krillin
"He is dead as well" says Piccolo
Piccolo finally acknowledges the Saiyan Prince as a true friend and comrade, and silently thanks him for sacrificing himself to save everyone on Earth from Majin Buu.
Meanwhile, Bulma, Chi-Chi, Yamcha, Videl, Android 18, Ox-King, Marron, Puar and Master Roshi are on an Airplane travelling the globe in order to collect the Dragon Balls so to revive those that Vegeta killed at the World Martial Arts Tournament.
They feel the impact of Vegeta's explosion and Bulma, who has been worried about her husband, immediately realizes something has happened to him. The impact causes the Airplane to malfunction and begins to go down in flames but Android 18 goes outside and is able to safely guide the plane down to the ground where Yamcha then begins to try and repair it.
Piccolo finds a huge crater and what is left of Babidi lying in it, still alive. Though Babidi shamelessly demands that Piccolo help him, Piccolo prepares to finish him off when he notices some pink blobs moving into each
other.
"What ,that's can't be possible. This is regenerating " says Piccolo as Babidi laughs at it.
Piccolo is shocked to find out they merge into one, regenerating Majin Buu again, meaning Vegeta sacrificed himself in vain. Horrified, Piccolo rushes back to Krillin to tell him Majin Buu is still alive, and says that they must keep Goten and Trunks safe, as with Goku, Vegeta, Ash and Gohan apparently dead, they are now Earth's last hope. They fly to The Lookout for safety.
Majin Buu finds Babidi, and Babidi orders him to heal him. The monster reluctantly does so, and together they begin looking for Piccolo and the boys. Supreme Kai, although badly beaten, begins searching for Gohan.
